Should not spend more time on an app than clients.
This app is so glitchy. I come from a time when clinical notes were written on paper or forms. Oh, I miss those days. I have spent more time working out problems with app then with my client. These electronic services do not make work easier! Only if everything works perfectly. What happens when you can’t connect or get locked out. Companies need to go back to paper! I've never had to contact customer support because my pen ran out of ink.
I’m an RBT and I travel to school with my kiddo. This app is perfect for collecting data when I’m away from my laptop. It would be grate if it included the calendar, but it serves its purpose for data collecting.
It normally works fine for me but since the update it crashes when I try to log in and now it’s saying I can’t log in because I’m not credentialed. This is happening to other RBTs in my agency. I don’t like using the web browser version but I have no choice. Would like to see this up and running shortly.
The app constantly logs me out and then has me reset my password and Face ID. Other than that it’s been a pretty easy app to use until the most recent update. The update removed the “learners” tab. I now am unable to collect data in sessions using the app and instead have to login on my browser.
The learners tab is gone so I can’t access any of my client’s sessions from the app. Completely useless. What’s the point of having an app if you can’t actually take data with it??? ETA: my company does not schedule session in central reach. We are flexible/adaptable and work with clients as needs arise. So ridiculous that we can’t take data on the app unless a session is scheduled on CR.
I downloaded this for the first time a few weeks ago and had no issues but lately I haven’t been able to login due to “server error (503).” I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, my phone is up to date software-wise so I’m not sure what the issue is. I’m able to log in fine if I were to use a browser.
I made sure to put in the correct login information multiple times. I also tried this login info on my laptop, and it was fine! I contacted my administrator, and she said to just delete this app, and use the browser instead.
I’m not sure why they keep changing the format of the app. The new format makes it harder to find goals and collect data. The previous format for data collection was much efficient.
The updated version doesn’t even open to work, majority of my coworkers and I got the updated version and it’s not working or opening at all, needs to be fixed asap please
Why did you change the layout of how the sessions look. Everything is super confusing and I don’t have time to search when I’m working with my client. PLEASE GIVE US AN OPTION TO GO BACK TO THE OLD VIEW!!
To put it bluntly, this application is garbage. I will take data and notes and it never saves, and then I have to manually enter data via the web browser and even then the notes being saved isn’t a guarantee. This app is only making my job harder, please do something to fix this so data is actually recorded and saves. Opening the calendar is useless, as it only shows appointments for the day and I cannot look ahead. If I select any other day it closes the calendar and only shows appointments for the current day. Again, please solve these issues as this application makes my job, and my colleague’s jobs that much harder.
I have successfully been able to get into this app once since downloading (which was about 2-3 weeks before therapy started). Since then, each time I log in, I get the following error message: Login Failed (500). We are experiencing internal server errors. Please try again later.” This has happened at every single login attempt over the course of the past few weeks. What’s odd is there’s a flash before the error message appears where I briefly see my child’s name (so I know I should be able to get in) and then the error message appears. Very frustrating. Fortunately, I can get onto the website just fine…for now.
Works for the most part, needs to refresh frequently
It’s a user-friendly app for data collection. Sometimes, depending on internet connection and phone, it needs to be refreshed manually often to ensure the data is locked in. I think the RBTs should be able to reorganize and reorder the targets on our end on the app. Sometimes the BCBAs try their best on their end to keep everything organized but it would be nice if I can reorder the targets to my preference.
The app wouldn’t even load my sessions for a while until I deleted and re-downloaded the app a few times. It also doesn’t connect my graphed session and data to my session note AT ALL, it doesn’t even show up or say that I had session that day. This has happened several times. It has also erased my session time and data various times as well. This is completely unacceptable. I would rather use the app for session rather than logging in over and over through the browser but at least the browser works efficiently…
every time I take data for a target at the bottom of my sheet it jumps to the very top and I have to scroll all the way back to the bottom to continue taking data for that target. this especially ruins my day if I happen to have a task analysis down there. this has been a problem for like 15 straight updates and it can't be that hard to fix. please hire competent programmers or quality assurance or really anybody who can make this problem go away
This app is poorly made. You have to refresh your screen to see the sessions after clicking on a client, rather than them automatically loading, which confuses people right off the bat. My data doesn’t completely graph once submit. There’s no option to complete your session note or even see your calendar. The list goes on. Do not use this app. If you have the choice, don’t use central reach on mobile at all. The website is just as bad on a phone. 0/5 stars if possible.
I graph data, it records it on CR but I can’t connect the data to my session note. It’s frustrating because then I have to take 5 mins to anecdotally do it. Sometimes it won’t even show anything. Graphs multiple data points in one date. Really disappointed in the app and CR. The red app was better. Wouldn’t shut down and clear all your data. Always uploaded it with ease to session notes. Blue app? Meh.
Tried at least 10 different attempts to login, everytime one or another random issue or error kept blocking me, despite having an authenicated account i have accessed via web multiple times. Wonder how you guys are even getting contract of Child care organizations despite this bad performance and rating. Wish you guys look at your whole product offering if want to stay relevant in this industry
The app loads a LOT, and loads slowly, which is really difficult when you’re in a fast moving session. Also, the last app allowed you to change the duration by clicking on the numbers which was very beneficial when you forget to stop it before reinforcing the client. Please change back!
Could y’all change it so you can type in frequency data as a number instead of having to click the plus every time. We use clickers and put it in at the end of the session.
Started having to use this app instead of the CR Go app. First day it froze and crashed several times, making my iPhone 13 pro freeze on the black screen with the white circle making me have to do a hard restart THREE times in one day. It also makes my phone hot and runs the battery way down. Terrible app. CR Go worked just fine and now it’s unsupported.
I have not been able to login on my mobile app, at all. And I’ve had it for over a year. Did every update, and still nothing. It always says login failure.
Hello, I’m trying to use this app on an iPad Air (A1475) running iOS 12.5.4. When I try to log into the app, the login page opens behind the spinning wheel that says “Logging in” rather than in front of it. Because of this, I cannot enter my credentials to log into the app. Please fix so those organizations with older iPads can log in and use the app. Thank you!
I’ve had to cancel so many sessions because this app does not work and I cannot do my job. I’ve tried to redownload it over 15 times and restart my phone 3 times and it still won’t even let me log in. This app is incredibly frustrating.
Downloaded app, but does not work for patients which is frustrating. Having an app for patients would be very convenient and make viewing our schedule easier.
At first I though “wow! There’s an app! We should totally use this!” Now I see why we don’t. I can only see a list of clients, I can’t see my schedule at all it’s not even an option to click schedule like it shows in the pictures
I loved the old app. It was easy to open. This app I’m having trouble logging in. All I see is downloading contacts then error comes up. I have download and uninstalled several times still nothing.
So let’s work on adding the ability to write progress notes inside of your application Let’s work on downloading targets and not live graphing Let’s add an option to not start sessions until session actually start
Not sure if my app was glitching but I can only see client names and nothing else so it is not worth it having this app in my opinion. I’ll just stick to the website. :)
Download this app over a week ago while it identifies me when I sign in and I can see my employee number the only access is something called learners and it does nothing when I tap on it so so far this has been completely worthless. Aug 15 2022
