Obsessed with this app and Jo
I started my weight loss journey at 221lbs. I lost 15lbs in the beginning but was having trouble losing anymore. I’m a stay at home mom who works from home and I wasn’t confident enough to go to the gym. I came across this app and thought it was great because I can choose my own workout plan, set goals, and workout around my busy schedule. You have to pay for it but in most cases you have to pay for a gym membership too so I didn’t think that was a big deal. When I tell you it is 100% worth it and then some! I put on a lot of weight after having 2 kids. I can confidently say I am in the 160s now and not done. After starting grow with Jo I lost another 40 some lbs. Jo is super motivating and there are tons of workouts to choose from so if you’re a beginner you can still start here too. I am so grateful for this app and so glad I found it! If you’re starting a weight loss journey or maybe you’re already in one but this app is the way to go. Nothing like a strong confident woman boosting your confidence and giving you the motivation and tools you need to succeed!

This has kept me consistent.
I’ve been using this app for eight months now and it’s been the only thing I’ve been able to be consistent with for that long in 10 years. Although I haven’t lost any weight (which I honestly don’t expect when I can’t do anything about my diet right now due to finances) but I’ve gained a lot of strength and definitely gained a routine and motivation. That is almost worth more at this point because my self-esteem has gone through the roof just by taking care of myself daily. So thank you thank you thank you. Also being able to share my workout results every day with my best friend has kept me accountable and motivated her to start working out herself. I have had to modify a few exercises for my diastasis recti, but a little Google research gives me some good alternatives so that I can just continue with the work out while substituting here and there. Anyway- short story- the app is worth every penny-but the key here is if you are willing to push yourself. If you’re ready, the app is AWESOME.

Great At Home workouts
In love with this app, especially the walking/dancing workouts to help get your steps in. I love to strength train and use dumbbells and there are so many different workouts that offer this style of training amongst many others which help keep it interesting. Lots of variety. With that said, I do wish there was option to save your favorite workouts (past live, single and program ones alike). I also wish you had the option to stop and restart a program whenever you want to instead of the automatic save setting it’s on now. More Pilates forward workouts would be awesome too. These are very minor cons but other than that, it’s an extremely affordable app that’s completely worth it. I’m a mother of 2 who works from home. The pregnancy and post pregnancy programs are wonderful. I absolutely love the inclusion for us mothers. This app & all the trainers are by far one of my favorites to use. Highly recommend to download, I invested in the yearly subscription.

Love GWJ!
I’ve tried many apps over the years and have to say I love this app, along with FitOn app. (I use FitOn for recipes and yoga) This app has mostly everything I need. I didn’t think I would use the meditations or sleep sounds but I do- and I love the faith based meditations! Im 36, but I have been struggling with chronic inflammation and chronic fatigue for years and her exercises don’t cause my symptoms to flare up… they actually help calm them down. Most workouts make me so exhausted but hers make me feel more energized and I feel better the next day, not like I was hit by bus. I haven’t tried the recipes yet, the app seems too complicated for me. I’d rather have categories and just pick them out individually instead of trying to create a meal plan. I still give this app 5 stars because I love Jo and her workouts. You can tell she’s put alot into this app. She’s an inspiration and has helped me love my body instead of forcing it to be a certain size and shape.

GrowwithJo w/o the Soul
Let me begin by stating emphatically how much I love the Growwithjo YT channel. It has been a blessing due to Jo’s infectious positivity, music and moves that keep you coming back for more. I love the whole package she has on that channel. So I was excited by the app and immediately signed up for a year because of it. Now I have buyer remorse. The app has potential but still needs a lot of work. I appreciate all it has to offer overall. However the workouts themselves seem to have lost of the soul of what makes a GWJ workout so amazing. It really should have a option to use Jo’s songs for the workout (which I love), your own or silent. Also I like to exercise on a big screen so either browser support for those on computer or the ability to cast to a smart tv and such. More diversity with the meal plan options I can find better, more diverse options for free with a google search (heck my cookbook app is full of them) Please put the soul back into the App. Since as of right now I seriously regret committing I’d be better off with the free YT schedule.

