Best cashback app I have used so far
I have tried many cashback apps in the past but this is the best I came across until now. The best part You can get more benefits if you are a Pro member. So far I have earned $211 cashback in the rewards wallet. I once tried to withdraw $100 but the withdraw failed. so I contacted the customer care regarding this, and they said they will look into this matter and it should be resolved in 5-7 business days and the withdrawal amount would be sent to my paypal id. Meanwhile, after 3 days , I tried to withdraw the amount again and this time the withdrawal was successful. So TC app accidentally sent me $100 amount twice(i.e, I received $200 instead of $100), once through paypal and the other one directly . I contacted TC about the error , they looked into it and asked to keep $100 as a goodwill gesture. I am very grateful to them for this gesture. I would recommend everyone this app and especially become a pro-member to get more benefits. I am happy with the app. Thank you TC.

Stop! Don’t install this scam likely app.
Poor app and when needing support it open a bit to answer your questions. When questions asked to the bot, it responds with random info. I receive their email notifications as I have an account with them. I deleted the app and I continued to receive email notifications. I decided to unsubscribe the emails, it showed error ( which didn’t allow me unsubscribe and it is legally required for them to have this option). Next, after the unsubscribe didn’t work, I decided to contact them using their contact us option attached to the email and guess what! It mandatorily required me to re-install the app to contact them. I decided to re-download the app as that’s the was only option I thought. Once I re-installed the app, I decided to access support using their support option attached to their app. Guess what! It opened up a live chat where bot apparently answers to any questions. When typed questions like “unsubscribe emails” it just responds with random information. Tried to ask other questions thinking it would lead me to actual support, but there is no way to receive actual support at all. This app seems more like fraud app where it doesn’t even provide basic in app support. I recommend you to never install this app or create an account with them. This app doesn’t even follow basic legal requirement to allow user to unsubscribe their emails.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
I signed up with this company to do cash back offers. I’ve done plenty of them and i haven’t gotten a cent back in cash app. They claim to pay you $20 for your referrals who also completes cash back offers as well. I’ve had over 8 people sign up and complete their offers and they weren’t paid either. They say that they will email you regarding your concern, but you will never get an email. They say give it 24 hours to be paid and you will NOT be paid. Its been a week and I still haven’t received anything. Then to get out of paying they will say that they don’t see your transaction which is a lie because you have proof from your attached card statements. Its like they only have the same few reps speaking to you. I was just talking to a rep by the name of Subiksha and the rep left the chat in the middle of our conversation without helping me or saying that they were leaving. If I could give this company 0 stars, I wouldn’t give them half of that. They false advertise and THEY DO NOT PAY YOU. I wish that I would’ve read these other reviews because clearly this has been an ongoing issue. Oh, and they always have a glitch or technical issues so expect to be told that when you contact support via chat to ask about your promised funds. They also don’t have a phone number to be contacted. I’m making a complaint with the BBB against them as well. I want this company shut down

Worst Remittance Company
The worst remittance company I’ve ever dealt with! They’re practically running a scam at this point. In the beginning, things were smooth, but lately, they’ve turned into a complete nightmare. My last few transactions have gone from taking 8-10 days to 15, and now a ridiculous 20 days or more! And get this—the app doesn’t even bother to update you. It just leaves you hanging with zero information on your transaction status. It’s only when I reach out to their useless customer service that they casually inform me the transaction has "failed." It’s a total scam. They’re clearly using people’s money in the meantime, holding onto it for weeks without any accountability. They promise quick transfers, but instead, they delay endlessly, all while sitting on your hard-earned cash. This company is preying on people’s trust, making it seem like a simple remittance service when, in reality, they’re just taking advantage of you. It’s beyond frustrating—it's deceptive, dishonest, and downright unacceptable. They should not be allowed to get away with this!

Good rates but horrible app interface a d poor service
This is surely the worst UX for a financial services app. It’s absolutely user unintuitive and full of bugs. The otp doesn’t work frequently and I have to keep requesting it multiple times which results in getting locked out as the otp requests reach the maximum limit. I’ve lost out on some really good rates due to this issue. I don’t understand why I need to even request an otp to just see the rate for the day. This doesn’t make sense if there’s a limit on the no of otp requests. Additionally I never get any alerts on the cash back offers for remittances. The Abound support team has no clue on the tech issues. They just give me the same scripted response to wait for 24 hours. It’s a joke to ask me to wait when forex rates keep changing. So why do I keep enduring this painful app… coz when it works and the rates are good it’s worth it. The moment I find a better app I’m getting off. It takes a real talent to develop such a poor app!!!

