Chico’s Is The Best
If you are looking for something special you will find it at Chico’s. If you are looking for something for everyday Chico’s will have. Chico’s clothes are not meant for just one season, they last for years and they are usually still in style and look fantastic. I have blouses that are several years old that are still being worn. You can count on the sizing to be the same usually no matter if you are shopping in one of their stores or online. Returning items is easy and you do not get charged for it. The staff at the Chico’s stores where I have shopped (Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas) have always been friendly, helpful, professional and tell me the truth about how I look in something.

Hard to use
I found the app very hard to use. One minute I had 3 items in my bag, the next they disappeared. It was like I was using two apps at one time. Finding items was difficult. I love the topper I bought, but finding it after I first saw it was a chore. It never said what the minimum fee for free shipping, so I had to guess. Don’t know if I would buy on line again, however I prefer to order on line. I can’t remember the last time I bought from you in store. I remember it due to the fact the customer service was so bad. I couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledge me. My father brought me to one not far off Bell Road. Beautiful store! He wanted to see the items I was considering buying, so I kept going back and forth. It’s his money I was using for my birthday gifts. He wanted to know what he was buying. I was unable to get any help because they thought we were a couple! My father was in his 80’s at that time. I never went back to this store in Phoenix. However when I piled the close on the counter to pay for them I had more help than I needed. I have never been back. Never judge your customer! You lost me for several years and had I not noticed the topper you wouldn’t have me back.

My favorite, clothes, stores, Chicos!
As I have said many times over, I found the shop when I was traveling and working in Florida at the time in 1990 or 1991. I fell in love with Chicos and I do not hesitate to go through website every now and then. I want to thank Jesse for calling me to remind me that I had a birthday present waiting for me to shop for. I appreciate that reminder. Thank you! I just shopped and I bought some 3/4 length Slub Shirts, as I always love. And thank you Chicos for my birthday gift! You guys have always been there for me in a pinch, and I always find what I love. My favorite favorite store. BK.

Watch for Glitches!
I have been using the app for quite awhile and experienced more than five issues in the cart. Items appear not to have been added and then you have three! Another issue I had was an occurrence where it looked like the order was not placed (this happened to me three times!). I chalked it up to Black Friday overload but it happened in January too. Definitely needs to be corrected. Also, my wishlist isn’t shareable between different devices (sometimes it is easier to shop on the iPad and other times I just have my phone with me). Share-ability would be a plus. I am signed in to the same account.

Signs me out constantly
First of all, this review is for the Chico’s app because this is the App Store. Reviews for how much you love Chico’s clothes should be done elsewhere, perhaps on the website or a Chico’s forum somewhere. The Chico’s app is the most annoying app I’ve used. It constantly signs me out, and won’t save the login info. Just now, I’m on my third login attempt. I login successfully, go to “account”, then I’m instantly logged out. It’s beyond annoying! But when I do finally get to stay logged in, I get a “failed to load data” message for the first three times I try to access my account. No, it’s not my internet connection because no other app does this. It’s just the worst app I’ve used. I hope they fix it because I do like Chico’s clothes, and I’d probably buy more if they had a functional app.

By far my favorite reasonably-priced fashion shop!
I’ve been shopping at Chicos for over 10 years at least. They always have surprised me with their creative fashion, somewhat outside the boring traditional suits and play clothes and jewelry. I really love the “not the same as everyone else’s fashion choices. They always have my color s, size (or they’ll order it in a flash), and their staff offer interesting options. I have FUN every visit. I’m very happy with all my purchases and will continue to shop where my heart is happiest….CHICOS!!!

Ridiculous!
This app requires you to continually re-sign in, it’s processing is cumbersome in that it continues to recycle with errors that it’s no wonder trending items are zero by the time you try to check out! I had to sign in 3 times, it said I had zero in my cart twice- so I finally gave up on the 4th of July sale. I check to see what’s left and of course not everything I wanted. But what is ridiculous is that when I get to check out- my non-existing cart from yesterday is now part of today’s order! That is ridiculous! I do not understand why Chico does not do pre-sales for tiered customers-I’d rather get early notice and have the items I want versus the ‘thank you/reward’ trinkets you give me through out the year. You get $$-I’m not a frustrated top tier customer- business 101!

