Finally a no nonsense bank app

I downloaded this app expecting to just log on and do my banking. As soon as i click on the app i have the convenience of using my thumb to unlock the app and go right into my account. This is what i mean by a no nonsense app. Its quick and all of my accounts are right there as soon as it opens, easy navigation and reliable. I highly recommend this app

Very happy!

We’ve been at the same location for 22 years and have never been happier with our banking experience than we are now. We are made to feel like family. Our banking needs have always been professionally handled with care. We highly recommend this facility.

Customer Service

I go inside a lot at the bank in lawrenceville, IL and I couldn’t ask for better kindness or mannerisms from the staff. Each one seems to know how to help you with just about anything, which is vey convenient. I really enjoy banking with them.

The only suggestion I would make is that there be a feature for my device to remember the password rather than me having to type it in every time.

Issues to be fixed

Overall, a functional banking app. However, mobile deposit of checks is the worst I have ever seen. Tired of my checks getting rejected over and over then having to drive 20 minutes to the bank for it to be immediately accepted. The other banking apps I have used are far far ahead of this one.

First App Among Them All

I truly love this app. It saves me time and provides a sense of security. The only down side (if any) is it doesn’t allow fingerprint login anymore

Your app

I like your app, I use it allot. My only thing I Don’t Like is it takes a long time for it to deduct my spending, I over draw few time cause it don’t go through with some expenses. I see the two balances but don’t always help.

Transaction updates

Transaction updates are way too slow takes days for them to show up as pending and even longer for them to post to the account makes it that much harder to balance the account

Terrible bank

I will close this account soon due to someone getting a hold of my debit card they issued a new one and my new one doesn’t even work I’ve been on the phone with customer service in the bank for a few days now trying to get this all figured out

Poor Financial Institution

Been trying for over a year and a half to get a stop payment for a fraudulent transaction that comes out of my account every month. The filed everything but the transaction and ended up causing me trouble.

Has still areas of improvement. The deposit of mobile checks is always cumbersome and the directions of writing all that info on the back of the check is no clear and nowhere to be found

New update

I do not like the newest update. Each day used to be separated where it shows transactions. Now it isn’t and it’s harder to read.

Good banking app but...

Good banking app but would give 5 stars once you update it for iPhone X. I would like to be able to use Face ID to login and for the app to use the X’s bigger screen.

Worst bank I’ve ever been with the bank switched over from simply and in the last week I’ve had $400 missing out of my account.

I used to be able to transfer money between accounts online now i can’t. This is just a balance checker now. Horrible change

Why isn’t this working?!

I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier to send my online statements via email. Once downloaded, I tried, and it doesn’t attach anything to the email. Frustrated!

Constant errors

Constantly getting errors the night before I get paid no matter how much I have in there if it’s the day before payday I can not view my balances or transactions it’s getting to be very annoying
