All I really care about is monitoring ink toner level and that works just fine, no crashes. It also tells me when I need to install firmware (via computer). So far so good. Don’t really have high expectations here for it to wash your clothes and make you a sandwich. It’s an app.
So all the reviews are a few yrs old is there anything improving on positive reviews do brothers even care I just brought a serger (1034DX) I e seen a lot of beginners with this on they social media pages in the backgrounds
I’ve had this printer for several years. Always gotta buy all colors of ink every time. I never use the color ones only black. But if the color ones run empty you can’t print nothing. I assume they evaporate cause I never use the color ones. Pain bigtime
I could not event set this app up. I have a MFC-J4335DW, which is quite a new device, but it was not an option that could be selected within this app. Useless.
Terrible app. Non intuitive, nor easy to navigate, overall poor. Your app developers are atrocious. Thankfully my printer works much better than this app.
Worst firmware ever. Ever time I want to print there is another update and it becomes an hour process of downloads and figuring out issues before my print. Get it right the first time.
New Brothers CS7000X sewing machine fresh out of the box. First thing to do? Get product support, right? Wrong. My machine isn’t even in the product list. Disconcerting and worrisome.
Print managing documents is not the case. There is no margin adjustment or fit to page or automatic alignment for copied portions of documents. Documents don’t fully fit to page so there is always a waste of paper.
The app does nothing of real value in controlling and managing the printer. You can do setup and get quick links to their website - many times not even to the page with your specific printer even though it had recognized my device over wifi. A great example was i'm very low on toner. Did it tell me how many pages I should expect? No. When I clicked the supplies, did it take mine to my toner? No. What I really want is to be able to manage all of the menu properties through the app. Seems pretty easy to me.