Fraudsters !! Scammers !! Stay Away !! Worst Money Transfer Service !!
This is the worst money transfer service and request everyone to stay away from this. Their app says money will get transferred in 2-3 business days but it has already been more 6 business days but money is not credited to my account. Transfer initiated on 16th July. Today 25th July still money is not credited. My family is waiting for it. After contacting their robots (customer care), they told me that they are aware of app issues where they lie to customers about 2-3 days but actuality it takes 6-8 business days. Despite aware of this, they have not fixed the issue. They keep trapping customers with their mislead information on app and use customers money. To attract more customers spreading wrong information. This is a scam and request everyone to not use them at all. Stay everyone away from these liars !

Card or banks account won’t be linked after Subscription
Hello team , So when we purchase the subscription of 2.99$ or 9.99$ I can’t link my new credit card or new bank accounts to enjoy the cash backs so when I try to reach13V customer support I only reply I get them is ‘ A group is as of now allocated to determine these issues to get them settled completely, Kindly don't stress it will be settled in a couple of weeks’ . So I have used my subscription now and I can’t use my new cards so I feel like I am being robbed were I can let use any cash back on my new card account ( American Express and wells ) were new account I wanted to link to my profile and I keep getting error , I have left with only 10 days on my subscription haven’t used any offers till now . I hope refund the subscription fee if they can’t fix the bank accounts link issue to the profile .

Terrible customer service
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed of this app. My friend suggested to downloaded, I guess she wanted the referral reward which supposed to give you and your referral $20 plus $5 of welcome reward. I was told I needed to buy things through the app and then like in 5 days you would get the back and activate the possibility to send the money to your account. They never have the cash back so I couldn’t transfer my $25 to my account because the app says there is a minimum of $30. I waited for weeks NO CASH BACK! It’s over a month and I am completely disappointed of this app. I even have made other purchases in person in many Indian stores to see if the app would give me cash back but nothing. I would send multiple messages to the customer service who always is a computer and not a real person!! So nobody helps you. If anything goes wrong there is no one to help you.

Pyramid scheme
Why do I have to give all my bank account information (including transaction history, account number, contacts, your salary deposits and other sensitive information) to a third party plain to get the $10 cash back that I was promised? The dealings of this app are bordering on illegality and I am surprised the US government hasn’t looked into it yet. They promise that you will get a $10 willow cash back but won’t give that to you until you link your account and agree to provide their 3rd party partner a complete access to your bank account. My bank advised me not to agree to those terms and not to link the account with them. Everyone gotta be careful. You are selling all your sensitive information for a few hundred bucks. If they were transparent, they would provide cash back on your card but they don’t.

Great remittance option for sending money to india
I used this app a few times to send money back in India in the last few months and my experience has been pretty great so far. The initial offer of transferring first $1000 is very attractive and gives you a good bonus. Also, it doesn’t charge fee for any transactions and the rates are pretty good and change actively based on live forex exchange rates and so you get the best dollar value. Finally the money was credited in the Indian account in just 3 days which was faster than many other apps with the same exchange rate.

Tried money transfer ,money deducted from source and not transferred or refunded for more than a week ##No customer service,and no update on transaction done Fake app,do not install .##No sms or email sent and no transaction ref numbers updated in app/email /sms ##When reached out to customer care they get back with 2-3 routine msgs,send screen shot with error,will update after 2-3 business days,refund will be automatically refunded

Poor App Management
I rarely write reviews but I'm making it a point to write one for this useless app. It all seem to be working fine in the beginning, and the problem started when I highlighted to them that cashback at a popular merchant they advertise was not triggering properly. They said they will investigate and then went on to ask for screenshots of my credit card statements, which I sent, after which they locked my account. I've been trying to get my account unlocked for a month and I always get the same response from them that someone is looking into it. it's not worth the hassle to use this even if they unlock my account, and I am deleting it from my phone.

Very disappointing remittance service
They have very unreliable remittance service. It could take more than 10 days to transfer. My first transfer went well within 5-6 business days but since then it’s only getting worse. I used it anyway because of good rates and I was not in hurry. But last time I needed transfer executed early, hence I subscribed to their “Elite” membership, which did not help at all Customer support team is NOT helping at all. All they do is send scripted replies App experience is next level frustrating, chat with customer support keeps closing abruptly. Messages do not get send many times.

