Seems accurate and helps ease my mind

I really think you need to use your intuition as to who you go to and if you feel a connection for it to be really accurate also advisors with 5 star rating with lots of experience and reading there reviews first helps a lot.. they give sales too and you can message advisors freely to check in or give updates and see when they are online.. ive only connected with two advisors on here both good but the second Sam angel has had multiple predictions that came true good and bad. She doesn’t sugar coat and gives great advice and also has known plenty of things she couldn’t have known otherwise but has really helped me through hard times. I really feel your paying for your peace of mind which is priceless and also guidance to make decisions most in line with the outcome you want as well as information to either confirm your own intuition or learn things that would be hard to know otherwise. I really like this app I just feel it’s very advisor dependent and dependent on the attitude you approach it with. A good advisor doesn’t equal the most expensive one or one who swears they are always right. Just use your intuition on who your drawn too and read there reviews, bio, and star rating and that will help finding someone accurate you can trust to come back to if needed.

Great app BUT ONE ISSUE

I really enjoy the app. I feel that most of the psychics that I spoke with are spot on. However, I do have one issue. I noticed that most of these psychics (not all) will have you wait until your free 3 minute session is up before they will start your reading. I get a lot of this. As soon as I connect to the psychics, I would ask my question. And then, they would tell me to “hold on.” As soon as the paid session begins, they would return to answer my question. It was like they were waiting to get paid first before they decide to start the actual reading. I feel that the free 3 minutes should include the actual reading - NOT waiting for the psychics to get back to us. I understand that they may need some time to concentrate or speak with their spirit guides or pull out a tarot card - but it should not take them 3 minutes. I also understand that these psychics want to get paid but us clients want to see if the psychics are a good fit for us before we become paying customers/clients. Don’t get me wrong. I do not mind paying these psychics. However, we should not have to use up all our free minutes just for waiting. It would be great if we are actually giving their readings a try for free. In my opinion, I feel that if we have to wait 3 minutes for psychics to initiate an answer, we should be reimbursed 3 minutes of the paid session. I wish there’s a way for the time to freeze when the psychics are not typing. Other than that, I enjoy the app.

I’m satisfied

Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this app. I’ve had a few problems and they were supposed to credit my account which I don’t think ever happened, but for the most part I feel like this is really legit. There are some issues as far as typing and what not but the psychics on this app have been a saving grace for me. There has only been one psychic that I wasn’t happy with. I just met a new person in my life that *fingers crossed* things work out with. I did a little test and I spoke with four different psychics, they all told me very similar things. I really do believe what they are saying. A couple of months ago I spoke to a really good psychic who told me, by date, that my ex-boyfriend would contact me and he did. They are really good at putting your mind at ease no matter what the issue. They offer great advice. I will continue to use this app in the future, and no I am not a bot LOL I just read a review saying all of the five star reviews are bots. Not the case at all. If you are worried about anything in your life, this is the place to go.

Horrible customer service

Once you find good advisors stick with them. A lot of them are horrible and phony and will waste your time to get more money or stall. Quite a few will just say exactly what they said back to you. I requested a refund to use to connect with my actual advisors and they gave me 33% off after I wasted $30 on someone telling me the same thing I told them and not responding to me and the other basically not doing a reading. They don’t get involved in refunds or customer service unless it’s a technical or billing issue. So basically - they won’t give you a refund no matter what the result is - unless your phone crashes or the app crashes. Probably due to the amount of horrible psychics on here. BUT - the only plus I will say is there are some really good legit psychics. I highly recommend Master Enigma and Love World Emerald. Enigma is short and to the point, doesn’t waste your time or money especially when he’s connected with you before. Love World Emerald goes into great detail and is very calming and reassuring. Neither are just in it for the money because if they don’t have anything else to say they don’t try to stall. If you don’t have money to throw around I recommend Keen - they give fast customer service and they give you refunds if the reading was bad (within good reason of course).

