I was trying different survey apps/ websites to see which ones were legit, high paying, and fast cash out times, well LifePoints is definitely one of my favorites. In less than a couple days I had enough points to redeem $10 on PayPal. Now it did take 5 business days, but on the 5th day it hit my account pretty fast && early. Also with the wide range of points you can earn with the different time ranges is extremely beneficial. The surveys aren’t super long, and if they are they give the option for some of them to start and finish later on. The surveys are unique, and with the different setups, and how you are questioned, and can respond is very creative. The entire app is over all eye catching && delightful. Also the support team is extremely pleasant/ helpful, and they respond in a fast reasonable amount of time. I have recommended this app to my husband, and friends, and they all love it as well.

90% HORRID FRAUD

As my title suggests, 90% of the time LifePoints is nothing more than horrid fraud. What do I mean? I mean that they let you complete full surveys, then they either kick you out entirely with 0 compensation claiming that "oh no! The survey just filled up so we don't need your answers anymore" right before you answer question 1,000, or they claim that you "don't qualify" and pay you 2 points for your time answering the entire survey. That way they can successfully claim your hard work answers for themselves, but never put even the tiniest dent in their bank account, thus fraudulently making themselves wealthier off of your idiocy and obvious lack of awareness. Hopefully with my review no one else will be made the helpless, abused laughing-stock of the town like they've done with me. UPDATE: Apparently the BLATANT FRAUD with LifePoints goes even deeper! Nowadays about 75% of the quote-unquote "available" surveys actually lead you immediately to a dysfunctional page saying "We're sorry... There don't seem to be any available surveys for you at this time." Today I was met by this exact same message FIVE TIMES IN A ROW. Most recently by the supposedly available survey ID "7b5930f8". So yeah, if you love LifePoints because you like constantly getting your hopes stripped out from under your feet, then I suggest you also trying to get to the moon using your trampoline. Good luck!

Wondering….

I really like this app because it’s enjoyable and easy to take surveys. And the cashout options are awesome too. But it would be nice if I could get more surveys. I am wondering why I have not been getting any surveys available for the past month now. My last cashout for gift cards were back in December 2022. We are heading in Feb already and still no surveys. I have been doing all the surveys correctly and keeping my profile up to date. I haven’t had any problems getting available surveys until now. Everytime I open the app thinking I might have some new surveys available there is nothing there. I would like to do more surveys but haven’t been getting them anymore. My account seems to be fine. I haven’t been blocked or banned or anything like that. My points jus sit there stuck at 139 points and without getting surveys lately those points dont grow. Is it perhaps my profile isnt matching up for some of the surveys or something? It doesn’t make any sense in why I’m not getting any surveys… Overall its a great app but I’m rating it 4 stars because I’m not getting surveys anymore and it’s quite frustrating. 🤔

Fraud/Scam

I have never had any issues on any other survey app. This one would let me do surveys for a little bit then it stopped offering me surveys and would only give me two points for surveys I did complete. They will only pay you out a couple of times and then you get locked out of your account. They strung me along for a couple of weeks claiming they didn’t know why I was locked out of my account, and then they said because my answers were untruthful. They claimed they did an audit. Im still waiting on a payout from them that I probably will never receive. If I was really under audit, wouldn’t they have sent an email beforehand claiming so. Why claim they are helping me get back into my account if I was under audit? This app is a joke. Just don’t do it. Such a waste of time. There are other survey apps that are better. After posting this review, they will message you some generic response claiming they want to help/understand the issue. Not even worth responding to. Pay me the money I’m owed for the surveys I completed. That’s all I want. I truly believe if you make too many payouts they will find some reason to lock you out to avoid payment. They’ll claim you made fraudulent answers or they had to flag your account. I have NEVER had this issue with other survey apps.

What the absolute!!

