The app is pretty bad. It did at one point keep track of my flight that was coming up. But then it just disappeared after I checked in and I could not find my flight info on the app. Also it doesn’t seem to remember your profile info…. It’s pretty horrible.
The airplane flew. One star. Be careful with the “personal item” it’s not like Spirit. It’s really really small. They force a 6” thick for the personal item so almost nothing qualifies and they checked everything to every person. The space below the seats are the same as every other airplane. So, it’s just to charge you more. The app is useless, it crashes or it redirects you to their website. The flight was delayed one hour, no sign of hurry at all from the crew. The counter closes 60 minutes before departure, again, to make you pay for your “personal item” as a carry-on because it’s the only way they give you the boarding pass from the web if the counter is closed. The air conditioning on the airplane cabin wasn’t cold. This is our first time flying with Flair and the last one. I sincerely hope they get out of business. If you think Spirit/Frontier are bad, think again, Flair is on another level.
The app does nothing for you. It glitches once you need to check in. It kept saying reservation not found. Your not able to get a boarding pass because you constantly opens a webpage when you try to sign in to the app. It does not provide gate changes or any alerts that’s needed. Terrible airline appt have ever used. Fix your glitches. This is terrible for those using your airline services
I came to write my first app review after 10+ years in the IOS ecosystem. That’s because this app is that bad. It’s simple trash. Everything either glitches or sends you out of the app to their website. What’s the point of the app if every button I press makes me leave the app for safari? There aren’t heinous enough punishments to rightfully bestow on this developer to repay everyone’s wasted time. -2.5/10
The app never works for buying baggage neither on their website. I tried 2 hours to pay it and it failed multiple times and finally it worked and charged my money, but when I arrived the counter they said I didn’t pay… I have to pay the second time… Also it doesn’t work for showing any information. The worst airline app ever, shame on the developers.
Every time you come back to app or within the app come back to booking tab you have put in your booking number again….every single time. It doesn’t remember this information. What’s the use of app if I need to refer to my email or to my papers to get booking number? Never seen such thing in any other airline. Flair Air must work on it to improve efficiency and effectiveness on urgent basis.
Useless, in all honesty. It redirects to their website for everything, but doesn’t even work then. Try to log into your account, it just stares at you. I can only guess that they don’t have a budget for basic app development. They’re back to the days of checking in at home, and printing your boarding pass. Yeehaw!
Unlike other airlines’ apps where it’ll all be done in the app, all this app does it send you straight to your internet browser to do everything. Check-in? Let me open your phone’s internet browser. Find booking? Okay here’s Google Chrome. What is the literal point of this app?
Don’t get any details about my booking doesnt let me checkin had to do everything on the website even the website is buggy had to request customer service to send me my ticket. Checkin wasn’t working for some hours but was fixed later
Flair will lure you in with a $100 flight. Then they will proceed to scam you in every other aspect. They STRICTLY measure every single little thing you take on the plane from a purse to a backpack. If it doesn’t fit in their confined space, you will have to pay $90 at the counter just to check in a bag. If you want a refund. You have to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone in India, only for them to tell you to send an email to the specific department. Avoid this at all costs.
Everything we would use the app for, was not functioning properly. Couldn’t check-in or get a boarding pass. But worst of all, our flight was delayed and it never updated the new info, even when the original time came and went. The reason this matters is that I don’t have any confidence that the app is going to keep me appraised of flight or airline status’ which is the whole reason to use the app in the first place. MUCH better off monitoring the arrival and departure screens. Good Luck!
The app keeps crashing when trying to check-in. Also, when booking new flights it does not open the calendar to select dates for travel. Too bad a sub-par app is shining a bad light on what has been a good flying experience with Flair
I like flying with Flair, competitive prices and good experience. The app on the other hand is terrible. Half the time it doesn’t work properly. The other half it greets me with “Hello undefined”. If I click around a bit it suddenly remembers my account.
Horrible experience. No service support at all. My both flights were canceled and can’t get a refund. Service is unresponsive and unprofessional. Seems like Flair is a Scam company that sells tickets canceled flights then and never refund. Shame on you.
A wonderful app for watching a fun plane flying cartoon. If, however, you want to check in, access inflight entertainment or do anything productive, it will not work. (Flight attendants said I needed to have the green app. Why two different apps!)
Never found my trip by reservation, made me panic that my trip has been canceled by giving their error” this trip is not manageable either cancelled or already departed “ while I had valid ticket. Not a good experience at all!
I will see tomorrow if they want to charge me at the counter for not checkin in in advance. The appa keeps thrashing and just kicking me out at a certain point of the process.