AMAZING!!! Can’t download workouts sometimes
I absolutely love this app. I love that I am able to play my own music, there is encouragement when the set I’m doing is almost done, there are in depth descriptions of the workouts I’m about to do, etc. the ONLY issue I have is that I haven’t been able to download or play my workouts for about a week and a half. There are some days where it works smoothly and others where I can’t do anything. I know it’s no fault of the app or of Jo, it’s just frustrating when I’m looking forward to a guided workout and I can’t even download them. I’ve deleted the app, turned off my wifi, restarted my phone, I even got a new phone a few days ago (unrelated lol) and still face the same problems. :( still absolutely a 5 star app!!! Just want to know if there’s anything I can do to fix this

Love most things about the app, except just a few…
Loving the app! I love how you can stream your own playlist and hear your favorite music while following along. The app is easy to navigate, and you can choose workouts by lengths, body areas, types of equipment, or your favorite trainer. But it needs just a few tweaks iMO. I would like to be able to choose a program and not have to pick my workout days. I have an unpredictable schedule in healthcare and I would miss some. I wanted to go back and actually complete that workout, but you’re not able to do so. Then if you choose a single workout to make up for that one you missed, it doesn’t show in the calendar on the app. So I’ve just been completing the live ones, or single workouts, but they don’t show on the calendar. I’m very visual and I’d love to be able to see those. Also, some of the workouts I really, really liked. It would be nice to be able to either star them or make a favorites list.

The best fitness app!
Jo’s workouts are the only ones that I’ve ever enjoyed! I hate working out, but Jo makes it fun. I actually look forward to doing it. It doesn’t feel like mindless movements. I’m super sore so I know it’s working well for my body, too! I’m only in my second week, so I can’t speak for long term results yet, but I absolutely love this app. It is well worth the subscription cost. On top of the workouts, I love the meal plans. It has a built in grocery list which I love. I’m a busy mom of 7 and this app has made healthy eating and exercise so easy. My kids even love the food and workouts! Finally, I love that it has the option for intermittent fasting, vegetarian meal plans, and other accommodations based on skill level/ability. 10/10 recommend.

Needs More Diversity
I purchased app looking for an app that would tackle both diet and exercise. The meal planning needs major work for those looking to eat a more plant-based diet. There are a few recipes to cater to this, but they are so few in number, you will be eating the same meals every week. Where are the whole foods?? More fruits and vegetables please!! The breakfast recipes were great, but lunch and dinner needs more diversity/creativity! As for the workouts—beginner level is really more of an intermediate workout. I could not even get through the first workout. Please try to incorporate and show modifications during the workouts! This will dramatically help those with injuries, disabilities, etc. we, as women, our knees are one of the first things to start giving us problems, so give more time to get on the floor and modifications for some of the floor exercises please!! And lastly—I need to see Jo’s personality shine through more during the workouts. They are very dry and lack any soul.

AMAZING!!
I love this app. I don’t do reviews bc they are annoying to me. However, this app is WAY more than I expected, so I had to do a review bc of how impressed I am by it. I bought it during the Black Friday deal, and honestly, I would have paid full price after knowing what I know. So many different options available, amazing for “quiet,” non-jumping workouts that are actually fun. My favorite, favorite parts of the app though are the devotionals and the Scripture. I had no idea they were on there, and I am so impressed and grateful that they are. Normally fitness apps can be a little New Age and that’s typically off putting for me. Obsessed is an understatement!
Jo, you have truly created the easiest, user friendly workout app. I just open the app, choose my plan (or single workout if I’m out of town) and boom…I’m working out in the comfort of my own home or even in a hotel room/airbnb. The app is easy to navigate and has beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts (easy, medium, hard). I’m just now restarting my fitness journey since Covid…put on almost 60 pounds that I’m not proud of but, I plan to stay dedicated to the GrowwithJo app, my self and my future children. Keep those workouts coming Jo, you’re amazing at what you do and you’re always willing to lift others up on their fitness journey! I’ll surely be renewing my membership next year!!

Weight check in’s feedback
While I appreciate the sentiment of asking for weighing yourself on the scale, I feel that it shouldn’t be asked too frequently. What instead I would wish it would do, is ask how is your mobility doing? Can you reach your toes? Etc. more realistic goals rather than agonizing over if you’ve lost weight in past month. I think asking those questions would make me feel less bad about myself and I’m sure others would probably feel the same. Not only is it beneficial for the user, it’ll be beneficial to the team because it will encourage users to keep using the app. I, myself, got discouraged because of the question to weigh myself. Even though I’m doing the workouts. Now yes, there is an option to ignore it. But the question still remains in your head. Just a suggestion to add in the future.

