Halara

I find that usually when I buy online the company has terrible clothes or terrible customer service or both. Halara has great clothes and their customer service support answers quickly and with a great resolution to the problem. I am overly pleased with them and have now placed multiple orders. As far as returns go which for some people seems to be a issue - I found that their response was very reasonable. They ask for a lot of photos but this is all part of shopping online. You can’t go to the store give back the item and show them why you are returning or exchanging. So this company like many others online ask to see the item and tags and bag it comes in so they know you aren’t wearing it and just saying you want the return. It took me about 2-3 min to apply for my return . They answered me in the same day and I was very happy with the response . Great company great prices the clothes are all made well and fabrics are so soft and wash easily and well . They hold their shape and the sizes are true to size. Also the variety of colors is awesome.

I feel like I buy a couple more items every month on the app. The workout clothing is so soft, durable and very affordable. I work early mornings at Trader Joe’s unloading trucks and stocking shelves- I feel like every day I’m in my Halara pants or always wearing their cropped workout tops as a bra. The sizing seems pretty legit but I know for bras I need a size XL for sport tops even though I’m a scrawny white girl- I got some Nordic ribs or something! But size charts are legit. Shipping is fast for China, I’m not the biggest fan of it being Chinese but these days it’s just as good if not better than US products. I refer my friends and coworkers all day every day!

The app itself has issues. Every time you open the app, you are greeted with a 5 second ad for whatever product they want to push on you. The returns system is strange and sometimes broken. You must take a photo of the product in the original packaging. I’m fine with that, but it becomes a problem when you want to return multiple items and the photos will only upload to one item. As for the store, I’m disappointed with that too. I ordered some shorts and joggers. The joggers I bought did not look anything like the photo. They were a different shade of blue and were more like baggy leggings than joggers. I am now returning them. The only problem I have is that there are not free return shipping. The other shorts I am returning simply don’t fit right on me, so I’m ok with paying for return shipping. However, for the joggers, it feels a little wrong to ask me to pay for return shipping when they don’t look anything like the photo. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. It isn’t exactly a scam, but it feels scammy. If you want cheap clothes, I would honestly try the SHEIN lottery. Sometimes the quality is far below HALARA, but sometimes it is on par. At least SHEIN gives you free return shipping.

I’ve been satisfied with every piece I’ve bought from Halara, they’ve held up well over time, and their sizing is very accurate. The patterns are flattering too, as someone who has worn a few different styles and sizes. The app is easy to navigate, and the customer service is accessible and reliable. The customer service reps I spoke with responded quickly, were kind, and resolved the situation within a few messages. I would definitely recommend Halara to a friend looking for fun, cute, and quality activewear, loungewear, and more.

Didn’t receive purchase in time for what I needed. It took 2 weeks. They are nice very thick material not breathable for active wear. Unable to return them bc they don’t offer it. Was on sale bought 2 pair. Unless your skinny with a perfect body they want look very good. I have a tummy from a c-section and the top of pants aren’t wide enough to cover lower abdominal area so it pooches out. They do feel good but only for cooler weather. To expensive to order and not be able to return easily. So I probably will not order again.

After seeing all the reviews on social media I decided to give it a try. I’m curvy, 5’2 size 8-10 and order a medium. It looked small when I opened it up, but when I slipped it on it felt amazing. Fits perfectly and feels like butter. I ordered three and ended up order three more of the Cloudful Crossover Pain with pockets. I wash it on gentle and hang dry. Ended up cutting off the tags, comes in a cute bag as well.

They store your payment/bank information automatically even if you don’t mark the box to do so. When you ask the customer service agents to delete that information, the miraculously disappear from the chat service and never reply to you again. Also, I find their return policy horrible. Especially when you look at the reviews of the different clothing pieces, and almost all of them say it looks different in person. I wouldn’t mind spending a lot more if I knew I could return items I do not care for. But not for a company who doesn’t back up their pieces with free returns. So many other better places to shop where they make it easy for you. Why bother with this app?

