Gone are the buy 3 get one free. Now you have two options. Unlimited ultimate washes for $39/month or unlimited advanced washes for $29/month. So unless you was your car more than 3 times a month, you loose. You also need to remember to pause it for winter.

I purchase the monthly Wash Club because I own a dog sitting business and my car tends to get dirty pretty often. I also have a three year-old grandson who thinks coming to the car wash absolutely the best thing ever! He never tires of it. The absolute best part for him however, is when we come they’re customer service is so unbelievably sweet and kind, that they’re willing to draw a smiley face on his window which he looks forward to every single time we come! Small little gestures like that make me a customer for life. Keep hitting the ball out of the park Kaady car wash!!!
I have been trying to contact support for a week now, I wanted to cancel my membership because I used it only 3 times last month. I asked them to cancel cause there is no option to on the app, and you CANNOT delete your card from it. So 2 days ago they "automatically" renewed my wash membership when I asked to cancel it and take my card off. Support will not and has not reached out to me. Great place to wash your car but whoever runs the app is a predatory scheme for consumers. Do not get the membership unless you wanna use it in the summer. And have your card stuck on the app forever
There is no way to cancel your membership. You contact them. Them don’t cancel it. They want your money. So if you want to cancel or change the date it comes out. You need to stop payment at the bank. They only care about screwing people over that want to use kaddy car wash. Even if you have been a loyal customer plan on stopping payments at your bank. This app needs so much work. Like deleting old accounts, deleting old cards, deleting old cars you no long have. And most of all. Staff that have some respect for customers!!!
I would give you no stars presently. I was notified by email that I need to update my payment details so I click that link and it takes me to a page that doesn’t show anything about changing your credit card number. Secondly, you got some idiotic game and once you click on the you cannot return back to home page. So now I still don’t know how to change my credit card.
When I joined they said “unlimited washing for only $39 per month” that would’ve been a good deal if I could’ve washed both my cars. they don’t make it clear That the deal is for one car only.
The app asks for so many unnecessary information and I am not certain if they can protect that information. And what’s with asking for credit card information on an app? Same security concerns exist for this. Otherwise, it’s an okay app with design from early 2000s.
You just lost a customer, the App is simply ridiculously bad, you tap "get stared" enter your phone number and nothing happens, there's no way for you to press "enter" or "done", meaning you can't register . I'm sure the company wanted to save money precisely where it shouldn't "acquire customers".
Washing service is great and well run. However there doesn’t seem to be away to pause or cancel the monthly membership which is not customer friendly. One has to call and the office may or may not be open to answer.
App seems ok. Only two subscription options exist. Cant use Apple Pay, which they do accept in person. Add Apple Pay option and ability to cancel and maybe you’ll get a better review and a customer.
Need to have a way to update information concerning payment options and there’s no way to cancel your monthly unlimited car washes. They just keep charging you!!!
For the past week or so the app will not load up the screen for the employee to be able to scan the QR code. It just locks up after the progress bar runs up to 100% and it just sits there doing nothing
Never make a membership with this car wash because they don’t have a phone number to call them I want to cancel my membership because my car got totaled but there is no way to contact them I send an email no answer
Declines credit cards for the wash club but allows you to use the same card at the kiosk to get a wash. $45 later I have 3 car washes and could have saved money
