Every time I open the game and after loading is complete the screen freezes, that is why I am not able to send a feedback from the help screen. Please correct the issue. Thanks
It did it again! After building up my credits last night it took $200 billions of my credit without any reason. My bad I didn’t research developer’s background. This is a Chinese company from China. So players now you know why our credits disappear! Never trust them! I have the same problem too. I bet $200 million and the bet changed $200 billion. I have $370 billions and suddenly I am down $200 billions What is this? Not a fair game to take away your credits and make you buy more credits? It was OK before this new version. Bring back the boost button. This is the second time my bet of $100 million automatically changed to $100 billion. Now all my credits almost gone. You need to return my credits! This app is here to steal your money. Please don’t buy credits because the app is out to make you lose all your money which is not your fault at all.
Games in the app are fun, there are a few slots I don’t find on other apps, but in reality this game is unplayable because of how many ads you are forced to watch, it’s literally once a minute and sometimes more. It’s actually hilarious and sometimes I just open the app to laugh, you can’t collect anything or check messages or even look at the slots without watching an ad. After every big win you have to watch an ad to keep playing. I’m surprised it doesn’t send pop up notifications telling me I need to watch an ad for having it installed, maybe something to for the developers to consider for the next version to make it even more laughable.
Made a purchase. No coins for 48 hrs. Contact customer service. No response for 24 hrs. Then, granted me less than I paid for. Still trying to get what I paid for. Also, still have ads, even after a purchase. In fact, this is my second purchase… still ads. I see the developer answering people , telling them ads go away with any purchase. That’s simply not true. I’ve been trying to receive what I purchased for a total of 5 days as of today. Still not resolved. As far as people complaining that the bet changes, yes it changes every time you enter a new slot. It’s your responsibility to pay attention.
There’s been 2 times where I watch an ad to double my winnings and then a purple/pinkish circle keeps loading and loading and after it was done I didn’t get ANYTHING. There’s a LOT of ads. Watching 4-5 ads before I can play is ridiculous. Especially when there’s ads in between playing as well. I also wanted to buy a .99 cent special and it was on my screen for 2 DAYS and it was apparently a “one day only” type of thing. Take it off then! It’s annoying and a let down to offer something that players can’t even buy. Overall, if you don’t mind a crap ton of ads it’s alright.
This app is literally nothing. The ad showed people so excited, I assumed they won money. I don’t see how. A big reason I don’t see how is there is no tutorial, no explanations, nothing. The point seems to be to spam the spin button and get coins so you can spam the spin button to get more coins. Nothing to collect, nothing to win. What’s the point? Now, there are cash boxes, but as another user pointed out, the game refuses to load when you should claim them, so you miss claiming them. Is there actual cash inside? I’ll never know. There is no entertainment value, no point in this app. Don’t waste your time; there are much better ones out there that actually give you money for playing.
I have not stopped playing this game in over 48 hours. Almost straight.... I love this game and it has a lot of opportunities for free coins if you run out. BUT the only thing that keeps it from a 5 star is that the jackpot does not work in some games. For example in the panda tai chi game (one of my favorites) the jackpot bowl that is supposed to fill and dump doesn’t fill or dump. In other games you can see the bowl filling up but it doesn’t even fill on this one. A small bug that can be fixed for a 5 star review ;)
After a mega win and collecting the Fortune Box I had 800,000,000,000 coins. When I went back to the game I had been playing, I had 2,500,000 coins. These numbers are approximate. Like many other players, they took my coins. They also took my money when I bought coins but no more money from me. They also require screen shots to prove your case. How can you take a screenshot of the before when all you have is the after results? As someone else said, this is a company from China and cannot be trusted. They can keep their game and I’ll keep my money and find another game to play.
Spin/ stop is delayed . Holy mother of who the %#&& wants to have a pop up every 20 seconds? Also advertised that I would receive 200 million free coins . That was 5 million . Start off with a instructional restricted bet that progresses your bet as you move up levels . Then like clock work you'll be not able to win and pop ups and then everything will want user to add $cash $Money to continue play etc . My opinion is make it not so obvious that you throttle the slots to try to get $ . Way to obvious. Would not recommend this app to anyone. If you do try and like the app , you have my blessings. B. I paid the $4.99 for a few coins and when my bank notified me of the charge they charged me 3 times. I messaged via support and got the whole “our servers indicate you purchased 3 small coin packages” well I didn’t and if you were gonna charge me the least you could do is give me the coins. Gave the benefit of the doubt the first time that maybe I did and didn’t remember but then it happened again and this time I know 100% I didn’t make 3 purchases. Same company different games. I wouldn’t trust purchasing anything from triwingames at all.
I haven’t played this game for a long time but for now it gets two stars. I have spend a lot of in game money just for trying to get a jackpot but it never works. That’s why I’ve already spent about 11,000,000 coins in the game trying to win and got really frustrated. It also bets away your coins randomly without your permission. There is also a lot of pop-up offers for stuff in the game that is annoying. It was good at the beginning but it got really worse.
Don’t let 2 stars fool you. If I could get no stars on this review then I would but it won’t allow that. Look just like all the other apps of this kind it pays out at first and it’s really a lot of fun. Then soon that ends and either you buy more credits or move on sending a bad review. I don’t mind paying a little and I don’t expect to get paid all the time, but how about throwing a bone. This app has all but shut down. Know when to delete app and move on. They got enough of my money.
I have just started playing this game but it seems exceptional a while you know if there is a difference but at this point I would say it’s highly recommended good job to all developers
When you start the game wade through video ads, offers, watch a video for some coins or a spin of the fortune wheel. 4 times watch a 30 second video before you even spin once!!!! Then the intermittent video ads ( they call them AD BREAKS ) happen very often. The most advertisements I have even encountered. Basically the casino games are not worth sitting through the advertisements.
The game was fun at first. Thing is, it’s free and I lose every spin! What’s with that? Also the least you can bet is 100k? What’s with that? This is just another game trying to dig into your wallet to buy more coins to gamble with, with nothing to actually win. It’s loaded with so many ads it’s annoying. I downloaded this game because the add said you could win real cash. I’ve noticed a lot of companies are doing this. yes I know there are slots you can win real money on an based off the advertisement I thought this was one. I already have free slots on my phone. I only got this one from the false advertisement. I also have a screen recording of the ad. I thought this would happen. Anyways I just wanted to warn y’all they don’t give real money like they say. First time opening app and got daily whatever then BAM! Forced 30 second ad. Then a pop up making me choose “basic” for I have no idea what. Then went to envelope on Home Screen of app indicating I have mail. Clicked on that and guess what? Yep. ANOTHER “AD BREAK”!! I’ll give it a shot but have a feeling I’ll be deleting this app real soon. Not the least bit exciting to have that as an INTRO TO YOUR APP! CHANGED MY MIND. After reading more reviews (I always sort to “most recent”) after posting the above I’m just deleting it now. Not for me.
So far game is alright but we all know they start out high percent winnings then from there it just gradually gets harder. I have yet to hit that wall but I will say I play many games on my phone and this one by far is really laggy. Just seems sticky and that’s slightly irritating but I will play in and give or rewrite my review accordingly. I don’t have anything to say about purchases as I haven’t made any yet.
Fun slot games, but any game with this many ads is not worth the time considering how many slot games are out there with no adds and minimal “buy” popups. You go into a game—buy me popup, you go to the home screen-buy me pop up. It’s quite ridiculous. I understand you are in business to get people to spend money (and I even do on occasion), but not when it’s this blatantly money hungry of a game. I’m off to the next slot game—with zero ads.

