Fun Way to Get Your Cardio!

This is a Game Changer! I love that each of the dance segments are short. This allows me to tailor my workouts to my day. Because they are in shorter segments, I don’t feel defeated if I only have a 10-15 minute window to workout. I can do 1-2 segments, go do whatever I need to do, and then jump back in to complete another few segments when I have time. This alone has helped keep me motivated! I used to feel defeated if I did not complete my entire workout video that I wanted to do. So instead of just jumping in and working out, I would try to make sure that I had 30-45 minutes set aside. This only stressed me because I procrastinated since I had a million other things to do. At the end of the day, I would have done no workouts. Now, I simply hit play, sacrifice the 10-15 minutes, and actually COMPLETE a short workout. Most of the time, I would just keep on going since I was having fun and no one needed me at that moment. However, if I did need to stop, I could fit in another 10-15 minutes throughout the day whenever I needed a quick energy boost or had a short span of time.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!

I signed up for the 1$ trial and regret doing so. The app is fine, however they will not let you cancel. I’ve sent the app 5 messages, I went to Gismart and emailed them directly, as well as the apps designer, the harmony-whatever. No one has responded and I’m about to be charged tomorrow. I got on and read the reviews of people being charged multiple times. This is a scam! Do not give them your card information!! I refuse to be charged by this, I’ll go get another stupid card if I have to. I will update if the company ever responds. UPDATE Their customer support did not get back to me until 2 days after attempting to charge me. It was an unauthorized purchase from the UK, so luckily my bank flagged it as fraud. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 4 TIMES!!!!!! Again, this is a scam, do not give your card info because you will have to get a new one. Ridiculous.

Wow!! Please more dances and Reggaeton!

Okay many people criticized about the music… I don’t like those Zumba ones neither but if you guys try Reggaeton you are gonna fall in love! At least I did hehehe… I have been doing Pamela dance for a while but the Reggaeton ones immediately got me hooked! So I just signed up for yearly plan. I hope this app will keep updating new dancing otherwise the yearly plan is just gonna be a scam 😂 anyway, keep up the good work! I hope to see some salsa dance too! for the dance content I would love to give 5/5 but! One little draw back, once you setup your plan and setup at the very begging, it seems like you have no way to make modifications. The system still needs a lot of work so I give 4/5 here. I hardly leave review for apps usually but I love the dance in this app so much! Really please keep uploading new stuff! Also, in “Crazy Disco Collection”, might consider changing the model for Zumba cuz it’s kinda hard to see the movement. I absolutely love the model illustrations of Reggaeton. This one is better than real person demo imo because you can see perfectly well how each part should move. Not only makes it super helpful but also fun!

BUYER BEWARE- DONT PURCHASE!!

While I am still waiting to see if I get a response promptly from customer service, I believe this to be a scam. I downloaded the trial, I went into the app before a purchase or subscription was to be renewed, followed the instructions to cancel, the app does not show up in purchases through IOS. It STILL does not show up, except only in purchases after the fact. And there is NOT a place to cancel. They have charged me a fee that is not advertised. The get a refund it says I need to go through my Apple account to request it. However it does not show up there as a subscription or purchased item. And when I was trying to cancel prior, it said … if it does not show in your purchased or subscribed apps, there is nothing to cancel. So.. how do you cancel what you can’t access? There is no option to cancel. I want my money back. Wednesday- Once again I am commenting, you posted you’d be in touch… you again lie. It is Wednesday. I have received no contact or support from you except an automated response email that doesn’t help, just like your website, and no response otherwise here. I want to cancel my subscription and a refund for the subscription that I had no option anywhere to cancel and STILL HAVE NO OPTION TO CANCEL BECAUSE YOUR APP ONLY SHOWS UP AS A PURCHASE! It’s a scam people!!!

Frustrating

I’ve been using this app for a few months, and while I initially I liked the idea of it, I became very frustrated. They make you think you can choose which workouts you do, but the first workout of the day is preselected and you have no control over it or the option to skip it. I did not select “dance fitness” as the style I was interested it, yet it always seems to be my first workout; some of these are twenty minutes long, and frequently they make you do the same workout over and over again. And many of these feel more like jumping around, rather than dance. I’ve been automatically charged for the three month subscription, so now I feel like I’m stuck doing the same routines with the same instructor over and over again. Furthermore, despite having to download a new version of the app seemingly each week, it seems to actually be getting worse - initially you were asked to rate the routines at the end, but now they don’t even ask for that - it seems like the developers really don’t care about your opinion or preferences.