I purchased so far $400 from this company and their quality is amazing love their designs too! But they should understand for the online business stand pint, there will be returns involve since ppl can’t try the items On, at the time of purchase!! They keep asking for 1 to 3 pictures for every single item you returning and with the busy life is very hard to take that much time for a return. Plus how should I take a picture of the item that is small and I can’t even completely cover myself with it!! Loll

So, I bought 3 of the exact same items in just different colors. Simple order, right? I ordered this on May 22, 2024 and it is June 15, 2024 and I still don’t have my order yet. I go on vacation in 5 days and now I’m stressing if I will even get my package on time. I have all my outfits planned out and I’m just waiting on these 3 simple items and now I might have to try to find something last minute. No emails or updates about delays or anything. I keep checking the tracker in the website and it has been in the same place for 5 days now. It took 9 whole days for them to even create a label!! 0/5 will not order from here again.

I love the dress; it fits well and is comfortable, and the fabric has a nice soft hand. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not a 5 is because the plastic bag it arrived in reeked of tobacco. The package was emitting a strong unpleasant odor, and when I opened the bag, the stink of tobacco assaulted me. I immediately threw the dress into the washing machine with detergent and baking soda — I didn’t even fill the washer with my other laundry because I wasn’t sure if the odor would wash out. Fortunately the odor washed out, but the purchasing experience was very unpleasant.

I’ve been trying to find new gym clothes for a long time. Been comparing different sites and brands and have found nothing that’s affordable and also great quality….until I found HALARA! Their clothes are amazingly soft and fit me perfectly. I love everything I’ve gotten so far. I’ve found my new favorite online store 🥰 Can’t wait to try their other clothing!

I saw an add for a cute pair of pants, so I downloaded the app only to find out that the largest available size is XL (14). Personally I don’t think that is an accurate size label. So I begrudgingly went to the ‘curve’ section to find pants in a size 16, and there were only 10 options 🤦‍♀️. Separating clothing by curve or plus size is not only inefficient and unnecessary, but it promotes negative body image, especially when the clothes are targeted towards teenage girls. And, in most cases, the plus section offers fewer, baggier, options. It’s time we just make the same clothes in a wide range of sizes, the companies would make more money anyways.

I particularly love the fact that the models have their sizes listed so I can compare easily. Shipping does take a while for the US but it’s come directly from China. Customer service read my reviews and actually reached out to resolve an issue of a missing hair tie! My only concern is the app crashes and closes sometimes. The size charts seem accurate to me so far.

I had gotten a pair of pants that I had some issues with and one day I made a comment on a Facebook post basically just wondering if I was the only one that experienced it. Within minutes they had sent me a message and a gift card for the price of those pants!! So now I got me some new ones on the way because I really do love their stuff!! Knowing now how the customer service is I love it even more!!!👌🏻♥️

Halara is one of my favorite brands. Their products make me feel extremely comfy and are so versatile. Even though I only purchase something once a year or so, when I do I believe I am getting great quality clothing for a good price! Oh, I was shopping at a thrift store in Columbus, Ohio and found a Halara tennis style dress brand new. I freaked out when I found it😊

These are the best fitting leggings Ive ever put on, talking about the tummy control ones that is! They are super soft also. The shirts I thought were a little short at first, but with how high the leggings come up it looks really cute, and great to workout in. I made my first order and made a second order not even a full week later. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING AN ORDER!!

Halara has amazing customer service! When one of my packages said it was delivered but I never received it I reached out to customer service and they offered to let me choose if I wanted to be given a gift card for the amount of my order, send me another package with the same items, or provide me with a refund.

I can’t say enough about this brand. I am completely satisfied and it has exceeded my expectations. The fabric is absolutely wonderful and will last a lifetime. It’s easy to wash and wear. The fit is superb and is well-made. Very much in love with the dresses that I have purchased already. I love the fit up their clothing. Definitely a must free wardrobe.

