Even if I didn’t love the prints on fy, I would still leave them a 5 star review just because of the hoops they jumped through to get my order to me. When the post office returned my order for some reason, fy sent out my order again. When the wrong print arrived, they sent out ANOTHER order with the print I had ordered. They were so polite and apologetic throughout the process. Highly recommend!
TL;DR: very cute stuff, but super terrible app. The available items are adorable, but the app is terrible. Not being able to add multiple items to a cart is annoying enough to keep me from buying anything. If I’m shopping for a specific type of item, I like to add several to my cart, review my choices, then make my selection. It could be said that adding items to a wish list could serve this same purchase, but that would only be the case for a well-developed app. You can’t sort items in the wish list, and you can’t make multiple lists (a list specifically for rugs, for example). For items that are available in multiple sizes, you can’t specify what specific size you’re adding to your list, so you can’t see the item’s price just by browsing the wish list. Poorly designed, which definitely leads me to question the quality of the goods as well. Two stars only because the items really are cute.
Nice selection of artwork but poor quality framing
I love the selection of home decor that Fy has curated. I’ve purchased a few pieces of artwork, one of which I paid significantly extra to have them frame. Their artwork comes in abnormal sizing, making it difficult to find frames yourself to fit their sizing. The piece of artwork that I paid extra to have framed arrived with a corner damaged and the cheap thin sheet of brown paper that they cover the back with wasn’t even glued on completely. The frame materials are some cheap thin fragile wood. The artwork also squeaks when you pick it up. Whoever framed the picture obviously did it in a rush and couldn’t care less about doing a good job. The customer service messaging function in the app doesn’t work either. So all in all, nice selection of artwork, but I definitely recommend framing the artwork yourself even if means spending the time find a frame to match their oddly sized artwork.
After seeing countless products I was in love with, I downloaded the app since I planned on frequently browsing and shopping. 1. It’s frustrating that I can’t add everything into a cart together. I have to buy everything individually. 2. How the heck do I look at the artists and shops I followed?? There’s no area to look at that. It just looks like the app isn’t organized or set up fully. 3. I will click on a print/product and it won’t load. Tried with and without wifi/using data and it’s the app that’s not loading - not my phone. I would really hope they are working on changes because it really puts a damper on wanting to shop on the app at all.
So far all of the products I’ve ordered were good quality and just as pictured. Only drawback is that shipping to the States takes forever. It’s January and I’m still waiting for a product I ordered in November. I wish there was a US-based version of them!
I downloaded the app for the 20% off prints + free shipping and it is so unbearably slow. All you can do is try to tap the tiny like button on paintings without clicking on the image because each just never loads for me (and I have normally fast wifi and tried with data as well which is also normally fast so I don’t think it’s internet-related) :( wanted to buy at least 4 prints but the waiting just for the images to load is just too much
This app crashes on my all the time. When it’s not crashing then some of the product images don’t load. If you click on an unloaded image usually the app crashes. Makes it hard to shop for products. The products I see do look nice and hopefully once delivered they live up to expectations. There are also some really necessary features that are missing including unable to zoom into product photos or filter search results.
Click on FB ad, takes you to site. Can’t browse. Must download app, sign up. Then to get the 20% discount you must add texts. Then you open the app, choose something, and you must click ‘buy now’ before you can see the available options, sizes and costs. You make a choice and you must add your credit card before further browsing. Too many other places to get the same art. I’m out.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had such a bad experience with FY! No confirmation was sent out after an order… that’s fine so I gave it a couple of days. Finally it just showed up - all the wrong sizes though. If you order an 11x14 - the actual piece of paper is 11x14 but the artwork was smaller than that. They failed to mention that in any description anywhere. This is simply not how art measurements work. We bought all new frames, waited a long time for them to arrive, only to be very disappointed. They do not have a phone number for customer service - only a text message option. Good luck though, because nobody is ever manning it. I’ve gotten the same scripted “we’ll email you in 48 hours” response several times now. Complete waste of time.
I'm doing over my home office and I wanted some unique edgy art work! These prints are just what I was looking for. Something for everybody, friend, daughter, colleague and of course yourself. Each one makes you stop and think a little longer! Real words for real people!
Great products pricing can be high. Purchased a wall art and frame and I couldn’t be happier. However it started at $25 ended up being $80 with frame.... again I happy with the product. I do not like the website does not have a cart to place items. You need to purchase immediately. It makes me nervous I can’t see my items together before I confirm my order. Happy shopping!
I could seriously wallpaper my walls with prints from here. Every time I look there are more prints that I want. I don’t know how I found the place but I’m glad that I did. And my order came in so fast! ❤️
Need to have a cart option so that people buying more than one item can see everything together with the total before buying. Purchasing each item one after the other doesn’t seem very convenient along with seeing individual charges on your credit card rather than one larger transaction.
