This casino app is the worst

This is the worst casino ever of you going to do online betting do Golden Nugget. rivers or live casino don’t matter what you play you will be on a losing spree after your first deposit you will win then after that you will never win again I’m about to delete this app. The only reason why I kept it so long because they give you less problems when they’re trying to search your location then make sure you’re in the right place. Please do not spend too much money with this app they will rip you off if you like to play slots and you bet $1.50 and deposit $100 you will lose the whole thing you were not win nothing more than three dollars you played the table games. you will not win anything over $50 so if you just want to have fun keep it at 50 Cent nothing more.

Read this before you download, Worst online casino

I went on vacation to NJ over the weekend and due to restrictions I couldn’t play my usual online casinos. I deposited about 25$. Ended up winning a tad over 100$ on slots. Withdrew to my PayPal account on Monday, as of today(Sunday) they needed documents such as pdfs of my PayPal bank statements, my drivers license and a photo of me holding my drivers license to show proof it was me. Then when I finally got in touch with someone they said it was PayPal’s fault but they didnt realize I submitted that other documentation before that. After I told them that my withdraw was cancelled and funds were returned to Bally online casino, and now they have to review my documents I sent today. This has been going on all week just for 70$. So now they told me to wait to complete my withdrawal(again for the third time)until I hear back again from their online support team(good luck getting in touch with them) when they are done reviewing my documents. I never had this issue with any other online casino in my life, it’s crazy. At least they put the funds back in the app that I can’t use now since I left the state, so ridiculous. PS as I’m writing this I just withdrew from my local online casino and the funds are already in my PayPal account, so I withdrew, wrote this and 5 min later my funds are available. It’s not right. I hope they get it squared away for me because I can’t even play it now since I’m out of New Jersey.

Pay attention when signing up

I don’t remember if the app asked me to submit ID’s right away, but if you don’t please be aware that when you want to withdraw, they might close your account until they receive verification in the form of drivers license and whatever they require. This is what is currently happening to me. I never received an email or text stating I needed verification. They just automatically closed my account. I tried calling their customer service and that was a joke. I was on hold for about 20 minutes before I hung up and reached them through live chat. That took awhile too. They only requested my drivers license and told me it would be 48-72 hours until they verify my account. I am not sure why they close your account without first informing you of why they did it. Other online casinos will either send you an email or tell you immediately that you need verification. They need to fix that problem, because closing your account without reason leaves a bad taste in your mouth. As for the slots, they are very tight, but that is just my personal opinion.

Positive experience

I want to say first off, I’ve read a lot of reviews on here about people having issues when going to withdrawal and needing to verify their identity or not getting it at all…my experience personally was great, their games where fun, the layout was good, and got my withdrawal in under 24 hours of request. I feel the people that had issues and need to verify are the ones who etheir played out of state, or didn’t not verify their email or something was entered incorrectly when registering. But I myself will keep using this app and will continue to say good things about it until an issue arises, that hopefully and personally I don’t see happening

Do not play here

I enjoy online casinos and have played at most available in NJ. HOWEVER- this app is the only one where I have had issues. Many times over in the middle of a game it will kick you off, say that you are attempting to play outside of NJ, and you have to log back in. Also, on the mobile app, I have an issue with withdrawal and have to log into my computer to make a withdrawal. Customer service asked me to delete and reinstall the app but this did not fix the issue. Most recently, and not for the first time, I have had to chase down bonus money from customer service after receiving one of their offers. I have been on live chat 3 separate times for the same offer and only the last one even offered to escalate it to a supervisor. My advice to anyone who enjoys the games at Ballys and experiences similar issues- play at their sister site Virgin Casino. I have not had any of these issues there, and cannot recall ever speaking to their customer service representatives

Bally is a legit place to play roulette.

After a month of simulation play of a roulette system I debated between betMGM and Bally. I landed on betMGM and deposited 200 and got a $50 bonus. I declined the bonus math as I read too many horror stories. My first two sessions in the morning and afternoon play very normal comparing to my simulation play and I won. I came back at night and could not hit a dozen if my life depended on it. The wheel was acting very hincky. I will leave it at that and say I lost it all. Goodbye betMGM and Hello Bally. Not only is the wheel a hundred times better than the one at BetMGM but after the numbers are in line with the odds as they should be. It is very enjoyable and I just made a withdrawal and it was Easy-Peasy. Love Bally!

