I am happy with my business account except that it don’t have that i had with my prime account
I don’t get why they don’t allow us to upgrade to business prime from our phones my phone is what I use all the time for my orders anyway so I don’t even have the app installed on my computer I would order more if I had business prime because regular business is so much more expensive for shipping so I don’t order very much anymore
when a commerce/retail based business does the volume these guys do, and yet still somehow manages to have some of the most responsive and, from my experience at least, genuine eagerness to help customers…well I’m just sayin. They are killin’ it. Keep it up guys! More importantly, though, thank you!
It works just like regular prime but having a separate app helps keep things organized. The only thing is when I go to orders it no longer shows when things are arriving. It only shows when items were ordered and then you have to individually open each one to see delivery date. As a business I care more about when things are arriving and much less what date I ordered them
Since the new update I am no longer able to approve business orders through the app on my iPhone. They use to show on the main screen but are no longer there and I spent an hour trying to find where to go to approve. Finally logged on through the browser on my iPad and I could see them there but that does t help me when I’m out of the office and traveling and need to approve orders. Also, when I go to Business Prime it tells me my membership expired which is outdated, we renewed and paid over a thousand dollars for Prime Membership earlier this year.
Everything from A -> Z seems to be wrong with this app. No matter how diligently I update it, or how often I remove and reinstall it, the problems continue. Can’t select my country / region (app just immediately closes). Can’t log in (app sometimes says my business account is a consumer account, and other times just loops me back to the login screen). Can’t chat with support. It displays tag names in several places, rather than intended contents (eg I’m greeted with “startup_title_to” when I open the app). I’m glad others seem to be enjoying it, but it’s completely unusable for me.
I have opened and started many conversations with there customers support and every time I’m am bouncing around from one person to the next with them all saying same thing to me and redirecting me to another person that doesn’t have a answer and sends me to the next person Witch after 2 hours of this non sense I’ll end up closing chat all together because of the time out of my day wasted with Amazons unprofessional services While there prices are all much higher then any other option I have looked at in last the week 20-41 dollars more per item While displaying business only pricing and discounts ????? Discounts and business pricing should be infact less then normal retail pricing
Just thank you for a separate app for work accounts!! A game changer to order and check orders in the fly without signing in and out and verify. Small things that are incredibly helpful to a business!
It's hard to review this app because it has never worked for me. I have attempted several times to log in, even changing my password, but the result is the same. The page flickers and then brings me right back to the log in page. Would be nice if the app worked. Switching back and forth between personal and business is not a huge issue, but this would just be more convenient in my opinion.
I really enjoy having a separate account for business, but my app continues to say I have no past purchases or orders. I do most of my business on my phone, so this is really irritating. Literally nothing shows up in my history except that I’ve looked at things. I also don’t get notifications when things are delivered, because again, it doesn’t show that I ordered anything.
Since it updated the new design for “your orders” section. It’s really hard to see what is going on with the order unless you click on that. The old version is very straight forward and reliable to use.
The "Your Orders" page was completely ruined in the update. Can no longer see what has been shipped, delivered etc in different colored text. Have to click each item individually to see the status... Hard to see what's going on when you order a ton each week.
Finally no more switching between Personal and Business!
Very glad they created an app for business owners! It was always frustrating to have to logout and switch between personal and business accounts. Not anymore!! Yay devs!
I love prime business it gives me the option of free shipping on everything I buy unless I want it sooner it’s always cheaper than place and anywhere else I look to buy whatever I’m Purchasing !!!
…usually I like and keep… …….but sometimes I have to return items that are either too small or too big - worst of all not made well, fabric is cheap, and size is way off - either arm holes too small. My favourite company is The Drop! for plus size clothing - SPOT ON for my size - dresses, tops, trousers and sandal width.
The app constantly brings up blank pages while searching for products. I can even select a product and the page goes blank to where I have to close the app and open it again. The reviews won’t load properly without several attempts of exiting and opening the app.