Love it!!
I love the app! It’s perfect for home workouts and beginners like me. It helped me get into a beginner strength routine and I love that I can link my music to it so easily!! Also compared to other apps I’ve looked at, it has a pretty big variety of workouts/programs to choose from!! I love the workouts and the layout of the app!! Even after I have deleted it to save a little money I get it again because it’s the only thing that keeps me consistent! Only think I wish is 1. I wish they had more workouts with dumbbells/ kettlebells. 2. I hope they get gym workouts soon with gym equipment incorporated! I don’t go to the gym haha but when I do it’d be awesome to have this app to help me with a routine.

Love GWJ, not so much the app
I absolutely adore Grow with Jo and initially became a fan through her YT channel. After about a year of the YT workouts, I finally purchased the app. Unfortunately, I do not like this app. For starters, the on demand workouts don’t sync with your Apple Watch nor can you log them into the calendar — only the workouts under programs. There’s no search bar, so it also takes a while to find the on demand workouts from the weekly schedule. The programs are not the typical GWJ workouts as they don’t have her voice and you can tell it’s prerecorded and that the moves are on a loop. It’s also not compatible with Apple TV so you have to mirror the workouts from your phone so it’s not full screen. I prefer the YT schedule and workouts over this app. Hopeful that overtime there are improvements to the app and I will consider repurchasing. For now, I’ll stick to YT.

Finally!! An App that I am sticking with
This has been the best overall app I have found, the Grow with Jo App. It’s motivating, encouraging, rejuvenating and FUN! It has been the best App to keep me going. I love that it has programs I can choose from or just single workouts. The food plans with the recipes are awesome. The videos showing how to make a recipe is brilliant and of course Jo who is always so vibrant doing the exercises along with you is great. Her and her team motivate to keep moving and I need that. Purchasing this App was like purchasing a gym membership at a much lower cost than a normal gym membership and I can do my workouts anywhere. I take Jo with me wherever I go 🩵

Glitches!
Let me start by saying that I LOVE this app! However, it’s increasingly frustrating when the app freezes for no reason as all. The video will pause but the timer will keep going. Also, almost every time that I work out with the app and have my Apple Watch connected, it will add additional calories burned! For example, I was working out today and was at 224 calories burned and at some point it doubled that number to 448! Sometimes it will say that I burned over 1,000 calories when I just started a workout! It’s very frustrating and I usually have to restart the workout to fix the problem. Besides the glitches, I love the app! Hoping that they get fixed in the near future!

Balance& health
I love this APP because it helps me find balance in my new health goals. I love the menu so far, it’s not too difficult and is quite tasty. What attracted me to the workouts were the ease of completing them, and the timer which helps me know that I am getting it done! I also use the meditation feature because I am currently in a weekly meditation class & this reminds me to do it. I love the sleep and spiritual features too. I am motivated by Jo’s positive words too, it keeps me on track. I know I can reach my weight loss goal through this program, I’m already seeing good results in just a week. Thank you

Rebrand
I got this app because I was being trained by GrowwithJo and I was seeing progress. Then I get on today to see the app has completely changed, no notice, shes not even on there? I am completely annoyed that I paid money for a subscription and the developers thinks it’s a good idea now to change the entirety of the app without notice?? Thankfully, my subscription should be ending early next year because I will not be renewing for developers that make shady moves like that mid subscription. Shameful. I understand contracts end and apps can move on, thats not the issue. The issue, again, is making huge changes when someone has given you money already for a set time. The features she added to the app gave it to much more uniqueness to it. Now it feels like any other hyper competitive application that doesn’t care about you or your health.

I really appreciate Jo and the workouts she puts on YT I lost 48lbs using them because I can do the workouts. I can’t physically do a lot of the floor exercises on this app and there are no modifications. I have been using this app all month long and I have gained weight. weight I lost for free using YT. I came here because I thought it was the next step I thought it would guide me but I feel so bad now crying through these workouts and gaining weight. I am not blaming the app for the weight gain but I don’t feel like it’s helping in any of the ways it claims. there’s no guidance if you don’t have the ability to do a move you have to find the modifications your self and if you can’t find them your screwed. I don’t understand what’s to point of telling this app all of this information just to get a plan where I can’t even do the moves? love Jo hate this app.

