Kingpin Bowling

I have only been playing this game for a little bit now, and I already see so much life put into this. The animation of the pins when hit or just standing there, there cute faces always make me want to hit them. The obstacles in the way always put me at a challenge when getting into those higher numbers. The only thing that I am mostly concerned about is ever so often I play a round that doesn’t get me coins no matter how far I am. Not even coins on the ground or gold pins show up and that is kind of disappointing when you need those coins to get those nice bowling ball skins. If that could get fixed, it would be even better.

Ok I love this game it’s definitely the best time wasting game and endless game since Jetpack Joyride and temple run in my opinion. the pins are so cute with the faces they have and I love the vibration when you hit them. I have see some people say that it takes a to long getting the coins but I don’t think so I think it is perfect how it is I have been playing for probably 20 to 30 minutes and have already unlocked one bowling ball and I think it should stay like that. I also think that the ads are perfect I mean that might change but the games for me last like 3 to 5 minutes maybe and then it’s a ad usually and I think that’s fine. I also have one suggestion I think you should make different skins for the pins like you do with the bowling balls or maybe every time you get a new bowling ball you also get a pin skin I think that would be very cool and awesome for your next update and also there defiantly needs to be different gamemodes I’m not sure what but different gamemodes would keep people playing a long time like fruit ninja has different modes. Anyway if you have read this far you deserve a cookie for reading this much of what I have is to say about the game and I would definitely recommend this game if your looking for a very good time waster.

This game is too cute! The cartoons are simple yet creative. They just make me smile. They’re not like those 3D simulators. They’re funnier. I love that the obstacles are food items or even pencils and other stuff. It’s so funny when you hit a bowl because they just start yelling things like “ yeepee!” Or “whoo hoo!”. They’re just so cute. And whenever I get a strike it fills me with joy to see the plain aisle turn into such a pop of color, I even appreciate the Mexican touch. Just a few things could be fixed/added like in the game you can get other bowling balls but you can’t unlock other backgrounds or aisles, that would bring an some thrill and color to the game. The other thing is the music, it’s not bad but I feel like after a few days playing the music might just become a little annoying, maybe in each round you could get a different tune. But apart the game is perfect! One hundred recommended for people who love cute things, color, and mariachis! P.S. sorry for my terrible grammar ❤️🙈

I love this game so much. I usually download a game and play it for two weeks and then delete it. But this game has me hooked. The style and aesthetic are so pleasing and it’s just so fun. My only request is that you make viewing the balls you have unlocked into a grid form or put them all together in the cycle of balls. I find it hard to know which ones I have when I have to scroll through all of them to see them. Otherwise have no complaints or negatives! Also I’m seeing a lot of people suggesting that the developer needs to ad all these complicated extras that would just clutter the game. I love this game because of simple not is. You play get 500 coins and get a new ball. That’s it. It’s much more fun when you don’t have to worry about quests and watching ads to continue and when you have a bunch of things to buy with coins you need a way to buy more then I would waste money buying coins and I don’t want to do that.

This game is fun! I really have enjoyed it so far! But I just have some little feedback. 1. There’s only one location to play on! I really thought there would’ve been more to choose from or simply buying them with You’re coins. 2. The bowling balls should each have there own special abilities.. for example “el Diablo” should have an ability where if you crash, you get a free revive or something. 3. The coins.. it’s not an issue or anything but there is at least times where I Barley get any coins or don’t get any coins at all whatsoever.. really gets me kinda mad when that happens. Overall though this game is nice! I really recommend it, and hopefully you guys update this game from time to time. I would love to see different locations at least. :)

I had bought a couple of this developer’s other games (Deck ‘Em, Ten Large) and they were so well done I thought I’d give this one a try. This is the best “endless runner” type of game I’ve ever played. Super smooth, the art style is very cool, this is great to play when you have a spare minute but you always want to try again. I immediately paid to remove ads to support a good developer like this. I then also downloaded their game Sprnkls and did the same thing. I don’t know the developer, I found his games randomly, and I think this is my favorite developer now. Thanks for making great games and monetizing so fairly!

I think that there should be more uses for coins such as custom pins, floors, etc. I also think that 500 coins for a new ball is a little excessive. I also think that there should be a little tutorial or something that tells you more clearly how to get a strike, how to lose lives, etc. I have seen in kther games a continue button after you die that requires you to watch an ad and you get revived I think that this game should get that too because nothing is more frustrating than getting really far than dying. Other than these things this is a FANTASTIC game and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes fast-paced simple games!