DONT DO IT THIS APP RUINED MY LIFE

So since my review has been deleted a fourth time, I am going to tell my story again. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. One thing these app developers are good at is diluting their authentic 1 star reviews with paid fake 5 star reviews. I spent thousands of dollars - and I mean close to 15k - in a span of 2 years on this app with 6 or 7 "psychics" to be told the man I love is madly in love with me and "he will confess it all to me" "in the coming weeks/ next month" and this went on for two whole years until I couldnt take it anymore. Not one thing came true. The guy I love has just moved to another state with another woman but yet these "psychics" say not to worry and that he loves me, not her. They tell you what you want to hear to keep you on their page. They use psychology to feed off of your fear and emotions. This app was turning me into crazy person constantly depressed and paranoid and lack of sleep until I got a major reality check and realized the whole thing is a sham. Go to a licenced therapist do not give these scam artists a dime. I know a representative is going to reply on this review with a generic statement to show that they tried to help but THEY DONT ISSUE REFUNDS I have tried multiple times. I am so thankful I never linked my credit card to this site because they steal money out of peoples accounts. M

Scam scam scam

This business needs to be shutdown asap. They have random people (or bots! ) talking to users through a messenger while withdrawing large amounts of money from their credit cards (you have to submit a card, and during the conversation they keep charging the user a certain amount per minute). Fake profiles of “psychics” state that each one of them performed 10-20 thousands of 5 star rated readings in this app - thousands of amazing “reviews”. Like in a social network, there is a chat option with all these “psychics” who copy paste some generic messages in the chat while the user’s money is being taken from their card. Obviously, these people (if there are actual humans on the other side), very typically for con artists, don’t see customer’s present or past - they are just “future tellers” who throw meaningless ambiguous phrases commenting on someone’s future. They say things like “let me check on your connection with your loved one”, “I see that there is certain energy that is blocking you” “things will settle down” “don’t worry” etc This business makes money off people’s vulnerabilities and emotional pain, connected to their love lives, particularly women who keep hopes that their dreams about love and relationships will come true. What a disgrace. Shame on them.

Accuracy on point

Was able to continue to assist me with an ongoing battle of negativity at work! He had pre seen me turning more for spiritual 2 weeks ago and now i know why!! last week was horrible energy and i have now been trying to meditate to block a ll negative vibes and stay focus at work.. getting better. appreciate his concern and positive healing prayers for me! helping! Don’t waste your money!

I have had years of experience going to readers and am psychic myself. I have one thing to say - do NOT download this app! There are ones that are so much better. Many readers on this app are foreign and speak broken English, so half the time you’re trying to decipher what they’re trying to tell you plus they type slow and with many typos. They wait to start helping you after the free 3 minutes is up and even then, they take their time and drag out the reading. Very frustrating and just wrong! Some of them are also very rude and harsh (David James, Truth and Light) not to mention inaccurate! They brought me to tears only to learn a few days later that things did turn around with my POI, the opposite of what they told me. Their customer service is horrible, you can only email them. Keen (Eli Casey, Chelli and Queen of Cups18) and Psychic Text (you pay $3.99 for one question and a lot of readers are good) are the best I’ve found. California Psychics is expensive but if you use them, go to Kinter, Elijah or Caroline. Bottom line - use your own intuition as a filter. If something doesn’t resonate with you, you are right and the reader is off. Took me years to learn this.

It’s all a scam

All the psychics I speak to best around the bush to keep me in chat and even speak to me about crap I never asked for and they ALWAYS have more to say or have to do something that will only take a literal minute. I’m assuming that from the time you give them your date of birth they find a horoscope or script for your zodiac sign and read from that. The details they give you are so vague that you have to keep asking for the answers you actually want and can’t forget to mention, the terrible response time. I spoke with one who said they needed 2 minutes to “connect” with me but that was coming out of my free session. Also the testimonials they have could literally be written by themselves or a friend they have to make it seem believable. Even one of the psychics were telling me I shouldn’t really believe anyone because “you don’t even know if some of these readers know what they’re talking about in the first place”. And I agree with her. I knew what I was getting into when I downloaded this app and I just wanted to confirm the bs I thought it would be and I gotta say I was right and I don’t recommend this app to anyone it’s a waste of money. Looks like anyone can be a psychic if you can do the hinge listed above.

