I am almost 58 years young! I have been on my health and fitness journey for about 4.5 years. I am the mother of six and grandmother of ten. When I started this journey I was almost ready to just accept the ‘extra weight’ and ‘aches and pains’ that I’ve been told, inevitably, come with age. One day it just clicked... No Way!!! I found an incredible women’s fitness center, but after the worldwide pandemic, known as covid19, it permanently closed its doors!! Devastated, my physical and emotional well-being began to suffer tremendously!! I lost all motivation. I ended up having emergency surgery in October 2020 which added to my growing depression. My wonderful and supportive husband found booty bands and barbells online. The color scheme of the ad reminded him of my beloved gym that closed earlier in the year. He thought this booty bands and barbells set and app would cheer me up!! Boy was he right! I was thrilled to receive the entire set for my Christmas present. He even set up a special ‘personal care studio’ for me. I have been faithfully working out. I have a lot of ground to make up but with the equipment and the app I finally feel like myself again!! The app has so many workouts to choose from. The variety is incredible! I love it!! I will be 58 next month and I love how I feel in my skin again! Thank you for bringing joy back into my routine!
I’m a mother of 3 and had my last baby in September 2019. I definitely wasn’t happy with my body at that point ☹️ The pandemic allowed me time to focus on myself so I started doing workouts I found online but then Booty Bands popped up as an ad on Facebook! I was super interested but I was nervous about my own ability to commit. I joined the Facebook group and truly found an amazing and supportive community of women overseen by dedicated and ACTIVELY PRESENT coaches that truly care about us ❤️ The coaches are real women that build you up and support you. The kind of support I didn’t even realize I needed. That right there is what boosted my commitment! I dove right in! I started in August and by December I had lost 5 lbs but more than that I learned from the coaches to not let the scale determine my success (totally true) as I felt AMAZING and absolutely loved what I saw in the mirror 😍 My confidence boosted and I was totally committed! Booty Bands & Barbells was a life changer and I’m happy to say I’m the weight I was 10 years ago when I got married! It’s the only thing that has worked to get rid of my stubborn fat! I had to call and get help today from customer service. Not only have I enjoyed the healthy changes the challenges, exercises and recipes have brought me at the convenience of my iPhone, but today I realized they have top notch customer service too. They handled my matter very timely, with professionalism and kindness. In fact, the interaction was so great that I decided instead of removing an item I had accidentally added I swapped it for another item of greater value because I already had the first item and I intend to be a lifetime customer. The new products that you have access to through the app are incredible and easy to find, but the new customer service experience was just as loving and caring as the Facebook groups have grown to be. I love the person to person communication and now they have added the ability to text. Very cool! Extremely satisfied customer after dealing with yet another growing in excellence area of Booty Bands & Barbells - Bravo Team!❤️❤️❤️
In today’s age it’s almost unheard of to be heard as a customer. My experience with Booty Bands has been absolutely amazing. I’ll admit I was iffy on the app at first, but then I joined the community and began to navigate my way around the app. Let me tell you, you can’t beat this program. I’ve been working out with my equipment which I LOVE LOVE LOVE for about a week now . As a mother of four and two of which are special needs I don’t know what having time for the gym means 😂 these weight sets are AH MAZE ING . Firstly they are small and sleek , easy to store ! I love how the weights themselves have handles to be even more versatile .. the support and love this community has is another huge thing for me as it’s so hard to stay motivated when you’re pulled a million different directions . I love how the app has meal plans and workout guides to help you keep your workout routine fresh and fun! I’m so so glad I made this purchase and I cannot wait to get my body back!
I have been following Danita for a couple years now and last year I have seen how much she has grown and inspired so many bootyful women. I had an issue with logging in but she responded back and walked me through step by step. Mind you there was no technical issues I only had to register lol but got a good laugh out of it. She opened up her group to all women during this pandemic and has helped me in so many ways. I’m on to my new adventure with coach Danita and coach Cindy for the 90 day mindset. Yay so excited. I’ve always fluctuated in weight and never found the right work out routine. This app changed my life. Like Danita says you are working smarter not harder and this app is so versatile there are so many options and different workout you never get bored with the same routine. They give you some really great tips during your workouts and the instructors are just so positive and uplifting. Also love the new improvements on this app from the old one.
I LOVE this app!! I can easily open the app , pick a workout that I want to do whether 10 min quick& easy or to HIT workout! Having this app makes me more consistent and I’m finally seeing results. This app makes working out very easy and fun which I’ve never experienced with other workouts. They break down form to what muscle you’re targeting. Absolutely a must have workout app!!
I absolutely love the app but I have found one flaw. There is no community when you use the app like there is with the Facebook group. I listen to the podcast as well but I am jealous of the elite members who receive a lot of extra attention for the same price I pay for this app. I don’t have any social media therefore I’m unable to join in on the online brigade!
