The most incompetent app and Chat customer service
They Just give you the runaround. It’s been unbelievably Frustrating. The app doesn’t work and nobody in customer service knows what to do. I have been out this for three days trying to connect my router to the app so I can manage my network and nobody knows how to do anything to help you and then they say they’re doing something and then hang up on you. The chat disconnects and you have to start all over again. I’ve done this about 20 times in the last three days.
When it works it's ok. Most of the time it shows only a fraction of the devices connected to my network. This app needs lots of work. Not ready for prime time. Seems like a very beta or even alpha version.
This app won’t even let me log in so I can’t use it. It claims it doesn’t recognize my account. I installed this app after clicking on a troubleshooting link while signed into my Brightspeed account on their website. Incredibly frustrating.