I loved the LifePoints app and spent hours on it doing surveys, Answering questions and so on and whatever else they threw my way. I read every questions and noticed some were always the same so I always answered the same with not much thought. I kept getting the same surveys and when I’d attempt it wouldn’t let me do any more. I had managed to rake up a small amount of about $15. It said I was eligible for withdrawal and I really needed that money at the time. I of course tried to withdraw and it only allowed me to take $10 and I would receive the amount in a few days through PayPal which was already upsetting because I needed it at that exact moment. (Life is rough) anyway it’s been over 2 months now and that money never came. Today I remembered to check up on it and my account had been signed out. I tried logging in but it is not allowing me to do so and says my account has been disabled. I quickly emailed them and they deactivated saying that I broke the rules and my points have been forfeited. no further comment or explanation. I wasted hours of my time answering the same questions for a lot of those surveys with consistent answers. This is frustrating and upsetting so I won’t be using this app again.

Great at first, but then…

When I first got this app about over a month ago, it was great and ended up being my #2 favorite out of several I used! I qualified for most surveys and I cashed about every other week with $10. I unfortunately have to give this app 2 stars because they cancelled my membership. I assume it’s because I was earning too much for what they were willing to give. Since I am never going to use this app again, I will go ahead and give a big tip on cashing out the most coin. Cash out is $5, $10, or $25 but each cash out adds an additional charge. For example, a cash out of $10 will cost you 1150 points which means you are technically paying an extra 1.50 back to the company and for $25 you need to have 2850 points! I always cashed out at $10 because it’s the more logical cash out with the least interest fee and I was able to do this getting up to $40 in about a month, which I guess in many cases that was a lot of money to them they were giving away to one person in such a short amount of time…so I got cancelled. There are other amazing survey sites out there that you can earn a lot and they won’t cancel you!

Confused at the "fraud" reviews?

i love this app and if the "fRaUd" reviews are making question whether to get this app or not - GET IT! those people are clearly doing something wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️ i've been using lifepoints for a couple years now and have cashed out every single time i was able to. i've easily cashed out a few hundred dollars collectively throughout the last 2ish years. never had a problem, not once. of course you're not gonna be right for 100% of the surveys but that's normal. these studies look for certain people and each survey is looking for a specific kind of person. the more surveys you fill out the more you'll eventually get. they even have "diary" surveys. where you come back to a specific survey for anywhere between 7 days and 30 days. and the payouts for those??? HUGE.

Easy app to submit product opinions & earn rewards

I just started using this LifePoints app today and I have already completed 2 product surveys in less than 30 minutes. I'm excited to see what type of discounts or rewards for “my favorite products” I will be able to earn by completing the product surveys. The scenarios I read prior to entering the survey questions are easy to read and understand. The questions are interesting to me since I recently purchased similar products to use and the new options the surveys are inquiring about seem to be judging consumer interest in which new features I would desire enough to make an additional purchase for the potential upgrades. I like knowing I'm in a position to help influence consumer offerings.

Just ridiculous!

If I could give zero stars I would! So I heard about this “wonderful” app through a family member so I decided to download it and try it out well I signed up and everything seemed fine but when I went to verify my information that’s when it said my membership is canceled so I emailed them and was very confused on how I breached their security when it asks for the very basic of info! They emailed me back said oh your broke the terms and conditions we can’t do anything I then emailed them back saying that this seems a bit shady and scammy and was basically like whatever and I knew they were full of crap because it happened to my partner that had just signed up was well! They stop you before you even start and then the customer service is just rude with no answers and no help! How do you breach security with your personal name, email, and the city and state you live? Makes no sense and if this is how you do business I want zero parts of it! So I went to another survey app their loss!

One of the best!

This is definitely one of the best survey services available. It's much easier to receive a survey that you actually qualify for, and if an error occurs you can still continue the survey you were taking later on. The amount of points to cash out is monumentally quicker than others, I've taken Survey Junkie and Branded Surveys as well. In less than 2 days I'm already at about $8, which is much faster than I can say about the others. I don't have to binge through several surveys for hours to make enough money for a quick meal or gas stop, and I know this isn't an ideal way to make money, but things have been tough for me lately, so I'm incredibly glad that I discovered this one. Thank you, genuinely.