I’ve got to talk to a handful of psychics, some genuine and are a bit spot on some have no clue. The readings are very inconsistent, one will say one thing and the next will say another. It’s definitely a good way to take advantage of people who are looking for some answers during a very difficult time. You find yourself looking for answers with others because of the inconsistent readings. The psychics on this app are unique, a couple good ones I worked with. They were very honest but after the initial reading you never truly get clarity. You’re left in this state where you tend to go back because they will message you with updates but truly it’s only a good way to make money. I deleted the app and asked to close the account, this will be the second attempt. They always message you saying you shouldn’t because of your readings but you have to be firm. In my opinion, I’ll leave it to faith. If it’s meant to be it will be, can’t keeping running in circles trying to find answers that don’t even exist.

All Fake...disappointed- can i give 0 star

All the psychics out there are fake and just trying to make money out of your misery and your messed up head. They know how to mould their words and keep you engaged, but all they are saying has nothing to do with your future or anything in your life. It is all just made up stuff they keep saying to get you engaged for few minutes and make money out of it. None of the things they told me have come true, don’t waste money here- all time frames just keep being next month and next month never ever happens apparently; it is all waste and fake. I have literally lost all my faith in horoscopes and stars and planets and all now. Update: most horrible app ever; played with my mind and all the psychics just speak utter nonsense. Gave me hopes for something n kept telling me the same thing and making me crazy till the point when i realized that i need to get out of these crazy mind games. Shame on you all to play with people’s emotions so badly. Stop giving ppl fake hopes and shattering them over n over.

This app is terrible

So when I had kasamba I was looking for someone cause I found my boyfriend cheating on me...I thought this app would have free kasamba psyches but instead it had over priced people and I have been reading reviews and it turns out they are horrible I believe that no one should Download this horrible app... there prices are to over price this app is the worse...I know kasamba might help but I will not waste over 20$ just for somebody to say something when I can search up on google I am sorry if you are reading this review and wasting your breath trying to read but I am speaking the truth I am 23 and I just wanna say I would rather waste money and go to Vegas then spend it on some over priced stuff and especially whats going on in the world right with the coronavirus going around...I understand but why not make it at least 15$ or something cause we have no time spending over 20$ just for somebody to tell us something we can search up in google thank you for reading......

Please please do not take any money from me!

I accidentally downloaded your app instead of the one below it and about four minutes later saw what had happened and I deleted it off my phone. Within those short four minutes I was charged by PayPal three dollars. The app is off my phone and it was never used! I read all of your feedback’s from people who you abused and took advantage of. I am on social security disability and I do not want to be taken advantage of just because I accidentally hit the wrong button and it took me less than five minutes to figure it out. I will go through PayPal to get back any monies that you took from me you scamming scheming lowlife people who rob people from their hard earned money people who are just trying to get by. Do not try to pull a fast one on me because I didn’t even have your app long enough to even look at it I had it accidentally five minutes later it was deleted. Shame on you! You’ll get yours when you meet your maker

Just bad like expected

I didn’t think that it would a good app even from the start . Like in the adds , it would say “Oh it fixed my relationship or blahhh” but like any relationship or personal counselor of sorts would say that a app like this is incredibly unlikely to fix your deep scars (in relationships) maybe personal stuff involving just you will work ) But they (the counselor or physics ) will only head your part of the story so the solution is probably going to be twisted in your favor , not just a balanced. Also I get how you need revenue to keep on going with the app , but shouldn’t adds just say the cost of a session instead of wasting other people times too . And also it seems that the developers of this app think how it’s bad and want to cover any bad stuff about it since they keep on say to Anyone with bad reviews on them not to post any details about the stuff and to email them . Well that’s my thoughts lol .

Waste of money

There are so many psychic options that are more affordable than most do the advisors on here, over 20$ per minute? usually i do not leave reviews but i just spend a significant amount of money to be told one or two things that i already knew and they were just generalizing my situation. how is anyone supposed to receive help when you spend so much for just a few minutes to get one sentence answer from them or they make small talk in the first three minutes? i cannot see if i fit with my advisor when they are not focusing on me. I feel bad for downloading and more so that it lures vulnerable people struggling who will give all the money in the world for understanding what they’re going through Do NOT download this app if you are struggling because everyone will give you a different answer and take forever to answer!