Listen, I left a kind of bad review last time, but I was just talking to support because Cash App no longer accepts withdraws from Bally and the help I got from support has been better than any other casino that I have dealt with Shakerrah S. Was the agent that I spoke to and she was on top of it so for me the way they handled this situation they get five stars 100% other places will tell you things like 7 to 10 business days and no one is trying to go through that when it has to deal with their money.

Pay Attention to Reviews That Call This a Scam

The app requests your personal information. It never works at all even though you “chat” with customers service and they verify everything for you because even the email they send for you to verify your email doesn’t work. You can never login to your account or the app. They will never answer the phone even though it’s supposed 24/7 customer service, and they blatantly ask you if you want to make a withdrawal now that they verified your email manually. Even though you have just registered the account and have never actually had the opportunity to win money. Not to mention they can supposedly see the account that has no transactions listed on it. This prompts a whole series of questions related to your banking information. This app and the people behind it are complete FRAUDS. I would give negative stars if I could.

Frustrating Experience

I've been using this gambling app for a month, and everything seemed fine until they suspended my account out of nowhere, citing a "security/identity check." Okay, I understand the importance of security, but why now after a whole month of playing? When I received the notification, I promptly provided all the necessary documentation to prove my identity. Little did I know that it could take up to 72 hours before I would be allowed to play again! Why wasn't this information communicated earlier? It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark. The most confusing part is that they let me play for a whole month without any security concerns. If my account was such a risk, why wasn't it addressed earlier? It just doesn't make any sense! As a customer, I expect better transparency and communication from a gambling app. Suspending my account without prior warning and leaving me hanging for days is unacceptable. This game seems to always freeze or reset once you win 36 to 51 free spins. Sent an email to the support team with screen shots and they said check my internet connection or reinstall the game. It happen to me on two different days 5 different times after spending a lot of money in the take. My Internet speed has 10g bandwidth speed since I work for a fortune 50 telecommunications company, so I’m sure it wasn’t on my end. I then went to another online application and the review for Cleopatra Slingo said it has been freezing or crashing on that site as well. Apparently it’s the game but Ballys doesn’t want to take it offline or take accountability so I recommend you avoiding this application and using another application like Virgin Casino, Fan Duel, or Sports King if you want honest service.

I submitted all of my info, pictures of my License & my social security just to be told my account is going to remain locked out. I can’t even log in to delete the account so not only do they have access to all of my information they also have pictures of it. Can’t believe I fell for a scam like this. Would give zero stars if I could but I’m putting five so that hopefully people will read this review before downloading it & making the same mistakes I did.

I never review anything but this deserves a review….

I use a lot of online gambling sites and when I saw that ballys created one I decided to try it out. I cannot believe how much this casino is completely turned off. This company must be bankrupt and they are using online casinos as a way to recoup their massive losses or something because I spent 500 dollars and didn’t get a single bonus or single line hit above 10 dollars lol. And I understand that gambling involves losing but I literally spent 500 dollars only getting 1.76 playing endless treasure slot machine and I didn’t get a single bonus or win big enough to make it worth it. Whatever you do, do NOT use this casino. There are plenty of other online casinos that aren’t trying to just steal money.

Garbage

They constantly remind you to play their promotions, so after 45 days of doing promotions.I managed to win absolutely zero. No human with half a brain would entertain playing two cents here. Forty five straight days and three bonus picks days and every envelope had an x. Here’s a thought, if you greedy casinos actually had allowed a dollar or two winner through your iron grip, I might actually deposit money again. But you have people come here every day and have no chance at any prize, which means the slots can’t be any better, which means your company will bleed cash. Which means your competitors will benefit. Fire the people running your promotions, before they run your business into the dirt.

Need To Improve on several things!

You can’t talk to a supervisor. You are not assigned a host like I am at other online casinos. They do NOT offer the Play+ card option to both deposit and withdraw with yet most of their competitor sites do!! Bonuses they told me are only for play use and can’t be converted to cash after play-through requirements are met? They don’t have ALL of the latest and/or popular casino games. They do not match your deposit bonuses IMMEDIATELY like other casinos, so you can play with it when you deposit!! Take too long to pay !