First off, please know that I’ve never reviewed anything before, but I felt compelled to leave a review in this particular situation. If I could give zero stars, I would have… I am honestly disgusted by this company and their poor customer service. They care only about making money. They could care less about customer satisfaction. They use tricky language to entice you and then trap you. Don’t think for a second that if you’re unsatisfied you will be refunded your money, because this company makes it clear that will happen under no circumstances. I regret signing up. Within a few short minutes of being on the app, I realized the quality was poor and not worth it, so I made the decision that I would not be using the program and I asked for a refund. I was charged for 3 months, despite canceling THE SAME DAY I signed up. When I contacted the “Support Team,” I was denied a refund and talked down to. Now this company has my money and I received nothing but a headache and a bad taste in my mouth. There are much better companies out there to give your money to. Avoid this one at all costs!

I love it!

I’m enjoying the app very much, what I like the most it’s been able to see it from my tv and that they have several instructors. There is only one thing they should add. At the end of the class you get to rate the instructor and it gives you options to choose if you gave a low or medium rate, it would be nice to have the option “other” and for students to be able to type why the low or medium rate because sometimes the problem is not the instructor but the camera guy. I came across with a couple of classes that I did not liked how the video was shoot because they keep doing a close up on the instructor rather than showing the moves 🤦🏻‍♀️ yes, I get she is very pretty, but I need to see the moves. So when I rate low, I felt bad because it had nothing to do with the instructor.

Dance bitty forever…

I always wanted to learn dance but due to my work schedule it wouldn’t have been possible. I joined Dancebit and picked my body areas I wanted to work on as well as dancing styles I was interested in learning. They have daily workouts videos that can be catered to you as well as live videos. I am still in the intermediate and beginner videos but have lost a couple inches in my waist in the short time I joined. But I also do workout at the gym, jump rope, and walk my dog as well. But Dancebit has really helped to tone my body without getting too muscular and flatten my tummy. I cut back going to the gym due to starting to look too muscular, but with Dancebit I still have my curves but my waist line is shrinking considerably. I am less muscular and more tone which is my preferred body type. I will be a Dancebitty for life.

Do not sign up unless you want them to steal $100 dollars from you!!

This is the worst scam in the history please you better off trying to watch a video from dancing with starts for free rather then them stealing from you . Even their trial they will charge you for it total of $100 wasted that I will never get back so be careful and don’t get it ! Even their video bad quality and worst appt ever I only put 5 starts to help other to read the review because only 5 start at the top ! So please do yourself a favor don’t get it! Worst customer service as well they do not help at all they don’t give money back and the scam bunch of money stealing a*** h*** ! So to help other not through the same thing it’s literally my first time even writing a review but don’t give them the free money they are getting !

Great app, positive encouragement, love it!

Hello my name is Amy and this app changed my life! I was an athlete when I was younger and always enjoyed doing fun activities, especially sports and dance. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when I was 15 and I was told I would have to give up sports. I did not accept this and pushed through most my life. Later on I became more ill and less mobile and had to have total hip replacement. Depression set in and I didn’t leave the house. I found this app and it woke something up in me I hadn’t felt in years. The instructors are all very positive and the dances are very easy to follow, even for someone who has never set foot in dance class. Before I knew it I was dancing for 30 min and enjoyed every minute! Download and try this app you will not be disappointed!

Do NOT be CLUELESS!

I don’t know how Sarah_xxxx has the most helpful review. Her problem is easily solved by going to her iTunes account and canceling her subscription. If she was charged prior to figuring out how shopping works should then cancel Apple. Yelling at the developers isn’t how to do it. How many “this app is a scam” rants are because the reviewer doesn’t know how to shop or use the app? There are some doozies I’ve seen- photo editing and camera apps failing because they refuse to give permission to access the camera or photos and refusing to allow the app to save the photos. People can lose their minds when they’re asked to provide information to make the apps work- so dumb.

