I’ve been using this app for several years now with my business. I’ve had issues with it, but it could be user error. I’ve gotten used to it. I’ve made it work in my favor became a good tool for my business. I have had issues emailing customers and they have not received my quote and I would have to send them via text message which I didn’t like that, but I do give them a five star rating I like to marinate to make things better or worse, but it’s been a good choice for my business. estimator app is a good choice for a small business. I’ve looked into the other estimator apps and they just seem too confusing. Too many options. Thank you and have a great day.
Loved this app for my small business until I was locked out today. My subscription expired today but I thought it was suppose to renew automatically. I made sure my payment methods were updated weeks ago. When I couldn’t access my data I immediately purchased a new subscription and receive a receipt via email but still no access to my account nor my two years worth of very important records contained in the app. Tried to find a phone number to no avail. I found their email and have requested an explanation and a resolution but haven’t heard back. I’ll update my rating to 5 stars if I can gain access to my files but if I can’t it’s going to be a 1 star rating. I will say there are some improvements that could be made to the app such as a way to back up the data contained in it as well as providing a phone number to call or at least an immediate email response indicating they’ve received an email from someone who needs immediate answers. If someone from SVG Apps reads this can you kindly reach out or provide a way I can work with someone to resolve this situation please? Thank you
I run a small daycare out of my home and for tax reasons several of my parents ask for weekly invoices. I tried a few other apps during the month free trials but for one reason or another they just didn’t fit my style or personality. Ready to give up and just generate my own I figured I’d try one more time. Thank goodness I did bc this app was and still is perfect in every little way. It is so quick and easy to generate the few invoices needed and text them on over to my parents. And it makes keeping up w payments easy so I do invoices for every parent and just hit save instead of send.
So far so good, I have a small business and have tried several apps before and none of which allowed me to customize my paperwork the way I needed, I ended up just buying carbon copy generic invoices until I found this app. It allows me to set things up to fit my needs, email, text, or print all from my tablet. This makes things easier to track and to send to my client and looks far more professional. Love the app and would highly recommend to other small business out there.
This is a great app. I love it. The price is right and it does all I need it to. There is only one thing I wish this app had, options. If this app had a way to take one estimate with 10 items on it and turn it in to 5 different options without having to start over..... yeah that would be great. This way I could subtract one or two items from the estimate or even add items. I wouldn’t even mind paying more for this option to give options. Great for small businesses getting started and don’t have a backer or a ton of money to get up and running.
I downloaded this app last year and I payed the subscription for a whole year and everything went fine. Last week they took the money from my bank account for the subscription renewal and now they don’t let me use it. I deleted the app and downloaded again and I lost all the information I had and all my clients informations. Very bad experience 👎🏻
I really love how easy this has made creating invoices for my customers. However, modifications and searching are lacking. Tax options confusing and incomplete. My state taxes shipping costs and this is not an option. It would also be helpful to filter invoices by methods of payment and products. This app was a great option when I was starting out, but as my commissions have gotten more specific and varied, I may need to switch to something more adaptable.
I just started using the app and like what I’ve seen so far. The app really has a great deal of potential and I truly hope to see new features added soon. The REPORTS function could be much more flexible with regards to filters and such. I would also love a few more options when recording payments (Venmo, ZELLE, etc.). These are (I feel) small changes that can go a long way towards making this app better. Still, a very good app with a reasonable annual fee.
Hi there developers, I had written you in the past about getting this app an another device, and you responded quickly, thank you for that. My phone broke today and I only had the app on there and therefore I lost all my customers information, so I would like tone know if I can get the app on my table and if so will I be able to recover all the information I had there? This would be the second month that I have this subscription and I’m only able to send my estimates to one email that will actually receive them everybody else I try to message it to share it with emailed it anyway possible if it’s not going through but I’m able to send messages to everybody else through email messenger messages without a problem except when I go to send estimates which at the end of the day is costing me money not having the customer received the estimate that they asked for so if it keeps up like this I definitely will not be doing the yearly subscription
We have been using this app for about 4 years now & I highly recommend it for small businesses it is very easy to use . And keeps track of all of our products, pricing and existing customers past and present. Yes we are a real company this is not a bot review lol . We are located in Toledo,Ohio . I figured I’d leave a review since this app has help me grow my company to what it is today !
So far so good. I’m just getting started though. I’m considering this app to replace my current invoice app since I really don’t sync with quickbooks anymore and am encouraging customers to use other than bank card payment systems. The only thing I will miss is this app doesn’t alert me when an invoice is opened an read.
In my opinion the app is very handy. I have asked them to add a clients phone to the estimate and invoice. For some reason they aren’t doing it. It would be very handy for someone like me that does business on the road and to access a clients phone i have to go back into the client list instead of just looking at the estimate or invoice. Please please please add the clients phone number. Then it would be 5 stars for sure. 3 stars right now because i have asked a number of times to add this
SVG Invoice and Estimate Maker is a great concept, and for the most part is a very good system for small business applications. However a couple of glitches have scuttled my faith in this software. The telephone number window never shows up when entered so I have to enter it under an additional window. Also when I went to back up my data it completely wiped out everything all my Client List and Invoice List. And most egregiously I have tried repeatedly to contact customer support without any success. I probably will not renew my membership.
The app is good to say the least but I have a couple of issues, you can only use the app on one device and I’ve emailed support a few times to see if there was a solution to that and they never responded. Still waiting
I’m very happy with this app, it has helped me so much with my business. I really like the layout of my estimates and am confident that my clients are going to like the way it looks. I do however wish I could add photos to my estimates but I’m still happy leaving 5 Stars .
The app creates good quality invoices but I wonder why it’s requesting for subscription and I’m already a subscriber for quite a long time and there’s no link to access support. If this error can be fixed; it’s a nice app to have and I recommend it.
I got this after paying 200 a month for years using QuickBooks. Also the only way I could cancel QB was by canceling my cards. It was way to hard. I will review this again after using it longer.
Starting up my own company and this was one of many hurdles I did not anticipate. This just saved me so much time and tracking things down. Definitely paying for the full package
The app is great! I’d give it the 5 stars but I just don’t see why you have to save twice after marking an invoice as paid. Would love an option to swipe left or right to mark an invoice as paid.
Thank you, it a very easy to work with it, I have been happy with had it for about a year now. The only thing I see is when converting from estimate to invoice it keeps the estimate number as the invoice number and true me off, but over all great app
After some time in the settings making everything look good, I can write estimates on my iphone in minutes and have them uploaded to the iPads and IMacs in the office for the rest of the crews and office staff to see.
I purchased this app so that I can get an estimate to the customer quickly while on the road. It’s easy to set up and customize with the our companies logo. Nice app!
I really like this app only thing it should allow you to put in more than one phone number and email for your clients and should have a way you can track your material expenses and payroll with each invoice

