This app makes it so much easier to locate the Jitney especially when it's cold or raining, I can stay in my house and walk to the stop just before it gets here. Not to mention I know longer have to wait at the Jitney stop when it is late at night and I feel unsafe.
So easy to use and much more convenient than having to constantly pay in cash, also the tracking feature is perfect for bad weather, prevents from standing out in the rain.
It lets me know when I can catch the next one, I feel like it’s a little inaccurate. I thought the next jitney was 15 min away but it came as soon as I got out my house. Maybe all the jitneys aren’t connected? I’d like a feature where it would tell us if it’s full or not too.
I can pay for my rides ahead of time and not fuss over it with the kids and beach gear in tow. Also helps when you’re wondering when the next Jitney will arrive. Thank God
This App is not reliable at all. It does not show the Jitney locations very well. Last night it did not show a Jitney in route but there were many available. ???
Y’all removed the Cape May routes and now I can’t use the app! No way of knowing when the jitney is coming, and the city and even the jitneys keep advertising how great the app is. Disappointing
There are three blank fields when I try to create an account, but they are not labeled. Assumed user, password, confirm password but that is not working.
Just added the app for Cape May this summer. No CM routes posted. Looks like most recent update update eliminated the route (August 2021). Hope this gets fixed. Don’t forget us!
The Cape May Jitney says to use this app, but it doesn’t show the Cape May routes at all. Super confusing. I wish I didn’t have to create an account to figure out this app was useless.
Using the app costs $3.25 per ride, cash fare is $2.25 per ride. If the Jitney Association wants people to continue to use the app, this isn’t the way.
On an iphone se ios13.3. Took 6 tries to sign up with email- was not giving me the Orange button after i hit the done button. Finally took and now cant get verification code! Have Done resend code 4c and nothing. So bummed as i cant wait to use it! Please fix!!