No cash back will ever come. Don’t even download
They do not give any cash back and even they do not have a complaint management system. Customer service is clue less on whats happening in the company. Tell them anything and they will again ask sorry sor what was the issue Even in the customer service there are 2-3 people out of them one name is Geethanjali real or fake I dont know that girl once will come into chat and will never chat if you ask any counter question she will not reply back and even mock you up by typing all the agents are busy. Well I deleted my account because I am not sure what they were doing with my data may be its an app run by bunch of people who seeing my financial data.

Poorly designed workflow
I tried availing Willow TV offer using my times club application. There was no information that I will have to use the same email address on WillowTv that I am using on Times Club account. I created Willow TV account with a different email address and poorly designed process in Times Club created a separate account with the email that I used on Willow TV. Now I have two accounts to manage. When I contacted support, I got the information that “delete the account after getting your $30 from Willow”. I wonder what type of Product Manager was the person who designed this process. Worst process and way cash back is handled.

Best app for NRIs
It offers cash back on Indian grocery stores that no other app available n the market offers. Cash back on tons of other offers too. Additionally, best exchange rate for USD to INR remittances. Recently noticed that now they also offer High Interest savings account. Kudos to Abound team for creating this platform. Not to forget their referral programs, one can earn up to $50 per referral and best part is one can make unlimited referrals.

Superb experience with the app
One of the best apps for NRIs. I’ve tried many different cash back apps in the past, but this one is special. Getting cash back or sending money back to family members in India at the best exchange rate are easy to do. Recently they launched a new product, allowing users to earn 5% on their cash deposit. Nice experience so far.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I have been trying to withdraw my cash back for months fail bank account ...fail bank account messages! No one gets back to you in email. No number to call. I linked another account still stupid message. Finally today I for someone in chat ans can you believe the app log me out ? Then I go log in and it just not login me in so then I did forget password and can you believe what it told me ? Email doesn’t exist but the whole time I submit a chat it said they will get back to me in 2-3 from my email. FRAUD! SHADY! SCAM! Apple store should remove this app just trying to steal people’s bank information.

They do not honor their offers - do not waste time.
They do not honor their offers specifically with amounts greater than 20$. I had transferred money via their remittance partner and it takes time to login into money transfer app and then link bank account from where the amount is transferred but by the time money was transferred I was logged out of Times Club app and now the transfer is not reflecting in their systems. I gave the evidence of transfer and the last 4 digits in the evidence is seen properly but they are still not honoring their offer. I had several emails sent but they are adamant to not to honor the offer inspite their app has limitations.

Cheaters, fraudsters
First the ad it shows on social will trick you to create an account. Upon creating they will again trick you to send referrals. There is no way to keep track of your referrals even though your referrals complete the sign up process it doesn’t show referral rewards. There is no way to link credit card. All you can link is bank account. There is no way to get free 6 months Gaana+ membership. You have to be a premium member which is $2.99/month. There is no way to delete an account. I contacted customer care to delete my account and she said it will take 2-3 days but no updates even after 7 days. Lot of gimmicks. Don’t waste your time. Stay away.

Worst app for remittances cheaters
I was using it for quite some times, have willow subscription which give cash back every month. I got cash back on first month only, after that need to contact support team for getting the cash back, they will manually add after sharing multiple screenshots which will get credited after 1month to use. Another instance is when i try to do remittance they told funds will credit within 3business days, its been 8 days still not credited. Think if there is medical emergency and you try to transfer amount by trusting this app. I would strongly not recommend this app.

I am confused How this app has 4.5 stars
This app works good till it automatically captures the cashback ( which is a rare event, believe me). Now when it doesn’t , which has happened so many times, I tried connecting to their CS and also sent emIls to them. To my surprise their Customer Service reps just run away abruptly from the chat. No response to emails. And there is no phone Number to call. This looks like is a Black hole… Seriously whats wrong with this app. I want to like it but what are you if you can’t provide customer service. That is the ultimate basic which every customer facing business should have

Before initiated a transaction, I went ahead an opt for elite membership to make my transaction completed soon , it was free trial for a month then its going to start the monthly charges. After that, I initiated a transaction and it showed me that it will be completed within 2-3 days business days. I reached out to them after 3 days. During the conversation, customer representative said that It is going to take 6-8 days, I asked him that then why it is showing me 2-3 days, then he replied it that it’s a glitch. An application which is entirely based on the trust of the information that they are showing to customer is wrong, how could they say themselves a Legitimate one. I asked about that about Elite membership and he was saying it’s a free trial. So it’s like it has no benefits of that free trial and they are doing favor on us by providing it. Cheating
This app, while it looks good and promising sells you false promises. Linking accounts in their system masks the last 4 digits of the original account. When you make a transaction using the exact same account as mentioned in their steps to be eligible for cash back, they get back to you saying the account numbers don’t match and you are not eligible for the cash back. Absolutely ridiculous customer service with no knowledge of what a masked account number is and what the actual number is. Save your self time by not using this app. Complete rip off to get their business going.