Scam of an app

They are all very inaccurate and make things up to continue to keep you engaged. All the app for is to run you of your money. They would tell me things thinkin they where accurate I would play along to see if they would continue it and they would. Not only that but for my first reading I was supposed to have 70% off if I spent more then 50. The psychic I talked to was only charging less then a dollar per minute as well as the first 3 minutes for free. That never happened I was charged the full amount and after the factor of talking to her her rate per minute said $6 on my receipt. On top of that all I received was a 30 dollar discount and whole total was 138 for 20 minutes . That is not even %50 percent off, the price per minute is not accurate and I did not get my first 3 minutes free. Do not download this app.

Terrible. I had a psychic who harrassed me and told me I was cheap a c horrible person because I gave him a bad review. He even said he cursed me for the rest of my life that I would be unhappy and never find love . Who says that to someone? Avoid insights of Mukesh. I wish I can post the nasty messages this man sent to me. When I contact customer support, all they told me that is that they will contact security. Nothing was done and no refund. I decided to delete the app. I would never use this app ever again. This app is a scam. Update : After multiple bad reviews on many sites, mgt has contacted me provided me a credit to a future reading instead of just refunding me. This psychic shouldn't be on site. He's still allowed to give future readings. There's no way this man is a real psychic considerating all the negative things he has said to me all because I said his reading is vague. Avoid this app at all cost.

I am a new user to this horrible app and don’t plan on using it ever again this whole thing is a scam let me tell you my story. One day I was curious about my future and this random ad popped us for an app called kasamba it said that there were many "psychics" who could do all sorts of things so me being curious I tried it out and I linked my card to this stupid app which I regret doing. So the first psychic I seen for fortune telling I clicked on and I added exactly $25 to my wallet then I told him my name and date and that’s where he says "I’m afraid you have to be 18 for a reading I’m sorry and have a great day" I have been on here for hours trying to get my money back and take my card off and IT WON’T LET ME this is by far the worst app I’ve come across and words can’t explain how upset I truly am.

Not too sure about this app or any other psychic platform. I used them for over two years and am ashamed to admit how much time I have spent on them. I was given false hope and spent an embarrassing amount of money. Which is not completely the company’s fault..I could have stopped but willingly continued to use the service even after multiple predictions never came to pass. If there is any advice I can give to an uncertain person, it is to always trust your gut. Psychic readings are a silent addiction. If an app, or any type of activity, is causing you hardship, anxiety, depression, making your situations worse, etc., PLEASE consult a professional and do not rely on predictions. It is okay to have hope, however, the future of your life is dependent on YOUR own actions. Not an advisor and their reading.

Poor Refund policy and advisors scam you

Lot of advisors take advantage by typing slow to eat up the minutes, gives false hope and inaccurate readings and they dont refund for those saying everyone has different experience. So unfair! Some are genuine I wont lie but I have had psychics adjust and change their reading when you tell them what they said wasnt accurate. Psychics should be held accountable for falsifying reading or intentionally typing up slowly to eat up the time and you end up with $40-$50 bill for a generic reading. I am just very unhappy with their policies and how customers get scammed badly!! I have lost a lot of money here. Advisors use up 3 free minutes just to connect so those free minutes are pointless.

My Go To

I understand people may get upset with the moment she needs to connect. However, once she connects she is able to offer the most details with approximate timelines. Once in awhile she has even offered dates So the 1-2 minutes doesn’t bother me at all. It is always worth the wait. There were times I doubted things she predicted because they seemed impossible or out of nowhere but they came to pass. I no longer doubt. She is my consistent advisor.

somebody is fake

i’ve asked over 10 physics the same question, and get all different answers. i’ve been told my ex loves me and wants to come back and he will text me soon. i’ve been told to give up and he’s moved on and to forget about it. i’ve been told he needs time but will come back. i’ve been told there’s another girl that has his attention, i’ve been told there’s NOT anyone else he’s interested in or talking to, so at this point it makes you question. who’s real and who’s not? i deleted the app for my own sake. i shouldn’t be spending money and just figure things out for myself and my own good. this app became an addiction to me and i’ve spent over $300 in 2 days trying to get answers and got none.