I haven’t even bought anything from this app yet but, I find myself on it all the time and see it on my IG feed and just love everything. It’s all photographed so well and such unique pieces. I hope it’s all it’s cracked up to be!
Not sure why but the app is designed so you can’t put your options in a cart before checkout, you have to buy each picture individually and it’s impossible to see them all together. My first order was an accident but I leaned in and bought 2 more framed pics to complete the look. Their trick worked on me (maybe that’s why they do it). Sorta annoying though
1) Horrible app. 2) One artists can charge $10 for the print and $20 to frame it = $30. While another artists can charge $1 for the print but... $200 to frame it in the same exact frame provided by FY as the first artist = $201. “Things that make you go hmmm...” 3) multiple unauthorized print purchase charges by the company that shut my card down. 4) multiple “international fees” by the company that didn’t show during purchase and were later charged.
Went a head made my first purchase on a art print got it quickly very professionally done not dented or damaged what so ever am very pleased with my print would repurchase from this app!
I downloaded this app (version 5.4.1) on both an iPhone and an iPad Mini. I encountered these same two bugs on both devices: During account creation, there is a “Next” button on the iOS keyboard that doesn’t work. Instead of advancing the user from one input box (the “E-Mail Address”) to the next (“Password”), pressing the “Next” button will simply collapse the keyboard. The app will also crash, after the user creates an account, and then selects the “Share” option from the “Heart” screen. This crash happens if the user’s wishlist is empty. Please fix these two bugs, if possible.
I feel like they are hiding the prices on me. I looked at a print and it said $35, then i picked a size and the price went up, then the frame added more but they didn’t show me the price. Instead they as for my shipping address. Why can’t I see the price? I backed out of the sale because it made me feel like they were hiding something
I love the art prints, but many have small type and there is no way to zoom in to see what it says. The description does not let us know either. For example, I love the one with variations on the gin and tonic. But it’s impossible to see how each one is labeled. Is it funny? Simply descriptive? Why would I buy if I have no idea?
I saw I could get a discount when I downloaded the app so I did so. When I look at an image and wanted to add it to my cart I first had to put in my address and payment. They to like the image I had to “become a member” and sign up. Felt like I couldn’t look or compare prices in my part before putting in my payment info.
Been a Fy for a while and love using their app. It’s so easy to stumble upon some new bags and accessories. I just moved into a new flat and the artwork I ordered is going to spruce things up quite nicely! ❤️
This app needs a shopping cart. I hate that we have to make one (1) purchase at a time instead of making placing our selections into a cart. Please make this app more user friendly, please! For now, I’ll provide 2 out of 5 stars until the much needed update.
I recently ordered a framed picture that came slightly damaged. Customer service took care of it and sent me a new one without any fuss which I appreciated.
The prints are fun and interesting but I want to be able to zoom in to get a closer look at the details on them and you can’t do that in the app. I am not willing to purchase their stuff based solely on a tiny pic on my phone. Kinda bummed. 😕
Tried looking at some classic art to buy prints and it was pointless because the images are too small to view any detail and the app doesn’t have an option to zoom in. Just use the website instead. Or don’t.
I love this site. The reason for the 3 stars is some of the prints they don’t have in all sizes and when you want it framed there isn’t options for boarders or anything so you don’t know exactly what it’ll look like and for the price they ask to frame it that is risky.
I would absolutely purchase art on this app...if there were a shopping cart. I like to slowly build my final purchase and edit my cart as I go. Being forced to buy one item at a time makes me not want to buy anything at all.
Most annoying thing when shopping. I just simply want to purchase multiple prints with one transaction. Also, utilizing the 20% discount offered just by downloading the app seems impossible. Hopefully you guys can make it simple to shop, including the website.
Shopping on this app is a pain because you can’t put things in your cart while you weigh different options for a collection. It’s just buy it now or remember what page it was or open 10 tabs. Seriously???
This app wants me to put my credit card info in after I select an item. And there is no shopping cart feature. I should be able to shop, browse, put whatever I want in my cart and then decide at checkout what I want to buy. Smacks of an offshore scam to get get your credit card number.
This app is terrible. It has too many bugs, the user interface is clunky and unintuitive, and there is no customer support. I highly recommend avoiding this app. Matthew Bradley is a dumb CEO who can’t manage a company that sell things well. I think this is very important to mention
The app constantly freezes and causes my entire phone to freeze and I then need to shut it off just to get it to work again. Great stuff on the app just the app itself needs a lot of bug fixes

I don’t like that there’s no adding to a shopping cart. There’s a saving to a wish list and a quick buying option. I like the inventory - chic and modern products.
Give us a CART ! Love the art! I want to buy lots but no cart makes it VERY difficult to purchase selections that are comparable and could be grouped together. It’s as if you want us to buy only one.
I just got this app because I saw are on an ad and I hate that you have to enter in all of your information including payment information just add stuff to your cart.
