Although I am down to a handful of favorites at Fox in general, I find their news to be as biased as The NY Times and The Washington Post. Occasionally they throw a bone to conservatives but they cannot hide their left leaning opinions in their coverage. Roger's daughter in law is a huge HILLARY supporter (it shows), if I want biased news I have plenty of choices. I watched Fox for years because I felt I was getting most of the truth from their newscasts. I have joined the multitudes who have "flipped the switch" and gone elsewhere. After a long term relationship, we are finished Fox, like a divorce, I have found another. BTW, your treatment of President Trump has been shameless at times. Unprofessional! And I felt they were a little soft on OBAMA but I understood they had to present both sides. Apparently the globalist owners think differently.
App has great coverage I only wish it would update more often. Seeing the same article day after day is frustrating especially when new is constantly happening. When I look this morning that a 4 year old passed away in a fire I know this article will be in headline list for about 3 days. Articles should be archived so recent headlines can move forward and take their place
The videos automatically play, when I pause or silence it and go to the next article, it automatically plays and so on . I tend to read the news when I’m sitting somewhere quietly the waiting room at the drs perhaps or along those lines. It’s a bit jarring to continuously have it start going when there is silence around me. Even when my phone is set on silent, it will still play. There should be a way to stop having the videos auto play or at least keep the volume off unless you want to hear it. Happy the auto scroll as been fixed though, thank you!
Report the real news. Stop reporting the pre-written garbage that’s handed to you. The word for word crap. Russia collusion, not reporting the laptop, covid shot not working, ect ect. Start reporting good stories. New story’s daily. Like who was on the Epstein visitor log that was a minor side note to a spy balloon. That’s real news about real freaks in power that we all should know. Why is it that we send billions to the most corrupt government on the planet and we can’t even take care of our own after a chemical spill in Ohio. I am sick of the hype and stupidity that comes through the news. Everyone should be informed. The news use to be responsible . I wish I could be that bad at my job and keep it.
is better than before....videos have a Lot of ads and takes for ever to start. i have n iphone 12 pro so is not a phone issue please make this app better please every single news every single breaking news keep the customers updated with the latest news every time happens sometimes it takes days before this app updates
“An error occurred, please try again later.” I have uninstalled and installed this app several times, and this bug keeps cropping up. Please fix this, and I will update my review. Another annoyance, is the repeat commercials with the news team. It’s so annoying to a point, I have to leave the app. Thank you
I love this channel - and I love the app when it’s working. Ads will take too long to load and then the actual news video is lost. Sometimes the ads cause the news article that is being pushed to my phone to reload constantly and I have to force quit the app. Even if I mute the add and read the bottom it jumps to the top to load the ad that is failing. It’s a bummer. I’d pay to make the ads disappear so I could actually watch the news on the go. TLDR: The ads literally ruin the reason to have this app.
I’ve been watching Jean and everybody from the cast in the beginning through all the changes from the start of the zip trips I’ve been with you guys all the way and I wouldn’t change it for the world! You guys are the best and I love that you’re down to earth and not fake scripted reports like other stations. Keep up the great work
I have had numerous times where I love lady is looking right at me and just left once because I dropped something I needed to pick up off the floor and that just took to long that was it right now real time 544 orange line going towards Oak Grove I can’t tell you how many times this is happened at the station looking me in the eye
Now 1/3 of iPhone 11 screen is taken up by video of there choosing that I never watch. No way to collapse or set a preference to not show it. Bottom 1/4 is taken up by an ad. So very little scrolling space left to actually read the news. News is often days old - why report on a ball game 3 days ago; along with the one two days ago and the one last night! I can never tell which is the one I haven’t read yet until I start reading it over again.
For the past 2 weeks I am having a problem with the news to play live. The ad plays ok but when it switch to the news an error shows up saying it can’t play the video try again later. How much later? This is ridicules. Please fix this bug.
I have download fox25 app and have not in need to ever complaint,this app is good and all ways keep me informed about whats around you ,in about seconds,i know whats happening outhere,when im in the go ,i can listening the app too ,whats not to like about this app ,i give thumps up ,great job .
I love Boston 25, but this app has WAY to many ads. You will be listening to a breaking news story and be cut off my an advertisement or their “intro screen” and then it will go back to the news when the story is almost over. It’s very frustrating while trying to watch the weather or traffic in the morning. I understand the reason for the ads, but can they do it like a normal commercial break on television?
I really like that I get notifications when the governor, mayor or president are live. The problem is I go to watch it and you make us watch an ad first which is making us miss the beginning of the update. This is very frustrating with all that is currently going on in the world. I am one of the few essential workers so I am not home to watch this on the tv so if you could stop the ads that would be very nice.
Love this app to get latest news updates and alerts! My only gripe is that after you read a news feed, when you go back to “Home”, it starts you at the beginning of the selections again. Also, the site will sometimes shut down for no reason.
They keep asking for a rating no matter how many times you click not now. So that’s why 1 star. Can’t stand being solicited for ratings and feedback. Most people who have issues and are not satisfied with a product or service will bring it up. No need to solicit. Many a company and medical provider have lost my business over habitual solicitation for service ratings.
This app is not to be used as an early or real time warning system. The notifications for severe weather in your area are received 30 - 50 minutes after it occurs.
Great app! The only thing I would like to suggest is screen rotation enabled within the app. When I load on my iPad with keyboard, I have to hold it sideways because the screen doesn’t turn.