TERRIBLE SITE!!!!!

I am never using this website again because I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED more than the $15 that the site showed. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They were so eager to get my cc info to snatch what was not agreed on and now I have to be the one to suffer. My bank will do a full investigation on this matter because at this point they’re basically saying that they will not refund me for the fraudulent charges. Bad customer service and experience .I’ve contacted the customer service team multiple times they refused to refund me the money that they took, also now they’re charging me an additional fee because I filed a claim with my bank and now my bank is restricting them. This is the WORST experience I’ve EVER had.

More reliable

I don’t really write reviews but figured this is kind of important if someone is having a rough time in their life seeking for some guidance. Some of the psychics here match up on the prediction which is cool. You have to go with your gut feeling and feel connected to someone. It can get pricy but I think you’re really paying for your peace of mind. It starts from $1.99 to almost $30 a minute! So you have to wait for the rates to come down. A small prediction came true and some people on there give you an actual timeline. So that’s what got me going back to the same person because something came true and made me a believer. Waiting for a couple more months to see if the other big ones will come true.

Love this app!

I have tried many psychic reading apps and I have to say this is the best. Every reading I received from the app have been accurate. The psychics are extremely knowledgeable and gifted. There were times in the past I used other apps and felt like the psychics were guessing or trying to pull information from me. I have to say with this service I didn’t experience that. I also like how they offer free minutes to try the service. They offer a variety of psychics and their information in order to find one that’s beat suited for you. There were no glitches in the app and it ran smoothly. My only recommendation is a loyalty reward system to encourage more customers to return because a lot of other apps offer that.

Worst app with full of fraudsters

This app is designed to trick you to get as much money from you as possible. None of the psychic can say anything on their own. They collect some basic information from you and build onto it. These things are something that anyone can say. They have no idea what they are talking about. Such high priced reading for nothing. Surprisingly the ratings inside the app for all the psychic are really high. Later when I gave a bad review, they didn’t even post my rating. Even the 3 free minutes are not worth anything as by the time they reply, your free minutes are gone. In every step you get tricked inside this app. Please please don’t waste your money.

This app is misleading and deceives people into paying for nothing.

This app is marketed as an app that can help you speak to “advisors,” who will help guide you with their “psychic powers.” But, in it’s privacy policy, it directly states that it should be used for entertainment purposes only. It’s “advisors” are named to mislead people into thinking that they have legitimate powers, when in reality, they just try to spend as much time on you as they can so that they can take as much money from you as they can until you realize that they are just taking your money. Also, the privacy policy states they all users must be 18+, yet the App Store says that the app is 9+. This app is a scam and should be removed from the App Store and it is a danger to many unsuspecting people.

Writing reviews for them

It’s a great app, I think you just got to ask the right questions. I’m by far happy with my readings. My only problem is that it doesn’t always allow you to leave a review and I think that’s something that needs to change (must go on computer to leave reviews). And why does it take this person so long to respond? This psychic took 4 minutes just to write 1 whole sentence.... what a way to milk my money. I think it be great if the creators can allow us to remove Psychic that we don’t chat with. That way it is easier for us to see our main advisors.

Don’t waste your money

I got a reading that was only a few seconds and it cost me $30. She didn’t tell me anything worthwhile and told me to end the session so she could do the reading? And for me to get the results of the reading she asked me to do another session, costing me more money. I asked her if she could type her response but my messages got locked, so I couldn’t message her again. This was a miserable experience and I want my money back. Update: customer service credited the $30 back to my account for a future reading. I am still waiting for a refund back into my bank account because the likelihood that I waste more time on this app is slim.

If you just want to blow some money to talk to someone sure why not. But if youre doing it for real “psychic readings” do not do it. Im waiting for the developer to come back and say “but thats your opinion” no its factual lol you’re an idiot. At least when a magician performs magic its not to scam people insane rates per minute. The cheapest i found was 3.50$ a minute. Thats well over 180$ an hour. More than doctors “who actually help people” or more than a ticket to a magic show “thats actually entertaining.” The top review literally says “I spent all my money but it was worth it” hahahaha thats a fake review just like your fake app. Better off spending it on trash. Might get something decent out of the dumpster.