I could think of worse ways to kill time.

As far as an activity done only once in a while, it’s alright. I tried once to actually focus on making money doing this and that was ridiculous. It’s tiring and frustrating to have the goal be monetarily motivated. However, if you can look at it as something to do when you have a few minutes to spare and nothing else pressing, it can be enjoyable. And if you don’t pay attention to your points, then when you do look at them it’s always a pleasant surprise to see how many you’ve acquired. As far as this app goes, I think it’s one of the better ones. There’s always a lot of survey options, which is nice.

Works but has glitches.

I’ve been using LifePoints for about a year, and I can make my coffee money each week on it if I’m persevering. However, there’s too many glitches on the app. I just don’t take the long surveys anymore, it seems they always break down right when I’ve invested 30 minutes into it… And that’s on the website too. I wouldn’t use the app at all if the website didn’t log me out every 20 minutes. Staying logged in is that only advantage to the app. Overall: LifePoints is trustworthy. I’ve had no issues with gift cards being emailed. I’ve lost points when surveys have glitches and I’ve gotten frustrated with the bugs in the app. But if you’ve got some patience, it’s a fun way for opinionated people to make some extra money.

It’s a great app ! The only app I tend to use for surveys, that actually doesn’t hesitate to give you money. The surveys are easy to do, relatable, and enjoyable. It’s not the type of survey site that rejects you over and over to find ones that relate to you. You won’t waste 5 minutes answer questions to see if you relate to it then stars you don’t qualify. If you answer a few questions and don’t relate to the topic they need they give you 2 points and brings you back to your Home Screen. Cashing points out is easy and to get to the minimum amount of points to cash out doesn’t take long at all. When I cashed out I received the money on my PayPal within 4 business days!

Finally….

I’ve tried at least 20 “make money” websites and I only keep 2 of them and this is one of them. It’s the best and my number two is great but takes 3 days to pay out. This app pays out great!!!! There are lots of surveys to take. I’ve never ran out and I’ve only had one issue I could not get resolved and I lost $40 but in the overall payout, the payouts are so good thst I stuck with them. Your not gonna get rich but you can make sneaky $8-30/day you just gotta go the small ones as well as the large. Keep up the great work and honest practices!!! I’ve struggled this year and that little money comes in handy. Again, thanks for bring honest and keep up the good work.

Surveys

I been doing surveys with LifePoints for about 3 weeks. I like how they present the surveys. Very different. Very professionally done. It doesn’t freeze, gives you the points they say you will get if you complete the survey. Pretty cool on other areas you can earn more points. Can’t get bored. So try it out, you won’t be disappointed. I can promise you this. Download the ab and get going. Just make sure you check daily on surveys as they get full fast. Now I can’t get this to open up. Nothing. Been like this going on 4 days. Do I need to delete ab and re install? I don’t want to lose my points. Using this ab on my I pad. Guess I can try my cell? Any suggestion please let me know.

Unfair Membership Cancellation

I started using this app over a year ago. I LOVED IT!! Do the survey, earn the points then cash them in. Awesome! I have VPN on my iPhone and it wouldn’t work correctly with it on so I just disabled the VPN. I would do surveys off and on though out the day. Then out of the blue I go to log in. I then reached out and sent message after message asking why I couldn’t log in. We do this back and forth for about a week or 2. Then I get an email that my membership has been cancelled?! Why no clue! I probably have over $40 of points that I DID SURVEYS for that apparently I have now lost. I’m a mom of 2 grandma of 3 what could I have done to have my membership cancelled? I want the money for I points then I will delete the app and I’m done. So I would recommend that you not wait and allow ur points to grow because you could end up like me and loose what you earned and unable to login to redeem them.

Slow start but now at comfortable pace.

