Same issues as everyone else. they need to update the app. i’ll make a payment and it won’t show anywhere. it doesn’t notify me with a text, email and the app doesn’t update. you have to hope that the payment actually went through. it can take up to 3 days for it to be processed and added to your account. i’ve paid multiple times one month because it didn’t show i paid and the money never came out of my account until 2-3 days later. this app is awful!!!!!
No matter what I do I can’t see to get app to take a payment or show history of payment. Says anything from card info missing to declined card. When I do direct to checking account it shows a payment made but then all the sudden the app shows no payment made still due etc. I have no idea how to pay this company. I tried direct to the website but says I’m. It authorized to creat an account. This is crazy. Stay away from this company if you can do so
App is not updated frequently for any improvement. As mentioned by other users app will not send any email or text confirmation of your payments. You have to wait for 24 hours to see if your payment was processed. Horribly slow to schedule payment. Can't see or confirm if you have scheduled payment more than once. Security also appears to be very week. Overall bad application design and users experience is worst.
For the past two payment cycles, the app has not processed my payments. When I call the company all they ask is “are you making a payment?” They would not even provide a reference number today after I made a payment as proof on the phone. I sent a screenshot of my last on time payment (November 2022) to “resolutions” and haven’t heard anything back. Obviously the app hasn’t been fixed since it happened again in December 2022.
The app doesn’t work, it just doesn’t let you login. Just as was stated before, this app utilizes your email address, while the website utilizes a user name. If you are unfortunate enough to have signed up with Dividend finance, either don’t, or just don’t use this app. At the time of this review, there have been no replies from the developer; so either Dividend doesn’t care, or the subcontractor doesn’t care. Either way it’s a lose lose.
I forgot my password & have reset my password through the “forgot password.” Although it says I have successfully reset my password, the app does not recognize the updated password. I had to create a new account with another email address & my work cell. Now, I can’t change my work cell to my personal cell number because it is connected to the original account I’m locked out of and can’t get into. Ugh!
This was briefly exciting, but ultimately disappointing. The mobile app appears to be incompatible with the core service’s database, as it insisted that my email & phone number did not exist in their records. Unfortunately, this fits with the extremely painful user experience of the core service, as well. I will absolutely never use this service again & vocally caution others against it, as well. Shame on Home Depot for partnering with this provider.
I can not login to app nor website. I continuously get invalid email or password and I even tried to change password and never received a reset email, but yet I get emails and sms messages from them. All they seem to care about is getting their money and screw the consumer. I honestly can not wait until my account is paid off and I will never use them or any business that deals with them
When you log in on the website it ask for your username..(which is not your email address) in the app it’s only asking for your email or phone… but if you enter your phone it will force you to use your email address… however regardless if your password works on the website… it will not work on the app regardless.
The app does not work and it leads you to “request” assistance portion. There is no one getting back to customers. If you call the number that is provided for Dividend you are told that there is no technical support. It then takes 24 to 48 hours for you to get a call back. This company is trash but they do not have any answers.
I can login into the website with my login credentials but not the app. That said I still had to call customer service to get my password reset just to login through the website. Just like another review states I received all my regular emails from dividend but the reset password function never works.
Since you launched this app, I have been unable to login with my account credentials. How you have either not fixed this or notified your users how to login is beyond me. I’d really like to be able to use the app to check my account and pay my bill.
This app is worthless! I tried using my email and it said invalid, so I used my phone number and it still said invalid. I even used the combination and put the email/phone number and that didn’t work. Nothing works with this app.
impossible to log in, the same password and ursename works on the website but not in the app, the app update is terrible, a lot of complaints and they don't solve the problem.
It takes many attempts to login to their website so I figured I would try the app and it won’t let me login at all. This is the most difficult loan to make a payment on.
Not sure where to start on this one. Nothing seems to be working or coordinated in any way with their website. Have been a customer for months and log onto the website regularly to check payments and balance. Not only do the same login credentials not work on this app, but they don’t even seem to match the format of the website (website uses username, not email address like the app). Even if I try to change password or set up a new account it claims my account, email, and phone numbers don’t exist in their system. Not sure why they even bother advertising the app on the website if it’s impossible to set up app access when you’re already a customer. Complete miss on the app, Dividend. Hope this changes in future.
You can’t even sign in to your account! On the website, you sign in via a username, whereas this app signs in via an email address (which does not work). Seems awfully suspicious that they don’t let users login to see/pay their account. I’m calling fraud on this and will be reporting this to the BBB.
Just like everyone else I can’t access my account with username and password and when I reset account through the app it says I don’t exist. I was hoping the app would have been fixed after the complaints a couple weeks ago.
