Had the opportunity to help a friend send money to family in Honduras recently. The transaction went very smoothly - process was quick and easy. The name I registered with was slightly (Randy/Randall) different than the name on my credit card. As such, I was asked to call the company. A representative answered the phone on the 1st ring (at 11:00 pm pacific) spoke English and quickly/ professionally confirmed necessary information. Overall - a very good experience. I look forward to using again.
Every time I try to use the app it doesn’t let me change the number for the amount I want to send, the first time I thought that it was going to ask me for the amount later into the transaction but when I tried to pay it kept saying that I was sending on $1, I contacted customer service, they told me to logout and then log back in, that didn’t work, then they told to turn my phone off for a few minutes and turn it back on and then try using the app again and still it didn’t work, this is my fourth time trying to use this app hoping they fixed the issue but the haven’t.

there is a glitch in the system that will not allow me to enter my address therefore not allowing me to create an account so i cannot send money i’ve called customer service twice and after 20+ minutes they can’t fix it and just hang u on me it is time consuming and useless and a waste of time try western union or a legit site this has too many bugs in its system!!!!!
I couldn’t even register I try for two days register and it keep saying error occurred try again later and I try again and keep saying the same thing over and over I try on the app and on the website I contact someone on the chat the first time she say try on the website with wifi I I did same thing I contacted again oh try on the app with data same thing I contact again oh we have an updated on our system try again later never work so costumer service fail I try next day same thing contact someone she tell me the same thing and didn’t work still doesn’t work and the bad thing is costumer service doesn’t even know how to fixed very disappointed
When you send money if for any reason the money can’t be sent they withhold your money you the time they want and leave you with no money to be sent in times of urgency...
They are very unreliable, customer service is awful. And they take forever for a refund!! My advice is take away from them!!! And don’t bother using them.
Después que llenas todos los datos correctos, sale anulación de envío, llamas los agentes te tratan súper mal y además te dicen que envías a un país distinto al tuyo no era mi caso, que la cuenta estaba errada tampoco es así pésimos servicio
Hice dos envios y me robaron el dinero te mandan al banco a reclamar cuando ellos son los responsables. Se escudan en el otro lado de la linea y no dan respuesta alguna …..gente literal no la descarguen son unos RATEROS!!!!
Mi esposo realizó un envío de 600 dls y por falla del sistema de esta aplicación seguimos sin recuperar el dinero y ya llevamos casi el mes entre vueltas al banco y llamadas a esta aplicación y nada tengan cuidado porque si es culpa de ellos no te resuelven nada solo culpan al banco cuando fueron los de la app los q cobraron el dinero en la cuenta
Al iniciar la aplicación me aparece que el tipo de cambio es de 16.94 pero al finalizar me aparece otro tipo de cambio que es menor por lo cual tengo que modificar el monto es algo molesto ya que engañan al cliente con tal de que usemos la aplicación tienen buenas promociones y manejan un buen tipo de cambio pero el cobro por envío es demasiado comparado con otras aplicaciones como por ejemplo Xoom o Remitly..
Esta aplicación es un fraude .. les llamas para decir que su aplicación está mañ u no resuelven nada están cobrando mucho dinero por el servicio aparte el cambio es bajo … mal m
Últimamente tiene muy mal servicio, la aplicación no me da la opción de entrega inmediata. Los últimos 3 envíos me fueron cancelados por su programa y pólizas, según por exceder un límite de envío. NO LA RECOMIENDO
Envíe un dinero y por un fallo del chip del documento personal de la persona al cual se lo envié no pudo retirar el dinero y entonces cancelé y tienen un mes diciéndome que entre hoy mañana me van hacer el reembolso del dinero y de último lo que me dijieron que hablara con mi banco y que los pusiera como un fraude pésima compañía de envíos tengan cuidado al utilizarla les recomiendo mejor envíos.com o Remitly
Tengan mucho cuidado cuando ustedes deseen cancelar o cambiar de nombre del destinatario les dirán ke si primero tardan como una semana en segun regresar su dinero. Después 15 días y luego se la llevan por meses piden. Su estado de banco e historial. Le dan mil vueltas. Para de último quedarse con su dinero e ignorarlos