The headlines and information you’re sending me in this app for breaking stories is not helpful when each and every time you give the bare minimum of information and make users open to read full detailed story to even know the location of where this breaking story is occuring . Interruptions throughout the day not helpful if the news being reported is not even in the local area.
I’ve used this app for years and I’m finally moving on. For one, the news, especially breaking news stories I hear from elsewhere, is not on here, and if it does make it to the app, it’s hours later. Sometimes the news stories will not change for 2 days. It’s all the same stuff. Second, do they not have editors working here? The amount of typos and spelling errors I come across should be embarrassing for any “journalist”.

I am a daily READER of this stations news, however,since they have added videos I am subjected to waiting for commercials to end, and then stopping the video so I can READ the news. I find this very annoying and a waste of my time in the morning. If I wanted to SEE the news I’d turn on the TV. Going to find a different way to read the news.
Too many videos. I dont have time to watch them in the daytime. Im busy. I end up turning u off and opening something to read. Im actually thinking of deleting the app cuz i dont watch

They stream a replay of the 9am news at 10am, but the sound almost never works. The sound will work for all the ads and promotions that are played during the news feed, but the news feed itself has no sound. Wicked annoying since that’s about the only time I can watch the news in the morning.
We love watching Boston 25. All of the people who work there are knowledgeable and on point. I feel like they all love their jobs, and it shows in their reporting of the news, weather, and sports.
I am so very upset at not being able to receive channel 25 any more. If a contract isn’t resolved I will no longer need Direct TV. Upset! upset, upset!!!
I deleted other Boston apps because the constant alerts were annoying. Now Boston 25 is doing the same. Constant alerts when I’m in a class or meeting is becoming a problem. Please send only important alerts
Fox 25 is my best sauce of new. I live in Maine, and Comcast stopped airing Fox 25 about 2 years ago. I have to get my wes sauce on my phone. I wish Comcast would get there head out is there **** Please give me Fox 25 back in southern Maine. Mike5637
Love watching while I get ready for work but I have to turn it off after a bit because they play the same commercials and interviews with the news team over and over and over
This app is worthless. Every time a breaking story alert pops up, I tap it to view it. The app opens to ad after ad, then some more commercials, then some random live feed that has nothing to do with the news alert. I haven’t been able to follow a single breaking story that has popped up on my phone since downloading this app. It is by far the most useless app I’ve tried.
I stream my app to my tv. It worked fine until about a month ago. Now when I plug it to my tv, whatever is playing gets stuck and it reloads every 3 seconds. I close the app, and the audio works while the app is closed. It the only app I have that does this yet the only news in Boston that streams live without a cable provider. Please continue to work on this app. It needs it.
However every single add you play looses me a little at a time. I can’t stand waiting to watch or read something and you force me to watch you crappy adds. Never ever will I be a patron of anyone who buys advertising on your crappy station. Thanks for nothing
Had to delete the app because I was receiving alerts for things I set my settings that I did not want alerts for. Seems there is work to be done still with the app. Also, would receive alerts for news and once you clicked the alert, you would be directed to the wrong article. Please improve your app.
Caution. Turns camera on. I get a warning my camera is open.
Always force closes, videos won’t play in full screen mode, when I rewind commercials play non stop, also get pop ups that freeze my iPhone 13 and it will shut off phone and restart from app. Lots of malware and spyware. This app also turns my camera on and invades my privacy. Phone also gets hot with this app. Ads in bottom are all scams with false advertising. This is a horrible app for a big news company. It’s a shame they get paid to put these spyware ads on to steal your info.
I have watched Fox 25 NewsSince the first day it was aired ! I still miss VB ,Doug’s,Cindy ,the heavy hitters , David Wade , even miss Kim ,I absolutely would never watch it again if Geane LeVangie ever left , Lilly you are a hoot !!
Careful people. A few weeks ago I noticed this app copying something from my Notes. I took a screenshot and have emailed the Agency as well but am yet to hear back. The news team is great and on point but I have a feeling the guys running the app are not upfront. I plan to escalate the matter further and report the unlawful copying of data from my phone by this app.
This app is just awful. The live video takes a while to play with long ads. Twitter videos attached to the article doesn’t even play, why bother attaching it to the article? I love fox25 news reporting but getting news on this app is a chore. Not to mention the constant misspelling. This app needs a makeover soon or I’m just going to delete it.
