I have been using it got many years and it had been good After latest upgrade yesterday, app doesn’t work any more. I have reinstalled it but no luck ☹️
The whole point of having a banking app is convenience & ease of use. Every time I try to pay a bill, more often than not, I’m blocked, the app can’t access my accounts, or some other mindless error obfuscates what I’m trying to do. I have called the bank to resolve the problems, but they recur with an annoying frequency that has left me resorting to writing a paper check to pay my bills through the even more unreliable mail. Don’t bother with this app, it’ll just drain your patience.
I have been using bcb app for quite a while and this app stopped working. Mobile check deposit doesn’t work and keep giving error you must endorse your check with BCB mobile. When called customer service she said no other user called so it’s not a problem and it’s hopeless.
It is my main reason why I don’t want to use this bank anymore. At this point BCB should have a reliable bank application that is useful. I thought I would use a local bank but this is impossible. I constantly have to change my password and call them to help me reset it, I don’t even want to deal with this anymore. I constantly have to call them bcs I get a “invalid user”.
It is hard to put into words just how bad this bank’s app and online website function. It is stunning. To conduct standard banking transactions, I have the turn back the clock 20+ years and do deposits/withdraw slips at the physical location. And that is better than using the app.
Idk what is wrong with this app, but it needs a HUGE UPDATE. Seriously. I’m ALWAYS encountering problems and errors. I’ve tried logging in, and it’s like its not recognizing my password. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to change my password because of this issue. PLEASE FIX IT!!
I have to download this app every time I use it. It will only let me log in once. When I log out, it disappears. This just started happening. Used to be fine. Can't seem to find anyone in support to help. Help please?
