Surveys do not pay much, but it seems to offer higher payouts if you do more. You won’t get rich, and probably never Make even half of minimum wages. But , you can do it while watching TV or surfing the net & not paying taxes. The Reason I started was because I have been in the hospital & rehab for almost a month & have nothing better to do. When I first started it took all day to just make $5 which worked out to less than $1 per hour . I am on my 4th day now and will be lucky to make even twice that. Again, I am doing it while watching TV. The surveys are paying better now & I would like to see what it pays when I am able to go home. If I can at least make 1/2 minimum wage it may be worth it because I don’t spend time driving back & forth to work, I work whenever I want, no need to get dressed, no gas to pay for, no expenses eating out, pay no taxes & any other additional time & expenses saved by working at home or anywhere you can take your phone.
I like this app, but the only problem with it is the political surveys It once gave me an option to choose for a pro abortion, statement, or a abortion statement, and part of the description of this app is expressing your opinion and me personally is anti-abortion so I decided to choose none of them seem very convincing and it brought me back to the same thing I did again and again and again eventually, I had to choose one also they say that they will not share any information but they do do something with that information they use it to make graphs to see what age what race what married status which sex so they can target the best people to vote for them and I believe they want the Democrats to win the election so as an example if they are information, says that 20 year old African-Americans are more likely to vote for a Democratic representative then they will have that representative say something like Black Lives Matter (they do) so that that they get the audience that is more likely to vote for them so as a summary they are paying you so they can target the perfect people to vote for who they want to you to vote for which I believe paying people so that the representative they want to win the election wins seems very morally wrong paying to win an election is wrong.
You’ll get screened out most of the surveys you try. Even after spending several minutes, answering multiple survey (some actually feed into the each other) and giving data which I’m sure they still use. Length of time advertised to complete the survey is almost always inaccurate and ranges from 5-10 minutes more if they even let you know the time range once you start. The use of the profile you provide should be used to weed out any surveys you won’t qualify for. That would save you time and prevent you from providing data without getting credit or getting the token 2 pts they sometimes give when you get screened out. I’ve ran into a ton of technical issues from broken links to not getting credit for a completed survey. The highlights of the app are the 5pt - 10 profile surveys and daily polls. If you do those everyday for a month you’ll get about 3 bucks. You’ll have to determine if it’s worth your time. Apps like these can do better but they won’t because how they currently operate works for them and that’s all they care about. Have fun with it but don’t take it seriously.
When you first sign up for Branded Surveys it seems cool at first however over time the company will short change you for completed surveys the closer you get to receiving your bonus points. I’ve done full surveys to only be told at the end of the survey don’t qualify or the survey is filled. This is a way for them to obtain information from you without any compensation. Also they do not fully credit you back on these surveys that have completed in full and spent all of your time doing. They always say under review. Also they have taken back points from my account weeks after completing the survey saying that they did a quality check but don’t provide the reason for which questions the quality check was for. Another way for them to steal the few cents they give you for completing a survey. The closer try to get to your bonus points say have one survey left, all of a sudden you don’t qualify or the survey is filled. Another way for them to prevent getting and receiving bonus points as they make you do bunch of surveys getting information from you and end up not qualifying or survey is full toward the end. Not fair & very dishonest!!!
This app is great!!! Only problem I have with this survey once I reach Gold I haven’t been able to do anymore surveys. I updated my profile to attract more surveys, now going on day two no surveys. If anyone is having this problem please let me know or give advice. Also I told my best friend about that app while having lunch. She down loaded the app And got started. We both click on the same survey she got pick for the survey and I got a message SURVEY was fill quickly. We did this for 2 hours and the exact thing happen again. I click on the surveys with the lowest points and longest time to complete. We notice a pattern. If anybody has experience this please let me know. I think this is so shady and sad.