The updates and improvements that have been made recently has been a huge game changer for me!! I love the variety of workouts that are available, Jo’s YT style is in there, there are more structured workouts, the cardio, strength training, the pre-release YT videos, the Lives have become a favorite and the challenges have been so much fun!! There meal plans, meditating, so much that I have yet to check out but I appreciate having a “one stop shop” kind of hub for my self care, it’s made a big positive difference in my growth. I could go on and on but I say give it a try!! I don’t regret it :) Jo is a huge inspiration to me

Great for Moms!
I’m a mom of 3 (4 and under). To say it’s a struggle to get a workout it and know that it’s working or monitor my progress on my own is a bit of understatement. I’m so thankful for this app! I appreciate that it has easy to hard levels, body weight only and options using dumb bells. She even has a pregnant workout program. So thankful for the well rounded thought process for this app. Also, the layout is very pleasing to my eyes, it’s easy to use, and share & monitor my progress. So thankful! Im now 8 months postpartum and am excited and looking forward to my workouts even though I’m physically and mentally exhausted. Thank Jo!

I love this app! The gym that I go to is 30 minutes away, so I would only go on the days I was off work- which wasn’t enough for what my goals needed. It’s motivated me to workout after work, which usually I would’ve never done. I’ll do 2 workouts usually and burn about 400 calories & it goes by so fast. Even when you don’t have energy after a day at work, it’ll put me in a good mood. It’s nice to be able to get a good workout in at home when you don’t feel like being social too lol. I wear my sweet sweat with it and that changes the game.

Super frustrated
Okay so I love Jo and her workouts and I finally caved and bought her yearly subscription. I got everything and paid for everything but once in the actual app NOTHING would load and whenever I clicked on something new it wanted me to log in so I’d do my log in (that I literally just created) and it tells me I don’t have an account. I try and create a whole new account and my subscription is still active and it says it’s added to my account but it won’t get past the payment page. I have reached out to Jo on MULTIPLE platforms in hope of getting help with this but it looks like I’m out $55 and I don’t even get to use the app. I’m pretty disappointed and I sure hope someone here can help me with this…..otherwise I hope I can get a refund. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and still nothing will work. 😤

Pretty good app
I love that this app has all kinda of features other than just workouts. I like the uniqueness of the workouts and that there are different types to choose from. I don’t like that if you choose a program and you miss a day or want to go back and do one of the previous days again you can’t anymore. You used to be able to but it’s changed now. It makes me not want to keep the app because if you are human and miss a day you have to choose a whole new program or do a workout that isn’t in your program just to make up for the day you missed. I think this feature should be changed.

Love these workouts and the app
My only suggestions is possibly being able to search for key terms or filters. I have terrible knees so I have to open each workout individually to see which ones I can or cannot do. Also maybe a way to favorite or save ones I like to do over and over or am curious about and would like to come back to later. Otherwise this is by far the best workouts there is for every level of fitness. Jo is the only instructor who’s made it so I stick with working out and enjoy it.

Love the App! Except..
I downloaded the app a couple weeks ago and I am loving it so far! I’ve never been able to keep up with exercising and this app is really helping. My only wish is that the app would stop asking me to record my weight and measurements. As someone who struggles immensely with body image issues, I have found it can be incredibly damaging to track weight and measurements. I understand that it can help track progress, and that it may be a great feature for some. However, I would highly recommend giving users the ability to turn those notifications off.

Great app
I got this app for the workout programs. They are great. I don't like a lot of talking but I do like a quick step by step guide and these workout programs are great at doing that. The lives are nice and the pre recorded workouts are also great. But I really liked the workout programs. Although, the programs are not customizable. If I skip a day I can't move the program over by a day. It would be nice if you could adjust it. Also, once a program is started you can't change the start date. so if I miss too many days I can't just start the program all over again.

Keep Growing Jo
Your workouts have been so great for my situation. As someone who works from home and also has epilepsy I almost am never able to lose weight. After my daughter was born I was the biggest I had ever been. These workouts are so beginner friendly and low impact and for the workout moves I cannot do it's super easy to replace with one of the moves I can do during that time. Your app may not be perfect, but I'm sure with all the feedback one day it will be. Keep growing Jo. And thank you for you inspiration and motivation.

Awesome and complete fitness app
I have looked into so many apps, programs, routines, everything you can imagine and this is so far the most complete app for your fitness goals. From all the workouts to the meal plan with options to change the food, Jo thought about everything when the app was designed. Workouts are easy to follow, love the timer that it is included. From easy to hard exercises depending on where you stand. Definitely recommend the app, the program and everything it has to offer.

I have tried so many different workout platforms such as Peloton and Apple fitness and I must say… I’ve never been so happy and felt so good after a workout. After working in an office and not working out for almost three years, the transition of each one of these exercises it’s just on point! It is perfect!!!!!! Finally someone who understands the struggle of getting back on track and understands how difficult is for our body to get back in shape 🥹😍 So glad I bought the subscription for the entire year.

