I love how convenient it is, it makes getting to places a lot easier and the cars/vans are always comfy and clean. It would be amazing for me and I’m sure many others if they were able to expand to the Y or at least to smart and final. The drivers are typically friendly especially Peggy!
The app is intuitive, especially if you’ve used other rideshare apps. It was so easy to call a ride. They gave me an estimated pickup time with live updates, including a map with my driver’s icon as he approached. The driver, Scott, was fantastic. The mini-van I rode in was super comfy and clean. As a part-time resident, I typically travel here without my car. This is a game-changer. Today it helped me get my heavy grocery bags home, just a short trip, but I can’t wait to go more places with LakeLink!
The app is intuitive and easy to use, and LakeLink as a service is a game-changer for the Tahoe area. Hopeful that they expand the service area to include Kingsbury and the Y, as well as expanding weekend hours to midnight. This would go a long way to reducing DUIs in South Lake. Keep up the good work!

I had made my mom walk far down Lake Tahoe Boulevard and it was warm. On the way back to the cabin she saw this van and since it said “free” I got the app and we were able to get home very quickly. My mom really felt like it saved her day. Thanks Peggy!
I love all the drivers! It makes it so easy to get around Tahoe if you’re flexible and can plan ahead. I wish there were more drivers so that the wait times can always be under 30 min.
Going 25 mph through a parking lot is completely reckless and pulling out onto highway 50 without the proper distance forcing regular traffic to break is completely ridiculous. Im finally here writing this after 6 incidents of feeling unsafe due to the recklessness of your drivers. Plus i see one of the vans has already been involved in a minor collision. I have never had so many close calls until lately.
What a terrific service! All drivers have been friendly, informative and timely. Easy to use app. Helping to keep more cars off the road aids the air quality and saves us in gas money.
It’s a very very wonderful, free service… when it works well. Sometimes it says it’s 15 min away then changes for 45 then 50. Or the opposite. It’s kinda hard to plan your day with it because if bounces around so much. But when it does work it’s wonderful to have a free ride
Too often I have continuously have the same exact issues. Says it will pick me up at said time and then it’s hour or more . It will go done to 5 mins example an change to 50 plus and do this over and over . The app needs a re do
The estimated time to arrival needs serious improvement. It can go from 15 minutes ETA all of sudden to “your driver has arrived”. I also noticed that the estimates go up as well, 10 minutes to 23 minutes. Impossible to plan with this app.
When can we get service in the Tahoe keys? You have isolated us seniors for over 3 years. Can’t afford the parking fees in town. Can’t wait 2 hours in a hot grocery store parking lot for lake link to show up.