Well, the long of it isn’t that long: the game is pretty fun, and will intrigue anybody for half an hour or so. Arm your phone with this kind of game, and I assure you, the road trip will be easier. Killing time is much better done reading, drawing, or carefully staring at your bonsai tree, but if you have no pen, paper, or Japanese dwarf tree, this isn’t a terrible solution. The short of it is the title of this review: it’s a cute time-killer, It’s much better than FPS games and such. To anyone who wants to kill time with dignity, download monument valley - it’s the best game on the App Store. Period.

This game initially felt like a throwback to the old iOS games of yore; a fun concept with good art and simple gameplay. Every so often, there would be a video ad but it wasn’t extreme. Somewhere recently it updated to include an “oops, you died watch a video to play a little longer” mechanic, and it’s really frustrating. This is so maddeningly widespread, and this game is sadly not immune. Here’s the deal: I would happily pay $1.00 for a game like this. Will the developer buy a house with that kind of money? Probably not. But it beats adopting this nickel-and-dime garbage that so many developers have been lured into.

I’m loving this game. It’s a simple premise which can get very challenging. I agree with some other reviewers that the different balls should have special abilities. After rolling a certain distance to charge up the ability, one could have a coin magnet, or another (el Fantasma perhaps) could have the ability to pass through an obstacle, and another could explode the obstacles in it’s path, etc.. Also, I’d like to think the addition of an “El Duderino” ball could really tie the room together with its oriental rug motif. Keep up the good work, Frosty Pop Corps !!!

First of all this is a great concept, and I think it’s applied well and fun! However there is one aspect that could be improved - The effect of hitting a bowling pin. Currently when you hit a bowling pin the screen moves and a vibration occurs. The vibration is good-and satisfying-but the movement of the screen makes it seem like the ball is reducing in speed (which makes sense) but is unsatisfying. With just a vibration after a pin is hit (and maybe even a speed up effect of the ball), I think this game would be much more enjoyable!

I hope that there is some new ideas and additions that come out in the first big update. I like the idea, but I think that there needs to be some variety and added challenges and bonuses along the way. It got old quickly with only a handful of obstacles and the “strikes bonus just seemed random and lackluster. I wish that the balls had some sort of attribute or bonus to is as well. At some point, I don’t really have an motivation to get new “skins” for the bowling ball. But with those needed additions, I really think this could be a big hit and a really fun game to play!

As I was playing this pretty fun game, I noticed that I’ve seen games like this. Temple Run, Subway Surfers, Minion Rush, or that Talking Tom gold run game. And I’m sure there are many others like that. This is probably the most unique of them all probably because of the pins you knock down, but I mean cmon, after reading this review you probably have noticed it too. Lastly, there are ads almost every other time I “die” in the game. So yea, the game is fun but there are very few original games now.

I love this game so much , it brings me to challenges. Even if I don’t succeed I always strive to do it again and do betterI love the different features of the bowling balls, ketchup squirting, and also the donut holes. It’s a good way to learn how to compete against your highest goals. This game always gets me in the game mood and honestly helped be better at games like this . I will say that I’m not much of a gamer person but I still recommend getting this game.🤩

I got this game just because and i thought maybe it was going to be some random game and as soon as i got in i wrecked my bowling ball into a clipboard 😂 I was like what the hell so i played again realizing its bowling 🎳 hit the pins and when you get past like 💯 its starts putting different types of obstacles in and starts speeding up and it was actually really addicting, i have no bad comments for this game it was actually worth the download and made me smile 👍🏻💯✔️🔥⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💧

The idea of the game is great similar to Temple run but with a twist. There are a few flaws though, it needs sensitivity adjustment badly, the ball barely moves when you move your finger have an inch. The other problem is that the hotboxes for the (enemies?) Are way to big. It hard to tell when you are going to hit them or not. That also relates back to the sensitivity problem because you can't really make flick reactions. Fun other than those two problems

The gameplay is awesome and you keep wanting to get back to the game for the ball skins, but i wanted to highlight one thing that made the game unplayable for me. The screen shake when you hit a pin (everything zooms in and out) made me nauseous and couldn’t play for more than 2 minutes without feeling like vomiting. Hope you address this issue by adding a disable screen shake option or something like it...