UNETHICAL & FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE

I have been fighting with this company for 5 months to refund charges of almost $50 a month for an app I did not purchase or use. No amount of communication has resolved the matter. I have requested legal business information to forward to my attorney, but they have not provided it. I would think an app would want users who want and use the product. Instead they have furious people who will bring legal action and blow up social media with bad press about their unethical business practices. More money will be lost by the business through the latter actions than they stole from me without authorization or agreement. Further, attempts to cancel were not successful and I kept being charged. This has taken hours from my very busy life. Do you realize if I purchased something at the store (remember I did not purchase this) and did not want to keep it I could take it back for a full refund? Why am I not receiving a full refund for a product that I did not buy or use?!?!

It’s a subscription

Make sure to READ THE FINE PRINT: “1 month subscription” doesn’t mean it ends after one month, saying no to the persistent chat person who encourages you to sign up for more months doesn’t mean it ends after a month, and that if it doesn’t appear in your App store subscriptions, that doesn’t mean it ends after a month. It only means the first month OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION is at that price. Do not count on an email confirming your purchase that explains how to cancel or a monthly receipt from them, though these are apparently sent. If I remember correctly, the app was free to download, then the payment was after, so it didn’t appear in the Apple subscription list. I checked everywhere for the receipts: the spam folder, trash, everything, app name, company name. In their favor, although it wasn’t resolved the way I wanted, their customer service team was responsive across multiple emails. I enjoyed the workouts well enough, though a) the music is nothing like what’s in the ad; b) I didn’t like how a 28-day series had some non-workout days (too easy for me to lose momentum); c) there was one workout day with awful music that didn’t even have a beat to help me keep up d) different camera angles or people facing different directions would make it easier to follow some moves. I’d have given this 3 stars had it not been for the unclear signup info and lack of receipts.

PREDATORY AND DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES! DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This app is absolutely a scam and it seems their whole business model is deceiving people out of money which is probably why they refuse to grant anyone refunds. All of their profits are coming from confused customers who don’t want their product. I signed up for the 7 day trial (only used the first day) and when I attempted to cancel under my apple subscriptions, I couldn’t locate it. I searched my emails and couldn’t find any receipts. Assuming this meant the trial had just expired, I left it alone until I saw $43 pending from my bank account. I immediately emailed them and explained the situation and asked to cancel and not have the charges posted. They emailed back that that wasn’t a possibility and the pricing is clearly posted at sign up. Which is true- but, semantics. The entire process is very misleading and confusing and customer service or even decency is clearly not a concern of theirs whatsoever. The reason it doesn’t show up on Apple subscriptions is because it defaults to signing up with the website, which makes canceling very difficult/confusing and a refund apparently impossible to receive. Also the fact that a 7 day trial is $7 and then a month is $43 is absolutely wild. (i get it- trial period. introductory offer. again, semantics. the math ain’t mathing) Their practices are unethical and dishonest. Highway robbery. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Warning

My niece downloaded this work out app on my phone and purchased 2 subscriptions. When I found out (early) I contacted the subscriber to receive a refund and to cancel the subscription in which they are refusing to refund. She is 11, was visiting me in Georgia at my home for spring break and is now back home in Philadelphia. I do not think I should have to be out of $100. If it was just the trail payment I would not be so upset but to be charged $100. is insane to me. I am on a fixed income and this puts me in a bad position. Now I’m getting the run around because there telling me to go thur Apple to get my money back. Do your research before getting involved with these apps. If an 11yr can be so confused to buying not one but 2 subscription within minutes of each other is crazy and sad. I’ve been a customer of apple since the very first computer. I’ve never had any issues like this!!!! Very upset right now!!!

Not cool

I signed up for a 3-month plan through an Instagram ad and went through all the prompts to do so. When it got to the add-ons page. I didn’t want to proceed just go through to finalize. When I clicked next the page must not have fully loaded and jumped up and clicked on a $9.99 add-on and then immediately went to the next page. I tried going back to take it off by clicking the back arrow and it took me back to Instagram. So I thought I’ll just go forward when you finalize everything at the checkout I can take it off. Nope there is no such thing? Not cool. I tried to explain this to the support team who took 2 weeks to reply and then said it’s not our problem you knew what you were doing? Uhm… really? That’s how you treat customers. I wasn’t asking to get out of the 3-month plan but pointed out a flaw and wanted my $9.99 back because it was an accident. I didn’t want to click on it.

