Billing is correct! However the app usage graph adds total household energy production (which is measured by a separate ‘spy’ meter) plus the amount delivered to the household (normal meter) from EPE, but forgets to remove the amount of energy delivered to EPE. Hence the energy usage values displayed on the graph for our household are way too high. Recommendation to developper: research how NET metering works and fix the maths.

I log in, it pulls up then it crashes right after, even if I refresh the app. Usually I like the app, other then not being able to add my bank for automatic payments, it worked for me, but now I cannot use it at all because it keeps crashing!

Just setting up your account comes with a lot of issues. I keep clicking the “next” button and it won’t push me through, just to name one.

Totally worthless app. Doesn’t let you create an account. I friend was able to create one, but when asked to input information to access his electric account a message said; this account doesn’t exist. It has potential to be a great app, but needs much better app developers and programmers.

I’ve been using the app for over a year and I’ve always had a good experience.

Why do I have to pay a fee for the app? This really would be such a good way to pay my bill without the whole fee thing. It gets straight to the point without having to dial 0 and wait for someone to pickup (also I’m very new at this paying my own bills) so don’t come for me 😂 new to adulthood 🤣

Won’t let me check bill, keeps coming out of the app! It’s a great idea, but like with many things, that are new, a lot of glitches occur!

I transferred services to a different apartment and now when I open the app the screen goes all white and I can’t pay for the electricity. Please help

Worst bill pay app I’ve ever downloaded. If you can get past the registration, the app crashes as soon as you go to pay your bill, and in top of it all, a fee? No thanks. Pay your app developer more to fix this broken buggy mess.

The application is good, but why we have to pay for fee to make a payment? I’ll keep using my Bank payment method with no extra fee! Thanks anyways guys!

I only wanted to make a payment but I have to go through a painful log in experience full of 2-factor ID requirements. It’s like they don’t want to take my money. Not easy to use. Whoever designed this needs to be fired.

This app hardly works, i log in and nothing shows up. It takes a miracle to be able to have the app display anything. I have to log in using safari which defeats the purpose of the app.

The password system is awful. You have to use a different password each time you rest it. And it locks you out right away. All I want to do is make a payment!!!!

Looks cool but won’t even let me create an account. Says “pick security question”, but there are no questions to choose from. I’ll try removing and installing again hope it works.

When you open the app. Your information stays on the screen for 2sec then the whole screen turns white. Can’t do much with that.

Every time we are logged in , it goes to a white screen. If we open it and quickly click on pay it still goes white. Please fix! Thank you.

Whats the point of having an app that doesn’t work, literally only worked the first time

Logging in on an iPhone 14 Pro you get about a 3-second glimpse of your account before the screen goes blankly white. Seems pretty useless as apps go.

I didnt get my last review entered haha they only enter what is convenient . Ive deleted this since it isn’t anything but a waste of space on my phone and screen most hated utility ever!!!!!!

This was a great idea but the app doesn’t even work. It doesn’t let me create an account the buttons don’t even work.

Maybe EP Electric needs to hire a real developer. After setting up app, when I enter user ID and password, I get username not found.

I’m on iPhone 14 pro issue started about a week ago. When logging into app it lets me put in password and username after it’s logged in it will show the dashboard for a split second then goes to a complete white screen. I try logging in multiple times throughout the day, it’s an app issue with iPhone because I try logging in online and it works fine. can we fix asap as I can’t do everything on the online page like pull up statements and see the itemized statements for previous months only current.
