My biometric login keeps getting disabled frequently and I have to manually switch it back on again. Another issue is not with the app itself but with the company. Too frequently they ask for documentation even when charges are from medical centers, doctor offices, imaging centers etc. These places only provide medical related services. I had FSA with many other providers and was never asked to provide any documentation before because FSA cards only work with FSA related services.
The app experience I would expect isn’t there. It’s almost worth sending pictures of my receipts to my email and using a desktop to submit. I’ve had several times where the manual submission duplicates. That creates situations where I have to track what I’m offsetting for the duplicate expense I get reimbursed for. I’ve had other employers with similar benefits/apps with no usage problems for years. I want to love this but it’s not living up to my expectations. I will say that submitting supporting documentation is convenient and easy to use. Not sure why the other feature is so glitchy. I would also love to see the biometric feature stay enabled for longer than a few weeks. It seems that I’m frequently having to log in manually and reset that feature to be on.
Got an email at work to update to this new version of the app. I did that. Logged in. It spins and spins and spins to load. After it finally loads there’s a blank screen and none of my info is in there. Fix it, please. *Update: The developer responded that they fixed the problem, and I logged in, and it is working. I will change my review based on that. Thank you for the quick response!
I’ve used this app for years on an iPhone and they can’t seem to get the claim submission working correctly. After inputting all the information, the next button doesn’t work.
Basically a useless app. I received an email that a claim has been processed and that I could review it. When I log into the app there is nothing on the home screen and I am unable to see any transactions or any other information, which is all readily viewable on the web page. I'm also barred from processing claims (could be my company preference but it makes this app useless). Deleting this app after leaving this comment.
This app does not even get you past the login page. Keeps sending verification codes to your phone without ever successfully verifying them. Possibly poses serious security risks. If you want your SSN and Bank account information stolen get service from this company. Until I see this app removed or fixed I won’t trust this company.
The app lets me sign in, but won’t show my balance or any transactions. Home Screen is blank. Transaction Screen just says Your Transaction List is Empty. I’ve tried many times over several weeks with the same result. It would be nice if they displayed a message to let us know if this app is ever coming back.
App says the user or PW is incorrect. It’s not. The browser let me login with exact same credentials just two minutes earlier with no problem. Not off to a good start and me as a new user with my new ins doesn’t become active until Jan. 1. Not impressed with the app. Will have to always use the browser on my phone or on a computer.
Every time I try to log in it tells me that my password is incorrect. I go to reset it every time and it will let me in. The password is the same every time. Very frustrating.
When I try to upload a receipt for documentation, I click the next button and nothing happens. I cannot go to the next screen to submit the claim. Very frustrating. Can only upload on the computer, which is not convenient.
I was told to update to the new app because the old app was no longer functional. I have to log in every time with the new app (old app saved login information). Why change things that are working well and make it more difficult?
Don’t waste your time with this hot steaming pile of crap. Went to the dr for my vision and a company called EYEmart express, used card and they needed more documentation. Ok, this isn’t the first time so while filing a claim, the app can’t even handle 2 uploaded pictures. Kept closing and freezing. Finally uploaded one of the receipts and was denied. Called customer service and they recommend doing it online, so the point of this app is what ?!?!?!? For an industry that’s been robbing people blind for decades, they can do way better but choose not to.
I have to enter my login info every time I need to get on the app. Extremely annoying and inconvenient. Didn’t have to do that with the old app. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
The app always requires the password even after “enabling” Face ID in settings. This may seem like a minor inconvenience, but in a world of smart passwords, it saves a lot of time. Don’t bother with the app, use the computer and desktop version.
This is a horrible experience, from the clunky looking app to the administration of the benefit. Not enough thumbs down. There are too many good platforms out there for benefits administration and this one falls short in every category.
That’s it. It doesn’t work. I log in to a blank screen. No info, no accounts, nothing. I get an error message for anything I try to do, including feedback on the app. Completely useless.
Photos don’t always upload first tr, Face ID setting defaults to password almost every time you close the app. Better off uploading via PC. App seems to close randomly during use too.
I’m tired of having to re-enter my password every time the app updates. I have Face ID enabled for a reason, and it’s not to have to constantly find my login info. Wouldn’t let me give negative star rating.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Issued new cards and now app won’t load. Deleted and reinstalled and it won’t let me log in. Can log in on computer just fine, but app does nothing.
The app is so unresponsive when trying to submit a claim that my phone often goes to sleep before I can complete one submission. I am begging my HR department to stop using EBC.
Unable to log in on the app. I keep getting “ Error- Invalid username or password”. I’m able to log into the website with no problem. If I keep trying to log onto the app it will tell me my password on the website no longer works. Even after resetting my password on the website the app still tells me. Error Invalid username or password
10/24/2023. The main screen displayed after login shows no data. No accounts or account information. Transactions only shows a “Your transaction list is empty” message. Messages shows a “You have no messages” notification, when the web portal displays 9 messages. The “My profile” page just displays a “Loading” message and never loads anything. It locks the app up as well sine it keeps trying to load the account profile.
The app continues to tell me that I am using the wrong username or password. I’ve just set up my account and literally have both of those things right in front of me, AND used them on a computer web browser and it works fine. I’ll update my review if this would ever get fixed.
Default button on the 2 factor page where you enter the code resends the code. So, if you click the code from messages on a text message, it resends the code instead of verifying it
I am able to access my online account via my PC, but when entering the exact same credentials through this mobile app, I’m receiving an error that my username or password is incorrect. I’ve already called customer service and they’re supposed to be reaching out to IT. Very frustrating!