This game is centered on a 70s retro theme with some Spanish influences. Really pretty game. The game also allows you the opportunity to beat your high score if you just hit an obstacle. Really great idea. You can also unlock bowling balls as you continue to collect coins. One recommendation I would give, though, is to have people unlock bowling lane themes, bowling pin themes, and obstacles, which I’m sure will come within time.

I love when you get a new ball is a mystery and you don’t know what is is. The only thing I wish the game has is this thing we’re you can change the music. But is is still a great game!

This is a functional game but that’s about it. It is unnecessarily cutesy. It does not offer anything new or creative at all. I mean. It’s like a clone of 100s of runner games before it. There is also no point in theming it as “bowling” because there is absolutely no physics of any kind either on the ball or on the objects you hit. On top of that they show you an add and ask you to pay to remove it. But what for? For this game? Save your $1 for games that are more fun and more original.

It is a great game to overall with no bugs that I have noticed. One problem is that it takes a while to start getting coins. The second problem is that it needs to go a little faster, with more pins, but higher combos. Other than that, I think it is perfect. Especially the bowling pin animations. They are perfect. Keep up the good work The Frosty Pops Corps Inc!

This is a great game and I love playing it, but my biggest complaint is that when the pins are hit, the game shakes/vibrates the screen which if you keep hitting pins becomes really nauseous and gives me a headache. I know, I know what your thinking, but seriously if you can make that an option where I can turn that off and simply hit the pins without shake/vibration, is really appreciate it. Thanks guys.

I like the game (quite a bit) but I find myself often wishing it was just a little better. First, to echo some other criticisms, it’s hard to tell what a strike is in the game. Second, it lacks depth. Why aren’t there more things to do with the money you earn? Different pins, environments or maybe some interesting power ups? Nope. A new ball that doesn’t do anything other than just look different. I want more from this game. A lot more.

My Headline is a good Summary. This app is fun, has great graphics, gameplay and replay value. Of course it’s a combination of game rip-offs, but what game isn’t? It still rocks. I gave it 4 stars because It the app went all screwy immediately after I paid (I’m on a 6S Plus) and looped to prompt me to repay. Don’t worry, it only charged me once. It just needs a little tweaking, after all... it’s a new app. All BS aside, it’s still a fun and overall cool game worth checking out. Honestly, I’m just a sucker to pay to remove ads simply because the developers do earn my respect after making a cool game... so I paid the extra $1.99 👍🏼 to contribute.

I literally just got this game and I’m already hooked. This is such an amazing game, and it’s really well made. I do love the fact that there are different bowling balls, but I have a small concern with their names. Three balls in specific, “El Malena” “El Frida” and “El Sofia”, are not grammatically correct and it’s really bugging me. They should be all be changed from “El” to “La”. Other that that, I think this is a really great game and very fun. Props to the developers!

I love this game. Perfect controls and great for 5 minute play-times. But, once I paid to lose the ads, it didn’t take a week to acquire all balls. Now, I have a crap load of coins, and nothing to spend them on. Need more buy-ups, or IAPs. My money is ready to fork over, if you guys can provide more custom pins, lanes, etc.

Amazing yet simplistic game, probably my favorite mobile arcade game, love the style from the lane to the pins, and even the menu it looks great. The ads don’t get in the way and if you’re taking too long to get a ball you can just get the 2x coins for 3 hours and get one in about 5-10 minutes. I recommend you try the game

One of the best infinite runner/bowling games I’ve played in a while but I wish there are multiple maps and multiple power ups you can obtain. Just for being a fairly recent game I rate it a 5-star even though only you can do is collect coins and unlock other bowling balls. It’s still fun, I recommend downloading it!

I love this game soo much there are like no mistakes that we’re made in the making of this game I love the obstacles and STRIKES they are SICK I also love all the bowling ball skins. The things you hit (sorry I don’t know what there called) are adorable and the sounds they make are super cute so if you are looking at my review and kinda wanting to get this game PLEASE DO IT IS THE BEST APP EVER IN THE HISTORY OF GAMES

Kingpin bowling is unlike any other bowling game out there. With its simple layout it brings beautiful graphics and fun gameplay this puts games like temple run to shame. You steer a bowling ball down and endless lane trying to hit pins and at the same time you try to avoid objects like colorful food that can be found at a real bowling alley.

