...and the convenience of it all. Knowing that this app is still new and will be upgraded makes me excited about where this app is headed. If I could suggest something to added: a ping for every new message as the conversation is happening. There should be a setting to turn it off for those who don’t want the ping, but as someone who is always on their phone, I sometimes look away from the conversation and always have to look back to see if my client replied. Or I get slightly distracted by outside noises and constantly have to look back and forth. If there was ping in the conversation it would be easier for me to know when I’ve been replied to and not make me so anxious that I have to keep my eyes glued to the phone for 10-20 minutes.
I am a new advisor and I find the app to be a bit wonky sometimes. It will not always change to “offline” and sometimes unless I go onto a computer cannot trust what my status says, whether online or offline. I just changed my status to offline about 45 minutes ago, received a client chat request despite my online status. This seems to be a common complaint BUT I do love the idea of the app and hope improvements keep happening.
Truly love this app. I am currently however having an issue with the all back list not working at all. I have several people in my call back via my lap top. In the app...zero. This needs to be fixed asap to be usable again. This issue was reported to customer support via phone and in writing over 2 weeks ago. I hope keen fixes this as I love their app and would like to use it again.
The app is a great idea. I notice a few things that would be very helpful (I guess I could be missing it ) the chat is very slow to connect . If has disconnected several times before client had a chance to connect. Also, it would be very nice to see the notes of a client before connecting . Have not been able to do that. If the efficiency were better I would use it quite a bit more. Thank You.. Ron
This app makes running my Keen business so much easier and more convenient. I love having the app to take chats on the go and help my customers when they need me (even if I’m not home!).
This app has always had issues. It didn’t work for me for over a year, and then one day it was updated and worked fine. After it updated again today, the app just doesn’t even open at all now. I have been relying on it for my work and now it’s not even usable again. Very frustrating.
I have been trying for a few years now to become and advisor and it never lets me submit an application and I have been on the app before it was popular and it still won’t let me submit and some people have advisor accounts who don’t even use it like a friend I k with but yet I can’t even get my application submitted
But when I want to work on my computer I literally have to delete the app because it signs me in when I start taking chat on the computer and continues to ring on the app even after I’ve answered the chat.
I wish the notification for an incoming chat were more different, it should have its own special sound. I also wish we were able to edit our bids from the app as well. Other then that it’s great! Update: As an advisor I have noticed such a major increase in my revenue due to the app being highly convenient! The custom sound is great! I am just concerned I have missed calls because the app would sign me in when I signed out, I am worried about my advisor account and would hate if something were to happen to it.
I have this app on both iPhone and iPad and I remember that it used to have an iPad specific app that had a full landscape view. I guess they got rid of that one and now we’re just stuck with the iPhone app that looks ridiculous on the iPad. Not helpful!!
This app has been hugely buggy for weeks now...It makes you miss a lot of chats and your response for weeks has been we’re trying to fix it… I wouldn’t recommend this until they get it right…
I still yet to get paid .. The check that you guys sent my bank said it was fraud .. I'm not sure what's going on . But I want to get paid for the work I have done . You guys keep trying to do direct deposit and it keeps getting rejected. I need to speak to someone ..