Originally I was getting many false starts on surveys… but after providing numerous well thought out responses and actually getting direct feedback was very encouraging. The points are welcome but not excessive. All in all I feel this is a very trustworthy organization/association. Especially keeping my responses private. Keep up the good work! Enjoy doing this task when my private time allows. I learned much during my professional career and have often considered sharing it with the world anonymously… this LifePointsPanel give me fulfillment without becoming a burden… Cheers!

Good at first but then….

It’s like they draw you in by letting you do all these surveys and racking up a bunch of points until you hit a little more than enough points for a $5 cash out. After that, SUDDENLY the app starts to glitch or just loads and loads or tells you that you do not qualify for surveys. I haven’t qualified for a survey in days now, and haven’t taken a survey or ever reach the end of a survey since I hit that certain amount of points. SO I signed up under a different account and device and same exact thing happened again! THEN I had my husband sign up and start taking surveys and YUP!! YOU GUESSED IT!!…, same thing AGAIN!! SOOOOoooo.., now we know this app is a scam. Gets a few short reviews for companies and then acts like a glitch so you think you were unable to finish the quiz but really, the quiz ended and they just got away with NOT paying you! SHAME ON YOU DEVELOPERS!! That’s just cheap and dirty of you!

Needs serious technical updates

Surveys consistently crash or show up and are not available currently, I was in the middle of a survey and a pop-up showed up saying that there’s an update in the program and I need to update the program in order to continue so I clicked update and apparently I was already updated because I updated earlier in the day so I went back to the program and I cannot get past the pop-up saying that I need to update the program even though the program has been updated quit out the program. I restarted my iPad but the same thing just keeps happening so I can’t take any surveys and I can’t use the program because it keeps wanting me to update a program that I’ve already updated earlier today.

Hope you like wasting your time

I’d give zero stars if I could. It’s absurd the number of times I try doing a survey and either get rejected after 5 minutes as being “not compatible” or going a FULL HOUR only to be told that enough surveys have been received and get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my wasted time. Initially I was given a penny for my time if such things were to happen, but that eventually stopped. Try ipsos isay; they ask you questions to develop your profile so that they can give you surveys relevant to you to avoid this. This does of course mean you won’t get that many surveys, but they’ll at least be worth your while. Update: after not using it for a while, my account got automatically disabled. They are just trying to scam you of your data and sell it off while closing off any way for you to acquire rewards. Don’t waste your time.

Waste of time. You won’t make money

I spent way too many hours doing these surveys. First off, the app is very glitchy. A decent amount of surveys quit while I was half way through them and I received nothing. I also barely qualified for any surveys. It took hours and hours and I finally made enough to cash out $10 into my PayPal. A couple days later I get an email saying my Life Points account was deactivated and I would not receive my earnings because I didn’t “follow guidelines” which is not true. I took my time on these surveys!! I then asked customer service why I was banned and they did not give an explanation! Just that I did not follow guidelines and the money I earned will be forfeited. If I did something wrong I should at least get an explanation?! Or a warning the first time?! I genuinely don’t know what I did wrong. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Fraud

They used to be cool but apperently when things change in my life or my kids change I’m age or habits and answer with those changes I’m answering dishonestly. I’ve done surveys and haven’t gotten tons of points. I get it glitches: but when I’m deducted points bc my kid aged up and I answered diahonestly for 2 surveys is dishonest by the company. And some surveys you scroll and accidentally click something in the process and it AUTOMATICALLY goes to the next page and they ago say how that’s dishonest. Why is it my fault if the survey is poorly built? Why is it dishonest when things change in my life. And that’s not counting the amount of surveys I did and they don’t give you points bc it refuses to go to the main page and when you click the link provided you don’t get awarded bc you “LEFT” the survey with the link they provided. Scam

I had seen other reviews saying their accounts were cancelled for literally no reason, but I ignored it because of the positive reviews I read. Don’t be like me 🥲 The good reviews must be written by the creators of the app! I did about two hours of surveys on the app and then I get a message when I tried to login saying my account was cancelled, coincidentally ONE survey away from earning money. When I reached out they informed me that I broke their terms and my account was permanently canceled. When I asked how I broke the agreements (I know I didn’t) they only responded and basically said they can’t disclose the reason why for security reasons, but that there was a ton of supporting evidence and I broke the terms seriously. 🙄LOL. I literally did nothing wrong! Total waste of time, don’t bother downloading unless you want to waste a few days of your time for free