Do Not Get This

SCAM!!! I downloaded the app and signed up through there. I’ve been struggling with my physical health and appearance and thought this would be a fun way to feel better. I did not like the app. I used it for three dances and Wanted to cancel but it didn’t show up in my subscriptions so didn’t think anymore of it. I wish I read more reviews. I Seen they charged me twice on my card. attempted to get a refund but was told no. Apple was so kind and wanted to help me, but… Apparently “web” subscriptions and app subscriptions are different. And they control the web subscriptions not apple. Again please do not get this app.

Blame you for charges after cancelling

Don’t buy! I did a free trial and cancelled after the first full cycle of billing as I hadn’t used it even during the trial period. I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED after billed back in nov 23 and followed instructions to close the account. Fast forward3 months and I get billed again for 65$ and I write back to see why I’m being charged after cancelling. I attempt to access account via app & website and get a message saying “no account found”. I remessage the cancellation email and walk through all the steps they suggest and still no account found. I get an email back and they request alllll the information to FIND my account and cc-including dates and amounts- and then tell me it’s my fault for not following the steps of cancelling and then proceed to tell me they will not refund the amount just charged and NOW this is confirmation of cancellation… I wish I could give it zero stars.

Free to Download, Paid Subscription to Use At All

Yes, they have a free 3-day trial, but there is nothing else that you can access unless you subscribe. 3 days is not enough to be able to really get a feel for a workout routine to see if it’ll work for you. And there is nothing more that I hate than downloading an app FOR FREE only to find out that I cannot do anything with it unless I pay money. That seriously needs to be a part of the description at the very least because you are actively deceiving your clientele. Not to mention, from the responses I’ve seen to other reviews on this subject, that 3-day free trial is actually only 2 days because you have to cancel it a bare minimum of 24 hours before the renewal kicks in and you are charged $8 for one week. Which is a lot for something you haven’t even had for enough time to be able to figure out if it’ll even work for you.

Fun

Fun, bite size lessons. Easy to keep up daily and app encourages you to do so if choose that in the settings. I needed to cancel the trial because my knees were being triggered by the dance moves so I don’t think I can do it long term. I have recently been in physical therapy so might be too much too soon. It is not easy to cancel (that I could find like other apps) but they did have an email for customer support. I emailed and they got back to me in 24 hours and was canceled within 48 I think. So, just don’t wait until the last minute.

Do not recommend

I can not speak on the program as I didn’t use it. I signed up for the week trial and forgot about the app until a week later when I was charged $50. There was no warning or notification to remind me that this charge would happen and there was no option to change which subscription plan I wanted. They went ahead and charged me for the highest plan they could even though I remember clicking on the weekly plan. I contacted them the day of the charge in order to get a refund, they sent me a link to cancel the plan and said to reach out with more questions to which I replied requesting a refund as I did not apply for the plan I was charged for. They have yet to respond. If you plan to use the app and manage the subscription go for it, but if it’s an impulse don’t because they will not work with you or respond.

Very disappointing - not for beginners

These routines do not even come with any instruction in many cases. The instructors are dancers, it says it’s for beginners, but yet we don’t know how we are supposed to be moving. There are times when the instructor is cut off from the legs down. And then the move continues into the next scene. How are we supposed to know what we are doing? This happened on more than one. I tried several of the routines. There is no guidance as to how your abs, hips, And other body parts should be held and moved. In fact one of the routines had only two parts to it. The first one all you could see was that her chest was going up and down and her hips were moving in some direction. She was wearing black so you could not tell if she was shifting her weight or rolling her hips. This is one of the worst apps I have ever purchased.

SCAM*** FRAUD***BEWARE

I’m last review was removed. They say the only way to cancel is in your Apple Subscriptions, but it never showed up in mine. I emailed them to tell them this and that I wanted to cancel if I did, in fact, have a subscription in spite of it not showing up. They insisted if it wasn’t showing up, then I didn’t have one. I WAS THEN CHARGED FOR TWO MONTHS!!! When they reply to people who say it isn’t in their Apple subscriptions, they tell you to go to your Apple subscriptions to cancel. Do they not know how to comprehend what they read? I ended up having to dispute the charges with my Apple credit card and canceled my card number. It’s currently in dispute status so who knows if I’ll get my refund. I reported this company to the App Store as fraud/scam. I encourage others to do the same.