I’ve been using this app for almost a year and it’s been great. However it recently stopped sending outbound email. I sent multiple support tickets and still no response.

Easy to use and professional look. You can add your logo, link it to an email, archive items. When you create an invoice always remains unpaid. No easy way to create paid folder.
Doesn't show due balance. Tried to follow steps provided by help and still doesn't work. Also doesn't save my invoices so I can review them even after being sent. Otherwise I really like this app. Just wish it was a bit more updated for the things I need it for.
I use this app for my lawn service. It’s easy to navigate and easy to set up regular billing services and accounts. I just wish I was able to share it on multiple devices.

This app doesn’t allow you to log into multiple devices under the same account. I’ve reached out via email to the developers regarding this issue multiple times with no response back. Extremely disappointed. I definitely would not recommend this app!
We were very excited for this app, but yesterday we have lost all our past estimated clients, and we don’t get it why don’t save correctly under each clients, we are waiting for their response regarding our issues, so far is good, and easy app to use it, but I would make sure to email it too the same time, because you may lose all your past estimated clients
Everything is great in the app and the price for premium is awesome! The only thing I don’t like is the it doesn’t notify you if the email was sent, nor does it tell you whether the customer read your email. Anyway we can add that option?
I bought the monthly subscription to use for my business. Went to email a customer and they said they never received it. So I tested it and tried to email it to one of my other emails I have. The email was never sent. No matter what I do, the emails won’t send. Thought it was a great app till I realized emails won’t send

It appears that customer information cannot be changed once it is interred into the database. Not acceptable. Unfortunately I am out the 20 bucks. But that is all you will get. In case I am wrong, I will keep the app on my iPad and someone shows a way to edit a customers data.
I love how you can save similar projects so you know what to charge for other similar projects. Looks professional for client. Easy to create and send estimates and invoices.
Do not use this app. Your invoices are not stored anywhere but on your phone so if you happen to have a manufacturing defect in your phone and can no longer access the invoices then you lose everything. Biggest pain I’ve ever been through in my life for my company. Never again.
