It’s a shame there are so many glitches with thus app. They have great room/framing options to choose from, but it frequently does not allow me to upload my paintings. It freezes often and the last month when I try to save the photo to my pictures it doesn’t save. I’ve reached out to customer service and they always respond quickly. However, the same thing keeps happening. So after 5 months of this I just unsubscribed.
I have been doing wall mock ups on my computer and having to search and search for rooms that I like. This app makes it so easy and the rooms are fabulous! I am very picky about what my rooms look like and I am thrilled with the ones in this app! I love that you can change wall color and frame colors! There are so many frame options to choose from! I have not run into any glitches yet. This app definitely makes it easier to show what I want my clients to buy, which is physical prints. I am seriously excited to have found this app!
I just cannot figure out how to use this app. I successfully uploaded an image but I’m not able to do much more than that, for instance to remove the image I uploaded, or do any changes to the image itself like cropping (which I’d expect to be a feature).
This app is the simplest of all the apps I’ve used. It has three free rooms but very simple and at least one appropriate for large, for medium and for a small artwork. It literally takes less than a minute to get it done and it’s got nice frame options too.
I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s super easy to use. The interface is super simple and there are lots of beautiful rooms to choose from. What would make it better? I would like to see which rooms are free and which are premium. Right now you don’t know until you tap the room. I would like to put more than one painting into the room. Right now you can only hang one painting. I would like to have the option of framing a painting and then putting a shadow behind it. Right now it’s one or the other. But all in all for the ease of use this does it!!
Although I paid for a subscription it’s constantly not allowing me to access the premium rooms. I got it resolved and then it just does the same thing. Following the instructions of clicking restore purchases doesn’t work and I waste unnecessary time reaching out to support to get it resolved. Meanwhile I’ve been paying for service I don’t get. Not happy! It’s a beautiful app when it works.
Five Stars for this app! I enjoy all the options of rooms, frames, sizing and ease of use. It really helps my Fanbase to envision what the artwork looks like in a room.
Very nice rooms but too bad non of the options for color, brightness etc actually work. And everytime I got to mockups it closes me out the app. Wont pay for this again next month
The room settings are beautiful, although I wish there were more diverse choices for small paintings. Still very nice. The problem, and it’s a major problem, is that the app is so glitchy. A bad experience every single time!
Am subscribed and love the variety of art rooms available. I gave 4 star because as a subscriber I expect HD image quality once saved — image is disappointingly blurred. However, great app!
I was loving this app! I’ve recommended it to many of my friends. But then it suddenly stopped recognizing my subscription and only gives me access to free rooms. I’ve attempted to contact them twice with no response. I’m ready to cancel my subscription and spread the word.
Has great rooms, but the app glitches a lot and makes your upload pixelated. Now I got a new mobile phone and it doesn’t recognize my subscription. Reached out to developers with no answer.
This app has beautiful room to showcase artwork. So I payed the full year subscription fee. And boy am I disappointed, I can only access half the rooms because the app shuts down. Errrr!!
So I used the free version to check it out and like what I see but after reading all these reviews it’s got me second guessing getting a subscription. How can I guarantee all these bugs have been worked out?
When this app works it’s fabulous. But it often doesn’t work. The tech support just wasted my time talking to me in circles and not solving the problems.
I loved this app until I got a new phone. I subscribed on my old phone for a year’s worth of premium access. On my new phone, I can’t access the premium rooms. There’s no customer service for help.
Paid the app to unlock all rooms. It all Worked a couple of days, then all rooms but three free ones were locked again! Sent an email to the company asking help.. NO REPLY! Don’t waste your money!
Seldom do I come across an app that is so problematic to use. I’m signed in but have to sign in again and again and again and each time go through the verification process with a different code each time ... copy the code from a text and have to reenter my phone again and then get a different code ... over and over again. Oh the youtube “instructional” video insitu directed me to is a joke - it assumes I know how to use insitu. Zero stars if I can - Going elsewhere ... And now I can’t send my review .