Errors out constantly
I love Chico’s clothing and I enjoy the app to add to my list for future purchases. I shop almost monthly. I find this app to be so annoying that it errors out and says retry every time I make an edit to my cart. It is just easier to go to the website and login, as it also tracks under your account and doesn’t error out. It would be nice if the website when logged in allowed you to save items to your favorites list, as of now that is the only benefit of the app. Just login to the website, less time than waiting and reopening and closing the app and you also then get the option of checking inventory at your lock store which you don’t get from the app.

Had to delete and reload the app
The app works great, when it works. Somehow my data was corrupted and NOTHING worked, so I deleted and reloaded the app (make sure you remember your password) and it seems fine now. I dislike the way it handles expired credit cards (same with online version). Instead of letting me update the expiration date when a new card is issued, I have to replace the whole card and then there is no obvious way to just delete the expired version, so I have 3 entries of the same card with different expiration dates. Silly waste of time.

Chico’s- My One & Only
I’ve been shopping with Chico’s for 20+ yrs, and I will be shopping with Chico’s the next 20+ yrs! I do most of my shopping online now (which, saves me money! Or, at least, that’s what I tell myself!) Products & Fabrics & Sizing are as portrayed on the website/catalog! It’s the BEST! Once you know your size, you’re good! And, Customer Service has ALWAYS been knowledgeable, helpful, and just, super nice! It’s like talking to a friend! In my opinion, they define PROFESSIONALISM! Chico’s, you have a customer for life! Check out not user friendly
Choices are to sign in or use guest check in. As member - I use sign in. Message I get - is ‘you’re already signed in’ . Ship to address is filled is pre determined by app. But I want a different ship to address. So round and round I go. Took me 20 minutes to get shipping address changed. And I don’t know how I finally accessed the shipping address change. Time consuming. Aggravating. This was a 2 day project - I gave up using the website and day 2 used the app. Website is worse than app. Only difference is I finally got the ship to address changed on app. This isn’t my first go round with on line ordering. Same problem with past orders

I truly enjoy this site. If you like dressing with the classic, this is for you. I can find more styles and always most of my sizes. Gorgeous clothes, and the fabrics are magnificent. Online orders
Poor site. Even when I selected to only show me my size, it kept showing me things that were not available in my size. Then it told me (a site I went to from a Chico’s email) that if I downloaded the app, I would get 10% off my order. I did so, but had to start the order process again and could not find many of the items I had previously selected. Then I wanted to remove one item because the price was not what I thought it was going to be and there was no way to remove the item so it got in my order. Now I have to try to go back to the other site to see if I still want to order the other things I had on my list. Please correct these issues.

Missing features
I am a new user to the app and have not yet purchased anything through it. However, I already see two areas in which it is lacking compared to the website. On the website, I can filter tops by sleeve length, but cannot do this on the app. Also, the website shows the predominant color for the item. However, on the app, no color is given, unless there are choices of more than one color. This makes it difficult to know if something is navy or black or an olive tone color or gray, for example.

Your website
Dear Chico’s, I enjoy shopping in your stores but you online shopping is very difficult. And sometimes I just feel like shopping online. I tried to use my $5 off , then it asked me if I wanted points and to sign up. I was already signed in. Very frustrating all around. I usually give up and order by phone. It locks up on you when you are trying to retrieve something from another page, etc. Disappointing!

I’m back
I’ve been a Chico’s customer for years. I strayed from the true path and bought some items at Coldwater Creek. I’m regretting it! The quality is just not that great. Paid way too much. Their website was horrible, kept crashing. I just placed a large order with Chicos and I know I will be happy with my new clothes. If not they will take my returns with no hassles.

Changes!
I’ve lived in Chicos for years and years; it’s been my go-to for both work and personal clothing. I had to limit my purchases because I loved everything! I still find great basics but many of the new items don’t appeal to me. I know there’s been a change in leadership which is inevitable, but I’m hoping we can come back to the stylish quality you’ve spoiled me with. I still have my original parrot card and hope to continue using it!

Chico’s new app suggestion
I have been a member of Chico’s and WHBM for over 20 years. I was excited to find out that Chico’s finally got its application! However, after several attempts and changing my password, I was able to register! The system didn’t recognize my customer number or passport number. It would be great to update or delete the existing records in your system for security reasons and improve the app for other customers. Thank you.