Black jack rigged

Every time you hit you get a 10 or face card every time they hit they get several low number cards awaiting to exactly a number that beats you. Lose five hands when the six lose five win the sixth win a handful of hands and then lose four or five consecutive straight. I don’t think that’s how random Number generators work. Ironically, it’s the same blackjack interface as fanduel uses. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were all connected and linked. Ironically, when I logged onto FanDuel, it gave me the same exact algorithmic outcomes.

Stay away. They will not let you withdraw.

Made a deposit and a withdrawal a few times with no issue for small amounts. They give me a deposit $500 get 20% bonus offer. I deposit and win. Now I go to make a withdrawal. They LOCK me out of my account. Then I reset my password and my account now says CLOSED. Contact support they say they need 2 forms of picture ID all of sudden. Funny because I had no issue making a large deposit but now when I try to make a withdrawal, there is a huge problem. Got an email that says I can be verified instantly. However the rep says nope it’s going to take a while. Do not play here.

When this site opened up the games were so tight couldn’t win anything. Then they gave a small bonus of 1.25 and in my mind I was thinking what’s the point. But I was actually able to play for almost an hour. Hopefully this is a sign that the games are better than they were.

Major Rip off

This is one of the worsts apps ever. If you love dumping money into games with no win back. Every spin is a no win spin. You never get any of the bonus rounds or hit on the free spins. Basically they like taking you money and you get nothing in return. Not asking to win big but at least something and you don’t here. And once you input your banking information, they will tell you that it can not be deleted or removed. So your information will be with them forever. So don’t waste your time. Those guys need to be closed down.

Verification

I’ve had this app over a month now and was asked to verify my account. Why Their verification process is onerous at best. I think I’ve photographed and sent my SS card at least a dozen times. The last 6 times asked me to re-photograph my card each time because my card had been cropped even though I didn’t crop the card. I understand why they’d need the number but do they really need a photograph of my card. Verification of an SS # is very easy Why does Bally have such a hard time with it?? So far zero stars.

These people are ridiculous

I don’t know who’s behind this casino but they are completely ridiculous. They have a promocode for new registrations for $100 so I registered and finally after submitting my verification photos 5 different times I finally got verified and never received my $100 bonus money so after I sent the email that says “enjoy $100 bonus money on us once you register” and told them I never received it, they locked me out of my account. This is the absolute worst casino app in existence.

Do yourself a favor and choice a different app for slots… this app has stole thousands and thousands of dollars from me. I’ve played with around 14k and maybe one 3k in total. Account Closed for no reason

I had my account closed by them for no reason and support won’t get back to me as to a reason. They asked for I’d gave it to them. They have my bank info and it’s not a problem loading money on but when I went to cash out my winnings they closed my account. I didn’t do anything except gamble and got ripped off my winnings. Account verification

Locked me out my acccount for verification asked for a couple things. When I called they wanted more information. Then after I sent that they wanted more. 6 days later I’m still locked out my account with money on it. A financial specialist was supposed to call yesterday and nothing. SCAM!!!

I won $200 and attempted to withdrawal to the PayPal I deposited with. They are refusing to pay me my winnings and closed my account an hour after my withdrawal! They also won’t refund the money that I have put in. They told me that I needed to verify with certain documents and I had sent them. They told me I will be verified within 48 hours. Still have heard nothing. Will be filing a lawsuit and be taking way more than $200. See you in court Bally.

Horrible app

My account was restricted for a week because I opted to cash out my bonus . They had me send in photo ID and said I was verified but still kept my account locked for a week . Using the app is a waste of time . It malfunctions too often and ruins the fun and thrill . It froze multiple times on me when I got the bonus rounds and ruined my chances of winning some good money . I’ve deleted the app and closed my account , never again ..

Customer service response time absolutely horrible the verification process to get verified for your account. Garbage took over three days for them to figure out what was wrong for them to then say I must wait another 72 hours for verification all over again after making me making an account four times and then telling me I still don’t have an account.

Unable To Withdraw

Bally Casino has great welcome bonuses and offers for users, but the ID verification after requesting to withdraw (and after creating an account to verify age and location?) makes no sense to me. Worst app!! DO NOT USE

This is the worst app, they don’t let you cashout any money over $100, the live chat takes hours and the chat workers are slow and incompetent! They withheld my money for two months and then still asked for bank statements, after clearing it, they said they can’t send me my money and stole $160 from me!