Bug glitches to spend more time re-typing?

The people on here, at least ones I work with, are good. Most are honest. How ever many want to be hired to do work outside of readings & can be somewhat pushy. If you say no, a few have changed in their readings since I say no thank you. Now I DO feel there’s so many glitch typings that make you spend way way more time re-typing. I don’t experience this with any other app. Especially one that doesn’t auto-correct. Could be just my experience but when I’m on my desktop, it doesn’t happen as much.

SCAM Ruined my life

I was talking to psychic Hermes for two years and I wasted so much money for false hope. I think Psychic Hermes is a really nice guy and he is very compassionate but I have to be honest here. Yes, some of his predictions came true but not all! Sadly, NONE of the predictions he made in the past few year came true. I was in a ‘situationship’ with a guy for almost two years and I kept getting hurt and was disrespected over and over again but Hermes kept telling me that my POI loves me and want to be with me etc for two years but opposite kept happening. Please don’t hurt yourself by trusting psychics, instead work on yourself to trust your own intuition.

Ive talked with 5 supposed psychics all about the same problem. And they all said the same thing. And all of them were WRONG. i tried more than one “psychic” like i said just to make sure that the readings were “true”. They all said id be back with the person i love most in august. Its September and shes with another guy in a relationship. These guys are sad honestly. People come to psychics because they’re desperate and need to know the TRUTH not given false hope. Ive wasted a couple hundread dollars on this..only to be left heartbroken and lied to. Dont waste your time with this, go to a real in person psychic. Most if these people are just in it for the quick and easy money.

You need a therapist not evil spirits

Many of them don’t have fluent English causing them typing slower then your grandpa. Some of them don’t even pay attention to you during the section. Some of them keep asking me to stay patient to my toxic ex saying he will change blablabla, I don’t know if it is false hope or not because I didn’t see it come true yet but then, I tell them I am deleting that guy’s number they tried to lecture me to not to, keep telling me to wait and wait and wait. You life should not be controlled by others, don’t listen to them, you need a big hug and a good listener, or maybe a therapist.

Disappointed

Im not disappointed in the advice given by my reader as it has had no time to come to fruition however when I picked my reader today It said her rate was 5.17 a minute and you would receive 3 free minutes, I authorized. A $34 charge to my account thinking my questions could be answered in less than 10 minutes.. They were not it took about 14 which is fine but I was then charged $16 and change per minute. I emailed customer support but unfortunately it does feel like this is probably about to be a scam where I end up out almost $100 extra dollars. I am literally livid!

Pure bull

Yes I lost the love of my life and I jumped on here for help. I am a lonely person with no one to talk to so I just wanted to feel reassured. I spoke to two different physics and ask the exact same question. They didn’t answer for the first three min and drained the clock as much as they could. They totally ripped me off of literally refrained the exact thing I said in different words. Instead of at least playing it if they said exactly what I put in my long message. I feel completely scammed. They both gave me a little similar answers, so it gave me a little hope. Please don’t waist your money if you want to literally be told exactly what you put down.

Can have an auto-correct option

The App hangs a lot in the middle of a conversation. The saving grace for which I have given a three star is if in the process you click hang up, it cross checks. Should have the option of correcting spelling errors. I use this site to connect with my Psychic who too struggles with typing as I can see. Had it not been for her, I don’t think I would have come back.

Terrible-Disappointed

My experience was terrible. I paid for two different psychics just to see if it will give me the same response but they both were generic answers. When I tried to get them to be more specific one said before Christmas 2019 and the other said September 2019. I did this in Early August. I wanted to wait for September to be over before I gave my review. Basically what they told me was going to happen didn’t happen. On the app you’re only allowed to give reviews right after the reading but you can’t go back later to give a review. This is how the rating are so positive. So 1 star, I would’ve gave 0 but I couldn’t.