Very good app

I’ve been doing surveys for a long time now and a lot of the surveys that you get a really stupid and don’t really make sense or they say that you qualify for them and you answer like the first two questions and you’re done with the survey they never let you finish nothing because you didn’t answer it correctly to them I guess. But I’ve been very more than happy with this one I like how it actually is more involved in the questions that you ask it I mean they ask you overall this is a good app to get and I recommend it to anybody

A waste of time!

Straight to my point… not worth my time. I answered some surveys, each of about 5 to 20 minutes, only for them to say that unfortunately I don’t qualify for the full reward (points). After each survey I would get less than 30 points when they had offered over 100 points for it, some were like for 150 points. I spent all that time answering questions based on MY life, being honest like they supposedly want you to be, for 30 points or less? And you might think, well that’s not too bad but trust me, when you find yourself trying to get points, investing all that time answering questions to get less than half of the offered points per survey and when you realize that you need around 500 points to redeem a $5 gift card!!!!! You’ll know is NOT worth it your precious time!

E-gift Certificates should be sent within 5-10mins

I’m a little bit confused on why spending points for gift cards and/or certificates take 5-10 business days?? Honestly, I would give this app 5 stars if they sent an automated email with a link to signup or login with your account info for a specific vendor you choose (PayPal, Twitch, etc.) to redeem your chosen rewards. It would be more efficient and make people want to participate more in the surveys. Other than that, I do like the fact that it gives you participation points even if you don’t align with the specific survey you are trying to complete. So I’d suggest that the redemption option gets reevaluated and I’m sure the app will get 5 stars after.

Don’t do it!

So I was reading some of the reviews and I just seen one that looks like mine! I answer the surveys honestly and take time reading them and I got a response that says that my account has been disabled. So I write them and said why? I got a lame response saying they were unable to to tell me what I did but they took my Christmas money for my kids that I cash out every year during October. So I’m out 100 dollars and I should of cashed out sooner. Wrote them again and so far nothing..kind of sketchy that it has happened to someone else. Be careful guys because I am out 100 and I worked hard for it. It’s not like you make it overnight and some of the reviews are right. You get far in the surveys and they say sorry the survey has been filled. Wow…really you couldn’t have said that sooner.

Real

I was hesitant to join another survey website/app since every other one either barely paid out or just flat out continuously redirected you to other surveys without paying. However, this one actually works. Although its not like you’re gonna get rich from it, but you can get paid and the app is really easy to use and straightforward. While the payments (through PayPal at least) do take about 5 days to go through, you will actually receive the money! Easily a great way to make some money with your free time.

I have taken surveys on cars, health, television, internet, and the varied list continues! They may need your demographic or they may not, but it’s fun to think about the questions, earn points, and watch the confetti fly! So if you think your opinion doesn’t make a difference, LifePoints is here to prove you wrong! Give it a spin and you might even learn a thing or two in the process!

I love Lifepoints

I have been actively using Lifepoints for a few years now. I enjoy their surveys which are to the point on how long it will take you and how much. The amounts range from 50 usually some can be a little lower but I have found that they offer the highest payout for completing their surveys than any other site. The surveys are off a wide variety and you can really accumulate some extra spending money by using this site. Thanks Lifepoints for giving me the opportunity to express my opinions and thoughts in the surveys that you provide.

Follow up from other Review

This so far has been pretty good! I have not received any issues both with the surveys and deposited money into my accounts! I would strongly recommend this despite what other’s have said about it! I’d have to say that every app has its own flaws and mishaps but you have to look over this! Thank you so much life points everything you have done to help me and so many more days of doing these awesome survey’s and getting points and gift cards/money from!

