I have not been able to ascertain if there is a phone number where customer service can help the customer! I have never called company only to learn that there is no customer service!
Since the update this app is impossible to even open! Old version worked great but with this update we can’t even get into our account now. It keeps closing when logging in, just kicks us right out , before even opening. Ugh! Super frustrated!!! PLEASE fix this!!
This app is terrible! Ever since the new app update is states it’s incompatible but it won’t let you update. Then it shows the account number and it’s not right and won’t let you change it. I never can sign in and even on the Web site!! Fix it please!!
Can't view daily usage in a dollar amount :-( only able to see balance on what you have left the only usage you can view is a graph chart showing you power used last 30 days but doesn't show how much it costs on a daily average
Used to be a better app. Now one can’t check usage graph with breakdown details. I went from 20kwh a day to 60kwh with ac on. Wanted to know why... couldn’t check anything other than usage.
For as big of a company as GreyStone is, they SHOULD NOT be charging customers a convenience fee to use a credit card! Y’all could easily absorb that extra cost! Stop nickel and diming us to death!
This is one of the worse services I ever have,when it gets to used this application won't work to do a payment,plus they send you bill after pass do so they charge you for late fee or the make you go to there kiosk to pay bad service I'm leaving my apt so I don't have to deal this company anymore
The app needs some serious overhauling and in general so does the service provided. Constant connectivity errors and issues along with no way to check daily usage rates. Also needs a section to be able to turn on or off warning for payment due.
I could not use the app to pay on my account. The section where you fill in the amount you want to pay would not allow me to select it. I could fill out my credit card info though. If I can't use this app to pay my bill then it's useless to me.
Where is the poop emoji💩 so I can rate the app. Every time I open the app it give me a "communication error" message. It would be nice if Greystone would fix the app so customers could conveniently pay their bills🙄