I’ve had this game for a while now, and I can say without a doubt it is my favorite game on mobile. The gameplay is great, the animation is wonderful, and I could play for hours on end without getting bored. Thanks to the developers for making such a great game!

Love the game and have paid to remove ads but haptics have stopped working after updating iPhones. Haptics don’t work on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and still aren’t working on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Haptics being broken take a huge amount of satisfaction away from hitting the pins and makes the game far less enjoyable as a whole.

This is one of the most fun addictive killing time games I’ve downloaded in a while. I am enjoying it a lot. I just have no idea what I am supposed to do with my coins now... I have unlocked all of the balls. Do more skins come with each update? My only complaint is that I want more!

I really enjoy this game but is there a limit on the number of balls you can win because I now have over 2000 point and no new balls. Did I win them all? And if so then what’s the point in collecting more coins? Not that I REALLY care if I get new balls or not but it just makes me feel like there is a glitch or something.

Love the game , great way to pass the time. However, I have already gotten all of the available bowling balls and now my coins are not able to be used on anything. Will more bowling balls be added ? Or more game modes that can be purchased with the coins that are gained from playing?

It’s a fun game. Maybe it could be a little bit better I mean it is addictive and it’s some what fun but I mean maybe there could be a little more. Like if you have enough coins you can buy a new bowling ball instead of trying to unlock it. So you can set your own goal and I think it will be a little funner

This is an entertaining and extremely quick to grasp arcade running game with very pleasing graphics and audio. It’d be a great game for kids or killing time in general but I gave it 4 stars because the UI outside of the actual game isn’t as fluid as I would like and it’s rather simple in terms of the track on which you bowl on.

Wow, I have not had this much fun on app in a long time. Here for a good time. This is exactly what they said it would be, a classic throw back to the pin lanes. No curb balls just pop corn and boots to the face. You can’t help but love those pins, they are so happy to get struck! Truly will put a smile on your face.

So for the most part it’s a really good and fun game. I like how it is in a Subway Surfer type game so that’s cool. Although, sometimes it will glitch a little so whenever I hit a pin it won’t count it will say I missed it (even though I didn’t) but otherwise it’s a fun game.

I like a good challenge, but this is ridiculous. Most endless runners have something that allows you to catch your breath and slow things down temporarily every once in awhile. This doesn’t. Oh and this goes further by making 1 hit kill you, whereas those give you a few goof ups before the monster or whatever gets you. This game started out fun, and quickly lost its appeal.

I love this game’s concept, and I think it’s fun and addictive. However, maybe you could add levels or other game modes, achievements, other ways to get other balls, add more obstacles, etc. Overall, a great game that could be improved upon.

I love that Kingpin is simple and still gives players rewards to work at, like the different bowling balls or even just reaching a high score. It’s an arcade game through and through, I enjoy playing!

I play games on my iPad while it’s charging. So many games, including this one, support portrait orientation only. I understand that. But PLEASE developers, support rotating 180 degrees so we don’t have to damage our charge cords with the tablet sitting on the cord bending/damaging it! The disregard for the customer has me so irritated that I uninstall a game as soon as I realize I can’t play it without causing damage to my property.

I actually super love this game. It’s simple so I don’t have to worry about missions or anything crazy like that. Although, I would love to go into the rainbow world more often and can’t figure out how I go there right now. Is it just random?

Very good game overall I think you should put a reward system in to make people keep playing the game and coming back for more. This should be making fancy bowling balls or new obstacles.

I loved it because like it is cool because you get to control the ball and if you get 500 coins you can buy a new bowling ball design on it so definitely five star rating and a thanks times 100 for this game.

ok so i was playing this while listening to slippery by migos it goes ay slippery excuse me and yea and every time the beat dropped i hit a pin and it just worked sooo well so 10/10 would recommend cuz we love a beat drop sister 💛🌈

It’s a fun little game and a good way to waste sometime while waiting around. Concept is simple enough. Only issue is how you get coins. The pins that are worth 4 points and coins rarely show up and the amount of pins to get a strike to get more coins seems to be totally random. 1st game it was only 15pins now it’s constantly over 60 pins. at this rate I’ll unlock my next ball next week if it’s 500 coins per unlock.