This game is a cancer. Once you load it you need to close out between 10/15 ads/offers for you to buy stuff. Just when you think it’s over 10 more pop ups. Finally get past all that, start spinning you’ll get maybe 2 spins in and then your forced to watch a 45 second ad. Extremely disappointed
This game is literally non stop ads. Pop up after pop up. Completely unplayable and a waste of a download. Wish I could give it 0 stars. The developer contacted me to try to persuade my to spend 4.99 to remove the ads. If I could ever make it past the ads to the play the game to see if I like it maybe I would consider it. What a terrible game and developer.
Seven ads all 30 second variety before i was even in the lobby. Then, when i got to the lobby it said ad break, and it started playing another ad. I got in a game finally and every win or every four or five spins you'll be bombarded with ad option, all in the name of giving you credits, of course. The tally was twenty ads and i played 17 pulls in one run and 12 in another. Then I deleted. Don't waste y'all's time with this one.......
Way way way too many built in automated force watch ads, and like 30 offers trying to force you to buy coins and by the time you click the x on all the offers another ad starts that’s a minute long, can’t even play the game with all the force ads and automated offers trying to force you to buy coins

The app crashed right after I won a Huge prize! I contacted the marker and they said I needed a screen shot of the crash. Who has that!!!!!! They are wound not offer any help or restore any funds so Delete is the option! TRIWIN GAMES CO.,LIMITED They are rip off don’t buy any of their games.
App freezes on quest landscapes as soon as it opens after I click X on most of the ad/in game purchase pop up windows to close them. It was going great the first day then I tried to continue playing and I cannot because it freezes up. Up until then I was enjoying the game…?
It would be nice to win enough so you can keep playing. And when you do watch a movie to claim your money and then can’t get back to the site because it just keeps looping around to this, it’s very annoying.
Paying customers beware. Games have software glitches to players disadvantage. When contacting customer support for assistance they take days to respond and do little if anything to listen and try to resolve the problems.
I’ve been playing this game for a while now and the glitches and errors are getting too frequent. The issues prohibit you from playing the bonus games. I’ve contacted them numerous times and the issues continue with no resolution. I’d think twice if I were others thinking of using this game.
If you make a purchase they’ll let you win some games I got up to $90 billion and then would lose 10 straight rolls on in a row to only win a fraction of your money when you would win they said you up to put money in the app complete waste of time don’t do it! I know developers need ads to help keep their apps going, but this one is over the top ridiculous with them. I can’t get a jackpot without having to sit through an ad first. There are plenty of other apps that aren’t saturated with ads, so I deleted this one.
As soon as you log in you get blasted with so many ads that you don’t even want to play it anymore, and if you do make it through the 7 ads and actually win on a slot you are forced to watch another ad. When you change slots BOOM! Another ad.

Also this game will give you awards that take time to open and if you aren’t playing the game at the time they become open then you will lose those awards. It’s not worth it! TRUST ME.

Today I won 10,000 times my 50 million bet and won 50,000,000,000 I was so excited, a few minutes later an ad came on and after the ad the bet reset from 50M to 50B... and just like that my win was gone in one spin... please look into this and return my 50B, I will update my review if you fix this

Was going to download the game and then I read the reviews. All I see is One stars but yet the little graph sure doesn’t show that. That tells me they are not honest about the game and somehow decrease the amount of One stars given. I’ll move on.
i know this is a free app but the ad is just too much, unskippable ad, some ads are like way too long that cant skip. Is like 80% percent playing this game is just ad.