Everything about this is awesome and easy to earn money but when you constantly bring up an issue and it just never gets resolved well that just shows how much they really care ever since I opened up my account I never really used it normally on a daily basis but now that I do I’ve brought up the issue of the “Pop Rewards” surveys yes I know it’s a third party providing the surveys and branded just presents them and makes them available to you but these certain ones never pay you out for you time it just stays frozen on their loading screen when you complete I can tell you how many times this has happened but now whenever I see the survey is taking me there I just know automatically I’m not going to get rewarded so I exit and hey they don’t care because I’ve emailed them about this and guess what that survey provider is still there taking up countless amount of time when you could be doing another survey and actually get rewarded not to mention their survey circuit part of the app never works either just countless questions that lead you to no surveys so you have to keep answering and answering questions what a waste of time they just don’t care!
The value of the surveys is good, and the quantity is good. The payout system is easy with low minimum for payout. However I am giving this a one star and will continue to give this app a one star until the glitches in the surveys are fixed. The surveys freeze after completing them more than half the time, or get to a point that you can’t click the continue button and the survey errors out, you end up having to force close the app or end the survey early and not get paid because you can’t continue. The developers don’t respond to the customer service emails, but they have given me 100 points to make up for the issues that have been occurring, but that really doesn’t make up for the lost income from surveys I’ve completed, and the “customer satisfaction points” doesn’t count toward my weekly survey goal for the bonus points. I’d really like to see these issues resolved because I do like this app. Perhaps a different site embedding app, not sure what platform they’ve used to build this. Also when this happens, you can’t report the survey because it doesn’t show up in your history. Most of the time it’s the samplitico or whatever surveys
Locks you out when you reach the “Cash out” Minimum
Recently, I tried Branded Surveys for the heck of it. Sounds like easy money, right? Wrong. Half way through a survey I would get kicked out because I “didn’t qualify”, and if you even just clicked on a high paying survey, the survey is apparently full. I’ve reached the cash out minimum twice, and both times I got locked out of my account and got the message “Oops! Looks like you’re unable to participate in our surveys.” When I would click on literally anything. There are better apps just like this like Google Opinion rewards, Eureka, Surveymonkey, etc. Google opinion rewards doesn’t always have surveys ready for you, but when you do get them it’s pretty easy to cash out and it’s a trustworthy process. I feel like Branded Surveys is just a way to sell your personal info, most of the surveys ask for very specific and weird questions, and when you answer them, you get kicked out. I would recommend other apps that are like this. Please don’t fall for this.
A shame that I have to go through this for a response it is a good app other than a few bugs
I’ve tried to get a response from them after sending at least 10 emails just voicing my concerns with no answers so I’ll do it here. Multiple times a day I lose out on surveys because there isn’t a refresh option to refresh a page when the app doesn’t go to the next page. It’s frustrating after spending 15 or 20 minutes only to lose out on points and time. I’ve reached out to them multiple times addressing my concerns and never received any acknowledgment. Other than an automated response saying they’ll get back to me within X amount of time and they never do. When it’s not doing that the app is incredible and I’ve been using it for almost 3 years. When it works well it’s one of the best on the App Store.
There are positives and negatives. Positives: It pays out to PayPal within minutes. Negatives: A lot of the times, after spending 10-20 minutes answering questions, you are kicked out randomly and don’t get the full credit. The last few months have been very tough to get a consistent amount of funds. In November/December of 2021, I was earning about $150-$160 a month, which helps put some extra money in my pocket during these days of high pricing on food/gas. Unfortunately, the months of January to April, at most I could only get up to $50-$60 a month. There are some days when it’s not so hard and you can get into a rhythm and earn $5-$10 a day… most days, no matter how hard you try, or how much time you put in, you’re lucky to get $1. Again, hit or miss. Lately, it’s been more of a miss. I’m trying to find a more reliable/consistent survey platform. This used to be my favorite.