Checkout issues EVERY time
I shop online quite a bit. I never have a problem ANYWHERE but at Chico’s. Most of the time I can’t check out on my iPhone or iPad, I have to go to my laptop. But, tonight I started on my laptop and it wouldn’t work and then it did work on my phone. I can never guess what will work. It always gets stuck when I select “Secure Checkout”. Either I can’t select it or it just spins. Tonight on my laptop I got a hard error. Had to close that session completely. I went back to my phone and that worked. I would love to know if others have these issues.

Ordering is a nightmare
I have been placing orders online for years; now you have pop-ups that keep coming up on the order form, can’t get the order to go through when I call. They can’t find my number even though it’s right there my telephone number doesn’t come up. I’ve always always been a loyal customer on the highest rating four. Today it took an hour just to place an order for a dress. It continuously refused to go through. I called the order center and they couldn’t find my number. Couldn’t find my account. What the heck gives with Chico lately.

Can’t expand photos
It’s nice to have your favorites and rewards, but you can’t expand the photos without tapping on the item and waiting for another page to load. I end up finding things on the website, then switching back to the app when I’m ready to checkout. Very Inconvenient! After looking at the item and going back, it takes you back to the top of search results. Also could use more filters, but that’s also the case with the website. Love the quality of the clothes!

Love Chico colors!
I was recently asked to model in a local Chico fashion show. It was fun--and confirmed something I hadn't taken seriously before. I look great in most Chico colors. The compliments I got! I had a few Chico tops and have added pants to match. Any shade of pink,cobalt blue, or purple/violet plus red, black and white, dark brown--oh, almost any color but ivory-beige will do. App issues
Every single time I order anything, the app freezes. I have to delete the app and download again and again. Most frustrating I must say. I never ever have a problem with any other fashion app that I utilize all the time. Please correct the issues. Horrible experiences when purchasing items from Chicos.

Bow Sleeve Henley Dress in Navy
I wore this dress today and received many compliments (one was that I looked younger, so it’s definitely a keeper!!) It has a flattering fit and is true to size. However, it would be so much cuter with the pockets that are shown! If you didn’t show it with pockets, I wouldn’t miss them . I wondered where they are?! I would’ve given 5 stars if the dress either had the pockets shown, or, if I wasn’t expecting them at all.

This Passport Member is not impressed
I have been a long time passport member and I love Chico’s product. Tried to order $500+ in clothing but when I proceed to checkout, the status bar moves about 20% and stops. Doesn’t move any farther then errors out with a “sec-cp-challenge” error. Tried to order at different times, but no dice. Frustrated and done with the app.

Credit card declined
My Visa card was declined both yesterday and today. This card is "perfectly fine" according to Chase bank and I do not understand why this occurred. Have spent $9,075 YTD on selections of Pima cotton and on linen. Plus a lot more choices of Brigettes in a wide array of styles that contain 37% cotton, making them easy to dress up. Appreciate finding black high rise denim. Known for my unrelenting black monochromatic styling, friends are speechless that I have purchased tropical and geometric designs in happy colors. Kudos, Chicos for responding to our moaning about “unnatural “ fabrics.

Terrible app
I have been a 20+year Chico’s customer so I was excited to see their latest app. The excitement lasted for all of about 15 minutes. You think you are buying an item at one price but when you go to check out, it shows up in your cart as a completely different price and always higher (as in 3 times higher!) And to say the very least, it is user unfriendly. When you filter and sort sizes, colors, and prices- your choices are not reflected in what is shown. I am disappointed. This is not what I would expect from Chicos.

I love Chicos clothing for work and play. Most outfits can be draws up with jewelry or scarfs fir more dressy occasions. I was lucky to find the perfect dress for our daughter’s beach wedding in Mexico! The quality of the clothing lasts and lasts. I have had rare issues with items that ran either too big or too small. Exchanges and or refunds haven’t been an issue. I am a true Chicos Gal!

I am pleased with the Chicos App. It is easy to find what you want or to just browse through the different products. I’ve been a Chico’s shopper since 1995. Their products wear well and last a long time. I am still wearing clothes that I purchased 20 years ago. Now shopping is now easier with the app.

I did not have any trouble! My suggestions: Give bigger discounts! Make it easier! I don’t need a reward system, I just need to save money! Also offer a photo shoot to a real customer in one of your style catalogues! Your models are lovely but it would be great to see regular ladies!

