This is nice.

This is a very clean setup and superior way to offer games. I feel safer buying a ticket here than I do at a gas station. Also sometimes I don’t follow the jackpots but will see one of the games of the news after dark how large the pot has grown. I can simply open the app and see every game in my state available. Not jump in my car at night and drive to a gas station. Those days are over for me. I also like that I can set a 10$ or whatever limit a week for myself. Although I would like to hear more news about people who have won using this system. And also more explanation of what would happen if we won. Does the money stay on this account or immediately transfer to the checking that it’s connected too. Either way. Love the app and it’s simplicity

Easy to use and very convenient

Saves a trip to store and can just buy anytime. Automatic pay of winnings up to 599 in Texas is another plus - so can keep winnings privately. They mail physical tickets for winnings from 600 onwards in Texas. Overall good and easy to use app. I gave 4 stars due to some hiccup I had with physical ticket shipping process. I continue to use the app, will change rating based on future experience. All the best!

Scammers

They say if you refer someone the person gets $10 (if they deposit $10) and you get $10 but it’s a scam. I contacted their support and they claimed they were escalating the issue but instead they closed the ticket. I had to report them to the BBB for false advertising. I worked for a startup that did slightly the same thing (customers claimed “up to” meant they were misled) and the company was sued by the DOJ. If you’re in the same position, and got lied to, report them. I don’t know if I should try Jackpocket instead or stick with the state lottery but you have to be careful with these companies. A lot of them lie. I assume the short term payoff is worth the long term consequences for them. Update I asked to close my account and they closed it despite having $6 worth of tickets that were upcoming. They didn’t tell me how to get access to them and once your account is closed you can’t view anything. Scam company. I reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection. I suggest others do the same.

Glitchy and unreliable app

I wrote an earlier review- see below. The “developer” replied and told me to email customer service and they would help me. I sent them actual screenshots that show that their app says I’m in Massachusetts. The email address replies (I think it’s a bot), “deactivate your VPN”. I don’t have a VPN! I’m on 5G in the Boston area of Massachusetts and their app even shows it in my screenshot! They lie when they say they will help you. They for. Have human beings for employees that can understand any issues. Don’t use this app it’s a scam. The app constantly doesn’t know where I am despite granting access to my location. I can sit in my living room and order a ticket one day and the next in the exact same seat it will say I’m in a different state. I don’t use a VPN. It also constantly glitches, freezes, or suddenly closes. It’s very unreliable.

Wow Jackpot is Nice

So Convenient So updated, I like the notifications for each draw and the notifications I get after a deposit and ticket confirmation lets me know everything went through I’m in my favorite games to winbig. Nice setup in the app ease of use like Jackpocket and Lotto all have pros like from my mobile device and desktop store is optional Thanks Jackpot Hopefully I come in and pick up my winning ticket and info lol I Believe I’ll Winbig on Jackpot 🤑💰what a Name !😂Con when can we play out of state games like NewYork New Jersey that would be nice. Only can play in your state. It’s 2024 I want to play in Multi State Games 😂

Where is my payout

so I’m not the type that usually leaves bad reviews but on this one I’m definitely the type. I won a Jackpot and requested a payout from that jackpot never received the payout I emailed like they said on the contact us page someone got back to me twice with the same exact message mind you that I won this jackpot almost 3 weeks ago and still no payout and no communication. The amount of late fees and overdraft fees that has accumulated on the account from them saying 72 hours is when your funds will be released is ridiculous. This is probably the worst experience that I’ve had with any kind of customer service so if you can avoid this app at all cost..

Love the Ease of Tickets From Home!

I absolutely love having the opportunity to purchase tickets for the lottery through this app from home. What makes it even better is the notifications. It gives you the little reminders you need when you get home for the day and you have forgotten to stop at the store. It couldn’t be any easier to get your toe in the game 😃

SCAM

This app is a scam I have emailed this company over 50 times about my payout. At first they say it will take 72 business hours for the payout. I have been waiting over 1 month for my payout. They have took my money and I never received my payout. When I email they never respond. They say it will take 24 hours for someone to get back with you which is a whole lie. At this point I am wanting to sue because they advertise this app like it is legit but it is not. They even told me my PayPal can’t be used because I never used it which is a lie because I use my PayPal all the time. They asked for my banking detail and still nothing.

Horrible customer service/scam???

I have used this app quite frequently and it has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! I have emailed NUMEROUS times in regards to receiving my money I apparently won and requested to withdrawal and after a while they told me they needed my bank information and then I suggested PayPal and they said I couldn’t receive it unless I had used PayPal in the past, so I made a payment with PayPal to fix the issue and have it sent there. After numerous emails over the course of two weeks still not a word back. I would definitely not recommend this app at all.

Please report this app

People who gave this any star besides 1 is because they haven’t won. When I got my two first winnings on this app I was happy , but then my disappointment came when I try to withdraw my winnings I was told that my withdrawal was rejected. They send an email talking about verification that I can send my drivers license ID and a bank statement to prove who I was. My question is when drawing money from that persons bank all of these things should have been verified before hand right? This app is a scam and nobody will ever get any money from it.