A very frustrating process. You take so many surveys that you spend A LOT OF TIME on only to be rejected because you don’t qualify and you get 1 or 2 or even zero points. I don’t mind being rejected if they would do it after you answer 10 or so questions. But if you spend 10, 15, 20 minutes on a survey and then they say you don’t qualify and you make no money AND you’ve given them plenty of information that they could still use but you don’t get paid for it. If I’ve spent that much time then I should get at least 25 points or so. I understood the process before I started. Everything in this app works the way they say it does but it’s not fair that I have to spend so much time on one survey, give them plenty of information and then don’t get paid anything. The other day I spent 45 minutes taking surveys and I think I got two maybe four points. I didn’t qualify for any of the surveys which is fine, but I want to take a survey and then have it say no quickly and let me try to take another survey. I do use this app several times a day, and I do make money. I think I’ve been doing this for about 4 weeks and I’ve made $54. Equals to about two dollars a day. Which again, I have no problem with that. The problem I have is the amount of time I have to spend on some of the surveys and then don’t qualify. Please note, this DOES NOT happen EVERY SURVEY. You CAN make money with Branded Surveys.
Perhaps the worst, most unprofessional and dishonest of all the survey apps. I was banned for no reason (I am assuming because I complained too much about broken surveys) and they refused to give me any sort of explanation or direct me to their terms of to show me what rules I violated. They will also reject every dispute for missed points and lie about it by saying it was DQ after one minute although I only disputed surveys that took me 20-30 minutes to complete after receiving either error messages or being disqualified after completion. This company is just a huge waste. I have started to contact their participating researchers to let them know that I will be breaking all confidentiality agreements asked of me by the participating researchers since Branded Surveys refuses to compensate me and I encourage anyone going through this to do the same. I will be posting confidential information on my social media so be on the look out for rough sketches of advertisements, upcoming movie trailers, political action agendas, etc. that have been asked to remain confidential by those filling out these surveys. If I can’t be compensated than I can’t remain confidential, it’s as simple as that. The only thing Branded Surveys is good at is being liars and not wanting to pay the literal pennies that folks try to earn on their site. I predict this is going to cost them way more money once I’m done with them. Should’ve just given me my $9.80
As far as survey apps go, this one isn’t too bad. It has a variety of surveys for various returns. Here are the big negatives: 1. You will often spend more than 10-20 minutes in a survey for it to suddenly dump you out and say the survey is full. You get zero credit for all that wasted time. 2. The survey owner is allowed to ask you preliminary questions before they let you take the survey and pay you. Sometimes this preliminary questions take 5-10 minutes and then you are suddenly dumped out with a note saying you don’t fit their mold and they give you 2 points. That is 2 cents for up to 10 minutes of your time. 3. Some surveys have links in them where they want you to click on the link to view a graphic, a video, a description. These links don’t have any way return to the survey. Don’t click them. Just move on. Literally 30 or more minutes in, and there is a link that basically locks you out. Again no money for your valuable time. 4. Usually the highest value of a survey is 105 points. That is equal to $1.05 payout. Some say they take 6 minutes on the selection screen, but that isn’t true. After you enter the survey, they tell you the real amount of time required and it is never a few minutes. 5. I can’t even tell you how many hours I wasted over three weeks to get a measly $28 payout. You are worth more than that. Don’t get sucked in.
I will say I’ve made about $25 from taking surveys on here (obviously you’re not going to get rich, but it’s a little bit.) BUT there are a few things that are really annoying. First, I’ve noticed that since I got the Gold Badge, I get WAY less surveys. Majority of the time there are none, or I get the “this survey is full” on just about every single one offered which is annoying. Some of them have you get half way through and then hit you with “this survey is full!” There are also some surveys that require you to put your phone in landscape, so I’ll get halfway through a survey and have to quit because the app doesn’t allow landscape mode, so I can’t complete it. Another issue is the app will freeze or time out when you’re in the middle of a survey, so you just completed most of it for nothing.