This is less about the app more about the company. I don’t know if I’m being out of line but, every other time I have ordered from Halara it has been a quick shipment period. However this time I ordered one item and it says it is going to take 3 weeks to arrive from the time I placed the order to the time I’m gonna get it. I just feel like that’s a bit to long. If that’s normal just forget I said anything but if not be warned.

After I got through after a while of going back-and-forth with the robot and I got through to an actual person, customer service was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better company closer true size and soft. I wish they had a little more tummy control but they look great.

I love the clothes from Halara because it affordable, very smartly made, and super cute! There are so many options of different skirts, tops and more. The sizes are perfect. There are so many colors and styles to chose from. There pockets!! And shorts under the skirts! I would recommend Halara above any other online stores. The quality of the clothes is amazing.

I am 7 months pregnant and came across the dress with built in shorts and OMG it is amazing!!!! It’s so stretchy and comfortable (when i feel like nothing is comfortable), i highly recommend and not needing a bra with this and still feel supported just tops it off!!! Thank you for making this dress i will wear it everywhere😁

It’s taken over a month for them to ship the items I bought and now it’s been over two weeks and it just shows as in transit. I spoke to someone with their customer service and they weren’t any help at finding answers only where “able” to show me what I’m already seen they said the time for shipment is typically 3-5 weeks I thought they meant from the time I purchased till at my door not that long to even leave the distribution center.

This app is almost impossible to navigate! For heaven’s sake, where is the “back” button or the “home” button to go from the product back to the category or the home page? (I am using the app on an iPad Pro, just for reference) I love the clothing but I am so tired of trying to navigate the app that I am going back to shopping via my web browser. HALARA has great clothing at reasonable prices. Don’t lose business by pushing a badly designed app!

I’m growing very frustrated with the return process. I think the owners have forgotten that purchasing clothes online is a gamble. The pants I received were great quality but I didn’t like the fit. I’m now jumping through hoops via email back and forth multiple times to try to return them, and this is Halara’s official return process. Whatever you buy, be certain you’ll like it or else you’ll be stuck doing the same thing. Technology has progressed so far; it shouldn’t be this difficult.

These are the most comfortable clothes I’ve ever owned. And dang, they cute too. So many compliments got you feeling yourself when you’re wearing them too. Y’all need some of them…brand ambassadors over here??😆and yes, I’ll take the free t-shirt. The easy user friendly app is just an added bonus.

I will never order from Halara again. It has taken over a month for my stuff to get here and I’m still waiting. Would love to give them a review on clothing but clearly I can’t as it has taken forever to show up. I ordered some tops for my vacation and ordered it 25 days before my trip and they never showed. Waste of my money. It also won’t allow you to even track where your package is at or give you a timeframe as of when it’s supposed to be delivered.

I got some black leggings and the mesh crossed shorts and there both the absolute best! 🤩 Soft but still good quality and AFFORDABLE! Legitimately just like lulu lemon 🍋 but MUCH cheaper. Highly, highly,highly recommend! The app also makes it so much easier to get money off all your orders! I wanna be sponsored lol.

Decent quality clothing. I paid for express shipping bc when you do standard shipping it takes forever to receive your product. However, even when paying for faster shipping it still took weeks to receive my product. If you need something or are expecting your product within 7-10 days, not going to happen. You will be waiting much much longer.

When I tell you I wish I could live in these joggers, believe me. They are so soft and comfortable! I have an extensive wardrobe and they are my favorite part of it! I have 7 pair. I only wish they came in more colors. Some of the colors I really love do not come in regular.

I bought several items that were on sale for my daughter’s birthday to send to her university and we never received them. I ordered on August 24. The package is lost somewhere in Marbleton, Georgia and arrive there on September 4. No one seems to know where my order is not only that but I’ve now lost those sale items, so for me to purchase them again it’s going to cost a lot more than when I purchased them in August. Very disappointed.

When I went to order I assumed I put something in wrong with my card info, as it kept declining but was working elsewhere. But apparently it sent through five orders (almost $1,000) while giving me that error message. Now I’ve contacted customer service through Facebook, the app and email but there’s no prompt way to contact them and if I don’t contact them before it’s shipped I’ll be charged. This is NOT OKAY.