Excellent Trustworthy Service!

I’ve been playing on this app for about two months. I’ve won two larger prizes. One that was deposited straight into my players account and another that needed to be delivered to my house. Very pleased with the ease and communication. So much easier than going to the gas station!

Getting Started

Download the app. because the on-line version has location confirmation issues. Once you download the app. you follow the prompts in setting up an account, deposit money from a Debit card, pick your numbers and your done. It’s super easy.

I’m so glad we have a app to purchase tickets. No more standing in line! I am also so glad to know when i forget to get tickets I can now pull out my phone and purchase my tickets from the comfort of my home. Thanks for making my life easy.

Overall the app is good. Just fees are high.

I really love the convenience of being able to use the app to purchase tickets without having to run up to the convenience store to do so. And if you win, they will put the money in your account. I won a small amount on one jackpot, and the money was immediately there. Plus I got a text and an email letting me know. But there is a cost that comes with that convenience, and that is 20% of all the money that you add to your account gets charged to you as a fee. Of course, nothing in this world is free, so it’s not surprising that they charge a fee, I’m just surprised by the amount.

Worst app I’ve ever seen

I try and register for the app and it tells me that I don’t know my own age and has to scan my license. I tried to scan my license for almost 15 straight minutes and it does nothing but sit at a blank screen. I go back and put my information in again and it still says that it can’t verify my age EVEN THOUGH I PUT IN MY BIRTHDAY! It’s seems like AI isn’t going to take over the world anytime soon when it can’t get me being born in 1999 and still thinking I’m to young. Worst app I’ve ever seen in a long time!

Easy and convenient

I’m happy with this app (especially as someone who hates waiting in line). It’s easy to set up and use. And they are helpful with issues that happen (great customer service). Highly recommend!

Not trustworthy

I purchased $20 worth of tickets right after I download it. One of the tickets won $4. not much which I am now very happy about. I was told when I reached out to support that the first win is not paid out. $4Isn’t much, but what if it had been $500 or $5,000,000? support would not explain within a couple of days the $4 balance dropped down to $2.

Won’t let me create an account

I have entered my first middle, and last name, date of birth, and state of residency… I get a message that they were unable to identify me that way, so that I need to scan my license. I proceeded to scan my license and a rejects it every time and sends me back to the previous screen and deletes my middle name as it appears on my license. I went back to the application and tried to notify the application creator, but that takes me nowhere! I’m really disgusted and frustrated

Very convenient

Life is very busy, and going out of my way to just play the lottery seems a mission impossible. Being able to my number during my breaks from my chair or comfort of my home is a great time saver for me.

Apple Pay made it perfect

Now that lottery tickets can be bought with my Apple Cash on Apple Pay instead of using a debit card, the app could not be better. No more waiting in gas station lines, either.

App “can’t reach server”

Loaded $50 on my initial “account load” and made 1 ticket purchase…… Can no longer reach the server to make any other purchases. Tried via WiFi, over Cell and from multiple locations. Looks like I just lost my money without even being able to get tickets……disappointed Update: I ended up deleting the app and re-loading it. Appears that has fixed the issue.

Scammers

Won some money submitted it for payout it states it rejected so I would assume the money would return back to the jackpot account however I have not received anything. I didn’t receive notification that it rejected and I have contacted customer service for a month straight and no one has responded back I will be filing a formal complaint against the company this is ridiculous and they are scamming people out of their winnings.

Save your time - just don’t use it

This app is garbage. Constant issues. Support is awful. Whoever the chump posting replies - save yourself the time. I email your incompetent support team regularly, only to have this piece of literal garbage fail time and time again. It’s time to report you people to the Texas lottery along with all the countless emails of issues I’ve had with your app - and the abysmal attempts to “resolve” said issues.

Taking a small cut?

After downloading the app, it tells you that it charges a “small” fee every time you add money to your account. This small fee is actually 20%! So for example, I wanted to deposit $50 into my account, but it costs me $60 because they’re taking their small 20% fee. Other lottery apps only charging half that fee.

Information Bucket!

First they ask for all your information: NAME; Address; Phone Number; Email Address; Birthdate. Then they say sorry but they can’t sell you any tickets because you don’t live in one of the two or tree states they’re allowed to sell in. Shouldn’t they’ve explained that before acquiring all your information first? Extremely Rude!!

Starting to believe the others in the reviews about the payouts situations. I did everything I was supposed to do to be verified on my end. It’s been two weeks no payout or communication about payment. I only requested 3 bucks to payout for a test run. I looked today and it says failed. This app is a scam and I wouldn’t use. Beware!

No payout.

I won money on Jackpot and have been waiting for my payout now for 2 weeks. This is absolutely absurd. It was quick taking my money to make the bet but now when I’m owed money I get nothing. And the bot responses are nonsense. I use the app Jackpocket and when I won big I had my money in 3 days no matter what. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone, use Jackpocket!!!!
