This app was pivotal to me in finding my most recent home! It was so easy for me to set the search filters that were important to me and save the properties that I like. My agent was then notified of the ones I saved to streamline the communication process. I also love the sleek design. I still continue to use this home to browse homes for sale in my area just because I am curious and the app makes it so easy to browse!
Not ready for prime time, can’t recommend to clients
Since I’m paying for Brivity I was so hoping this would replace my need to have buyers share homes from Zillow or HomeSnap, but it’s nowhere near what it should be. So many homes I look for never show up, even if I type the address. NEED to figure out how to work with my MLS’s access to other MLS’s listings, it’s not hard, they just have odd MLS listing numbers but they’re all made available from the same program, Paragon and my local board, NOT TALKING ABOUT DIFFERENT MLS’s. I’m in the SF Bay Area. Also, please make an agent version where we can get the confidential remarks and clickable links to disclosures and phone numbers and email addresses. Thanks.
This app has a lot of potential, but has not arrived yet. The app has data refresh problems throughout. I can see a marker on the map, click on it, click back on the map and the marker disappears. City and town names disappear when zooming in. Searching for new listings is broken. Heck, even searching for open listings in my saved list turns up no results. When try to open a saved search, I’m taken to the correct geographic area, but no filters are applied until I move the map even just slightly.
Please fix the back arrow button. I would pick a house and click to view the pictures. However, when trying to get out of the picture viewing, the back arrow button does not work. I have tried to reinstall the app. The issue keeps reoccurring. Also, when I try to type a specific address, the search engine does not recognize it.
It makes finding a home real time easier than ever before. In a day and age where minutes count the new listing push alerts couldn’t be more important.
It keeps getting better and better. I love the built in mortgage calculator, neighborhood information and the map feature conveniently connects to Maps directions.
Love using and sharing this app! Brivity is constantly updating it making it super easy to find the home of your dreams and have all the info you need at your finger tips!
When you view an image, it automatically changes perspective to landscape mode from which you cannot revert back to portrait without killing the app and opening it again.
I downloaded the app from the link my realtor sent and it doesn’t give me an option to create an account just a log in screen and if I try to use that it says I need to create an account.
I cant look at anything, I can only see the homes I’ve hearted through my email. I’d rather find a different realtor who uses an app that work. I’m in a different state from the one I’m trying to buy in. Worthless app
Very quick and easy to use and navigate. Especially to search by school districts which is what a lot of individuals look for when search for hones. Some kinks but overall don’t have to worry with ads like with realtor.com.