Is this still Grow With Jo?
I loved this app because it has everything I need all in one! Exercises are on point! Devotions, scriptures, Bible readings, and meditations to start and end your day (please say there will be more added regularly, and recipes. I just updated to Radiance and I’m not seeing the spiritual components that were once there. It was one of the things that made this app stand out. It looks like Jo’s videos are being phased out (I hope I’m wrong, but that’s the vibe I’m getting.). If that is the case please let me know so I can cancel.

Amazed
I honestly can’t believe how good this app is and how little people know about it? This is probably one of the best apps to use if you’re wanting to change to a healthy life style. Not only does it give single workouts, there’s workout programs you can do, intermittent fasting timer, a meal plan catered to you and a full on shopping list that can instantly be added to your instacart app so you don’t have to take the time to shop. How freaking cool is that?! Im speechless. This is so amazing and the subscription is totally worth it.

All in one
If I could just critique a couple of things, it would be to be able to search for certain recipes, like sauces, and being able to just search up a particular dumbbell workout. But other than that, it’s everything I would ever want in an app. Instead of having five apps, I only need this one. I would also love an option where you could listen to Nature Sounds throughout the night. But it’s still absolutely perfect.

Supper frustrated and SO disappointed..
Buyer beware… I love Jo, but these workouts are NOT for true beginners. Even the easiest workout plans on this app is not for beginners. I’ve been struggling with the workouts so I emailed support and was told to just do the workout plan that I was already doing or choose a harder one.. Like, huh? I’m not giving up though. Just suffering through it because I already paid for it. And one of the things that frustrates me the most is the meal planning doesn’t work! It keeps saying “something went wrong” idk.. If I could get through a workout without feeling like I’m gonna pass out and change my meal preferences when I want I’d be in love with this app.. But until then.. I’ll just continue trying. Very unsatisfied customer.

Signed up for fitness, not religion
Signed up for this app expecting to get access to great workout programs, not to have Jo’s religious beliefs shoved down my throat. It seems to me that Jo could make a different app for her “devotionals” or include the fact that this is a Christian-based app and that is part of what you’re paying for very clearly in promotions and advertisements. I just want to workout. Sweat. And keep my personal relationship with god PERSONAL. Jo is not my spiritual leader. She was never invited to be that for me, nor did she ask for permission to take on that role in my life. This feels so pushy and disrespectful in every way. Non-Christian buyers beware if the church is a source of harm for you. This app is for a specific audience and that should be made clear up front.

Trial would be nice
Given the amount of money wanted for the subscription, it would be nice if there was a free week trial to see if there was actually anything in the app I would like to continue. I’m a picky eater so meal plans are tough for me. I didn’t even get to see if there were any advice/options for a picky eater. It would have also been nice to see what kind of workouts were available to see if I had a chance to stick with something I would like. It asked a few details about me and then BAM! Here’s a subscription for you! It just felt very money grabby. I like the idea of the app and the videos I’ve seen on it. Just a tad disappointed that it didn’t even advertise me on what’s available before asking for my money.

Can’t get any further without purchasing
I would love to review your app further, but in order for me to purchase a package, I would like to see what I am buying before I purchase. I would like the test the app and then reside if this is something that I would like to continue with. You fill out the basic information and then it asks you about how active you are daily, and then asks your food preferences. Then it goes start to select if you want to pay by month or if you want to pay for the whole year. Cannot get by this page to check out what the app has to offer.

I am a stay at home mom who also works full time remote and has 5 kids, with a busy schedule. This program is amazing I get to chose my workout before work and the music and Jo’s motivation is awesome!! I don’t feel like I’m over it on week 2 like I have with past workout programs!! I am so sad that they no longer have a pregnancy option for when you want to start a new workout plan. It was there before it changed to radiance but now I don’t see any prenatal workouts! I love the app and it encourages me to workout during my pregnancy but now that it’s gone it’s a bit discouraging. I hope you are able to bring back that feature Jo. Please! I would really appreciate it. It keeps me motivated to workout during my pregnancy!