I enjoyed it first and it was fun to do. After a while it became very frustrating because either the page would time out, or I would just get a blank page as I was filling out a survey and there was no way out other than to cancel the survey. You waste a lot of time repeatedly putting your personal information in after the app already has your personal information. Many times I would nearly complete a survey and then the page would go blank and I wouldn’t get any credit for it. They got their information but I got nothing from it. Most of the time when I would use the app and click on the survey the survey would already be full and they didn’t need my information and that was the major part of it wasting so much time. I finally gave up on using it because of all of the frustrations involved with it.
I was always into surveys so I decided to check out ways that I could bring income from it, stumbled onto Branded Surveys. Surveys can range from 10¢ to $1, in two months I can possibly make $80 (they have bonus points depending how many surveys you take). Lots of surveys will pop up but end up not being available. Some surveys you won’t fit the criteria. The less the points, the less time needed to finish the survey. Requires a lot of patience. Sometimes a survey will stop working, wasting time and no points are given. Sometimes a survey will say it takes 20 mins but end up taking longer. Vice versa. Branded Surveys does have good payouts, minimum is $5. It’s the only app that does what it says it will. It’s easy, you won’t feel confused. I enjoy it, but it has its issues.
It’s unfortunate. I really enjoyed Branded Surveys until I started completing more surveys. Once I got my Gold Badge, I constantly get kicked out of surveys late, the estimated time is never accurate, and I haven’t been able to complete a survey for days. I’ll spend 20 minutes in the survey answering questions and then it tells me I’m not qualified or it’s full. Well, they still got my answers and 20+ minutes of my time and I get $.02. The surveys have to be fixed for me to have not been able to complete one for days when in the beginning, I rarely got kicked out once I started. You can ask for credit on some, but I’m getting a fraction of the points even when the survey showed that I was 95% done, and you don’t get credit for taking the survey to increase your percentage. I get it, it’s just a way to make a little extra cash, but my time is still valuable. I will keep doing surveys and if it gets better, I’ll update my review.
So far slightly good I’ve only gotten at most$1.05 for the surveys.I am currently in the gold area I would assume that the contracts I’m sorry I meant to say the surveys would eventually go past the dollar 05 if not, that’s fine. Most of the time you can get the dollar 05 for a good 10 minutes of your time so it’s really not that bad I had to give this a 10 out of 10 but they only have five stars so I guess a 505 and developer guy if you were listening to this which I’m sure you are. It definitely takes awhile to earn money. But what is unsettling is that I could be almost done with a survey then get kicked out with it telling me surveys fill up quick. Doesn’t make any sense if I’m already in the survey. Also before taking a survey it’ll tell you approximately how long each survey is. What is seriously stupid is when taking let’s say a 5 minute survey it turns into 20-30 minute survey because it’s literally a survey inside of a survey inside of a survey. And you have to pass each survey just to continue or they kick you out telling you you’re not a right match. So why even suggest the survey. You already do preliminary surveys just to get matched to surveys then you end up not matching after putting time into the survey. Cmon dudes. Get this together. You’re literally wasting people’s time. Make it right.
At the start it looked like this would be a fun and interesting way to earn a few dollars. The incentives and goals were attractive and I tried to achieve the status upgrades but more often than not I would sign in for a survey and after completing the entire survey and submitting it, I would be told I didn't fit the survey and I would get no points. They want you to be as detailed as possible and to be honest but they are far from honest themselves as their time estimates are nowhere near the actual time it takes to complete any of the surveys. Today, I tried to take over 20 surveys and I qualified for 2, even though I spent more than three hours trying to earn anything. Don't waste your time with this company. If you want to spend your valuable time earning pennies there are better survey providers than Branded Surveys, I'm sure, but the bar is pretty low if you are comparing them to this company.
