This has worked great for my job duties at Store 175 in Northwest Arkansas! One constructive criticism: the Flash Finds from a month ago are still showing up in my For You tab when the current ones are supposed to be there. Can we get that fixed?
The app works fine for the most part. The only problems are I can’t see the quick view option, and also every time I try to push the order history tab on my account button. It won’t let me see my order history. I have to go back to the website to see it every time I push it bouncing for a minute, but then it gives me a error message
Just downloaded. "Search" feature is so terrible when trying to find a particular item. Filters are not good enough and I don't want to see evvvery item in the store! You think you've saved items to your cart by clicking "add to cart," but all the items aren't in the cart. And the worst part, you leave the app for a moment and the CART IS EMPTY! What a waste of time! Just not a user friendly app.
Can’t shop for anything because no items populate for sale. You can click on the categories, but who cares if you’re redirected to a blank page that says “Sorry. No products available for the selected location.” I actually remember this being the issue when I first got the app some years ago—HOW HAS THE ISSUE NOT BEEN RESOLVED????…do you really want our business??
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SEARCH ENGINE. If you don’t know the EXACT name of a product it more than likely won’t pop up. Filters do NOTHING. Searching for anything is like looking for a needle in a hay mountain. Takes for every to find the most basic things.
Cheers to the design team. The app is fast and provides a visually pleasing experience when scrolling through products. The filters are nice and I use the wishlist a-lot. I like the fact that my basket is “sticky” and syncs with the web site. I use an iPhone 12 and on occasion it will freeze but once reloaded I’m back to business. Even with this minor issue I’m a big fan.
I put a couple of things into my cart but had to remove them. Went back to the home page and the items appeared in my cart again. Removed them again, signed off, signed back on, and they were back in my cart again. Removed them yet again, signed out, deleted the app, downloaded it again, signed back in, and they were back in my cart again. Obviously can’t use the app now.
Great to see AT HOME finally has an app. It’s easy to use. Allows me to scan prices in the store so I can verify sale items. Didn’t know they had delivery before. Was able to schedule. And no more missing coupons. The app holds them for me. Thanks for getting the app.
This app is promising for both customers and team members. The ability to view our stock and actually look at our offers and deals in the palm of your hand is undoubtedly a huge advantage. Super excited overall!
The app never lets me log in. I was hoping the update from 4 days ago would finally fix it. It is so glitchy. I finally get it to work occasionally, and then it logs me out every time and never goes past the initial sign in screen. Even after selecting the Face ID option… I attempt to enter in my phone, my email, and select the skip for now option. Nothing works. I use the website button to open the app and it crashes. Please fix!
I am one of the at home workers and so few i tried using the barcode scanner does not work at all. But as right now i don’t know about online ordering yet. But everything else seems to be working just fine.
So excited that my favorite store now has an app! Already started creating my shopping wishlist, and I love that I can easily check availability in nearby stores!
After downloading this app and declining location and notification access, the app freezes. It doesn’t move from the At Home page at all. I deleted the app and reinstalled; same issue.
I buy alot of things from the store and everytime I check out I always put in my phone number but for some reason it’s not giving me my points…the app shows that I haven’t spend any money🤔🤔
I downloaded this app thinking it would be amazing but it doesn't do anything, its stuck at the front that has the “at home” store and the quote. When are you going to fix this?
I love this store & wish I could love the app. I hoped the app would simplify online shopping for At Home & overall provide additional convenience to the overall customer experience. Unfortunately this is not the case. I have instead found it time and time again to be extremely slow, glitchy, and greatly lacking in intuitive design/function. First off, when I say slow, I’m talking snail speed at best! I scroll and whatever page I’m on stays put a few seconds then eventually catch’s up & repeats this process constantly. Next to note, It’s randomly & dysfunctionally glitchy. I experience very frequent inconveniences from the very start of opening the app. For example, it repeatedly disables the screen to reload randomly (for far too long). Additionally, to save an item I’m interested in I have to tap the heart button 10+ times before it registers the touch & adds it to favorites. It will often also display an error message indicating there was an issue and it couldn’t add an item to my cart. However, if I go back to it and add to cart again it complies. Lastly, it is sorely lacking in intuitive design & function. If items in the cart are no longer available they remain in the cart. There is no way to manage the cart except to go one by one and remove each item. This is especially time consuming as after each removal the app takes 5+ seconds to reload before you can continue. Customers also do not have the convenience of saving an item for later from the cart but instead have to either go to the products page or opt to just remove the item altogether. The app also does not offer customers any way of splitting or customizing the organization of the wishlist/favorites section. So any saved item gets dumped into one bulk list & even unavailable items remain. No view filter or bulk edit features are available for this either. I hope this feedback inspires updates that turn this app into one of convenience, quality, & capability more befitting of the fantastic storefront experience At Home consistently provides to customers. As of now, sadly, in my opinion the app is so much more trouble than it’s worth. I’d recommend other users skip it & go in person instead until some serious necessary improvements are made. Thank You
For my needs the app is working great. I’m able use it to find the products I’m looking for and then use the bar code scanning to view the price and more product details. I can then add to cart and it’s a shared cart with my account. I can look at all the delivery options and place my online orders.
I’m beyond frustrated. I can’t use my codes online or on the app. I keep getting an error saying code 7833 is not valid. That’s not even my code! I contacted support in the past about it not working online and that was almost a year ago. It still doesn’t work! Do better At Home. The rewards are useless if they don’t let you add them to your cart.