Overcharged/Nonexistant Customer Service

I thought this would be a fun way to get back in shape after shoulder surgery, but I was overcharged and have received no response from customer support! I signed up for a 3 month subscription during a special they were offering. During the signup process, I was offered an upgrade to an annual membership at a reduced rate, which I accepted. There was nothing saying I would be charged for both the 3 month subscription and the 12 month subscription, but I was! I have reached out to customer service several times in regards to receiving a refund for at least 1 of the charges via email, their website, and instagram with no response other than an unhelpful automated reply. I regret ever stumbling across this app and signing up!

Easy-to-use, motivating, good teachers

I’ve looked at—and used—a number of fitness/wellness/habit change apps and Dancebit has (a) a clean design, (b) capable teachers that communicate clearly and make you feel connected to them, (c) timely and encouraging push notifications, and (d) a habit-tracking interface that makes you feel good about what you DID accomplish rather than discouraged about what you didn’t. It’s on the pricier side of what’s out there, but I figure it’s cheaper than a personal trainer or two, 40-minute in-real-life classes!

Lacking

While the instructors are motivating and engaging, they lack some basic elements of instruction. When you’re teaching to someone facing you, it’s better to mirror the exercise participant it’s even easier to do on video than in person, you simply just have to say left when you’re going right. Instead, the participant is left to hear if the instructor say right when they’re actually moving to the left on their TV. Last I intended a one week trial only to find out that they charged me for a month and as I’ve seen another post, do not offer a refund for folks that did not intend to do so. So I do not recommend this app. It would be great, but they’re not running this very well.

Is it just me or is it hot in here?

I decided to purchase the app to increase my self-care and my overall fitness. I’m highly active and work out a few times a week yet. I still break a very good sweat with these workouts. I love the excitement and enthusiasm and the voices and you can do it anywhere so there’s no excuses. This has become my favorite way to work out. The daily reminders to keep a winning streak keep me motivated. Many thanks.

SCAM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This is a terrible app, with and even worse customer service team. I downloaded this app to try the free month subscription - I was unable to cancel the subscription because it wasn’t listed under my Google Play/Apple ID account, there is no ‘cancel subscription’ button or option to cancel within the app, and I have checked on the app’s website for an option to cancel - there isn’t one! I emailed the customer service team with my problem, and they have been nothing but rude and condescending and unhelpful. I am left with no choice but to cancel my credit card number and dispute the charges because of this scam. Save yourself the hassle, don’t download this crappy app with the worst customer service reps out there!

First Impressions

I came across this app on instagram and liked the flexibility of minutes for a workout since I have a newborn at home. There was a promotion for 21$ for the month and I decided to try it. I am in day 1 and worked up a sweat in 15 minutes so so far so good. I am skeptical about the pricing because of the negative reviews. I doubled checked my PayPal and it’s the same pricing I saw online so hopefully there’s no extra charges like some folks were mentioning. I’ll keep using it and keep an eye out for the costs; I’ll update my review after my month is up.

Do not sign up.

No where in the app description have I been able to find proper instructions to delete the subscription service. I am no longer using it and I thought I had cancelled the service but it continues to charge my card. I was just charged today for yet another month after going through the process of what I thought was the proper way to cancel it last month. This is becoming a joke!!! Hey! Tried again to cancel this subscription through the app and there is no where in the app that is allowing me to cancel my subscription. I was just charged again the monthly fee and I want to get this cancelled. Find away before I report it to my bank and a disputed transaction.

Beware..

I saw this add through Snapchat and subscribed right away in the said apps. After subscribing, I went ahead to apple apps and downloaded the apps. So, I was expecting I am able to access since it’s already been paid and I used the same email address upon subscribing. So, I kinda waited awhile like an hour or so and checked again if I can access the plan for I was so excited to try it. Still no access. So, I finally decided to reached out and send an email to the support team expecting I will get the response I need..but nope! One day later..checked my email again and still no reply and no access. Hoping by writing a review here, they will recognize my sentiments.