The aducity this company has to charge as much for there product when clearly it’s coming from a company that does not pay much for the products to be made. It’s taken almost a month for me to receive my order so it’s coming from china or some county in Asia. You can order on SHEIN or even Temu who are company’s known to be coming from Asia who have way cheaper products than this company. I won’t be giving them my business anymore that’s for sure.

I haven’t received any clothes yet. I did pay for faster shipping and, as of a week from ordering, I haven’t received my shipment. I can’t speak to the quality of the clothes, but I know it’s shipping from China. Not sure how they can justify charging for faster shipping when it has to come internationally regardless. Not too impressed right now.

Halara sells clothing of great quality at affordable prices. I have been happy with every single one of my purchases so far and will continue to expand my wardrobe with Halara and get rid of my other athletic wear that just isn’t that comfortable.

This app is super good for leggings, I’ve ordered like 5 so far and all of them fit perfectly. I’m normally a medium but I ordered small because they stretch and it fit perfectly. Also if your normal size is like a large get a medium because the legging stretch and it’ll fit good.

I had an issue with the fit on some of the dresses I recently bought. The team at Halara were super accommodating and had many solutions to the problem. I Definitely will be a life long customer.

I placed two orders this year - one a month ago and I still haven’t received it. They also just let me know a dress in that order I paid for is no longer in stock. They’ve told me I can have 12% off in order of a future purchase of $90 or more. A day or so after my first order, I ordered five outfits. That product came this week, all are sized small but not cut the same. Two have to go back.

I ordered a pair of joggers and when they came they didn’t fit as expected, so I initiated a return so I could reorder my size. The return has been “pending” on my account for almost two weeks. I tried to reach out with no response. I’m the type of person that likes to buy products from companies that have excellent customer service and while the leggings were good quality, I won’t buy from Halara again.

Love love love Halara and all their products!!! I just ordered a haul of new things to try. But in love with all their jackets, sweatshirts, tops, and most importantly LEGGINGS!!!!!! I am a runner and run about 6 days a week and these leggings do not disappoint!!!! Will buy again and again and again.

To tight and to revealing most the FLARED ones. I think you should break up with the girl to spare her from your trust issues. She probably just dress as she likes, and your insecurity is going to hurt the relationship at some point. Let her go now. Then find a therapist, and with some help try to figure out where your trust issues comes from and why they might relate to how another person chooses to dress; and make a plan for getting better before you get another girlfriend.

Every time I order from this app, the quality of the clothing that I get is very good. I get nice comfy, stretchy jeans that are perfect for work. I can actually move around in them however, everything takes absolutely forever to actually be delivered. That is my only problem is that the delivery time is way too long.

This far I’ve bought at least 30 products from here and they are awesome. The fit is great the fabrics are wonderful and the quality of their product is worth the price.

I ordered through the Halara app 10 days ago and still nothing came. They dont tell you what's the timefame for your delivery when you order. My Shein order came sooner considering it came all the way from China. So disappointed. I wish you'd tell us how long we could get the item before we order it. I wish that when it comes, its as expected. Otherwise, never again!

So I got the app because i like their clothes obviously! Buttttt I wanna know why they need full access to my photos to be able to refer a friend? Which says *” access to photos associated metadata, such as location and depth information. “ what do you need that for? I won’t be referring anyone to this app. Plus the app has so many problems with loading anything!

I know I can turn these off, but I like to know when my stuff ships and when they’re having sales. That being said, I get TONS of notifications every day. It’s excessive. Love the app and products otherwise! ❤️

I received my first order so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. The items I got were beautiful. The fit perfect. I just ordered two more items. Keep up the good work and I will keep ordering 😉

The 3 pair shorts I ordered on June 16th, have still not arrived. Originally my order stated my package would be here on June 25. Now there is no date or estimated delivery date. Extremely disappointed. No customer service reply to my emails or calls. Will not purchase from Halara in the future. And I will not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is horrible. I will have to go buy other items the this holiday weekend.
