I ordered a $400 wallet, started reading the reviews & got a little worried but in all honesty I didn’t run into no problem, obviously it’s not a shirt or pants or anything so I don’t know how the return process is on that but everything was Legit. Box, Manuel’s, Pouch, everything. & I got in a week or less. Ps if you are going to order clothes I suggest you first buy one from the official store from the brand so that way you know what exactly what size will fit you fs fs.
Usually I have good experiences with most companies even if reviews aren’t great. I ordered an item that was $400 less than retail price. It showed as new. The shipping department (and shipping from Italy to California) were ON IT. Customer service on the other hand, very slow and show little courtesy. Their policy is that cancellations have to be done within 24 hours, but they are turtles on their email so they responded to my request to cancel (which was in the 24-hour window) 48+ hours after I sent the email and after the package was shipped. Once I received the item, I noticed that it was not new… the box was frayed and the item bag was open, though I saw no damage to the actual item so I got over that. I began emailing them advising I’d return it… and that a return fee should not be charged because it was their fault that they can’t respond to customers in the time frame their policy requires. They insisted that if I returned, the return fee would be charged. I basically told them to shove it and I’d just keep it/sell it here. Overall, 2 stars ONLY because of the shipping experience, otherwise I would have rated 1. Everything else was pretty much garbage. Hopefully they start responding to these horrible customer reviews and improve their service lines. Good luck!
I would highly recommend ordering from other sites like SSENSE and Farfetch if you expect your purchases to come on time and have things to do. I ordered an item 1 week and 2 days ago (meaning placed order) and was not notified the item was actually not in their stock until a week later. Mind you I definitely received a thank you for your purchase email. Then after trying to speak with customer service, they didn’t respond until 3 days later on a Friday which led to another 3 days of me waiting for confirmation of my choice of refund. Overall this was a 2 1/2 week process. Again if you simply wish to have things on time and as you purchased order from a more reliable site, especially with better structured and more responsive customer service.
This has to be the worst experience I ever had with a company. I order a coat on the 3rd of November and they only send me a order confirmation. They didn’t even send me a tracking number or anything. I’m so annoyed and irritated. It’s getting real cold outside. I keep on emailing them and they refuse to answer any of my emails. Please just go to farfetch and Ssense if you not trying to be scammed out of your money. It’s not worth it. Honestly I will never order nothing from them again. Please please don’t risk it. Especially if it’s something you need. Customer service ? 2/10 they don’t care at all. Will ignore you.
Don’t buy from this e-commerce, it’s an absolute scam! I made a purchase a couple of months ago and it took them two weeks to send my package that was supposed to be fast shipping… I emailed them many times to ask why it took so long, if there was a problem, if we could speed up the process, ecc. and I got replies after days and it was a computer automated response. After the parcel was sent and “delivered” by a third party witch I wasn’t informed of who that was, I never received a package. After I contacted the costumer service again and asked to speak to a manager the answer that I was give was “We can’t help you and from now on we’ll stop responding to you. Case closed”. Keep in mind that this was a process that took over a month… So I basically lost my money, never received my purchase, had to deal with incompetent and rude people who only care about scamming people. I heard a lot of bad rumors and I’m disappointed to say that they are all true… I hope you won’t do the same mistake that I did and that you’ll purchase from real websites like Ssense, farfetch, Luisaviaroma, Mytheresa, ecc. Who offer great costumer service, who value their clients, ecc.
I’ve now ordered about 22 items from CETTIRE and I have to say the overall experience has been very good. The items are authentic & always ship pretty fast and it’s free international shipping to the U.S. when you spend money on higher end items. They run surprise 24 hour sales quite regularly. I’ve never had to return anything thus far. But I hear the return policy is a bit nightmare-ish. If they could make any improvements it would be to have a more responsive customer service dept that responds faster to emails regarding orders and sizing.
Items were returned and received by Cettire. I have not received a refund for these items. Whenever I contact customer service, I get the same response “Items are under review.” These items were returned precisely how I received them. They now possess the items and have given me a hard time getting a refund to my credit card account. I will reach out to my credit card account and file a complaint. This is an absolutely abhorrent business practice!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying anything from Cettire. Not only is the customer service horrendous, but when you return the item(s), they keep the items and won’t refund your money! In my opinion and from my experience, they are thieves!!
