Absolutely love these diapers, they run a little big which is perfect in my mind, especially for blowouts. Great quality & material, my babies have never had a rash with these diapers. Only sucky thing is trying to manage your subscription with this app. Super frustrating when the SOS button doesn’t work either.
The app is new & seems to still be working out the kinks. You can update your subscription & basic information. You can make purchases. There’s a problem sometimes when scrolling through products that the description & item changes, but the picture hasn’t caught up. So you have to scroll again to see the picture that goes with that item. Also, the picture for my active subscription shows diapers when it should show briefs. These aren’t huge problems, but fixing them can lend a hand in creating a seamless & pleasant user experience.
I like the app. I downloaded under an incentive. I can tell the app is still in a phase of working out kinks and bugs but hey, I’m no developer! I love that there’s the university on here, I haven’t used it yet since I just downloaded it but I look forward to checking it out. I appreciate the efforts of Dyper and I’m not gonna knock the bugs and kinks that happen, I just express concern when they happen and keep it pushing!
This app is hard to use. My baby is going through diapers faster than I anticipated, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to push up the date of my refill. I guess they only allow for an “emergency pack” but not to change the cadence of the deliveries? I also can’t do something as simple as change the baby name on the account. The diapers themselves are ok, though the Velcro often gets messed up which means I have to use tape to fasten them closed. Also, the small size does not work for 6 lb babies. We have one and have to do lots of creative folding to get the diapers to fit properly.
Once upon a time this app was bad but it worked. Now every time you try to do anything on it, like change the scheduling date, it crashes. That alone makes the app totally useless. Other bugs include showing a different size diaper than what you are actually signed up for. If they were to fix these and other glaring problems, then maybe they could move to improving features, such as a direct way to contact customer service from the app. For now it, at least a useable app is a major desideratum from this born digital business.
Love the diapers themselves. My baby has been using them a year and never gets diaper rash. Whenever we have had to use traditional diapers she gets a rash within a day. However the technology platform is terrible. I have had so many issues with it not saving my info (old addresses sticking, old credit cards sticking, etc) and then my regular monthly order fails and I end up without diapers on time. We are sticking with it because the diapers are good, but man it’s annoying. I spend too much time on this, it’s supposed to be easy.
I should have deleted this app months ago. I’ve had multiple issues with it. I changed the date twice to get diapers faster for one of my kids, and I was sent two boxes of diapers on the same date. I don’t understand that. I think the date didn’t update, so it ordered twice. There’s no confirm order, it just seems to do it automatically. It also doesn’t update the size for the subscriptions sometimes, so I accidentally ordered for the wrong kid once. This app should not be advertised on the dyper site.
Can’t do much in the app. They keep talking about updates but they never come. When you change the date in the app you get an email showing the FOLLOWING day. It shows past accounts/subscriptions. And doesn’t allow you to hide them. It’s always crashing. Especially when you’re trying to save your changes. You can’t shop in the app. REDYPER shows up incorrectly with no name and inaccurate service dates. Awful app. Waste of a download. Just use their barbaric website.
I just placed my 1st order for my son on Sunday and now I place another order. I will come back and write a review once I have received them and used them for him. Thank you Dyper.
And when you reach out for service, which is only through email, not available by phone or chat, btw, they won’t acknowledge any issues and they just tell you to use the site instead of the app to login. Have tried updating delivery date and didn’t work, and anytime I tried to order an emergency sleeve of diapers, it never went through. Seriously the worst app for any store I have ever used, and that’s not an exaggeration.
Version 2.3.1 of this app constantly crashes after each attempt to reschedule a single delivery. Very annoying to have to go to the website or email the company to change the date of a delivery. Would be nice to be able to adjust the frequency of a delivery (change to every 5 weeks instead of 4) without needing to contact the company, too.
We love Dyper diapers, but the app is really difficult to use. It glitches a lot and is hard to make adjustments to when you need to change your size and frequency of receiving diapers. I’ve had to cancel and resubscribe several times just to get what I need when I need it. Hoping these adjustments can be made as the idea of having a functional app for this would be so helpful.
These diapers are great - no rashes, no leaks, feels good to be using something sustainable. The app is garbage. As other reviewers say, changes don’t stick - I always have to email customer service if we need a size change. I am able to update the order date in the app (which is good because our kid goes through diapers faster than our delivery schedule), but it still shows me promo pricing and the wrong size.
First off, I LOVE these diapers. But the app is horrible. It won’t update the size. (Will if I go on line) And when my card was declined it never sent me a warning so I’m waiting for diapers that will never arrive. Then after updating my card I had to make new subscriptions instead of restarting the old ones!! Whoever designed this app needs work on it!!!
We get by managing our subscription with this app but I don’t feel that it’s user intuitive. We are going on vacation and every time I try to re-schedule our re-DYPER pickup, the app crashes. Very frustrating to have to now take extra steps to contact DYPER to re-schedule
Almost 2 years of bad reviews and the app hasn’t been updated to fix basic functions. I’ve been unable to manage my account in the app for months. People want to order and use these great diapers! Please make it easier to manage our subscriptions!
Everytime I go to change or buy something through this app it immediately closes. I can’t make any purchases or change anything on my account without it closing on me. Very frustrating.
I often have to go to the website. The app crashes very often, and won’t process any requests. I’ve updated my phone and the app and doesn’t matter, app still keeps crashing. Anytime I try to confirm something or look at a special promotion the app crashes all together.
I LOVE the diapers, but this is the worst app I have ever used. When I need to update my babies size, it still says the old size in some parts of the app, says the new size in other parts, but then I’m third parts says his original size of newborn (even though he is now a size 4). No exaggeration. The worst app in existence.
The most frequent thing I need to do with DYPER is order a return label and I can’t do that in the app, so I have to log in on a laptop just to get my return label. Makes the app pretty unhelpful unfortunately.
This app automatically closes every time you try to reschedule a shipment. This has been happening for over a year. Initially I just waited, assuming they would fix it. Through multiple updates, it has not been fixed.
It simply doesn’t work. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro and on the latest version of iOS but after logging in I’m presented with a white screen. After nothing ever loads and closing the app, upon reopening the app, it just closes by itself. What am I missing?
The service is awesome if you use the online version. The app does not save changes. I changed the size and it did not stick. I also canceled due to a vacation and it didn’t stick, so I had to do this online.