Thief’s and SCAM artists

BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO NOT PURCHASE. I CANCELLED A 6 month subscription with documentation to emails that I did so, and they changed it via their “policy“ to a one month without my knowledge and continue to charge me for two months after therefore stealing $100 plus from my account. The dancers are awful. They’re from another country and you can barely understand them and the customer service is awful. I employ you to look at reviews on trust pilot as well as other places besides here because they are thieves. If there were negative stars, I’d give them that awful people working for them. I don’t know how they sleep at night stealing from innocent customers. Please keep scrolling!!!!

Major Scam

Do not sign up for this scam app! I tried the free version, and canceled in the app, which does not work. Ended up getting charged TWICE. When the second charge went through, I had to stop automatic payments through my card, as it doesn’t show up as a subscription on your iPhone. When requesting a refund, they say you missed the deadline. Of course you did, because you have to do it directly with the bank! Ado, I cancelled because the app is terrible. The ads show real dancing, while the app has nothing like that. As a former dancer wanting to lose some pounds in a fun way, I was super disappointed with the quality of this app. Save your time and money!

If you look at any of their reviews on any site, the theme is the same. They get your credit card information and they just keep charging more and more money. There’s no set amount it’s just whatever they I guess need for groceries that month and they just charge and charge and charge. I got one reply to my first email and six emails later they will not respond. They pretend to reply to peoples complaints online saying oh, contact us at our support email, but there is no support. Nobody’s there. Just do not give up your credit card information under any circumstances. Or you won’t be living with these crooks for the rest of your life.

There is absolutely no way to cancel the subscription

They charged my Cashapp card 69 dollars after the free trial which didn't go though because my card had a zero balance on there. Then they tried charging my card for 49 dollars which didn't go though. Then again for 17 dollars and some change and again it didn't go though. They started charging my card about 4 o'clock in the morning but I tried canceling the subscription but theres no option to cancel it. Luckily I had a zero balance on my card cause I see now that they don't do refunds but I guess I'll have to cancel my Cashapp card. Do not try this app out for free if you don't want this happening to you.

It was ok

Didn’t like the style of teaching, it didn’t show the steps when the teacher is teaching them and how the teacher moved their body, I found that frustrating. It seemed more focus on showing the teacher knowing how to dance. I like the idea of dancing. Also, it’s too expensive for what it is, plus, even though I canceled the trial they still charged me for 4 months before I realized they kept charging me. And to cancel it now is not easy. They did say they won’t refund me. So even if I did want to come back, because of this experience of how hard it’s been to cancel I won’t.

I am a newbie to Dance Bit, and I haven't been in touch with my body for too long...until now! I totally LOVE this convenient app, and applaud the darling instructors for their instructions. I will certainly share this with my friends. I also like the text reminders which help to hold me accountable. I am feeling stronger and more loose... as well as more confident in the knowledge that this is helping me to be more agile as I am aging. 💝 Glad to be back! Awesome!

Don’t waste your time on this app!!!

I paid $7,99 for the 1 week trial and on the 3 I already knew I wouldn’t get the membership since I didn’t like the app. I was charged $54 after the week 1 and I immediately emailed them asking for a refund. The website says you need to have a membership active to request the refund. I received an email about how to cancel. I tried to cancel 100 times but it didn’t work. This month I was charged $54 again and once again they didn’t refund my money. I could finally cancel it, at least, but I don’t think they will give my money back. I feel stollen. This company is a joke and the app is not even good!

An easy way to move your body

I have a very expensive gym membership and decided to download this app to see what it was all about. It’s difficult for me to carve out time every day to get to the gym, but this is an easy - and FUN - way to get my body moving! I have a feeling I’m going to cancel my membership and dance my way to health!! Thank you for creating a fun exercise that doesn’t feel like work!