Don’t recommend

Support canceled my account without my knowledge. I emailed them to figure out why and they said I was rushing through surveys and giving too many of the same answers. They forfeited all the points I had earned and refuse to reinstate my account. They refuse to show proof that I was doing this and honestly wasted a lot of my time. A lot of the surveys take between 20-30 min and you can’t really rush through them because they do trick questions to insure your giving accurate answers, so I always took my time with them. I don’t recommend wasting your time with these surveys when they can cancel your account at any time and take all your well earned points, and give you no proof you violated their rules.

I find these surveys can be sometimes challenging in meaning, I have to dig down into my brain cells & put on my thinking cap. Bringing back some great memories from my past time. The here & now questions are the simple ones. The future ones make me think towards my future & how I better get it together to enjoy what life (possible upcoming surveys) has to offer. Questionable

Have had too many glitches in the app. Obviously need new designers as the ones they have aren’t producing a quality product. Tried to submit points for rewards only to be blocked, accused of misdeeds and have my points taken away. Complained to the BBB and received response that my the adverse actions were a mistake. Tried to enter a survey and again was blocked. No way to submit a complaint or ask for assistance as site is run by a computer. Recently received a survey where my 14 yo would keep a diary of beverages for 2 weeks and at the end receive a $35 giftcard. We responded but when we tried to download the app it disappeared as did the survey.

LifePoints rocks!

I am new to using LifePoints but I already love it. In just a few days of doing surveys I have already earned $5 and the points are easy to earn doing surveys. The surveys aren’t to long and they are easily set up to understand the questions and what they care looking for for answers. I have filled out surveys about companies that I have wished my opinion mattered when I left a complaint and and about products I felt weren’t so safe or appropriate for certain age groups. I highly recommend this app to family and friends. I love it!

They have a good array of “clients” that want surveys. As far as return for time to money. Average among peer apps. Online thing I would want fixed, is surveys that stall / freeze up at the last part of survey. Also, the amount of time it takes after a completed survey to tell LifePoints it has been completed and add points. This time waiting almost makes you feel like backing out / closing app because you think it has locked up again. LifePoints. Please resolve this problem for better user experience. Thanks

I’m being generous

This app is legit in that it will send gift cards through email. But the surveys work a fraction of the time. Either they won’t open at all or I’m not right for the survey. I assume they won’t open because of the amount of people trying to use it. And, I get that I may not qualify for every survey, but I don’t qualify for most surveys. I don’t know how, considering I own most of what the surveys are about and/or I am a fan of what the surveys are about. So, using this app for several months now, getting on multiple times weekly, I’ve managed one $5 gift card. Waste of my time.

They don’t give surveys anymore once you’re earning a little

I actually liked this app before when I started it because it kills my boredom and I get to earn a little money. Until recently that surveys get crashed when I started answering few and what’s worse is I don’t receive anything at all only the quick poll now which I get 3 points only. I was able to earn $30 utmost and that’s not even enough yet for them to stop giving me surveys to answer. I hope you can look into this. Don’t be a fraud. We are helping you with your business.

Really enjoyed the survey this app with this last survey I did I didn’t like it the questions are too repetitive I can’t stand that repeating the same question 30 times in one survey and it took way too long and I didn’t even get that many points for it it took me 45 minutes for 30 points it was ridiculous otherwise I really like it this was the only one that I didn’t like this survey the last one I did I sent and done .

SCAM DO NOT USE

This app is a scam do not use it! I was all excited to earn money from home (since a stay at home mom) and filled out the first day of surveys like the program recommended…but then after they go ALL MY INFO and I don’t mean a little I mean they want to know political background and your gender identity this company gets a little too into your business all saying it’s to make sure you qualify for other surveys…like I said after I gave them all this info I never received another survey. I check every day and it’s now been over 2 weeks non….haven’t even made any money they just took my info and ran!!! I’m sooo happy I gave false info because otherwise my identity could be stolen now!!! BEWARE

Great…Until it is not

I have been using survey apps for years and this one is by far the worst. I had taken quite a few surveys over a few weeks and had around 1700 points. All of a sudden, I was no longer receiving surveys and I could not redeem my points. After two weeks of waiting on customer service, I find out my account has been suspended for a violation. They will not tell me what my violation specifically was and I guess they take your points back. There is no appeal process or way to learn why you specifically got suspended and there was no warning in the app at all. This app is not worth it and I would recommend using another paid survey app.