I’ll start with the good. They do pay you very easily & pretty quickly through your connected bank. My issue is that they don’t screen the companies who offer surveys on here very well. Many of these surveys are pretty shady. So, so, so many times I have answered questions for TWENTY minutes or more only for the screen to spin out & tell me that I don’t qualify for the survey. I have wasted hours. Many, many hours in total on these shady surveys. This has happened on so many surveys that I had to write this review. This is after answering question after question after question about my opinion on a service, etc. I can understand not being qualified for a survey after a few questions, but not after 30 or more questions about your opinion on things that take upwards of 20-40 min!!!
They constantly bait you into taking surveys with promises of high points and minimal time then say it’s full and try to get you to take the lower paying longer timed surveys. They also send a ridiculous amount of email survey notifications all day long. I constantly get kicked out of surveys stating they are full before I even start. The final straw was the survey I just took that was only supposed to be a short amount of time and just kept going and going. I was almost done and then it stated that I was only at 37%. I ended up stopping the survey because it kept asking the same questions and putting me back at 36%. Maybe it was a test to see if I would go insane or maybe I was being pranked but don’t waste your time. Surveys are a waste of time anyway when you think about the amount of time you put into them versus your actual payout. This one is one of the worst.
This app is very comparable to the other survey apps out their with the way the do things. I like there reward system when you complete surveys but my problem is that it’s good when you actually get payed for the surveys you do which is a hit or miss type of thing. Sometimes I’ll complete a survey and get payed other times I’ll get all the way to the end after 20 mins and it’ll be like survey full even though it told me the survey was over and I entered all my information. The developers desperately should fix it to where it only gives you legit surveys that pay that are eligible for the type of person you are and then this would be the best survey for money app out their. Developers please fix this problem!
I’ve spent way too much time on this. Recently, every time I take a survey I spend a good ten or more minutes answering detailed questions and then when I’m a good way through it suddenly directs me to a page that says not a match or survey full. Sometimes I get nothing, sometimes a measly 2 points (2 pennies). If I go to report the survey as having an error, that survey shows in my list as a “technical error,” so they obviously already know it glitched. When I report the problem they respond a few days later saying that they reviewed and added points to compensate for the problem. It’s usually maybe 10 or 15 extra points. So frustrating, it’s getting to the point where it’s not even worth it. Besides that, it’s so difficult to even get into a survey. Most of them say they’re full.
I downloaded this app, like many people- to make extra money in my down time. Yesterday was my first day of doing surveys and I did probably 10 but only qualified to complete 4 of them (annoying because you still have to partially fill out the survey). After the four completed surveys, I accumulated around 240 points ($2.40), and then I was unable to get into any other surveys for the day. It kept flagging my internet as “public internet” which is apparently not allowed, but it was actually just my private normal internet at my house… anyways today I decided to give it another try and when I opened the app a message displayed saying that I was not qualified to participate in Branded Surveys. So yeah, download it if you want to spend 3-4 hours refreshing your phone and answering questions for less than $3.
I love using Branded Surveys. They give great surveys to fill out. And the maximum cash out is $5 I’ve made over $20 in three days. The only thing that bothers me and they should work on fixing is when I click to start a survey for let’s say, 85 or 100 points I start filling it out then all of a sudden it tells me I wasn’t a match. And they don’t even give points for trying. I think they should at least start giving 10 points for at least trying and taking the time of day to do this… Other than that I really do enjoy this app!
They have a lot of written response questions but apparently this company doesn’t want you to actually give good solid answers and they’d rather you rush and make something up because twice I’ve spent time writing a very good, REAL, and detailed answer, only to get a pop up in the next question that says the survey is now full and I can’t continue taking it. So, in other words, people grabbed the survey, rushed through and got their points before I finished the survey. Good grief, if someone has accepted the survey and is in the process of taking it, count them as part of the number for the survey. Only counting finished surveys is encouraging people to rush through and make up answers. You want real, quality answers, then play right!