Waste of time...At first i didn’t this for curiosity...then I did a test man two guys I asked specific questions then told no my boyfriend was not married and no he had children when he does have 2 boys and currently going through a divorce...what a fake...I think the two lady’s just gave general comforting advice and that’s it...if it comes to past then I will update my review but for now...Don’t waste your time.

Not recommended

I’ve tried this site multiple times under different names ( including my real name and DOB) . Not one prediction ever came true . Also, majority of the “psychics” I contacted were very vague and wasted time giving me “opinions and advice” . I didn’t ask for that , I asked a very defined question that could easily have been answered with a yes or no . It’s a huge disappointment. I will never use this site again . If I can save one person money and their time with this review, then I will feel better for having wasted mine . - Athena P.S I do not want to be contacted by this company nor issued credits . Not real

I only downloaded this app so I could submit a review. I saw this advertised and felt an obligation to inform anyone who might see this that psychics are not real. They are a scam. They use various techniques like hot reading and cold reading where they research or getting unconscious feedback from you find out information about you to then feed you to make themselves seem as though they are reading your mind or talking to the dead or what have you. You can look into this yourself. Don’t be scammed by so called psychics, they cannot actually do what supernatural things they claim they can.

False Charges

I just wanted to try the app out cause I thought it would be cool & fun. as soon as I put my card information in I clicked on one of the readers to chat & it automatically charged my card $15 before I even started talking to the man. & it’s just like how is that even possible if the chat didn’t even start yet it was still loading when my credit card sent me a notification saying they charged me $15. So I do not recommend they tell you first 3 min is free but forget to tell you they automatically charge you $15 after signing up. & I will be calling & asking for a refund cause this is so not right at all.

His connection kicked us off and then lost 50% off

I tried master enigma and before my question was answered he had connection issues it said and kicked us off which in turn I lost my first 50% off chat session coupon and then had to pay full price for the next person to help me, does this happen often and also can someone help me to look into the validity of my claim and cut the next chat which was technically my first real chat and answered questions in half?

Worst website to go for readings

I used to be an advisor on here customer service is horrible will respond weeks from the day you reach out to them and customer service is not help whatsoever do not care about clients or advisors at all! I use to be an advisor on here was my profile was randomly taken down have been messaging/emailing for one year straight, I’m assuming they are just against transgenders working for them 🤷🏼‍♀️ Go anywhere but here for help I’m also writing a blog and vlog about my experience with them will update with details on where to find it soon ❤️

Three free minutes, ha!

First, most of them won't answer your question in three minutes, but most importantly ... I think these guys charge you while you're writing a review!!! I've noticed many, many charges on my account and I know I cut off a lot of them at three minutes. Soooo they're charging while you write a review, think about that. I'm pretty sure that's illegal and honestly, I'm gonna pursue it. At this point it's the principal of it. People come seeking answers and they take your cash while you write a review?! Everyone take them down, they owe you, me, us money back!!!!

New Update

Although I enjoy kasamba, I’m a little disappointed with the new update but only because you can’t go through your previous sessions & search for a specific session if you forget which Psychic you chatted with about a certain situation. Like type in key words. I’ve been using them for over 6 years & now it’s hard looking for the guided insights from previous sessions. Idk maybe I should’ve wrote everything down after each session.

Endless problems and tech issues

1. When I lost connection the session still kept going and the advisor had no idea that I was no longer there. They overcharged me 15 min fee but only refund me half!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! 2.Their coupons only apply randomly, they can’t guarantee that the coupon would work. 3. There are chances that when u finish a reading but the reading record just disappear!!! THIS IS WAY RIDICULOUS!!!! I have never ever experienced such amounts of tech problems on any other platform!!! This is a complete scam

Worst Application

This is honestly the worst most scamming application I’ve ever used , never have a been scammed until now . They give you 3 free minutes to start off with and then it starts charging you . I ended my 3 minutes and decided to have an extra 4 minute session which was supposed to be 50% off coming up to $3 per minute . I had just passed 4 minutes when I ended the chat which should’ve been somewhere in the double digits but ended up at $27 . How does that work? How are you going to promote a price and charge people extra . Worst app ever do not download .