Life Points review

A really legit survey app. The admin is very responsive. Don’t expect to earn much from this app but at least, you cam really earn something. Other survey apps are so untruthful, so confusing because of so many ads and after answering everything about it, that’s the only time they will tell you that you don’t qualify for that survey, will lead you to another survey, but the same thing will happen. They are really just such a waste of time! Another thing I like with this app is that it’s easy to navigate, and there, it does not come with ads.

Well…

I’ve made a little over 1600 points over the span of a month or so. I do get frustrated with almost EVERY survey asking me a lot of questions then telling me I don’t qualify. Regardless of the answers I choose, I’m told I don’t qualify. Then for all that trouble I get only 2 points for trying. Maybe make it at least 5-10 points for effort? I’m saving my points to get a decent amount on my PayPal but that’s hard to do 2 points at a time. Just my suggestion, thank you for taking the time to read.

Truly underrated!

I enjoy doing apps on my free time and I have tried just about every survey app. There is nothing like life points. The customer service is amazing, any trouble with a survey the my respond within a day m, the amount of surveys is amazing rarely anything under 100 points, and you don’t get kicked for crazy things like your race. I have to give credit where it’s due. Amazing work life points can’t wait for you guys to blow up.

Stay away SCAM please read

A big scam, the positive review it’s probably them They gave me a hard time to reach $5.00 and when I finally cashed it through PayPal they cancel my account and the money never arrived on my PayPal ATTENTION please if we don’t report them to Apple they’re gonna keep doing it, don’t read the positive review because that is them writing that, keep scrolling down and you’ll find a lot of people with the same problem as me, they cancel your membership once you try to cash out- they send you an email confirming your cash out but they never send you the money and instead they cancel your account - report them so Apple kick them out

LifePoints

Great potential as a way to make a few bucks on your spare or “down” time! Personally, I use it when I await in the queue for any appointments, etc. Occasionally, I use it while taking care of business in the water closet! So far, I earned about US $5 in the span of a week, and that’s on my spare time! Doing the math, that equates to $20/month if you’re on top of it! I personally transfer funds to my PayPal account then use it as I please!

This is a scam

People please listen to the other reviews!!! When you save up more than $25 they suspend your account claiming “you didn’t meet the guidelines”! They keep their percentage from the companies who survey us while they freeze your earned money for no reason besides the fact they don’t want to pay! If you do this cash out as soon as you reach $5 because I guarantee you they will “suspend” your account with false claim. If they were based in the UK we could take legal action but they are from the UK so it will be harder. They let you donate the money to charity (if it even gets to them) but won’t let you keep when you are “suspended”

Unfair cancelations

I was only using the app for a few days and got $15 in rewards and then all of a sudden got locked out of the account saying it was canceled. I reached out to find out why and was told that there was nothing that could be done because I had multiple accounts and was providing inaccurate information which was false. Their app doesn’t allow you to go back if you hit the wrong button which makes it easy to look like you provided false information. This is very frustrating because there were a few instances where I hit the wrong number or button and then I couldn’t go back to correct it.

Very disappointed

A few days ago I would have given this app five stars. The surveys are enjoyable and easy to answer. Points added up quickly. And I qualified for most of the surveys I tried. But then I tried to redeem my rewards. I received a confirmation email which said I would receive the funds within five days. It has now been eight days and I have not received my payout. I understand that issues do come up, so I contacted customer support. I actually contacted them three times over two days. Twice by email and once through their chat feature. I have not received a reply from them. Very poor customer service.
