I was told by the office staff that if I reload the app I might get an app that tells me about my information like how to pay my bill how much is my bill . I’ve asked about 25 times to update my app but now they have told me to disconnect the one and then reload it so wish me luck. I have asked now we’ll over 25 times to update the Frontier Mobile app. I have spoken to so many people & it is still NOT updated. They turned my service off quick enough when I could not find a Bill to pay or how much to pay. I don’t think it should be so hard to update their app. Come on Frontier fix my app!!
There is no tan to create an account after downloading the app. I registered online but still no access to the app. Who are these people designing Frontier’s software?? The service is horrible but yet the bill keeps going up. Frontier does not listen to their costumer concerns.
I clicked on the i (information) button to get the help number. The number listed is disconnected. They can’t even get their own support number correct. Embarrassing.
