I have used the I&M web sight on all my devices and have been pleased. I was notified today of the app version and downloaded it to my phone. The problem I have with it vs. the web site version, is that you cannot not use it to see power outages other than your own. I may be missing something, but I can’t find anything. I have other properties that are of interest other than the one that is registered with this app. I will continue using the web site which I think is outstanding.
Last week we had power outages throughout Indiana. We lost power for 15 hrs and appreciated the very hard work of the crew. However, the app was of no use to us. Kept getting window saying Oops something went wrong. Try later or dismiss. Couldn’t get info where outages were so I had to rely on my brother who had power to check how long power would be out and estimates on having power back. Today I tried and finally gave up trying to pay my bill while on the road. Will have to wait till I get home to pay it on my laptop which will be in few days. Ugh!! Fix it please.
I’ve always pay my bill thru the app. But lately I’ve been try to access the app to review or pay my bill, but every time I try to login, it keeps saying, “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later” or something like that! Annoying! PLEASE fix this issue! Thanks.
This app has more issues than a crackhead without their fix. Constantly saying “oops! Something went wrong on our end, please try again.” I can almost never get into my account or even report an outage without that message popping up. Very very frustrating especially when the power goes out when it’s below freezing outside.
I’ve used my app to pay my bill for quite a few months now with no problems until recently. I haven’t been able to even open the app in December and January. Need help please.
The app worked well for the first couple weeks. I only intended to use it for bill amount and info on any outage that might occur at the house. It worked great for that. But now when I open the app, it just says that the network connection is lost. The phone is connected to the internet just fine. This renders the app useless.
For some reason while I’m on WiFi it won’t log in because it says “connection failed” no internet connection?? I just got done with other stuff on WiFi, why doesn’t this app work on WiFi??? Fix this problem asap!!
I can never login with your app. I have to go to the computer website and login to make a payment or see my bill. App always says unable to login please call us or improper login try again. Very frustrating
I’ve used this app for awhile now. At first worked ok. Now I can’t log in at all. For the last few (3-4) months I get “Ooops something went wrong on our end, please try again” I have uninstalled and reinstalled still same thing. Can you fix your app please?
I log in to the website regularly. Used the same credentials on this app, only to receive “looks like you’re having trouble” error messages. Waste of time. Deleting. Zero stars.
Tried to pay my bill through the app. Apparently payment didn't go through. I was disconnected and charged a fee for reconnection due to this app's failure. Never had any problems on AEP's website.
I’m not sure if it’s just me but every time I use this app I login with the credentials that are the right ones and I always get a screen that says oops something went wrong on our end!!! Fix it
This app worked great until recently, I can no longer sign in. The error I’m getting is “Sorry, something happened on our end. Please try again later.”
doesn't help me see what my real time energy usage is how is that helpful you install smart meters in everybody's house. Will not allow us to be able to have access to the data.just you as the energy company making the money. I'm also making money working and I need to be able to see what my real time data is also to be efficient too. This app is only optimize around paying the bill and seeing how much is due