False advertising and terrible customer care service
This app is a complete scam. They advertise a 10% cashback on groceries up to $7 a month, but after paying their $2.99 monthly fee, I received absolutely no cashback. When I contacted customer service, they simply stated they have the right to change conditions without notice and my card is no longer eligible. This is completely dishonest and unfair to existing customers. They also introduced remittances.. I strong believe they will do manipulations on this also. Avoid this app at all costs. It's a waste of time and money.

Many cash back details are hard to read plus many of the deals are on bank
I had opened account via Willow TV and paid via credit card which is not a bank account. I got $10 cash back. Next month same credit is used to pay Willow subscription but no cash back after 10 days too. Reason is Times Club only gives cash back if debit card is used. What a nonsense!!! First time got so why would customer change payment…plus can’t you simply say that cash is valid for debit card only? Whats point to add other credit cards?

Customer service is horrible
I have absolutely loved this app up until the last two weeks earn money every single time I shop at Walmart I have made over $100 on this app! Well 10 days ago I tried to cash out $52 into my PayPal account contacted customer service they said they sent over the request I should have my money in a couple of days here it is 10 days later no one will answer me on customer service and I still haven’t got my money there’s no way to contact anybody for the app at all someone needs to contact me about getting my payment please! If so I’ll change my review!

Issues NEVER gets resolved
They couldn’t fix the issue of withdrawing money to my bank account. They are trying it for past 3 years !! Instead they ask PayPal account to transfer. Now they starting asking personal documents unnecessarily!! Seems like data privacy breach. Worst customer service. NEVER use the remittance feature though you may seem Breyer exchange rates , it’s not worth waiting for 10 business days to get money credited in your bank account and nowadays they ask PAN card along with your SSN .. they get all ur very personal details !!

Chat support is a pure waste of time
Chat support is a pure waste of time. I have been following up for missing cashbacks for more than a month and every time the chat support say that they have “personally” taken up the request and they’ll follow up on my behalf. They’ll make sure that I’ll receive a resolution email within 5-7 business days but it’s more than a month and there’s no response. On following up, they say that backend team is still looking into the issue. And the worst of all is for every message, they’ll take 15 minutes to reply.

Timesclub has been a real treat. The referral sign up bonus is why i first joined and now this Pro Account at 10% is paying some serious dividends. I tell people without an iPhone, Timesclub will supplement the cost of a new phone by what it kicks back in cash every time you spend.

Don’t waste your time
Ridiculous app, arrogant and clueless customer care. Claiming any offers is a complex process there are lot of issues. They extend eligible offers only to bank accounts and many subscriptions doesn’t accept bank accounts but only credit cards. The customer care also not aware of the process and just ask you to wait 5 to 7 days for everything and don’t bother to fix the issue. My advice stay away, not worth the effort for saving Pennies and not secure to link your bank accounts to this app

Scammers and thief’s BE AWARE
This company does nothing but scam. All they do is get your bank information promise you cash back. And when you withdraw out to your account you never see the money. Because they are sending the money to there selfs. I’ve been trying to get my money for months and never received anything the customer service reps are so clueless it’s sad. I am so tired of dealing with them I am in the process of contacting the BBB and also about to hit them hard with some court papers to make sure they are never able to operate again !!

Scam scam scam
Downloaded this app 6 month back. Now have $160 cash back. Tried to connect bank account from last 6 month it’s failing with diffrent reasons. Tried to check with customer support through app, they never resolved issue in 6 months. Every time they create ticket and forget. Nobody responds to the issueand this continued from last 6 min months. Worst part is they don’t have customer support number. Now feeling something fishy with app. They have collected our credit card and account details. Apple should remove this app.