Nightmare to cancel

If you like the app, then great! But if you want to cancel your $1-7 day trial it’s going to take a bit. There is no where on the app to cancel that I found. You can change your subscription payment option, but of course not cancel. I checked under my PayPal subscriptions to cancel there, no option there because it was a $1 trial. I deleted the app to try canceling. I emailed asking how I get rid of the subscription before being charged, guess what? No response until AFTER I was charged $70 for 2 months. Emailed back and the only response I got was they don’t give refunds and was sent their terms and conditions. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They are a trap!! FAKE COMPANY

I canceled my one dollar subscription I got charged $74 and they are not replying. There’s no button to cancel. They are stealing money from people.!!!!!! Any reputable app has an easy cancel button because they know what they’re selling is legit. DANCEBIT however, makes you jump through hoops, and even still they will steal your money and not let you cancel. I am calling my bank. I am going hard against this company and let everybody know that they are conniving and fake and steal your money. From my one post against them 6 people wrote me that have had money stolen from them AND NO WAY TO CANCEL!!! There has to be a class action lawsuit

TECHNICAL DIFFICULITES POSSIBLY A SCAM

Whenever I try to play a video it pauses on its own, and restarts. I can only get like 10 seconds in(a sometimes less) before it pauses. And I’ve silenced notifications to see if that does anything. It doesn’t. It worked yesterday which is why this is weird. Reminds me of those scams where they trick you into thinking it’ll work only for “difficulties” to arise but you’ve already payed the money. If the videos won’t work I want my money back. This is so disappointing. The least you could do is have an app that works if you’re going to charge money for it

Quick but followable build up

This app is super fun. The variety of styles is nice, the endorphins are flowing, they are managably sized lengths for a busy schedule. They are also shot well. This is my fifth day and (so far) they are all easy to follow and start you off slower and then increase intensity but not in an overwhelming way. You get alot into a short session (9 mins, for example). Glad my coworker at school told me about this!

Dont try!! They make it impossible to cancel.

Warning, do not try the app. How is it possible that in 2024 it is this hard to cancel a subscription? Obviously design on purpose. I’ve paid two or three subscriptions and I’ve tried to cancel each one. I have tried emailing them with no response. I follow the directions on the website, but in the end, those are not the appropriate directions. You have to go to self service and asked to cancel and they send you a link for you to be able to cancel, but let’s see if that actually works. I have a feeling I will still get charged.

Grandma’s Got This!

I thought I ordered “Chair Yoga” for people that’s a little easier on us old folks. I chose Salsa thinking it would be fun, and it is… but I tuned my exercise down a tad, I can’t move that fast, and my back won’t straighten out without a support device. But, I made it my own, did part of mine on a chair, the reaching… at least I’m doing exercising and doing the time. 😉

I like the workouts but the music could be better

I like the routines, although sometime is hard to catch what exactly the trainer is doing. ( maybe they could show side ways too?) The bad part is music. Not only it is not pleasant.. very electronic but added separately from the workout the trainer recorded and often the rhythm doesn’t math with the person’s moves. It is hard to watch and follow the routine when you are off the bit.

Don’t sign up 2nd reason

I tried to purchase only a 3 month subscription, and when I was finished it sent me directly to an agent that wanted me to purchase a year subscription. She sent me to another screen to go ahead to download the app and purchase the subscription. I only wanted to download the app, and thought there would be an option to not purchase the year. When I clicked continue it charged my card, and I sent a message to support that my card was charged by accident. They said no refunds even with it being less than 24 hours. It is really bad customer service.

I feel rejuvenated

I was very pleased at how easy it was to select each type of dance that suits my needs and my ability after the second day I was able to move to a moderate level. I was extremely happy that the program allowed for casting to my TV which helped tremendously and performing the steps. I can’t wait to see my body transformation after my first two weeks. Keep it moving.!!

OK it’s 11:30 PM in my kitchen. Just got done with the daily family stuff and figured I’d download this app Period pleasantly surprised with the Zumba I could set up my calendar and go for it without needing more than I 4 x 4‘ space. Really looking forward to the other four types of dance routines ASAP! I certainly will tell all my girlfriends about this easy app that is doable-got my heart rage up & I know I’ll sleep better because of it!

Scammers!!!

They don’t care about you or this app. They only care about stealing from you. Likely this note won’t get published because the can censor them. They don’t send payment notices. Just take your money without the option to cancel. They make their little subscription, act like they care, then sit back, wringing their little hands waiting for the next installments to come in without sending out notices. Then tell you it’s your own fault you didn’t cancel. That’s how they make their money. They are reported to the BBB and I’m not the first to complain. Beware! They don’t care about you!
