I have deleted and downloaded this app four times and it won't let me do anything except upload a CE certificate or log out. One time I accidentally swiped up from the bottom, and it brought up a whole menu, but when I tapped on one of the selections, the app froze.
I’ve used this app for several years but just got ready to upload my new CE & it’s shuts down as soon as I choose the camera. Tried several times, this never happened before. Is it your new update? Need to check & find a fix quick. It was a great app prior to the update. Sorry, should have deleted & reload app. That fixed my problem. My bad.
I was excited to use the app and thought it would be an easy way to access my ASRT information, however anything you click on sends you to their website. It's basically a shortcut tool, as far as I can tell it doesn't do any of those functions in the app itself. Good potential but a very useless app since you still have to go the Internet and log in for some of those functions as well.
Amazing app. It allows you to read and take quizzes, check your CE credits. Complete journals and magazines to read on the go. Uploading a non ASRT CE credits takes only a picture from your cell and done. I love it
I just downloaded this app. It only allows me to upload a CE certificate or log out. I can’t view my record or do other functions it says it can do. I have the latest software on my iPhone and the app says it’s compatible with my phone. Very disappointing.
App used to be extremely useful and was the best way to complete CE’s, renew membership and access information but now it is total junk and absolutely useless. I guess we see where all our money is going or not going towards. Come on ASRT get into the game and invest in the future!
Great App! I Love having access to get my CEs at anytime without remembering my magazines. It's very easy to access readings and quizzes. No faxing or mailing in the quizzes or having to wait for the credits.
The app only allows me to upload a CE certificate or logout. I’m not able to check my CE record, take a quiz, or anything else. This could be a very handy app but it’s essentially useless as it is now. Don’t waste the space on your phone.
I see other people have complained about the same issue I’m having where the only options are to upload CE certificates or log out. Why is this not fixed yet?
Doesn't really do anything but direct you to their website. Disappointing and utterly worthless. Maybe those increases in membership dues should go toward developing an app that would actually be useful? Skip this and just log on to the website.
I used this app to take directed reading quizzes and read articles, check my CEs, upload CEs from other agencies, and print my record. Now, it only allows me to upload CE certificates. Very disappointing.
No landscape mode, never gonna use it. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Such a simple thing to provide. Completely takes away the functionality of an iPad with a keyboard. Never, never, never.
This App is a perfect example of how stupid the X-ray world is and how they don’t care about us techs… love taking X-rays, pretty much hate everything else around it
Disappointed, as the app does not work on my iPad. After log in, it is unresponsive. Please fix, as this app is not a good representation of the hard workers who could benefit from it.
This app only gives you two options: 1) upload pictures of CE (only via taking a picture with your phone’s camera). 2) log out As the other reviewer mentioned, this app is useless.
If you want to upload some CEs or logout of the app, this is for you. Otherwise go directly to the ASRT website. I have successfully uploaded CEs from the app (4/10/2024) and have received response from ASRT. However, and this is a BIG HOWEVER any other function or action that it appears to offer depicted by the screens on the App Store are very misleading and options are NOT available. The TWO options available are “UPLOAD CE” or “LOGOUT”, period.
Can’t login. Invalid Login Credentials. No means to reset password or update email contact info. On Website: Filled in all Required* fields, birth year Would Not Update to the selected year, it remains on 2018: would not change. ASRT.org/TXflex stated to Contact ASRT via phone. It’s the weekend. What good is a website ore an Application, for specific use if one cannot get through the frustration. This App and ASRT website are useless. So sad.
