I downloaded this excited to see how my baby’s vision changes but only the first weeks are available. I was going to pay to upgrade and get other months, but when I go to upgrade it doesn’t work. It lists the price as $X.XX and the button doesn’t do anything. Super buggy and lame.
Honestly, I was kinda excited about this app. But was sadly disappointed. I know the majority of apps have a trial period or limited access but they still let you use the app. This app however gives you literally 4 seconds in “demo” mode and then asks you to purchase it for $1.99 😳 I’m sorry, but I haven’t even got to try the app to see if it’s worth my money. The fact that it continues to pop up asks you to purchase it after 4 seconds it’s annoying. I’m deleting this app and looking for a new one. Ridiculous.
This app is a scam/sham. Do NOT pay to upgrade unless you want to see more blurred nothing that barely changes and is *inaccurately* attempting to portray baby vision. I found a competitor app put out by a children’s hospital that is far more accurate and FREE.
According to this app, your baby sees things blurry (to varying degrees). I shouldn’t have needed an app to tell me this. I give the app 3 stars because I should’ve known better!
This is THE app for new parents and grandparents alike. Ever wondered how your newborn sees the world? With this app, you can explore the world through the eyes of your little one. Select their age and see a simulated view of the world. Follow along as their vision capabilities develop and set reminders to never miss a milestone. Take photos to keep lifelong memories of the time your little one recognized your dog or cat for the very first time. Follow your baby's milestones, from newborn to almost a year old and see the world in a new way. Discover friends, family members and pets the way your baby sees them. Track how their vision improves over time. Plus lots of learning materials to engage your baby. With the provided patterns and colors, you can see your baby's reaction right away. It's so amazing to see how they respond to different colors, shapes and patterns. NEW: You can now take photos and keep memories forever. Capture how your favorite flowers or your pet looks like to your little one. Babies can detect light, shapes and movement, but it's all blurry and colors cannot be distinguished early on. Over time, their vision improves and they can detect nuanced colors, objects and faces.
