Digicel make life Much easier to send credit
Digicel is their a way you can turn credit that send from a broad to the Caribbean turns into cash or credit options for customers their meaning can they choose to receive money instead of the credit adding to phones I’m just asking or is that something you can work on in the future, also can you work on bar codes scanning in the credit card options meaning instead of us manually typing in the card information it should it can be scanned similar to Apple Pay.

My account charged twice
I processed a transaction for my mom but then got a email from digicel that it was not successful. I called customer service where I was instructed to process another transaction as it wasn’t showing on their side. Having done this my account is charged twice and I told there is nothing digicel can do because this automatic and they cannot refund me. Absolute nonsense. Also to add to the poor customer service I am still waiting on. Call for the pst 30 days and every day I called aim being given another excuse. I use the service for now because it’s the only way to connect to my mom but as soon as their is alternative I am gone. When did service become so poor at Digicel and go through the door. Btw they only got one star because I had to choose at least one if it was otherwise they would have gotten none.

Best app to stay connected to loved ones!
I really love the Digicel International app. It's a fast, reliable, easy way to send Top Up to loved ones abroad. I use this app once a week to show my family in Haiti I am thinking about them. As soon as I send the Top Up they receive it instantly! They also always have promotions and discounts, I give more for less!

I’m Being Ripped Off
Twice I sent my fiancé the Stay Connected 28-day plan, specifically for unlimited WhatsApp. I don’t know what’s happening but neither time has the unlimited WhatsApp worked. It runs out after a week to 10 days. I’ve tried to get support from the app...also a waste of effort because the support option never works. I’ve searched online to see if there’s something the receiver needs to do to activate their plan but there are no instructions. Digicel makes it extremely difficult for people to get their money’s worth for what they’ve paid for. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. All I want is to talk to my fiancé after I’ve paid for the plan for every single one of the 28 days that I paid $30 to talk to him for.

the top up its ok because thats the purpose . but when it comes to the coupon they send its fake, i try to use their coupon Multiple time and its a ripoff and when i contact customer service all they have to say is refresh and try again, refresh and try so may time and it never work .FRAUD

Not Working
I had the old app for years with no issues. Now with the new the payment won’t process, nothing happens after the card information is entered and the app freezes hmmm lolo. Now Heading to the store far away from home to topup someone’s phone in Trinidad smh why can’t I do this from the app while in my home....why!!!

I find it very easy to type up my families accounts in Jamaica with using this app I did not have a problem doing so the only thing I do recommend is that they do give minutes to people who give minutes to other people

New app is trash
The new app is terrible. It wont lonk with my fb account so i spend 20-30 mins just trying to log in. It took my money and charges me for services i didnt want on a recurring basis but wasnt able to charge me for the recurring services I actually wanted. Now for the 3rd month on a row im sitting here trying to use this app to make a simple pircjase that used to take 2 minutes and iys imposisible. Im stuck in an endless loop of disfunction. Fire the project manager and the coders. They are AWFUL!!! How could you roll out this ridiculous thing before it was ready. Irresponsible! ZERO stars!!!

Problem with adding Plans
I have the latest version, and have been trying to add service plans to the number I always do,it’s not letting me. I have been trying for like 3weeks now. I even tried using my daughter’s account, no long. I deleted the app and going to reinstall one more time, if I have the same problem then that’s it....12/12 UPDATE: I uninstalled the app then reinstalled,It’s working perfectly now!!!!!

I’ve been using Digicel app for a long time and I had really loved it but this new update is not giving me an option to view my history and it says recent transaction but shows nothing... I honestly don’t like this app anymore... please fix this the old version was showing names and transaction history this new fancy app is just for style...

Am millions miles away from my family it’s very expensive for them to buy credit..so I am grateful that I can buy and it goes straight to their cell phone..it keeps us closer..this is a very good form of communication.

New Update is crap
I’ve been using this App for the past 4yrs to top up my family’s phone in Jamaica. Since the app was updated in December 2020 I have not been able to use the app for Top up BUT I can still go to a browser and everything works just like before. Whoever decided to switch to this version of the App should be fired!!!! It’s obvious the new UX is crap, the API calls no longer work and the app is now crap and customers can no longer use it to credit their phones. I hope someone sees the significant drop in revenue and fix this!!!!