I’ve been doing these surveys for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve been read every survey I have participated in and answered honestly. My account suddenly said “you’re unable to participate in our surveys”. So I sent an email asking about this, as I was very confused of what I did to get kicked out and I got sent this long email where the only part that was useful was “your responses lack in quality and care”, which still doesn’t really tell me anything. Idk how you detect that, but your automated system is not great. I spent so much time on some of these surveys and was waiting to cash until I had a decent amount built up, but now I’ll never get that time back. Don’t waste your time or give this app your support. You’ll do all of that work only to get kicked out with no pay for your time.
The best payout I could find. The screening process isn’t as grueling as other companies so you’re not wasting too much time on surveys that don’t apply although, they fill up quickly. Around 9pm, there are barely any worth doing with the little points they have or you don’t have any at all. I hate the app with a passion. A lot of surveys aren’t compatible but you don’t find out until almost half way into questions. They need to do better with the troubleshooting process. I’ve reported a lot of problems from not getting awarded accurate points to error messages popping up once finishing a longggg survey and I’ve been rejected on so many I can’t even count even with proof (pictures and URLs).
I’ve only just been introduced to Branded Surveys, and my impressions on it are mixed. Yes, you CAN make money, but it’s frustrating. I’d say at best $10 per day..? My biggest nitpicks: (1) Many of these surveys will kick you out if you aren’t among certain groups (age/job experience, etc), (2) the ones with higher points will sometimes not reward you at all, so it can feel like a major waste of time. (3) The app needs a LOT OF WORK!!!. (4) Some surveys, especially on the app will tell you to turn your phone horizontally. This isn’t a possibility on the app, so you lose your progress, your time, and the points you should have been able to accumulate.
Not going to lie I’ve been scanning the globe looking for a legit app that would make me a passive income while taking care of my son full time. And this is the one folks it may not give you hundreds but if you have time to answer questions about your own likes and dislikes and maybe opinions here and there,,then you can easily make a good little cash flow for just playing your favorite games personally love spades stars!💯👏👏👏the payouts are also legit I’ve cashed out three times and I’ve had no issue whatsoever👍
did a few for cash but then would get right about to finish a survey and get kicked off because it “filled up”! Maybe instead of only letting a certain amount of responses in and causing people to rush and not even answer the questions just to get a chance at finishing in time they should just only let that many people start doing the survey. Btw that happened when I was almost finished with the last few surveys and they don’t even give you any points even tho they kicked you off. Any response person reading this who is going to copy and paste the generic “sorry you weren’t satisfied that we are taking all your information and not paying you but we swear we are trying to make improvements” just give me my points
If you like wasting your time in the most tedious way possible this site is for you, Not only do they ban you once you attempt to withdraw your earned funds 2/10 times you complete a survey it will meet you with a notification stating survey is full or no match as if you didn’t go through the entire thing, not on a single instance did I miss or answer incorrectly an attention check, initially I assumed it was a glitch but the frequency is pure scam tactics, THE CHERRY ON TOP, once you get to your desired funds amount and go to cash out without any prior warning, error or security breach you will get banned before you can even verify your identity(because that makes total sense)(that was sarcasm for the idiots that run this company) can’t wait to see the day this company is sued into the ground
This app got really old really quickly. If you count 3 hours of some completed and some incompleted surveys to earn $5.02 as quickly. The app continues to have you answer the same qualification questions over and over and over, and yet still suggests surveys for you that you do not qualify for. I would get all the way through some surveys before it kicked me out and said that I’m not qualified. And you have to answer a ton of qualification questions before pretty much any survey, and they are the same questions that the app has already had you answer multiple times. I would also get partially through some surveys when it would kick me out because the survey is full. It should know that before you even start. DO NOT waste your time on this app.
I just started using this a few days, maybe a week, ago. Either I’m not eligible for surveys or they are full. Basically you click on a survey, answer a bunch of questions then get told you aren’t eligible for the survey. Sometimes it even lets you start taking the survey but then kicks you out saying you aren’t eligible. And you get no points for any of it. I’ve tried to match with at least 20 surveys. Maybe more. I only have 170 points. Once in a while they will give 1-2 points for not matching a survey but not every time. You waste 5-10 minutes just to be told you don’t match and you get nothing for your wasted time. Don’t bother wasting your time. Find a different app that actually does what it says it does and doesn’t scam you like this.