Terrible customer service
I transferred 50 Usd from times club account to my bank account on Apr 20,2021..Although it showed transferred successfully, I haven’t received 50 Usd in my bank account yet. I have contacted customer Care at least 5 times and everyone they say issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 5-6 business days..It’s more than 2 months now, but I haven’t received money yet in my bank account...Very disappointed with the service..seems all these cashback are just for display purpose with no actual value

Don’t use the remittance feature
I don’t know what they do in processing but it has been over a week and my funds are still in process of being transferred. They claim to have the best transfer rate, but in exchange they’ll block your funds till 10 days. I would anytime recommend Westen Union over this. The rates are almost same and they get your funds transferred within a couple of days. Better service and reliable at times when you need your funds urgent. Regretting why i chose abound. Pathetic!

Its a scam
This app’s service is beyond terrible. I’ve been waiting for two weeks with no resolution, and customer support only offers empty apologies. The transaction initially indicated a processing time of 2-3 business days. After a week, this was changed to 8-9 days, and now, two weeks later, it has been extended to 13-15 days. This inconsistent and misleading information has caused significant frustration. It’s infuriating to see other users facing the same issues, with some waiting over two months. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. If you need reliable service, stay away from this app. The company clearly doesn’t care about its customers, and it’s a disgrace to see such poor support. Fix your service or shut down!

Failed transaction and money not returned
It’s very disappointing that my transaction using abound has failed two and a half months back and I’ve not received my money back until date. I was trying to be in touch with the customer support every five days and every time they are just saying that they’re waiting for the banks response. I would never suggest this platform for anybody for money transfer because they’re such a fraud.

Sudden change in rules
The APP was all good till recently when they have suddenly changed the rules of maximum cash back of $10 per month for Pro subscription. There is no point in using the app for groceries cash back now. Not sure what will they do in future, better not to share your data for them.

Unsafe and requires too much info
This is a weird app , asks to link a card but is actually going to ask you to login into multiple bank accounts because “x bank link failed ,please try another bank”(even when you select a listed bank) this way they ask all bank accounts info and probably make money out of your info - they can see transactions and balances. Be safe and ignore their “free” subscriptions marketing ads.

Horrible app management
Don’t use them it’s a scam. Their pro version they say it’s 10% cash back. But the only way to get the cash back is via bank account and the app developer don’t realize that we don’t use bank account to purchase from store. We use debit and credit card to purchase but still they won’t change and won’t take constructive feedback. GUYS DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM AND PURCHASE PREMIUM OR IF POSSIBLE DONT USE THIS APP CUSTOMER SUPPORT TERRIBLE AND WONT HELP YOU. Hard to reach them and explain them the situation

App crashing
My app has been crashing the whole day and haven’t been able to open it. I deleted the app and Re-installed. As soon as I put my password it crashed again and didn’t open. Re-start of phone did not work either. There is no contact or desktop site I could find to report the issue. I am surprised how this can be.

My remittance has failed and they are not refunding money back too. There is no customer support and no one is responding back!!! This is the worst app. The customer support does not even know what is happening and I am planning to file a legal complaint. The transactions always gets cancelled and you never know why and it will take atleast 15days or more to get your money back and there won’t be any support provided by the customer support team.

Pretty bad app UX
The app is pretty buggy with bad UX. Some examples are 1. Notifications do not open to their relevant screens. e.g. it’s hard to find offers floated in notifications inside the app. 2. Remittance verification is broken. It takes 24 hours to get to a document submission screen. One the verification documents are submitted, it still doesn’t verify and continues to go back to pre-verification screen which is annoying. 3. Wallet is horrendous! Not sure why it exists.

Recently gone quite bad
I have been using the app for sometime. It was good in the beginning but for the last few months its been quite bad. Remittance was blocked for a few months and now even if its enabled, they have been taking really long time to process. They say money would be sent in 2-3 days but mine has been pending for 8-9+ days. Quite disappointing

Lemme get my money
I’m so confused as to how y’all have 4.7 stars cuz at the point this app shouldnt even be on the App Store. First of all the money is pending for days and when it’s finally visible on the app they say it takes up to 10 business days to get to ur bank account but it feels like 10 months now and I still didn’t get my money. Umm hello I need my money; y’all need to do better. DISGUSTING … u know how much I go out my way to refer people to this app for y’all to play me🙄

Scam
App worked in the past under the Times brand. But they changed policies behind the scenes, in Feb 2023, by removing cash back on Indian grocery shopping via credit cards, didn’t inform subscribers, but kept charging the subscription fee for pro. When asked, customer support says the legal terms allow them to unilaterally change policies without informing and it is subscribers responsibility to keep checking their policies!! What a scandal. Would never trust this app.