Vexing
This top up app is very vexing. I cannot reset PW. Clicking on link to reset gets me an e-mail with a reset link. Clicking that link sends me back to the log in page. Entering a new PW in space fails. The email says it will link to a PW reset link but it does not. Called support, the next day Digicel texts me another PW but that also does not work. Chat help via web site asks me to delete and re-install app. Does not work. Installed my Digicel app to top up that way but payment does not go through. An exercise in frustration is what all this is.

Broken
I have been using digicel for over an year topping up family member and it was going through nicely all of a sudden it’s not going good since the changed of the app, I have been trying since Friday dec 11,2020, several attempts to top up my nephew and it won’t go through, I called my bank they say it’s not on their part for transactions has been approved but then return by digicel. I don’t understand why this is happening. Digicel please fix bug... playing with my money!

APP should be more user-friendly
In using the app to top up, one has to make several attempts at moving from one field to the next when paying. We should not have to try so hard to transition between fields.

Transactions frequently fail
I tried repeatedly to send topups with my credit card and they usually fail. This didn’t happen at the website. I had to use PayPal as payment for the transactions to go through.

Worst customer service in Jamaica
I recently purchased a 30 dollar plan for a friend and the person had two days left on their current plan. Digicel allowed my whole 30 dollar plan to be rolled over meaning after the two day plan was up the 30 plan would be up also. And when I tried contacting them they never responded the second time when I made it clear what I wanted them to fix. Very poor customer service and shame on you Digicel

Tabbing is difficult
Using this app for the first time. After the address field the tabs go all over the place and not in order. You have to mess around to actually enter the payment information. If I didn’t need to send the top up I would have given up.

Very awful
Every time I topup my husband phone it shows that I Gain $20 saving dollars but when I tried to redeem it I cannot redeem i Contact Digicel they tell me to delete the app and re-download it did all that and nothing happened I cannot redeem my savings dollars very bad service . I tried contact them so many times and cannot I have over $270 in savings dollar now I am trying to report them to the community They don’t even deserve a star.

Fraud / Scam
This app TRICKS you into recurring charges and when you see the EXTRA CHARGES on your bill the phone number is bogus so you can’t contact them. I know about this because they put my phone on the bill. I get calls all the time from people trying to stop the recurring billing. But I have nothing to do with Digicel International. Don’t use this app until they fix the problem.

Doesn’t make sense
I’ve been using this app for years now but suddenly I’m not able to send credit. Every time I enter my card information it’s says unable to accept card details and I’ve tried different cards and still see the same message . Doesn’t make any sense, I’m gonna delete cuz this app is wasting my time #disappointed

Unable to login
This new updated app prompt me that my user credential is incorrect, I’ve been using the previous version without any issues logging in with my touch ID. However, I am able to login to Digicel top up website from my web browser successfully with the same user credential that this app is saying is incorrect. Poor app development, and hastily releasing this app without testing it thoroughly!!!!

Unable to reset password
The link that Digicel is sending for password reset doesn’t work in the App or Safari. When I click on the link, it lands me to a blank page in Safari or just in the same login page in the app. It doesn’t land anywhere to reset the password.

Horrible since update
Since this app was updated is horrible if I could give it no stars I would. Every time I try to send money it doesn’t work. I go through the process hit pay and nothing happens it’s extremely frustrating because now I can’t send money to my family. Whoever revised this app should be fired.

Bad word
Just don’t had 2 phones paid three bills tried everything nun worked so for two months just because I wanted to keep on someone’s phone for something important I had to pay an additional fee but that’s all Digicel does steal people money and give em no customer support no help just dumb notifications

Not working
Please fix this app. I have not been able to top up in weeks. This update is not at all an improvement. The previous app worked consistently. This update has caused it not to work. I keep getting internal server error messages constantly.

The lasted update made to this app has been terrible. For some reason whenever you try to add a plan it crashes. The older version was simple and better. Aren’t updates supposed to be??? It’s been a couple of months now

Am using this App over a year now . And I got lots of redeemable credits and I can’t used them tried many of times . Now am trying to send credit to Jamaica and it’s telling me that my card not going through.i tried different cards and it’s the same thing. Really annoying.

Session expired? This app has expired.
This app used to work fine. However, now every time I try to login, it says that my session has expired and that I need to login again. I deleted the app even and then reloaded it from the App Store, but same thing. It’s currently unusable.