I bought two matching items that would go together as a gift. I was charged for both items and then cettire canceled one of them as they said it was out of stock. I asked to cancel the entire order then as I didn’t want one item without the other. They wouldn’t. I had to go through a return process after I received one of the items and they charged me 25$ to return it. They received the order back but never issued a refund, I haven’t seen my money in months. After going back and forth with online support I finally had to go through my credit card company to get a refund!! Terrible experience and terrible customer service.
I’ve been using this app for about 5 months, and have purchased about 10 things so far. Orders are processed very quickly and international shipping is fast! I can’t believe I can order something shipped from Italy and it is processed & arrives faster than anything I order from my own state here in the US. No problems whatsoever! 🥇🏆👏🏼
Scammers that shouldn’t be allowed in the App Store
They sent me shoes with spots on the soles. I returned them immediately bc they didn’t fit. My return was refused bc of the microscopic dots (about 4) on the soles. The spots that were present when I opened the box. I reached out to customer service and they are accusing me of being dishonest and wearing them. They have no before pictures of the shoes, so they can claim I did the ‘damage’ without any actual evidence. The responses I got were rude and they said they will not be responding further. All tags are attached and everything was sent back like I got it. An absolute JOKE of a company and customer service. A bunch of thieves. I hope no one buys from them ever again.
I love shopping here they have so many wonderful designers. The prices are amazing and competitive with anybody out there. Most of all the packing in the shipping is spot on I actually look forward to shopping here. It’s my favorite time of the month to shop here i try to shop here as much as I can. Lol
Pay $25 Return/restocking fees per item is unacceptable
My experience with the site had been positive until recently when I needed to return three shirts I purchased. I was taken aback to discover a $25 charge for each individual returned item. While I understand paying $25 for all three items bundled in the same packaging, I ended up paying $75 in total. I contacted customer service in the hopes of finding a solution to this issue, but I was met with a response that left me feeling unsupported. I believe CETTIRE has room for improvement in their customer service.
I’ve used CETTIRE three times so far and every time my experience with the store has been a positive one. No problems with refunds and great customer support. And their prices are fantastic. I’ve saved a lot ordering from them. The delivery could be faster but these orders do come from overseas so it’s understandable.
This company provides a lot of discounts to gain the public attention. But believe me it’s all fake, this is not a legit company and they are trying everything they to steal your money. I’m sorry but I have to file a dispute with my bank since they refuse to ship out my order & cannot even respond to my email & they don’t have a phone number for communication like the other luxury companies. These people are scammers and should be reported to BBB (Better business bureau) Apple should not even approve this app on their platform!
My overall experience with CETTIRE has been negative: from extra charges on returns($25 per item to be exact) to miscommunication with DHL service where my address has been marked wrong with almost every delivery, to the extra charge after paying in full for the order, to the return team blaming me for a shirt that was delivered with a broken zip, to the app not working 90% of the time to process returns. Out of all the applications on the market, I have to put CETTIRE as the worst, therefore I will no longer be a customer.
Honestly, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. They’ve responded to all my email whenever I asked questions and they continue to make sure I receive the best customer service possible. I will continue to shop here as it’s become my favorite place to shop 😊
I’ve purchased a multitude of brands such as Offwhite, Dolce & Gabbana etc. Everything is always amazing quality at such affordable prices. It would just be great if we could add reviews with pictures from customers to have an overall better experience.
For me living in the US, I took a chance with aa company I never worked with on line . I have never been so happy with the shipping time frame and of course my merchandise is exactly what I ordered. I’m continuing to shop.
I love shopping at Cettire, but I dislike some things that the Customer service Representative should have handled. The customer service representative does not fill out the CUSTOMS paper before the delivery. Cettire stated on the website Free shipping, but the customers ended up paying a fee to DHL to deliver the merchandise. I rate Cettire 3-star. I wish customers were able to speak directly with a staff instead of the back-and-forth emails.
I went to return 2 shirts that I bought from Cettire within the return window, and I had an issue getting a return set-up for one of the shirts, so I emailed customer service. It took them 5 full days to respond to my email. When they did respond, they said, “using a script,” unfortunately, I’m outside the return window. What a joke! I will not be buying from here again. Go to Farfetch, much better customer service.
