This application was advertised in monthly circular. There appears to be some kinks that need to be resolved. Looking forward to being able to use this application. Will continue to check back to see when application is available for registration.

Choctaw Fix Your Faulty App!!!

I have downloaded 3 times and STILL receive the same error message “could not process user info at this time”! How extremely aggravating when you can only find out your player’s club perks (supposedly) through this app or by going directly to a Player’s Club Desk in person. Choctaw will no longer give that info over the phone. For many of us DFW “regular” gamblers, we decide which casino to visit based off of our player’s club rewards! Now, I have to drive an hour and a half just to find out what deals I have because your app is faulty and you won’t answer over the phone?!! Ridiculous! Maybe you guys should hire the folks that put together Winstar’s app, because I can sure log in on both their website and through their app with NO problems whatsoever! BTW I have imputed my card player’s number every which possible way, INCLUDING the right way (which is to omit the letters and beginning zeros) and it still will NOT process...grrr I’m going to Winstar!

App works great as of 2022, old reviews are irrelevant

Lots of old reviews are bringing bad light to this app because it works pretty well as of June 2022 but can be kind of slow to respond to input sometimes. Easy to check your rewards status and any food credits and free play promotions you have. Is a perfect companion app if you visit the Durant location. I do have a suggestion that I think would be an awesome implementation after bugs are fixed and the app runs smoother: - add option to check in/ add name to list at popular restaurants - allow us to view hotel reservations from the app, check in/out, and show room status - allow valet and bell desk verification to be viewed/saved in the app - add an option in the pathfinder section to display a random slot game to play based off filters like denom or manufacturer.

App glitches

I’d give it a 5 star only reason why it’s not is because it glitches and goes to broken bows screen so I always have to change it back several times... I do like how it shows your host name and your points... love how you can see your offers for free play food credit and some time gifts... anything you can do at Choctaw you can do through the app besides book a room using comps

This app needs so much help!!

I’d give it a zero start if I could. First of all, my password didn’t work. And no one T the local property knew how to help me login. You are not able to update your contact info through the app if you move. Booking a room through this app is impossible as it will take you to their website. When you click on player details it just says in process also says that when you click on win and lost statement. There are no events or promotions under those sections. I honestly wonder what this app is good for..

Bad app

Always getting log in errors and it’s vey frustrating when you are there and wanting to check you progress to level up ! Rewards club always has an excuse and then when you’re not there it works when it wants too ! You think they could afford to hire a competent app developer to make one that works properly ! Even deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work !

Hate the Update

I used to like this app. When it updated in February, it’s not the same. I was able to see on the old version, exactly how many tier credits I needed to get to the next level and now I can’t see that. Also, my rewards appear only when they want to.

You have to click to make a new account. It’s not the same pin you use at the casino. After that everything works great

Poor performance

App does not update regularly. Promotions are few and far between. Graphics freeze and sometimes just don’t load.

Updated App is glitchy.

I loved this App until they put out the new version in February. Now that I’ve updated, my offers & awards keep disappearing even though they haven’t expired. Very frustrating!

App doesn’t work

I have been using this app for a while. Now all of a sudden you can’t even login. It keeps giving the “sorry an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. “ I might just say screw Choctaw and head to Windstar, I have heard the payouts and everything is better there anyway.

App stuck

I’m having a problem with getting out of the promotion page on the app. I clicked on it and have gotten out of the app and restarted it but it remains stuck on promotions. Please help.

Choctaw casino

Had several bad experiences at the casino, the slot machines never hit I’ve lost thousands playing here, I have better luck at Cherokee casino and creek nation casino than at Choctaw. If you go and win 100 best to walk out because the machine won’t hit again.

Choctaw Casino app

Still Unable to login after registering. Keeps stating invalid player ID or PW. Received this on both my and my wife’s card ID. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK! How To.... when I attempt to register as you say, it gives me: Email already associated with account. That’s because Choctaw has my email on file with my ID when I signed up for my rewards card years ago. So it is associated with current info as I am registered. This app still not working.

This app used to work great. Now it takes forever for it to update the rewards etc. sometimes it never updates your status.

Doesn’t work for me

I’ve tried creating a new account and every time I get the error “can not enter user input at this time”. Went to the players club desk and they couldn’t get it to work either.

Does not work

I have tried logging in and I keep getting the “cannot process at this time”. No one at the casino can help either. Why have an app that doesn’t work?!?

Horrible App

I have downloaded three times and spent half hour at rewards center with a supervisor who could not get me access. A waste of time for both of us. Choctaw Nation needs to invest in some IT professionals.

Doesn’t work

Can’t login. When I use the forgot password function it tells me I’m not registered. When I try to register, it tells me I’m already registered.

This app is really useless. It doesn’t help you with how much bonus money you have. That is why I haven’t visited lately.

Useless

Doesn’t work

I can not get this to work after numerous attempts and updates. It asks for a pin and then tells me I put in the incorrect location.... what the hell does it want and how do I fix this?? I tried a zip code too and nope, still won’t work. I accidentally tapped one star but it doesn’t work AT ALL!