Why I am not able to also get clothes, shoes and things that I can try out before buying? I got a few items already that I did not returned them because I do not have the time to send them back. This is why I do not give them a 5. Also some of their prices are not always the best.
I wasnt able to add the protection plan i wanted, after adding it on the first screen. Not sure how it got taken off, and i couldnt find an option to add it back on That was disappointing. But, i found what i hope will be a great deal on a laptop.
I opened the app because I have business and of course I wanted to be exempt of taxes. I compared the business app and the regular, the results is that I have to pay the same taxes and the same prices. I understand why some items have taxes but isn’t the point of a business doing. Not worth it to have both, maybe for a big company, so you can have control over employees access, payments among others.
The app is completely broken in my iPhone. The top and bottom banners are missing. So I cannot see the search bar at the very top, the menu bar at the top with the list of shopping departments and the bottom bar with the 4 tabs. Without these, the app is completely useless. Also every time I open the app, I need to log in again with the dual authentication. I don't stay logged in.
As I go through my workday and think of something I need to order I just stop get on my phone and order it up. No more trying to plan to go to a store anymore.
Ever since they split the business app I haven’t been able to click on the reviews consistently. Sometimes it’ll work and take me to the reviews but most times I’ll click and nothing happens.
The app works great until I want to see a summary of my orders. It defaults to show orders “Paid by you” which says I have no orders. I have to go into filters and select “all orders”. This makes no sense because all orders are paid by me. The default should be “all orders”. This is a waste of time having to set filters each time I need to check the orders.
I’m not impressed with the business app at all! I’ve had nothing but problems with it since day one. Sometimes it will remember my orders but most of the time it does not! When I want to look up a past order it only recognizes and remembers about 25% of my orders. Super frustrating!!!
Why take away order delivery? Orders now show ordered, but you have to click on each individual order to see if it shipped, delivered, etc. how over tedious. On top of that, the standard view is orders in the last 30 days, why??? Someone thought hey let’s change this since it was working and let’s make it harder. 👎👎
This used to be a decent app but lately the ads are just getting worse and worse. I search for x and see 3 unrelated ads for something else, then after being shown only 2 products I’m looking for I see another 2 ads. I have to scroll multiple pages before even seeing the results I want which ruins the functionality of the app hence the two star review. I would expect ads for a website providing a free service but this is not acceptable when I’m paying for it.
There’s also no where on the app or in the emails to report a problem. This has happened multiple times and I can not express how frustrating this is because I’m not even getting notified that the order was cancelled. How the F am I supposed to run a business like this????
I registered my business email to create a account and when i tried to sign in on the app it will literally just take me back to the sign in page. It didn’t say error or anything. I could kind of glance at the app allowing me to see the home page but it quickly just send me back to sign in.
Unable to close the video inaide the app when view review or product video because the X in the corner of the window won’t let you. I had to close the apps which is very annoying
Every time I try to look at an order’s details to get a receipt, it asks for me to authenticate. I authenticate and then it asks AGAIN. And again. And again. It doesn’t stop. Before that it also asked me to use Face ID and I allowed it to authenticate that way but the same thing happened.
This is the second time different vendor that my order tracking shows it came close to delivery and then takes a left to somewhere 40 miles away and does not comes back!
I can not link my personal and business account to use the “convenient” switch account option. Finding the “menu” is even difficult. Hate trying to navigate this site.👎🏻
Not sure what’s been happening, but every time I get to the checkout page, an error pops up and says that the app has an error. And a dog picture shows up. I haven’t been able to buy anything using this app.
Can we have a setting to change defaults for Existing orders filter please. Also, how about an “Orders in transit” to readily see what’s in its way without scrolling thru orders not even shipped yet.
When I first signed up I would get items within a few days. Now they take a week to even ship the items and keep suggesting I upgrade to prime. When the items are in Atlanta and im in Atlanta its no reason to wait a week just to send what I paid for.
