Aún mantengo mi opinión que la aplicación anterior era mucho más amigable y mucho más sencilla. La versión que estoy utilizando actualmente aún tiene sus pequeños fallos como que en cualquier pantalla si tocas la esquina izquierda superior aparece la pantalla del Cart aunque no se ve el icono. Los tiempos de respuesta y procesamiento ahora son un poco mejores pero cuando la conexión es lenta se complica un poco. Los iconos resultan un poco pequeños aún y el interfaz está un poco sobrecargado, los ítems en las listas debieran ser un poco más grandes en mi opinión. Espero les ayuden estas modestas opiniones. This version is a little bit better. Still I believe previous app was more friendly and simple in terms of UI. The current version has a problem with cart in upper left corner on any screen, even when it’s not present. The processing times are faster right now but get bad when connection is slow. Still I think the icons, list items and links are small yet. The UI is overloaded in some screens. I hope this might help.
I have an existing account with Cuballama but the app now is frozen on my iPhone, and I can’t get any help. I’ve sent several messages asking for help and never get a reply. I can use my existing account on my iPad and in windows but no longer on my iPhone. It’s locked up and I have no way to fix it. I was asked to I call, but I do not speak Spanish, so I was told I would receive a call back. Within a few minutes a nice lady named Jessica called, and then spent quite a while helping me get back into my account. She was patient and helpful, which I greatly appreciated, considering all of the frustration I was having. Problem resolved! Thank you....
Its is a good app and service and the cheapest way to call to cuba through calls without wifi, but tomorrow , Cuba will increase access to internet So, you may look for better promotion. Besides that I am waiting for gifts that you can call standard and plus calls, perhaps you can use and average of both cost to make a new offer

After making several refills several times they cancel my account, they send me an email saying that I must send my card with all the information and my identification tells them that I can not confirm that I am the title that I am calling and I asked the questions of security corresponding to what they tell me that they cannot and that they want my personal information to which I did not access and decided to cancel my services with the cuballama and without talking about the bad attention of the person who attended me
I’ve been using cuballama for more than 10 years, since they started, I think. Never have had a problem with them. All my orders always get delivered. They have excellent customer service. I called my mother 2 days ago and after talking to her for 5 minutes, I heard she’s repeating word by word the exact same conversation we just had. It was basically a recording of everything she had already said to me. I hung up and called her back and she said the call had dropped and she was waiting for me to call her back. This is the second time it happens and I basically end up spending my minutes which are already a scam at almost 70 cents per minute, in another yet weird type of shady behavior.
I changed my language to English in the app. But all pages are still in Spanish. I am trying to learn but more Spanish but I am not there. I believe the previous version worked ok but when I upgraded to the new version and changing my language back to English it doesn’t change anything.
We have been using Cuballama for approximately 3 years and we have never had any problem with them. They have always been very helpful, answered our questions and even gone above and beyond to correct my own mistakes.
The company do not honor the coupon program. The offers to pay 20 here and my family received 70 is not a good a deal for Cuballama clients:The person had to virtually wast the fund they receive or they lose it. This is not fair.
Previous version was much easier to use. Now, to add balance you have to go through many taps which is annoying. There is no phone number where to request support when a call goes wrong and you get charged anyway without talking. I don’t like to send emails or to use a chat to request assistance with an issue that I need to resolve ASAP. The messages are not being sent. That app needs many improvements yet and be more useful for its users.
Fidelity and reliable. I am very glad with this company and I do not change it for any other one. You can deposit any money and you rely on them without worries. Gracias Cuballama. I have the contact numbers stored with the 5353 at the beginning. When I’m about to recharge the cells of family members and choose Cuba, they add an extra +53 at the beginning of the number. I then edit the number on the payment screen, but after that I can’t press the green button to confirm the payment (number screen is in the way). Can you guys fix this? Seriously, it’s not impressive quality.
There can be other ways to save few cents but none is as reliable as Cuballama is. Have been using it for several years and had 2 or 3 bad situations but that out of the 100s of calls I have made is nothing. 👍🏼
The user interface for this app contains many errors. Most of the time adds interfere with the buttons on and you can’t click on them because the add takes the entire page. Also, when you want to add money to your balance the default is $20. You can change it, but not all the users pay attention to this and they can add the wrong amount.
I like Cuballama a lot! I have been with Cuballama for a long time and it’s Excellent. I would like to suggest to improve the quality of the calls, that’s all, it is excellent overall. Thanks Raul
Cuba llama es bien eficiente, lo único malo que le veo es que cobran fees de $2 y pico cuando haces recargas a cuba, cuando hay otras compañías de la competencia que no cobran esos fees y tienen la misma promoción que Cuballama. English version, Cuballama is very eficiente, I have been using it to charge cell phones in Cuba. The only negative thing that I’m seeing is that I have been charge fees, and I know that other companies that do the same charge to Cuba don’t charge the fees, and have the same promotions as Cuballama.
The aplicación is very easy to navigate throughout. The calls are excellent and with excellent quality with the connection, voice and communication with both parties. Overall Cuballama is great.

Connection has got better but it is very hard to hear what is being said on the other side, there’s like a delay in the conversation. Need to improve that.
When you find a contact( long time to appear the list) ,them go to make a call and a message saying an error has happened no internet connection, also conected to a wifi ,4 g whatever’s.. Please try to fix the issue

I use cuballama everyday making calls, recharging nauta every 2 days, recharging cells in cuba very often and there are no discounts no perks no incentives, something for customers like me! I am always purchasing something every day and they dont give you anything as appreciation for that.

This updated app is of poor quality. You can no longer cut and paste numbers for top ups. It freezes and is generally inferior to the previous app. It appears it was quickly brought online without proper testing. Esta aplicación actualizada es de mala calidad. The only thing that I desangres on is that I can ever use my free minutes to Cuba , it says that’s I have 4 minutes free but I was never able to use them
I have been trying to recharge a cellphone in Cuba for three days so far. It happened also a few months back in the same way. It just it frozen and even deleting the transaction and closing the app to try again doesn’t work.
