I don’t know why they would completely change the app even though it was just fine before, it no longer has face id and it won’t let me sign in and makes me change the password anytime I want to use it and it’s a pain every single time, I cannot wait to switch banks
The new app is great. It is a lot more user friendly. However, you can no longer see pending transactions. I know many who use those pending transactions to help budget
Can’t use Face ID as every other time it locks you out and constantly wants you update the ID. System does not log you out, even though you get a response back that you were logged out. So, next time you go in it blocks you saying you haven’t logged out. Very frustrating!
I used to love the app. Since the last iOS update I have been unable to used the finger print scanner to get in and 9 out of ten time the app closes with an error message. I have tried to factory reset my phone and tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling the app with the same results.
This app is easy to use and navigate. All of your Horicon accounts in one place. I love the additional transfer abilities that are built in. Smooth registration process.
Frustrating. Not useful if it doesn’t let you log in
Forces me to change my password every other time I use the app. Then it locks me out of my own account when I try logging back j with my new password. Then it makes me jump through hoops to reset the password that it just forced me to change a minute before?! Not worth the hassle.
By far the biggest problem is the frequent crashes, usually upon login. Also, there’s an unnecessary “internet connection active” notification that sometimes pops up multiple times in the same session. I would love to see these issues fixed.
Switched to Horicon Bank after they bought out MSB and I have to say this app is terrible. It works only a fraction of the time and when it does work it’s extremely slow. MSB has an app that at least worked.