I never received my item for almost 300$ when I put in the claim with cettire customer service they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I forwarded the issue to my bank and upon receiving the refund cettire then charged my card the full amount again. If you can save yourself time don’t order from here I know their designer is cheap but save yourself the scam !
This is not a legit company but rather than a bunch of scammers. They charge your card they say they send the order you never receive and then it takes months to despite the charge. The app is a total junk too I am going to directly report to C level execs at Apple. This company will be reported to US department of commerce too. This business is scam and needs to be shutdown for good by all possible legal ways.
I have bought several times in this store, the previous times it was good but this time I bought some shoes and we are on day 8 since I made the purchase and it is still processing, it won't let me cancel it, they don't respond to emails either. We will see how many more days it will take to process my purchase.
I received a empty box, between their customer service and DHL I don’t know who to blame but I know have to reach out to my bank because I paid then $1200 for a bag I never received, do not shop here, I’m still waiting on customer service to get back to me and it’s almost 2 week this is crazy, I have spend thousands with them, they have officially lost me as a customer!
I ordered shoes that took a very long time to receive. When I got them, they were too small. On the website, it said to contact customer service for this return. I then had to wait and wait for customer service to get back to me. I was then told that the return period had passed and I could not return them. Cettire is at fault for the return period passing! What a scam.
Don't buy anything from them! They are a scammer! You order and they don't send the product and a few weeks later I wrote what happened to my order, they told me there was a mistake and the product is not in stock, so I refunded it, they don't refund my money. I'm not the only one. They did it, I read it in the comments on Instagram, everyone is complaining!
i bought my daughter a shirt for her birthday through this app a month before August i have never received a tracking number and its been over a month since i cancelled my order due to me never receiving a number i am worried they’re never going to send my my refund this is a scammed app and i should’ve read the reviews before i paid for an expensive shirt
If you don't want to have a bad time with your money, don't buy here. These people make you buy, they don't send you the things and they tell you to cancel to keep the refund money. It's a great business. They are terrible sellers. I was excited about my order for two weeks and it never left the processing status.
Make sure to change your address each time to the correct location. The app will not default to the address chosen as the default location. My package was shipped to a location different from my default address, which was VERY inconvenient.
Brands and prices are really good but 0 customer service they have never responded to your emails which is very unprofessional and no matter that the returned items are in the same box they charge 25$ per item which is too expensive and not acceptable
They have nice stuff on their site but you’ll never get it. If you think you’ll get help from customer service think otherwise. I ordered an item in Early August and it still says processing as of 9/17. I already disputed it and got my money back but they were never looking to deliver anything in the first place
This app told me that my shoes would get here 3-7 days this is the 10th day n I haven’t got my shoes and there customer service is bad I should not have to wait on a email I should have fast live customer service wit my order or somebody on the phone to let me kno da status of my order I do not recommend from what I’m goin through
I was sent a “fake” Balenciaga tshirt. The quality of the shirt was absolutely horrible the stitching was overlapped and crumble the shirt was lopsided. The sleeves were so badly stitch that they were wrinkle and couldn’t be ironed out. The entire bottom of the shirt was wavy. I reached out to cettire multiple times and I did not receive a response back. Stay away
I’m very disappointed with their return experience. Not only they charge 25$ per item to be returned. They never issued money back for 350$ sneakers I sent back and have been in constant chats back and force. They always promise to get back, but never do. Don’t recommend to buy anything there
They sent me a damaged item, then told me they wouldn’t do that. 10 emails later they told me they do not charge up-front shipping for returns. Next email she said they always charge $28 for return shipping. They have lost my business forever. Too bad I contributed to the owners’ $729m fortune. What a scam.
Ordered a moose knuckle and it came in 2 days great packaging and shipping speed but the jacket itself the fur was cheap quality looked fake and its feathering easily. Wouldn’t recommend to buy products like that on here
i ordered couple times from the cettire and i really enjoyed shopping with them. also the customer service was really good and they always respond on time .
It’s clearly a scam! In fact, I am more shocked a company like this can call themselves Australian. I ordered a $1500 pair of sunglasses. Needless to say, they never arrived. CS was mediocre at best. Anyhow, this is too high risk for my appetite. Fortunately, my bank will resolve the matter for me.
