I have been going to Deka Lash for quite some time now. Edith is my artist, I don’t see anyone else now that I have found her. She always does an amazing job, she works quickly and carefully, does an amazing job, and always makes sure I am comfortable. I can almost sleep while I wait. The studio is always immaculate, they are very polite and professional. I really wish they had parking, but I can usually find street parking, you just have to walk and plan for extra time.
Since Day one, which today was my second fill. My first time I went in to the studio it was super clean. Not a lot of people in there. The whole vibe is worth it! The cost is worth the experience especially if you’re like myself who dislikes wearing makeup. I would highly recommend getting yourself some eye lashes! I absolutely adore my lash tech she’s the best ever! Way to go Cibolo Texas Team! Keep up the amazing work. Can’t wait to fluff them up for the holidays. ☺️😊😌😌😌💕💕 I will keep coming to Deka as long as I am in the state of Texas. I will have to check other locations just in case I I’m traveling.
The app is easy to use. It has all my past appointments and info so I can look it up if I need to. I never have trouble booking online and it makes it really easy to chose and pay everything ahead of time.
Emeli listens to my need and has an amazing personality. Booking with Emeli is extremely flexible and convenient for my schedule. She truly care for her clients and makes them feel at home. I normally feel so relaxed I normally fall asleep to wake up stress free.
I absolutely love Dekah Lash, I go to the Johns Creek location. My tech is Kai and she is fun and professional. She always knows what I like and makes my lashes look natural. I get compliments all the time people think they are mine! I recommended to everyone!

So easy and convenient to schedule my appts! Because we do a lot of traveling, it works out great for me to look at my calendar and know when I can get to a scheduled appt. Char is THE BEST, BTW!!
This is the best lash place I have found in all of okc and Norman. They while staff is extremely helpful and friendly. And Anisten has such a calming presence. Anisten is kind and actually remembers all of her clients. Very happy with Norman Deka. Ten out of ten stars!
I literally hat this app. You can only book a new appointment. It does not let me change an already existing appointment. Also prices are advertised differently than what’s in the salon
The service in the actual branch that i go to in Hartsdale are good, but the company itself has a VERY strict rule about cancellation...if it is not over 24hrs and you cancelled your appointment, they don’t give their customer some grace by waiving the $20 fee even if it is an emergency. I had called to cancel my appointment 23Hrs before my scheduled appointment and the customer service lady did not even gave me any consideration and strictly said she cannot waive the $20 fee even if i told her it was a sudden change to my work schedule...Same thing happened last time where i had a road emergency and had to cancel on the same day, i feel they really do not care much about their customer’s situation and just wanted to charge the cancellation fee so freely. There is no genuine concern or consideration for the people, very ruthless. After i used up my membership’s credits, i do not plan to ever go back to this company ever at all. There are plenty of other lash extensions shop around the area who are probably more considerate of the customers than this company.
