I’m very pleased with the service from the 800 customer service to in house location… Appreciated being notified for a transaction so promptly even though it was me could have been the wrong one… Overall all is good ..💜🤍
Never had an issue with the previous version. They now require 2FA and the update won’t authenticate with either the third-party “Authy” App or text. I called into tech support. Day 1 I waited 45 mins and two people picked up just to put me on hold before the system disconnected me. Day 2 I waited 30 mins the tech admitted there were technical problems and all he could offer is the location of a branch? If I go to a branch it’ll be to close my account. If you screwed up and put out a bad product then roll back to the previous version.
Access to the FedEx Credit Union credit card through the app is horrible. After logging in you can’t see transactions on the dashboard for transactions apart from your regular account and when viewing transactions through the ez card link the app logs out anytime you go away from it to view other apps on the phone. Not user friendly at all.
I haven’t had problems logging on online since I’ve had a smart phone. With your “improvements” it won’t let me log on. Any time I try to verify my identity by phone call or text it immediately says “your sessions has timed out.” I’m not sure if others have hacked or accessed it since I can’t see it. Currently on hold going on 15 min trying to resolve it. No luck there either it seems. Change it back to the way it was.
Same problems ask listed below. App forces 2-step verification but won’t allow it to go through. “Session timed out” is all I get. Customer service had 0 clue or advice. I’m locked out.
Why change a perfectly good format? Couldn’t you just improve on what you had? Dislike this version. Two stars was a gift. Sorry . Appreciate you guys though… 😊

I have spent 20 minutes trying to figure out where to deposit a check through this app and still can’t locate where to do this. It was easy to locate on the previous app but not on this one. It’s after hours so I can’t even call them.
I have young adult children, I can’t just Zelle my kids. I would have to pull cash out. There is not a lot of options to pull cash out in the area that we live in, plus I would rather not have my kids walk around with cash!! I can transfer money to them but it takes 1-3 days. So in an emergency, that doesn’t work. Closing this account!!

This app has been the bane of my existence. They FINALLY offer the option to lock/unlock your cards via the app but it GETS STUCK IN A LOCKED STATUS FOR HOURS AT A TIME. This has happened to me TWICE. I can’t unlock my card to pay for my prescription, food , gas etc and it’s EMBARRASSING and INCONVENIENT. Please fix.
Every since the newest update you can not locate the card management option to unlock or lock your card . My card has been locked for several days due to the company not knowing how to pull the option back up !
I was logged out because of an authentication error and now it’s acting like it doesn’t want to let me log in, the representative can’t even find my account anymore
