Family Fare Pharmacy

I’ve loved this app. But for at least 2 weeks now it has not worked. Won’t load or show anything. If this is not fixed I will be switching to Meijer pharmacy. I’ve really gotten used to the convenience of having this app. I don’t want to go through the automated system for every script. I fill 6 a month. This is more than just an inconvenience. I will probably also notify family fare directly about this issue.

This app is amazing. I don't know why people are giving bad reviews. I can guarantee it's not the app's fault. They probably just don't know what they're doing. I get like 15 different meds from family fare and I can order a bunch all at the same time within like 10 seconds. With just a few clicks. It's so nice. Much better than the phone system.

This app seems to be full of bugs. It won’t accept my phone number when I try to enter it and it won’t let me change my password just to name a couple of the issues.

I absolutely LOVE this app!! But it’s not working right now and I’ve had this problem a few times in the last few months. I try to go to app support and that website isn’t working either! So disappointing! PLEASE fix this soon! The app makes my life so much easier!

And I like all the updates. It makes it easy to order prescriptions.

I used to like this app, but now it’s not working. You click on the app, the logo appears and then it goes away. I’ve tried removing the app and reinstalling with the same results. It’s been 2 years since there has been any updates/bug fixes to this app. It’s about tune for an update to fix this issue!

Has anyone recently looked at this app? I can no longer open it. Tried to get to the support page but that won’t open either!

Straight up won’t work. I try and log in it tells me I need to verify and then sends me to the create an account page. I enter my info and it then tells me I already have an account. Straight up can’t get in :/

Stuck in an endless loop. Create an account- says I already have an account- attempt to change password with temp password that’s emailed- says I have to update information- says I already have an account…

Create account, log in, it tells you to create an account, but you can’t because your account is already created. Locked out forever. I’ve seen some bad apps, but to fail on account creation so badly?

App will not load on either iPhone or iPad. Starts up and then shuts down. Not convenient at all.

This app WAS amazing, but now it won’t open. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, turning phone off and then on - the app just won’t work, and I can’t get help/an answer from anyone. So disappointed and frustrated.

I used it until I got a new phone.. I re downloaded it and now it won’t open at all. The latest update to this app was 2 years ago.. maybe it should be updated

Are used to like this app but now I can’t access the app at all it will not load whatsoever I’ve tried to delete it and upload it again it will not let me use it.

Apparently they “improved” this app because it no longer works. Title screen appears and then closes. I’d give it zero stars if that were an option.

It shows in a list but cannot be run. When I try to get it on my iPad Mini 2 it cannot be found. When I look again on my iMac App Store there may/may not be a listing shown.

Been over a week now. App doesn’t load. Re-downloaded and tried again. Still crashes after logo comes up

Just shows the title screen and then force closes. Use to only use this app when ordering prescriptions, now I’ll just delete it

Nothing works. Hasn’t for months. Save yourself the trouble.

This app only worked for me the first time I signed in, now it won’t even take me to the sign in screen.

It would be awesome if the pharmacy app could include estimated cost of medication after insurance.

Whenever trying to access, the app crashes.

Worked so hard to get it going and I can't even add my children as family members. Not happy.

Worked great for 2 weeks. All I get now is app is currently under maintenance. 🤬🤬🤬

App died weeks ago and nobody knows anything about it. Nice customer service.

Easy to use

I cannot get there app to open on my iPhone 10xs max,any ideals.Ive uninstalled,reinstalled and looked for updates and still no luck

WOOP,WOOP!! The app is fixed! Thank you. I used it this morning with ease. Now waiting for my script to be filled. Thank you , thank you. I downloaded the app, which I had on my Android phone, on my iPhone XR. It doesn’t even open. Reloaded twice. Nothing! This is how I order my scripts.