At first when seeing the advertisement on Facebook I was skeptical. But I decided after a few weeks to give it try. This was the best decision ever made. The products are amazing. The Facebook community is just as amazing. Plus who doesn’t love colors? It will make you want to workout. The app is very informative and the workouts will dust off of the cobwebs on your muscles.

Not only are these the cutest workout bands and weights - But, this group of girls make me feel welcomed, beautiful, and they get me excited to workout!!! Even when I slack off - they welcome me back with open arms... I really appreciated the easy to use app, this group, the equipment, and most of all the owner, she treats everyone special. It’s like having a private coach 😊
I am new to lifting so I am extremely grateful for the proper instruction from the app. It is a wealth of ideas and even guidance if you need it!! I am loving how versatile it is and that I can take my bands and app anywhere! There are workouts for every need and want offered. Even workouts that target problem areas and pain!! This app is so well organized! All the workouts are easy to find and I love that I can create my own plan or follow along with the coaches. I also love that the workouts can be modified to fit anyone’s needs or intensified for an extra challenge. The motivation section is great for a pick me up and all the healthy recipes look amazing! I have been using the booty bands now for a year, I order the barbell and I am loving this program, I am starting to tone up a little and losing fat, but not at my goal weight yet! I trued the protein powder, it is delicious, best tasting protein powder, I have tried. I am so glad I found booty bands! Love it
I’ve never had a workout that works my muscles out so good without complete exhaustion afterward. These workouts are tailored just for me... or so I feel like! They target those trouble areas and I feel so good afterwards! I’m a mom with three kids so I need fast and efficient. Bootybands app does it just right. 😀
I started looking for a pink weight set and ended up with so much more. The products are beyond amazing. They work so much better for me with my shorter stature. Not to mention they’re so cute it makes you want to use them. The community is very supportive and encouraging! Not to mention the work outs on the app!
Honestly it’s the price of a gym membership but you don’t have to leave your house and you can workout in the comfort in your own home.. love how each coach explains the moves...and the bands and weights are amazing!!!! Join the booty brigade!!!!!!!
The Bootybands and Barbells app is such an easy app to follow. Everything is broken down into easy to follow and understand categories from monthly workouts to meal planning. There are enough categories to cover everything and anything you need from beginner to advanced.
This app is so well organized and easy to use. Danita is such a positive force. Uplifting and encouraging. The exercises really are designed to sculpt your entire body and it only takes minutes per day. I love the monthly challenges and I love this app!!!!
I use this app everyday. I love the ten minute workouts and the stretching videos. Ever since I downloaded this app, I’ve been so excited to wake up in the morning and work out.
This new app has made literally every workout available only through a paid subscription which is terrible. After investing in these expensive weights I’d think the company would offer customers some content (workouts) free of charge. I won’t recommend these weights to anyone else due to the lack of resources to help us use them once purchased. This app is an insult to people who bought the weights.
I love this app.! You can follow along and you can go back and review old videos so you can redo them as an everyday workout. And I just love the barbells made Exspecially for woman. Not to heavy and wonderful colors. I highly recommend the app!
Do not buy this app! I purchased it and never got access to anything. I emailed customer service twice and no reply! Most likely no longer in service and they’ve kept the app
I’ve struggled with weight since I had my daughter who’s 14. I’m still not where I would like to be & that’s ok, but ever since I started booty bands I have lost a total of 28lbs. Usually when I would “diet” I would lose some weight quickly mostly in my chest & butt and even though I was smaller I felt like I looked worse. And with booty bands that was not the case I lost the weight & kept my curves. Actually it enhanced them even more. with the workouts I especially love when there’s challenges. This is the only program that I have ever stuck with, because it’s the complete package. You get new workouts all the time, great trainers, nutrition plans, and a really great community.
There’s tons of workout apps available in the market place and every single one of them requires some form of subscription. It can be a little intimidating trying to figure out what is and isn’t worth it. I don’t have that worry with Booty bands & Barbells. The subscription provides a variety of content from yoga, hiit, dance, weights and sooo much more! I do have the barbell set and the company does also offer free content on YouTube and has two Facebook support groups(which also has free content). Women empowering other women. The free content is great! However, the app subscription has tons more work out options and new monthly challenges, that you can choose to participate in. Monthly challenges often offer a free gift, which can range from a new booty band to an entire weight brand new barbell set! I’ve never met a company that offers you the option to win a free gift like an entire barbell set for free! You definitely get more than what your paying for with this subscription! Would recommend it 100% to anyone even thinking about it.
I’ve tried to call customer service 3 times and never get a call or email back. I’ve been paying for the app for 3 months now and can’t use it. Something happened when you switched apps and my email isn’t recognized on the new app but still paying 24.99 a month.
