I thought that I would be able to pay my bill easier using the app because for some reason the website says that my cookies are not enabled on my phone but they are big it still doesn’t work even after calling support. The issue I keep running into with the app is that I can not scroll down to submit my payment. I’ve contacted support by phone and email and have hit a brick wall each time. I’m more than willing to pay my bill, just make it easy for me, especially since I have to also pay an extra $2.13 for using a card each month.
Below is my original review detailing the scrolling issue, but I figured out that you can scroll down if you drag your finger all the way on the side of the screen, the right side worked for me. Since I figured that out (possibly was in an update pushed out) I was able to make my payment easily with the app, still 4 stars though because it was hard to figure out the scrolling bit. This app could be really easy and useful if it would actually work. Like many others have said, you cannot actually pay your bill with this because you get to 90% complete and cannot scroll down on the screen to hit the submit button! There's nothing worse than having a hard time paying your bill, especially after you get through all the hard parts and are almost done! PLEASE FIX THIS QUICKLY!!! 😡
I may be mistaken but I thought apps were supposed to work and this one... doesn’t. Entering information is ridiculous because your cursor is half a page down from where you are typing. And, as noted in previous reviews, you can’t scroll to pay your bill. Can’t scroll? I was looking for an easy way to pay my bill and instead got 3 months of frustration. I guess it’s time to call in my payment... 😒
Not sure about all the negative feedback. I had been using the site, which works well and is Heads and shoulders above other Kansas utility sites. I noticed they had an app and used it this time around to pay my bill. Had absolutely no issues with it at all. It worked like a charm. Quick and easy. I use an iPhone 7 running 11.4
It's a solid app that allows me to pay my bill but I wasted almost an hour on my IPhone trying to get it to scroll down. I read one of the previous reviews who talked about how to deal with the issue, but it shouldn't take a special trick to scroll to the bottom of a payment page. If that was fixed this app would be 5 star quality.
I tried several times, unsuccessfully to pay my bill. I would get to the submit payment screen and it wouldn’t scroll. After reading another review I found out the scroll area is on the far right side of the screen. Works fine as last by as you know this.
Each time I log in, as I’m typing in my user name and password, it crashes. I have to try several times to finally log in before finally getting signed in. Then, I see my account is an old one that is no longer active, and I can’t figure out how to change the service address to get to the right account. Neat!
The website doesn’t work correctly on my Apple so why then would the app? It used to work and I could pay from my phone but now neither work on my Apple. Please go back to the old website at least it worked.
The new update is fantastic! I'm really loving all the details I can now see like easily changing how I want to receive my bill. And the new graphs are more detailed!
After the last update I have not been able to pay my bill for two months. Open the app no data for usage and no way to pay bill. Try to contact them haven't heard anything back.
I went to the App Store as instructed, the KS Gas update is not among the list of updated apps! Couldn’t open something that’s not there! I even searched for it....C’mon please guys! I know you want your money and I want to pay it on time! What’s up??!!
This app is horrible. Can't even pay my bill with it! Help me to spend money with you! Fire whatever crackhead designed this app and hire a middle school kid to write you a functional app that lets your customers PAY you!
Once the card info is entered, I cannot continue past 90%, as I cannot scroll to the continue button with my browser or the KS gas app. I am using iPhone SE.
If it’s just using the website in an app frame, and doesn’t allow Touch ID logon integration, etc, it’s worthless. I can use he website with 1password with greater ease.
I love that companies are embarrassing the app culture. However, make sure that it works. I have attempted to login several times with this app and each time says it's down for maintenance. How long does it take to fix an app? It has said this for the past two months now. Please fix it.
Don’t waste your time, can’t add payment methods due to captcha not loading, can’t due much beside see you’re bill because trying to update or add information doesn’t work. Poor piss app