This app appears legitimate at first. I was able to complete surveys and very slowly accumulate points. I did check the “Leaderboard” was shocked that some users appeared to be accumulating way more points than I ever could given that I was often rejected from surveys, even after sometimes wasting 10-15 answering preliminary questions. When I reached around $75 worth of points (after a few weeks), I received an email saying that one of my surveys was rejected and I may be disqualified from participating any further. I have no idea why I was rejected. The email stated that completing surveys “too quickly” could be cause for disqualification. If that is the case, then how could the “leaderboard” users be legitimate? I tried to cash out but it did not go through. The next time I logged in, I was blocked. What’s to stop them for rejecting mostly everyone for arbitrary reasons once they hit a certain amount of points? Sadly, this is nothing but an scam to prey on people desperate for extra cash. Once they mine your data and sufficiently violate your privacy, you can be cut off with nothing. Despicable. Don’t waste your precious time and energy.
I hate to say I’m seeing all of these negative reviews about this app because so far the surveys haven’t been too bad there had been times where I did not match with a decent amount but at the same time there’s a lot of options and different ways like the survey circuit and the profile poles where you can get points . I haven’t even been doing it a full month and I’m almost at $50 it just depends on how much work you put into it . I wish the cash out verification process wasn’t awful I’m jammed right now unfortunately
I just started yesterday and haven’t been given points for 3 surveys I took tthet were 105 points I had one freeze when I had two more questions to answer I have completed 15 surveys but have really done 20 I’m gonna give it one more day to see how it goes then if things don’t change anyone I referred I’m telling them not to do it and deleting it from my phone cause it takes patience to do this and it’s very frustrating when you complete one and it freezes and you don’t get points or when on your link it’s supposed to only put surveys on there that match you and you click on it answer 10 questions and then says oops you’re no match. Very frustrating.
Just a heads up, more often than not, when taking a survey CORRECTLY- reading everything and taking it seriously, surveys take waaay longer than initially posted. Not just that but even worse, there are ALOT of surveys where you have to spend 10-15 minutes answering questions before being told, "you don't qualify", or "the survey is full". Even WORSE THAN THAT, there have been a few times i've spent over an hour on a survey, got all the way to the end of it and had it glitch out on me, kick me back to the main page and not pay me- and I'm NOT talking about not qualifying for a survey, I'm talking about getting through the MAJORITY of a rather LENGTHY survey and not getting paid. This has happened to me frequently and enough times and that the Branded app SHOULD have something or someone put in place where people can go to rectify these situations when they do in fact take place. I've only been doing branded for the past 3-4 days, I CAN'T be the only person this happens to!
I cashed out for around $26 to my bank after following all the steps and they said it was successful, however I never received the money in my bank. I’ve sent messages but no response. I tried to call only for the phone to ring and then disconnect. I have no way to contact anyone to find out what happened. For future reference if the company you are dealing with has no contact information, it’s probably best to not do business with them.
It’s an overall good app, and pays out fairly quickly. The issue I’ve found consistently though is after going through an entire survey, expecting to be paid as I had just completed it, it will say I wasn’t a match and will get 2 cents instead of the original payment I was expecting to get for my time & information given. I don’t know how this keeps happening or how it’s allowed to happen, especially as often as it does. So be wary of this, never expect to get paid for the survey you do as you never know if you’ll end up getting scammed in the end. 😍
The application itself is really easy to navigate and the payout is a smooth transaction. That’s all great. The issues I have is that I’ll go 10-15 surveys and spend 5-10 mins answering questions and then get kicked out and sometimes I get a bonus point but that’s not helpful. Often the survey can’t continue because the screen need to be in landscape mode and I have no choice but to leave the survey after spending lots of time on it. Edit- 07/28 experienced after 20 minutes a survey that required my phone to be turned and couldn’t complete it.