Needed my order quickly & checked to pay extra for quick shipping. I was not given an indication that quick shipment was not available. Then when I clicked on the “place order” it showed that the order would not be a quick shipment. I may not get this order in time for date needed. At least say up front that quick shipment isn’t available so one can make a decision whether to place the order or not. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Poor website
I tried to get several items on sale and kept getting error message do delete item no longer available, but looking at cart nothing was highlighted as unavailable. I closed the page and re opened and tried again several times with no luck. Finally I was able to order on the app with my phone a day or two later, but lost out on sale price and other items were no longer available. Very Frustrating.

I would give you 5 stars but today I received an order with just 2 items and one was the wrong size. I called customer service and the size I needed was no longer available. :( Once again it was a petite size and I know they sell out fast so I ordered as soon as I saw these jeans. I loved them more than the other pair I also received but alas….they have to go back since I’m not a size 00. Make more petites available!! If they’re selling out fast there must be a lot of petite ladies just waiting for another fabulous look!!! Sincerely Disappointed.

I LOVE my Chico’s clothes and deeply appreciate the free shipping. For me, I come back time and time again to Chicos for the quality, the built in member discount, and the free shipping without having to meet a minimum sale. And to top it off the free shipping comes sooner often than other companies that demand shipping fees.

Landscape format
I was looking forward to shopping Chico’s on my tablet. I downloaded the app and was disappointed that it doesn’t display in landscape format. I know for me, even if the content is something I really enjoy (book, game, shopping, etc.), I’m just not likely to use it if the website or app doesn’t display in landscape as well as portrait. Seeing that the app would not display in landscape format, I didn’t even create an account.

I am finding when I click the text link for sales it takes me to the internet site. That site encourages me to switch to the app. However, the app does not give me ALL my options in my size. It will bring up one page. The internet site will give me several pages of options.

Can’t edit shopping cart
If you try to edit shopping cart it causes an error & you have to close app & go back into the app, every time!! Very annoying! Also favorites added online are not synced with app, also very frustrating as they are both under the same account & should be able to synch items?!!

Petites at the best fashion store anywhere.
Love that Chico’s is carrying petite sizes. Those small or short customers can get top fashion items, too. Chico’s is the most accommodating store for returns. Their sales are truly sales, not a mark it up to mark it down sale. Love shopping at store or online.

Would be a great app if I could log into my account
Every time I try to log into my account, I get a retry error. I have tried deleting the app, deleting the data and reinstalling the app but every time I try to log into my account I still get a retry here. So annoying. Other than that I love shopping on the app even though I can’t log into my account.

Love Chicos but hate the app
This review is for the app and not Chicos product, I love their products but hate the app. The search, filter and sort options do not work on this app - so frustrating!!! Also, sometimes when checking out the checkout will fail and tell you it’s because something is no longer available but does not tell you which item. Randomly will remove still available items from my saved favorites as well.

I received my rewards card and used it on this purchase. The rewards card stated that it would include free shipping, but it was taken off my order . If it’s not going to used, please do not lie about it. It leaves a bad taste when it occurs .

Every time I have created an account, the next time I open the app and try to login it says there’s no account for that email. I’ve had the same email with Chicos for at least 25 years! I was a rewards member until they changed the system. Now I’ve lost a bunch of new reward points because their system never remembers me! Not sure having this app is worth the hassle.

Love Chicos. Sales are awesome! Styles n selection are awesome! Only issue I gave is online ordering between stirs:Chicos, Soma, & Chicos off the rack. Ordering would be so much easier if at end all orders would be combined into one total order vs having to go to each separate store.

Bipolar app
Every time I go to the Chico’s website or app I want to scream. I’ve been a member for years yet at the final step of each transaction Chico’s sign in ALWAYS rejects me and I foolishly allow myself to be abused. I’m not always successful at closing the deal. That’s on Chico’s. When will I learn to abandon on line shopping with them completely. It’s bad for my mental health. Love the product and service at the Southbury CT store. They deserve my business. I can’t say the same for my online experience. FIX IT.

I love Chicos but the app is painful to use. Your update wiped out my favorites, the app doesn’t tell me if I have a coupon or offer, and when I know I have one, it’s extremely difficult to find it within the app.