This app is great but…
When I first got this app, I was amazed at how Jo seemingly thought of everything! Especially when it comes to the meal plan(you can make substitutes for different ingredients & and create a grocery list based on said meal plan) The workout part was great to start off with. I was able to airplay the exercises to my TV but eventually I lost that capability. I don’t know if this was due to an update, but I have to screen share from my phone to my TV. If this feature could be integrated in the app I’d give it 5 starts

Love the app, super easy to navigate and has any workout you could think of. Been following the meals within the app and omg the recipes are amazing!! The meals leave you satiated, not longing for more. The only thing I wish was you could tweak how many people you are serving. The meals are single portion meals so when cooking for more than one you need to do some math to get it right. Other than that, I got nothing to complain about! Worth It!
I love this app! I love the flexibility of the meals (choosing changes or substitutions) and I love having a workout available at my fingertips!I open my pandora app and play my choice of music while doing her workouts that do not have music. Feel like a stretch workout? Click! Feel like using weights? Click! Want to do a four week challenge? Done. Want to do a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout? It’s there.

Amazing but the calorie count is troubling
I love using growwjo and adding her workouts to my daily exercise routine but my only issue is the calorie count. There are days where the calories seems somewhat accurate but then out of nowhere there will be a day or a couple where it says that after 1 exercise in the whole workout i have burned over 500 calories (it varies) which is physically impossible. I don’t fully depend on the accuracy of the calories burned but it’s always nice to have an accurate estimate of what I have burned so far and this issue leads me to not trust the app within that aspect.

Misleading advertising!!!
I never leave reviews but for this one I had to because I’m extremely upset, I’ve been following jo on Instagram for quite some time and I decided it was time to download her app. After downloading the app and putting in ALL my information it wasn’t until afterwards that a pop up for a monthly/yearly subscription is taking over the screen. Nowhere does it say you can’t use the app at all unless you pay. It’s false advertising and extremely disappointing the app creators need to better clarify that the app must be paid for before any use can occur. I deleted the app and will not be redownlading bc of this misleading behavior I expected better from you jo.

Okay but needs some improvement
I really like the app overall but from a user perspective there are a few things I wish I were able to do (or easier to do): - I can’t figure out how to change the days of the week I originally selected for a workout program - I wish it was easier to skip ahead to a different workout in the program if I know I’ll be busy the day it was scheduled for (say it’s Tuesday and I want to do my Wednesday a day early). Right now I have to go in to settings to skip ahead. - if you skip a workout and want to do it later in the program you can’t go back to it (like I miss Thursdays workout and want to catch up and do it the next day) I also am somewhat disappointed because I signed up for the 6 month subscription and that did not do the free trial period, so I got looped into buying this app when I probably wouldn’t have gone past the 7 days :(

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!
Of all of the Fitness apps I have ever downloaded including Nike plus this is my favorite. I love the options for the diet as well as the balance features. The workouts are extremely challenging but also something you’re able to do at any level. I like the fact that you can choose between short medium and long workouts. I also love the tracking feature so that you can track your weight loss and inches

Love this app!
I have been using this app for 5 months now and I LOVE it! The meal plan is easy to use and I love that I can adjust to what I want or like and then it makes a grocery list I can check off! The workout programs are varied and so fun! There were some kinks in the app as they have been improving it but every issue I had was fixed quickly and well! I love this app! And I have lost 15lbs using the workouts and meal plan! 👏👏👏

Love hate relationship 😅
I absolutely love everything about the app except that I can’t put in meals that aren’t on the app. Like sometimes we don’t have a million different things in our pantry so we have to make due. Of course I still measure my portions just wish I could track impromptu meals on the app too. I am learning new recipes and falling in love with them too but sometimes mama wants a greasy cheeseburger that I can pick up from somewhere. But I can’t track it on the app 😞

Worth the money
I downloaded the app and purchased a year subscription thinking it was all gym workouts. I was wrong. The workouts are all home workouts. So I’ve changed my workout regime. Gym for lifting in the morning and cardio at home on my lunch. I love the walking workouts and the Tabata abs workout! I use the app on my tablet most of the time! I think the app is user friendly. I haven’t had any problems downloading the workouts. I have 2 complaints. The eating plan is kind of, not my cup of tea. I would love to be able to track my macros in the app and eat what i want. Second, I’d like more walking workouts that are for an advanced level. I love love love the walking and kick boxing workouts!! If i could track my macros in the app and if there were more walking advanced walking workouts-I’d give it 5 stars! I love the app!

Missing Workouts in a Program
I love this app and I love Jo! The only issue I have is that when you do a program if you don’t strictly stick to the schedule you miss workouts :(. Some days I literally cannot do the scheduled workout, but would LOVE to make it up the next day. The problem is the app won’t let you go back and do previous workouts in a program. You just have to skip that day and I feel like that throws off the program for me!