It doesn’t matter how long you work for they never pay fairly. You’ll be stuck on one survey for 38 min and make roughly 23 cents. I came back to my account and found out I had been rejected. I promise they will NOT pay you your fair share. They also made my first account not able to do surveys anymore. I tried making another and they terminated it immediately. Not to mention I never got payed for my last surveys that I redeemed. I promise you this app isn’t worth your time. I did this for 4 months and never got payed fairly. Late payments and they like to kick you out of surveys right before you hit submit so they keep the results and don’t have to pay you.
While I really like being able to earn rewards points, which are redeemable for cash, there are issues. Two or three times I’ve been almost done with a long survey, only for it to get stuck. There was no back button or any way to remedy it. I lost the points because it froze, and my only option was to close the app. This was so frustrating. Also, I dislike it when I get 5-7 minutes into a survey and then it says “sorry, you’re not a match.” After I already gave my opinion on many questions! Such a gyp
This is the second app that I’ve tried to make a little cash doing surveys on. This one seemed to have better reviews than the prior one. However, I’m quickly seeing that the same things are happening. It appears that it is nearly impossible to get a survey that I “qualify for “ or isn’t already full. My assumption is that it must mean that I either don’t make the right amount of money, don’t have the correct color of skin, or maybe even have the incorrect amount of education that this company is looking for. I will be removing this from my phone, as it is clearly a waste of time and has discriminatory practices. I regret giving the small amount of information away that I did. I won’t make this mistake again.
The description says you can earn dollars per day just by filling out surveys but after spending an hour filling out surveys yesterday and 30 minutes today I’ve earned a grand total of 39 cents. You start filling out a survey that says you can earn 150 points (points are cents, 100 points is 1 dollar) then after spending 15 minutes filling it out the survey ends and says you weren’t a good match for the survey and they give you 2 points. This happens multiple times over and over. I filled one out this morning, it said I’d get 83 points. After it was all done and it took 30 minutes I got a grand total 10 points, that’s redeemable for 10 cents. You would have to work all day and night to make $5. It’s a complete SCAM
I decided to give this specific survey app a try after some research. I enjoy doing the surveys but after I hit 1000 points ($10) the surveys started freezing up on me towards the end. Right when I’m almost finished it will just freeze up and then I’m out all the time I wasted and my points. I even had two surveys say I completed them but didn’t receive the points for them. I had just spent 40 minutes on the bonus survey and it again froze up when it was almost completed. I’m not sure if there’s a glitch within the app or if this is being done on purpose so they don’t have to pay out. It’s a big disappointment though.
This app is a great idea and a way for companies to actually earn your opinions for a small trade off BUT 90% of the time surveys either A. Don’t work B. Kick you out in the middle C. Take much longer than they say (I take them quickly and am efficient, they just simply lie) or D. Say they’re magically “Full” after you’ve done 25% of the survey. After 3 months of doing them off and on I had $6.20 and cashed it out. If you truthfully need money immediately there are much better ways and the payoff is very slow and low, however I gave them 2 stars because they did actually pay the money which I was skeptical of.
This app really works! There are many payout options to choose from, I choose the Walmart one, because it’s the easiest and most convenient in my opinion. Surveys are not always available but if you keep trying and be patient, you will get one eventually some are long and summer are short. Usually they are not the amount of time that they say they are, but if you have extra time and need a little extra money then it’s definitely good

The app/site initially gave me quite a few high value surveys but within 6-8 surveys, things changed. I started clicking surveys to find that their quota had already been met (sometimes 15 surveys in a row like this), I would complete 5-10 mins of a survey and then be told that I no longer qualified (after providing them a lot of answers and information, and all my surveys are now very low points for longer surveys. I can’t even reach the 500 point mark for the first payout. Absolutely waste of time, they’ve gotten so much information from me already and I have nothing to show for it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scammy app.
