The only negatives are I am unable to deposit Money Orders thru the ATM and on too many weekends the ATM is unavailable. Perhaps this is a Brinks problem ( not filling to weekend and holiday limits) which is higher vs regular weekdays. I don't like having to drive to Merritt Island or Melbourne, to perform transactions. Why does transfer payments to my Visa from my checking account take 2-3 days to post causing additional interest to accrue? You were (1) of the financial institutions that were here for us during the COVID19 rush, panic, etc. and I appreciate and thank you for that Thanks for listening👋
Ever since this new update, which looks great and introduces being able to digitally cash your check. I have been unable to even sign in. I’ve been signed in twice since it updated and it worked fine for that day. But as soon as I attempted to use it for more than looking at my account balance I had to sign in and it all broke. I had the Face ID on the first time because I figured it’d be less hassle than signing in everytime but when it broke and wouldn’t let me sign in I restarted my phone a hundred times and redownloaded the app a hundred times until it finally worked again. The second time I didn’t use Face ID because I figured that’s what broke it but obviously to no fault it wasn’t. Now I’ve tried the same things I tried last time and still haven’t been able to log in on the app to even be able to easily check my balance. I am still able to log in online and it even tells me that I’ve logged in all those times that I’ve tried on the app but all the app does is sit at a loading screen until it cancels out and makes me try again. Very disappointed and hoping it’ll be fixed.
Launch Credit Union has been a lifeline for me and other members that I personally know, I’ve been the recipient of several small loans without any resistance from the branches. I’m a veteran and a member of the Navy Federal Credit Union as well, had been denied loans of $500 two or three times, but Launch has approved every loan I had ever applied for without hesitation. Launch Credit Union has restored my faith in humanity. From the first day opening an account they treated me like a person no matter the amount of $ I had to start. My credit was unestablished and poor to say the least. They help me not only establish but a plan to increase my credit, refinanced my car loan, reached out to me with ways to save me $. I am truly greatful and had no idea there was a credit union out there that was truly for the people.
I was happy with the previous app, but really like the new updates. I was a little frustrated when I first logged in, since I was used to how the old version worked but you added some great new features, like being able to block and unblock my cards anytime. I also like that I can now see the cleared checks. In the old app the image was too small, you fixed that in this new version.
My wife and I are able to do all of our banking on our phones or tablets, through the secure Launch app. The app is very easy to use, I would definitely recommend Launch and their app to anyone. When we visit Launch we always receive fast, friendly and attentive service by their very knowledgeable staff. Launch has raised the bar, Launch has set a new standard in banking. R. Johnson

Can you guys please fix this issue. I’ve written a bunch of times already. Notifications do not pop up unless you click on the app. I’ve been to a local branch already and verified all notification toggles are in properly. Notifications such as when a transaction is made, only shows when you click the app. Only then do you get banner notifications on the phone saying a transaction has been made and current balance. It’s useless to have notifications if I still have to go to the app.
I had an issue with an unauthorized charge, I went to the Edgewater branch and the manager, Tina, was very empathetic and went above and beyond for me. She even assisted us with a loan to help us in our time of need! Customer service is so hard to find wherever you go these days, so I feel when you do get that great customer service, it should be recognized.

Love linking banks and the budget charts, however, I am putting credits and debits since I don’t see how to move the amounts electronically to a spreadsheet. But, I am exploring. I am still very new to all this as my Agency had an IT group—older folks need help but ultimately I will love it even more when I can budget with a spreadsheet. Thank you!!
I love banking with launch I have been with them for almost 10 years and I am extremely happy all my services through them. They always are extremely helpful and customer service is the best. I would not bank through anyone else.
I have banked with Launch for years. Gotten car loans, set up new accounts when gifted; and They jumped right in when I got scammed and was afraid my info was with the scammer. Their personnel is always kind, understanding, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them. ❤️
I have been a Launch member for more than 15 years and have had no reason to complain or feel disappointed. Great service every time I need something. Everyone there is friendly and professional.
So I was not taught anything about banking , launch has not only educated me, but they have gone above and beyond to handle any situation that I’ve had. I don’t have much income so I appreciate a bank that doesn’t over charge with those extra fees other banks do.

Ever since they delivered their big update the app has completely stopped working you can’t access anything without being directed to an infinite loading screen until the app ultimately crashes out really shameful seeing how the previous version worked perfectly. UPDATE: Now once you somehow manage to get into the app as soon as it recognizes your Face ID it instantly crashes back to your Home Screen, so disappointed
I love Launch. Been a Member since 1993. Never had a problem. If any suspicious activity goes on. Launch will automatically give you a call or send out a letter. Than you Launch for all you have done for me.
Been a Launch customer for just a short time, but planning to start using as my main accounts, super user friendly app, and customer service is top notch!
The new update for this app is horrible! The original was just fine and working just fine. The old saying if it ain’t broke don’t fix it definitely applies here!
CCSFS Branch is the BEST!! Kendy and Angela are awesome, they always are great help with anything!!! The managers are also wonderful!! I wish my whole family could access this branch and experience their smiles with top notch customer service!!!!!
It would be great to have a credit monitoring system that allows members to track there scores through launch being that it’s a credit union and being the bases for approval on credit products.
The staff at the Titusville Branch on US-1, is so much more pleasant to visit. At one point about a year and half ago, I really disliked going to that branch. Now, it’s a pleasure to go there.!!!!
The new update is much better, except for 1 area they went backwards on. The pending stuff, you can No longer expand it and see the info. Just says pending and the $$ amount. Not a fan of this at all. Easy coding to fix😤
New visuals look a lot cleaner and more modern but the Face ID settings do not work even if enabled, app constantly asks you to sign back in upon Re-opening (on the previous version it worked 50% of the time, at least..)
Nearly every update screws my ability to access my account online. I can’t make my payment, and Launch deactivates my credit card. Because their customer service hours are limited, I always have to go the branch office to resolve.
Another pointless “improvement”. What moronic developer buries the log off button? I suspect that my credit union out sourced its IT to some 3rd party. As a result, support is terrible, the UI is garbage, and every ‘update’ makes it worse. Too bad as I like Launch FCU (and CUs in general).
i don’t know who you guys are paying to leave these reviews but the launch banking app is HORRIBLE. it’s always down, always has a bug, nothing ever loads when i use it no matter what phone, internet i use just horrible!
This app doesn’t work. Rarely can I get past the summary page - the app freezes as soon as I log in. I can’t log out, see my account information or perform any functions. This is garbage.
